철도차량 유지보수정보를 이용한 수명주기비용 계산 연구 (A Study on the Life Cycle Cost Calculation of the Railroad Vehicle Based on the Maintenance Information)

  • 철도시스템의 경우에는 구성 시스템이 복잡할 뿐만 아니라 25년 이상 오랜 시간 사용으로 인해 유지보수 활동이 많으며 이에 소요되는 비용 또한 많다. 따라서 철도시스템의 LCC 계산에 있어 얼마나 정확하게 유지보수 비용을 계산하느냐가 관건이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 철도시스템 LCC 모델링 개발의 일환으로 철도차량의 정확한 유지보수 비용을 계산하기 위하여, 규격과 가이드 등 관련 자료의 분석을 통하여 철도차량에 적합한 예방정비와 보수정비에 관련된 유지보수정보 템플릿의 개발 연구를 수행하였으며, 이렇게 제안된 유지보수정보 DB 템플릿에 대한 검증을 위하여, 철도시스템 부품에 대한 전주기 유지보수비용을 계산하였다.

  • 시설물 전생애주기에 걸쳐 정보가 공유되고 피드백 될 수 있는 BIM(Building Information Modeling) 기술의 등장은 유지보수 관리자들에 게 가장 필요한 유지관리점검 도구의 의미를 지님과 동시에, 정보모델을 기반으로 주요 기술영역 및 사업주체간 원활한 의사소통이 가능해지도록 한다. 효율적인 지하철 터널의 유지관리를 위해서는 체계적으로 조직된 데이터가 필수적이다. 이 논문에서는 건설정보분류체계에 기반하고 유지관리 업무의 점검 단위를 고려한 분류체계를 개발하였다. 이를 통해 기존의 유지관리 프로세서에 정보모델링 프로세서를 도입하여 유지관리 작업의 흐름을 최적화하고 표준화하는 방안을 제안하였다. 또한 기존 유지관리 업무 프로세서의 불필요한 절차 및 시간을 효율적으로 절감하여 시설물의 총 생애주기비용을 절감하고 객체의 수선교체시 소요되는 시간을 절감하였다. 게다가 터널정보 모델링 프로세서 모델을 유지관리 정보의 이력관리에 도입하여 기존 정보관리보다 체계적인 관리가 가능하도록 하였다.

  • 최근 정보보안과 관련한 심각한 사태가 발생하면서 정보보안에 대한 사회적 관심이 매우 높아지고 있으며, 사이버 보안 강화는 국가 및 기업의 인프라를 보호하고 경쟁력을 갖기 위해 중요한 부분이 되었다. 그러나 현재 국내 정보보안 소프트웨어 대가기준은 정보보안의 특수성은 배제된 채 일반 소프트웨어 유지보수의 기준으로 대가기준이 산정 되고 있다. 따라서 현실에 맞는 적절한 정보보안 소프트웨어 유지보수 대가 산정 기준이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 합리적이고 현실성 있는 정보보안 소프트웨어의 적정 대가기준 산정 방법을 제안하여, 사용자 및 공급자에게 적정한 대가 지급 기준을 수립함으로써 더 나아가 정보보안 소프트웨어 기업의 경쟁력 향상을 도모하고자 한다.

  • Seoul Metro continuously converted the standard rail into continuous welded rail since the later part of 1990's, and currently, most of the sectors of the Seoul Metro are continuous welded rails. As the continuous welded rail is inhibited by the contraction and expansion force of the rail as well as rail-bed, this force is stored as the internal stress of the rail with the exception of portion of the both ends of the continuous welded rail. If the contraction and expansion of the rail is restricted, the internal stress, that is, the force in the direction of the axis, is proportional to the cross-sectional area of the rail. Therefore, with regards to the temperature changes, the internal stress changes in accordance with the type of rail, bolting apparatus, railroad tie and rail-bed. As such, the rail temperature becomes important data in securing the gap at the adjoining section of the rail in the standard rail section, and to determine the setting temperature for the continuous welded rail. In addition, it becomes basic data for maintenance of the track. Accordingly, this thesis introduces cases of installation of rail temperature detector in order to prevent and manage track defectiveness due to increase in rail temperature, and to utilize as basic data at the time of various construction and maintenance. Furthermore, this thesis aims to assist maintenance of track through systematic temperature management in the future by looking into means of its utilization.

IT 아웃소싱 어플리케이션 운영 계약모델에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Contract Model for IT Outsourcing Application Operation)

  • The study suggests a contract model of application operation through case study of A bank's IT outsourcing application contract based on workload. The IT outsourcing order form has a problem in that the scope of work is ambiguous due to the integration of operation and maintenance. In this study, application operation and maintenance were separated by referring to application operation history provided in ISO/IEC15504-5 standard. The scope of the IT outsourcing service was clarified by organizing the definition and detail activities of the application operation business. Application operation contract method has generally applied estimation method by the number of input manpower and period by agreement between buyer and client. As there is no activity to calculate the number of input manpower based on the operational work history and based on the standard workload per activity. In this case is not guaranteed due to the simple agreement between the contractors. In this paper, we propose an application operating cost estimation model that measures the size of the operating software using function point analysis that is the basis of application operation tasks. In order to verify the validity of the application operation cost model, we verified the correlation between the application size and the labor cost through regression analysis using SPSS.

  • In the case of an urban rail chopper type subway train, varistors have been installed for protecting usual electronic equipments, semiconductor devices(diodes, transistors, thyrister, etc.) communications, measuring, control device and absorbing opening & closing surge of electromagnetic valve. These varistors were steadily reduced dielectric strength as becoming superannuated. Thus there is a problem that reacts more sensitive at the same surge in the general control operation. On existing maintenance, there is not specific standard to replace superannuated varistor. So when maintaining chopper type subway train, all varistors or old varistors that workers checked a discoloration & crack with the naked eye and noticed degradation smell by deterioration are replaced. This study suggests detail standards for judgement that varistors are good or bad chopper type subway train, and it draw a efficient maintenance which efficient maintenance can check more easy the degradation properties variation.

  • The importance of data management for the efficient maintenance and operation of offshore structures is becoming increasingly important. This paper has discussed the data schema and business rules that standardize the data exchange between ship design, operation and maintenance. Technical documentation that meets the international standards of ShipDex and S1000D for exchanging the operation and management data in neutral or standard formats has been introduced into the life cycle management of ships. The schema of the data exchange is represented by XML (eXtensible Markup Language) and the lifecycle data is implemented by a structured document. Lifecycle data is represented as data modules defined by XML schema. Given the feasible data generation, an example of a technical document is introduced by a general XML authoring tool.

  • Recently a great deal of people are taking legal action against the housing provider due to the defects of their Apartment house. And most of the housing companies are spending a huge amount of expenses and efforts to keep their brand value. This essay will carry out time series analysis the 20 housing district which are constructed by huge construction companies. This analysis itemised by metropolitan area(Seoul) and others to keep the degree of reliability, and converted future defect maintenance cost into current cost applied by discount rate to figure out suitability of defect maintenance cost. Even though, this essay is not able to represent standard of defect maintenance cost due to the insufficiency of record, while it will be assisted as a referance when long-term record of time series is estabilished.

  • In this paper, to increase the maintenance efficiency of the urban railway train control system and to build a standard data system, we collect as much as possible structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data, and collect data by sensing and monitoring the system status and system status and monitoring. pre-process function data(Identification, purification, integration, transformation) through effective data classification and maintenance activities business classification system was studied. The purpose of this is to define the data matrix model by considering the relationship with the data generated and managed in the O&M stage of the train control system operated by the urban railway together with the WBS model, and to reflect and utilize it in practice.

  • As software development and maintenance cost increase quickly, information systems managers are more concerned about how to effectively manage software cost. To estimate the software development cost, most public institutes of Korea use the software cost estimation standard established by the government. Unfortunately, the accuracy of the estimation derived from the standard has not been satisfactory in spite of repetitive modifications made to improve it. One of the major reasons for the inaccuracy is that the standard has too small a number of cost adjustment factors to reflect the various characteristics of a software development project. To remedy this problem, we propose new cost adjustment factors which can be incorporated into the standard and are important to enhance the estimation accuracy, based on the analysis of several well-known software estimation models. Furthermore, by applying the proposed model to real world software projects, we show that the proposed model can produce more accurate estimates than the current standard.
