체면민감성이 대학생의 전공선택과 구직효능감에 미치는 영향 : 관광전공 대학생을 중심으로 (The Influence of Social-Face Sensitivity on Major-Choice and Job-Searching efficacy : A Case Study of Major for University students in Tourism)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 체면민감성이 관광관련전공 학생들의 전공선택과 구직효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이에 서울에 위치한 2년제 대학교에 재학중인 관광관련전공 학생 315명을 대상으로 실시한 설문을 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석의 결과 독립변수인 체면민감성의 자괴의식성 요인이 종속변수인 전공선택 요인에 대해서는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 전공선택을 독립변수로 구성한 연구에서는 학문의 전문성 개인적 경험의 요인이 구직효능감에 대해서는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 독립변수 체면민감성의 자괴의식성 타인의식성 요인이 통계적 유의수준(p.<.05)에서 구직효능감에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 관광산업에 긍정적인 태도함양과 지도가 졸업 후의 진로설계와 진로성숙 수준을 높이는데 좋은 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

사회인지진로이론에 기초한 사회복지학 전공 대학생의 진로준비행동 구조모형 검증 (A Study on the Structure Model of Social Welfare Students' Career Preparation Behavior based on Social-cognitive Career Theory)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지학 전공 대학생의 전공 특성에 부합한 적절한 진로지원방안 마련에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 Lent 등(1994)의 사회인지진로이론에 기초하여 사회복지학 전공 대학생의 진로준비행동에 대한 영향요인을 규명하였다. 조사대상은 사회복지 현장실습을 경험한 3개 대학의 사회복지학 전공 대학생 132명으로, 인지적 요인(결과기대), 흥미요인(전공선택만족), 목표요인(진로결정수준), 수행요인(진로준비행동)의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석에는 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 24.0를 사용하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구모형의 적합도는 CFI=.904, TLI=.887, RMSEA=.068로 통계학적으로 적합한 수준을 보였다. 둘째, 주요변수 간 관련성을 살펴본 결과, 결과기대가 높을수록 전공선택만족이 높아지고, 이는 진로결정수준을 증가시켜 진로준비행동을 높이는 결과로 이어졌다. 이러한 결과는 사회복지학 전공 대학생의 진로준비행동 향상을 위해서 학생 개인의 인지적 요인 및 흥미요인 등을 고려한 맞춤형 진로지원 프로그램 개발이 중요하다는 것을 의미한다.

치기공과 학생들의 학과만족도에 관한 조사 (A Research on the Department Satisfaction of Department of Dental Technology Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research was to examine department satisfaction for improving the competitiveness of department of dental technology and providing basic data for students successful guidance. Methods: The study subject were 560 students from 4 colleges, and they were selected by the convenient sampling method. Data for this survey was obtain by self-administration method. This questionnaire consist of general characteristics, the awareness of before entering department of dental technology, the satisfaction of department of dental technology, an opinion about change of one's course and temporary absence. Results: About the time of selecting their major, 70.1% of students answered the most before highschool. Department of dental technology and the most common source of information in selecting a majors is the person oneself(52.6%). The person who answers because of knowing a little bit for the question asking the priori knowledge of department of dental technology showed up as 66.3%. About the motivation for selection their major, 37.4% of students answered the most it seemed to be a future prospect. As to the extend of department satisfaction, the satisfaction showed up as 63.3%, but the extend of satisfaction was exposed to reduce as the grade increased. The dissatisfaction factor is the difficulty of the theory(29.8%). Many students do not want to change their majors even if they are provided with the chance to do so(68.7%). From the survey related to the experience of thinking over temporary absence and drop out, 56.8% of students responded they had experienced thinking about that. Current feelings after department selection was found to be the most significant factor that affects satisfaction of department of dental technology(Adjusted $R^2$=48.3%). Conclusion: The extend of satisfaction of the women is low. The extend of satisfaction reduces as the grade increases. The school subject extend of satisfaction can know that ratio about of considering the leave of absence and voluntary withdrawal increases. Therefore, the plan of education that women can adapt the women o the school subject well and that it can be satisfied is sought for. It is considered that effort promoting the extend of satisfaction is needed as the grade increases.

병영현장실습과 전공만족도와의 관계 연구 - 부사관과를 중심으로 - (A study on the Relationships between Military field experience and Major satisfaction - On the focus of noncommissioned officer's department -)

  • 본 연구는 전문대학교 부사관과 학생의 병영현장실습과 전공만족도와의 관계를 알아보는 서술적 연구이다. 전국 전문대학교 부사관과 학생 370명을 대상으로, 자료 수집은 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2015년 4월 6일에서 4월 10일까지 시행되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 frequency, t-test, ANOVA와 scheffe's test Pearson' correlation coefficients로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 병영현장실습 성과 정도는 안보관련 교육, 전공선택 동기, 졸업 후 희망 진로분야에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 전공만족도 정도는 안보관련 교육, 전공선택 동기, 졸업 후 희망 진로분야, 원하는 병영현장실습 대상에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 병영현장실습 성과 정도와 전공만족도간의 관계는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계(r=.59, P<.001)를 나타냈다. 본 연구는 선행연구가 미흡했던 부사관과 학생의 병영현장실습, 전공만족도과의 관계를 확인하여 합리적인 교수학습 전략 및 교육과정 개발에 근거자료를 제시하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

호텔요리전공 특성화고등학생들의 사회적 학습 성취도가 요리전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (An effects on social maturity in satisfaction with the academic major of high school students majoring in culinary arts)

  • 본 연구는 요리전공 고등학생들의 요리전공에 선택적 속성과 사회적으로 성숙함의 영향관계는 통계적으로 유의한 관계를 나타났으며, 요리전공의 선택적 속성은 구성원관계 친화력에 영향을 미치며 요리전공 선택적 요인은 사회적으로 유대감과 자기 능력관리에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 요리전공 결정 선택과정은 학교생활의 월등한 적응력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 요리전공 고등학교 학생들의 사회적 성숙과 전공에 대한 만족도의 영향관계는 모델의 가설에 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 구성원 관계적 친화력과 사회적 친밀감은 개설교과과정 모델참여에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 성숙도는 사회적 친밀감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Distribution of Six Major Factors Enhancing Organizational Effectiveness

  • Purpose: Achieving organizational effectiveness is the ultimate goal that every business entity or institution targets. To achieve this, organizations need to consider various factors that have an impact on their performance. This article analyzes the distribution influence of six main elements that have a central role in shaping sustainable organizational effectiveness, which are organizational culture, job satisfaction, interpersonal communication, talent management, knowledge management, and information technology. Research Design Data and Methodology: This research uses a quantitative approach, focusing on manufacturing companies located in Surabaya as the main object, involving twenty manufacturing companies as research targets, and 10 employees in each company. The sample selection process was carried out through the application of random sampling techniques. The analysis in this research uses the multiple linear regression method and uses SPSS version 26 software. Results: Distribution of six major factors used in this research are related to each other and contribute significantly to overall organizational effectiveness. Conclusion: Organizations that can combine the distribution of a positive culture, prioritize employee satisfaction, encourage effective communication, manage talent and knowledge efficiently, and utilize information technology wisely will have greater potential to achieve their goals and survive in the intensely competitive business environment.

급식업체 소비자의 선택속성이 만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 대학교 급식업체 소비자를 중심으로 (The Impact of Selection Attributes of School Cafeteria Consumers on Satisfaction and Behavioral Intentions - Focused on University Cafeteria Consumers)

  • 본 연구는 급식업체 소비자를 대상으로 만족과 사후행동에 관한 연관관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 선행연구를 통해 도출된 14개의 속성을 바탕으로 요인분석과 회귀분석을 통해 만족을 규정하였다. 급식업체 소비자를 대상으로 총 281개의 응답을 확보하였고, SPSS 18.0 ver을 활용하였다. 요인분석결과 베리맥스 회전방식을 채택하였으며, KMO값은 0.634, $x^2$=610.084, 유의확률 p<0.001, 총분산 설명력은 61.685%로 나타났다. 5개의 요인이 도출되었고, 각각 재료 음식, 메뉴, 관리, 대부환경으로 명명하였다. 타당성을 나타내는 크롬바하 알파계수는 0.703으로 나타났다. 설명력 16.3%에 만족에는 재료, 관리, 내적환경이 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사후행동에 미치는 영향에는 유의수준이 p<0.001로 나타났지만, 다른 산업분야에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 한계는 대학의 급식업체 소비자를 대상으로 하여 일반화의 한계점을 갖고 있으며, 후속연구가 지속적으로 필요하다.

색채조화가 전채요리의 음식선택속성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Food Color on Hors d′oeuvre Choice Characters)

  • This study had three major purpose: 1) to examine the relationship between coloring factor of Hors d'oeuvre and preference of dishes. 2) to examine the relationship between coloring factor of Hors d'oeuvre and selection of dishes. 3) to examine the relationship between coloring factor of Hors d'oeuvre and customer satisfaction. Questionnaires for the study were distributed 300 subjects in deluxe class hotels in Seoul. Among 300 questionnaires, 280 subjects were collected and utilized for analysis. In HY hotel, 35 subjects of customers, 24 subjects of cooks, and 32 subjects of service personnels were collected. In R hotel, 29 subjects of customers, 32 subjects of cooks, and 32 subjects of service personnels were collected. In H hotel, 29 subjects of customers, 34 subjects of cooks, and 33 subjects of service personnels were collected. Analysis ways used for this study were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA, To accomplished the objective 1), ANOVA was utilized. To accomplished the objective 2) and 3), regression analysis was unitized. The findings from this study were as follows. First it was found that selection of dishes was affected by coloring factory of Hors d'oeuvre. Secondly, it was found that customer satisfaction was affected by coloring factor of Hors d'oeuvre. Consequently, development of Hors d'oeuvre by harmonizing of various colorings should be activated to raise level of preference of dishes. Also, in regard to level of satisfaction, harmony of various colorings should be required.

일부 치위생과 재학생의 학과선택 만족도 및 취업의식변화 (Satisfaction with Department Selection and Changes in a Sense of Employment Among Some Students Majoring in Dental Hygiene)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze motivation of entrance into the college, knowledge prior to the entrance, satisfaction with their major, and a sense of employment after graduation among students majoring in dental hygiene at some colleges and subdivide them by grades for comparative analysis to determine the progress of changes in general characteristics, department satisfaction, and a sense of employment among students majoring in dental hygiene for the recent three years and provide basic data for improving dental hygienic education. Questionnaires were distributed to 520 students majoring in dental hygiene at some college in South Chungcheong, South Jeolla, and North Jeolla Provinces, followed by explanation of the purport of the research and the content of the questionnaire; after completion, 513 copies were used for analysis with exception of 7 copies with insincere responses. The analysis of the data examined resulted in the following conclusions: First, Changes in Department Satisfaction among Students Majoring in Dental Hygiene As for motivation of entrance into a college, less and less students chose the department of dental hygiene through recommendation by parents or seniors while more and more students chose their major due to easy employment. Less and less students obtained information on the department from a college application guidebook while more and more students obtained it through Internet. There was also a gradual increase in prior knowledge about the department and in satisfaction with their major. More and more students had no will to change their course. Second, Changes in a Sense of Employment among Students Majoring in Dental Hygiene There was a gradual decrease in the number of students who would follow friends' or their own decision in selecting workplace but an increase in the number of those who would follow their professors' opinion. There was a gradual increase in the number of students who wanted to be employed in workplace with good social perception; many students wanted to be employed in a personal dental clinic, a general hospital, or a public health center; and more and more students also wanted to be employed in a school dental health center or to become a government official or an educator.

일부 치위생과 학생의 자율성과 현장임상실습만족도 관계 (The relation of autonomy and on-site clinical practice satisfaction of some dental hygiene students)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the autonomy of dental hygiene students after clinical practice and their satisfaction with the clinical practice in an effort to determine how to manage courses in need of practice and how to provide education and guidance on clinical practice. A survey was conducted on the students in a three-year college in Gyeonggi Province, and the data from 295 respondents were analyzed. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. As for autonomy, the subjects got a mean of 3.60 in respect for others, and 3.40 in respect for themselves. 2. In regard to satisfaction with clinical practice, they gave the highest score of 3.58 to the content of the clinical practice, and they gave the lowest score of 3.09 to practice hours. 3. They gave higher scores to autonomy of clinical practice when their awareness of dental hygienist at the time of college admission and after experiencing the clinical practice was better and when they were more satisfied with their major. 4. They gave the highest scores to satisfaction with the clinical practice when they voluntarily chose the department of dental hygiene in terms of motivation for major selection, when their awareness of dental hygiene at the time of college admission and after experiencing the clinical practice was better and when they were more satisfied with their major. 5. The students who gave higher scores to autonomy of the clinical practice were more satisfied with the practice.
