Different from general operating policies applied for various waiting line situations, two complementary dyadic operating policies are applied alternatingly to a single server maintenance service center model. That is, either of the two dyadic Min (N, T) or Max (N, T) policy is applied to operate such center first and the other operating policy should be applied later, and then the same sequence of both operating policies is followed repeatedly. This operating policy is denoted by the Minimax (N, T) policy. Purpose: Because of the newly introduced operating policy, important system characteristics of the considered service center model such as the expected busy and idle periods, the expected number of customers in the service center and so on should be derived to provide necessary information for determination of the optimal operating policy. Methods: Based on concepts of the newly introduced Minimax (N, T) policy, all necessary system characteristics should be redefined and then derived by constructing appropriate relations between complementary two dyadic operating policies. Results: Desired system characteristics are obtained successfully using simple procedures developed by utilizing peculiar structure of the Minimax (N, T) policy. Conclusion: Applying Minimax (N, T) operating policy is equivalent to applying the simple N and T operating policies alternatingly.

본 연구는 현재 운영되고 있는 광역 보조기구센터의 공적급여 연계 현황을 분석하고 발전 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 각 보조기구센터가 공적급여 사업에서 연계하고 있는 서비스 단계 및 주요 연계 부분들을 파악하였고, 지역사회에서 실시하고 있는 수리사업의 현황과 연계 현황 그리고 각 서비스에 필요한 공급 업체 연계에 대한 현황을 조사하였다. 이를 통해 나타난 결과는 공적급여는 보조기구 정보제공 수준에서의 연계가 가장 많았다. 수리사업은 모든 센터들이 실시하지만 경 정비 수준의 수리를 일반적으로 수행하였고, 지역사회 전문 수리 업체와 연계하여 서비스를 제공하는 실정이었다. 공급 업체 연계는 지역별로 차이가 많이 나타났다. 이를 통해 전문센터에 보다 다양한 보조기구의 확충을 통한 공적급여 정보제공의 질적 향상과 지속적인 공적급여 지원 기관과의 긴밀한 교류가 필요하며, 연계의 효과성을 분석하여 정책 수립의 근거를 확보할 필요가 있다.

Various kinds of accessories(e.g., clock, radio, automatic door locks, alarm devices, etc.) or unit components (e.g., black box, navigation system, alarm, private audio, etc.) require dark current even when the vehicle power is turned off. However, accessories or unit components can be the causes of excessive dark current generation. It results in battery discharge and the vehicle's failure to start. Therefore, immediate detection of abnormal dark current and response are very important for a successful repair job. In this paper, we can increase the maintenance efficiency by presenting a standardized diagnostic process for the measurement of the dark current and the existing problem. As a result of the absence of a system to block the dark current in a vehicle, diagnosis and repair were performed immediately by using a standardized dark current diagnostic process.

This study analyzed the profitability and diagnosed business performance of fruit and vegetable (cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, strawberries, cucumbers) businesses targeting young farmers participating in the youth business incubation center of A Smart Farm Innovation Valley. The purpose of this is to provide basic data for decision-making by prospective young entrepreneurs. As a result of the analysis, Smart Farm Innovation Valley had the advantage of having a fixed rental fee. As a result, it was analyzed that various costs such as depreciation of large farm equipment, depreciation of farming facilities, repair and maintenance costs, land rent, floating capital service cost, fixed capital service cost, and land capital service cost are being reduced. However, excessive input of labor, water, electricity, other materials, and fertilizer costs was being made. Guidance to reduce these costs is expected to make a significant contribution to expanding the influx of young farmers.

In this study, the cause of the acceleration failure of Hyundai Motor's 2.0-liter CRDi engine was analyzed. We tried to find problems through MDA (Measuring Data Analyzer) based on data such as vehicle speed, air intake, and air-fuel ratio obtained during the actual driving process. As a result, it was analyzed that the failure of the EGR valve exceeded the NOx emission standard and caused a decrease in engine output. Through this study, it is possible to reduce the time and cost of unnecessary maintenance and repair, and it is expected that a rapid cause analysis will be possible in the case of new failure diagnosis in the future.

The generalization of Internet use has been spreaded all over the world and impacted company to introduce intranet and extranet for their operation which dealt with electronic commerce. For these reason, endeavor of implementation of web site system is promotioned and enhanced the possibility of adaptation range for the view of company. Dramatic competition which company faced with the use of internet and request from all over the world made company brought company to various and different type of level. It is necessary to develop website system with experty knowledge to satisfy customer needs. To deal with this situation, works from the level of government should proposed to spread whole country business which propelled through kyungnam mechanic industry information promotion center. With strategic proposal concerning district characteristics to adapt electronic commerce successfully, information promotion should performed. Support of government is needed continuously to realize infra of ASP composed of 4,877 mechanic industry company. It might be possible to deal with international rapid change with cooperation of company and government related department.

삼차원(3D) 프린터의 개발과 보급에 따라 현대의 소비자들은 자신이 원하는 제품을 집에서 3D프린팅 할 수 있는 시대에 살고 있다. 3D프린팅을 통해 소비자 맞춤형 제작이 활성화되기 위해서는 3D프린터와 호환되는 디지털 설계도를 소비자 스스로 제작할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 최적의 프린팅 재질과 온도를 설정할 수 있어야 하고 3D프린터의 유지보수에 비용을 감당해야 한다. 더하여 혹시 있을지 모르는 디자인에 대한 지식재산권 문제에 대응할 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 실상 소비자가 이러한 문제들에 대응하기는 어렵기 때문에 소비자가 원하는 방향으로 3D프린팅을 대행해 줄 수 있는 서비스가 개발될 필요가 있다. 이런 동기에서 출발한 본 연구는 소비자가 원하는 3D프린팅 서비스 방식이 무엇인지에 통찰을 얻기 위해 세계적인 온라인 3D프린팅 제품판매 업체인 Shapeways (www.shapeways.com)에 대한 사용자 경험을 다양한 측면에서 탐색하였다. 그 결과 Shapeways의 사용성, 검색과정, 가격 적절성, 재방문의도, 디자인의 다양성, 디자인 만족도에 대한 양적 평가에서 전반적으로 낮은 평가를 받았다. 또한 다양한 언어지원, 제품 제작과정 공개 및 온-오프라인 사이트 동시운영, 디자이너 중심의 소비자 맞춤형 제작 서비스, 배송 안전성과 제품 내구성에 대한 확신을 줄 수 있는 서비스, 표면의 마감처리 서비스가 필요하다는 건설적인 의견을 통해 소비자 맞춤형 3D프린팅 서비스에 대한 통찰을 획득하였다. 본 연구가 3D프린팅 서비스 플랫폼 개발뿐 아니라, 관련된 산업 및 연구에도 폭넓은 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대한다.
