  • All work related to maintenance of track has been impletemented on the basis of the measured result from EM series cars in Korea. However, since these types of cars measure only versine value of the track irregularities instead of the real ones, this method will cause the confusion to maintenance operators if commercial speed should increase. This study was showing and explaining the program developed to get the real irregularities from the versine value. Finally, the reconstruction profiles completed by two different methods were compared with artificial track irregularities to confirm the their practicality.

생산효율화를 위한 설비보전관리 지원시스템에 관한 연구 -설비보전정보시스템을 중심으로- (A Study on the Equipment Maintenance Management Support System for Production Efficiency)

  • This study deals with the schemes of design, plan and operate maintenance management support systems and with the engineering approach for the solutions to build the maintenance management for the production efficiency. Maintenance Management Information System(MMIS) is the task that must focus on machinery historical data and planned maintenance action. Also the efficient supporting system in a maintenance management is achieved by database which is based on process of machinery's failure history. Designing method of maintenance management information system, maintenance modules are consisted of six factors ; machinery's historical data, lubrication control, check sheet, repair work, availability report, and performance report(control board and detailed reports), and then operators can rapidly utilize data in work place. In the implementation of designed model, program coding has been developed by Visual Basic 3.0. Data insertion, deletion and updating which perform menu screen is implemented by reading data from database. Implementation model based on LAN environment and related data is stored in Microsoft DBMS.

스마트폰을 이용한 식이섭취 모니터링이 비만여성의 체중변화에 미치는 효과 분석 (Effect of Food Consumption Monitoring Using a Smartphone on Weight Changes in Obese Women)

  • This study investigated the effect of food consumption monitoring and real-time communication-based weight control program using a smartphone on weight reduction and maintenance in obese women. This study consisted of two phases: an 8-week weight control program with food consumption monitoring and real-time communication using a smartphone and an 8-week follow-up. Sixteen obese female college students (>30% body fat) participated in this program, and we measured changes in body composition and dietary intake volume. Follow-up analysis focused on weight maintenance after 8 weeks of no contact. Total energy intake (P<0.01), body weight (P<0.001), percent body fat (P<0.001), body fat (P<0.05), and body mass index (P <0.001) decreased significantly after the 8-week weight control program. However, we could not observe total energy intake or body composition regain after the follow-up period. These results suggest that food consumption monitoring and real-time communication using a smartphone can be effective for weight control and maintenance.

Geodetic Survey Campaigns and Maintenance Plan for KASS Reference Station Antenna Coordinates

  • The Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) system is a Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS) under development to provide APV-I SBAS service in the Republic of Korea. The KASS ground segment generates correction and integrity information for GPS measurements of KASS users using the accurate positions of KASS Reference Station (KRS) antenna phase centers. For this reason, the accuracy of KRS reference points through geodetic survey campaigns is one of the important factors for providing the KASS service in compliance with the required navigation performance. In order to obtain accurate positions, two geodetic survey campaigns were performed at several reference points, such as Mark, Center of Mast at Ground Level (CMGL), and Center of Hole in Top Plate (CHTP), of each KRS site using three different survey methods, the Virtual Reference Station (VRS), Flächen Korrektur Parameter (FKP), and raw data post-processing methods. By comparing and analyzing the results, the computed coordinates of the reference points were verified and Antenna Phase Center (APC) positions were calculated using KRS Antenna Reference Point (ARP) data, and the first KASS Site Acceptance Test (SAT#1) was performed successfully using the verified APC coordinates. After the first site survey activities, the KASS operators should maintain the coordinates with the required performance such that the overall KASS navigation performance commitment is guaranteed during the lifetime of 15 years. Therefore, the maintenance plan for the KRS antenna coordinates should be developed before the commissioning of KASS operation planned after 2023. Therefore, this paper presents a geodetic survey method selected for the maintenance activities and provides the rationale for using this method.

최적의 정비대체장비(M/F) 산출방안 비교 연구 (Study of Optimal Maintenance Float(M/F) Calculation Method)

  • Purpose: In this paper, we propose the output model of the optimal inventory requirements of the Maintenance Float (M/F). Weapon systems were modernized and increased costs. Thus, the complexity increases with. Alternatives to achieve the goal of availability of weapon systems and to reduce life-cycle cost are required. Especially, securing spare parts is more effective than adding the amount of equipment or maintenance facilities to achieve the goal of availability and reduce life cycle costs. However, securing spare parts and repair costs are directly related, so exact requirements are needed. Methods: Three kinds of methods (Calculation method of applying the Poisson distribution, Calculation method of considering the number of CSP, and Calculation method of applying M&S program) that this paper proposed compare the influence of the availability and the amount of spare parts. Result: We calculate the cost of M/F when the operational availability is over than 80% and compare that result. The biggest cost was calculated from the Poisson distribution method. We found that requirements and unit price is the key factor that gives a significant effect. Conclusion: These three kinds of methods can be used as a basis for Maintenance Float calculation. Among them, the calculation method based on CSP is optimal replacement equipment requirements calculation method.

  • 교육시설물은 시간의 경과에 따라 시설물 노후화 및 파손으로 인해 건축물의 성능저하 및 안전성 감소를 야기하고 있으며, 이는 사용자가 시설물 이용 시 서비스 질의 저하 및 교육환경의 악화를 야기한다. 시설물의 지속적인 유지관리는 시설물의 노후화 방지 및 개 ${\cdot}$ 보수를 통해 쾌적한 교육환경의 유지 및 개선이 가능하며, 교육환경 개선은 교육 시설물의 본연의 기능인 교육뿐만 아니라 학생들의 정서 함양 및 지역사회와의 융합에도 기여할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 교육환경 유지관리방안을 도출하기 위한 기초자료로써 현재 충청남도 아산지역 50개 학교를 대상으로 수행되어진 유지관리 실적 자료를 조사 ${\cdot}$ 분석하여 보다 객관적인 운영관리비의 산출을 도모한다.

  • So far we have investigate and analyzed the actual conditions of building maintenance in Korea and compared the building maintenance laws and systems between Korea and other countries. Now, based on the results from such comparison and analysis, this study proposes the following ideas for improvement: 1) As we can learn from domestic and foreign case studies, in the existing built-up areas becoming obsolete, many building owners remodel their buildings illegally in reaction to current economic and social changes. Therefore, for efficient maintenance of buildings, it is required to improve building maintenance systems by formulating information about inspection items, inspectors, supervisors, inspection costs and intervals of reporting results, depending on how large the buildings are and what they are used for. 2) In addition, to ensure the success of a building maintenance system, it is necessary to keep and manage a history of building maintenance thoroughly and introduce a certification program which gives an appropriate grade to maintenance performance and commits the government to expand their public roles and supporting policies, as widely used in some foreign countries. Further, in keep the building maintenance system secure, there should be a nationwide consensus as well as a favorable evaluation from building owners and manager, and all related people.

  • Advanced EMU have been enhanced in terms of safe transport and maintainability. It is a new urban railway technology that enables an operation institution to cut repair and maintenance costs and customers to use convenient service at lower costs based on IT technology. If a development vehicle of Advanced EMU is completed, it will be used to test the entire advanced EMU system through sufficient performance check and reliability check prior to operation in commercial line. It will also verify efficiency, safety, punctuality and energy efficiency of transport. Accordingly, it is necessary to figure how to repair and maintain vehicles to enhance safety of Advanced EMU system in cooperation with operation during the period of comprehensive evaluation on the operation of a development vehicle in a test line. In this paper, we investigated the maintenance program of Advanced EMU on test operation in Dabul line. The test condition and operation environment of Advanced EMU in Daebul line was analyzed.

  • The Direct Payment Program for Rural Landscape Conservation (DPPRLC), introduced by the Korean government, currently offers subsidies to rural villages to encourage the growing of flower crops or wild flowers instead of common grain. However, in many of these villages, major landscape elements like walls and roofs of houses are built with cheap, urban materials, and kept in poor condition. This is a poor reflection of the DPPRLC goal to improve the aesthetic of korean rural landscape. This study surveyed and analyzed traditional style walls and roofs in ten selected villages taking part in the DPPRLC program. Villagers were interviewed for a proposed direct payment program for building and maintaining traditional walls and roofs. Major findings are: First, more than 86% of residents are willing to build and maintain traditional walls if subsidies are given. They would like to be reimbursed 75% to 100% of construction and maintenance costs. Second, about 64% of residents would be willing to build and maintain traditional roofs with the subsidies. They also would like to receive 75% to 100% of construction and maintenance costs. The policy implication of this study is that extending the DPPRLC program to include walls and roofs in rural villages will make rural landscape more attractive.

복수 개${\cdot}$보수 프로젝트의 자금제약하 프로그램 관리 - 자원제약 마스터-일정계획을 중심으로 - (Organizational Program Management of Multiple Maintenance Projects Under Fund Constraints)

  • 다수의 시설물을 보유한 기관에서는 유지보수와 리모델링(M/R) 프로젝트들이 동시에 진행되고 있다. 내부기능인력에 의해 프로젝트를 수행하는 자원제약 환경에서 프로젝트 관리자는 각 프로젝트의 완료일과 기관내 가용한 자원에 대한 제한을 고려하며 프로그램을 계획하고 관리하게 된다. 다중 자원제약 M/R 프로그램의 효과적 관리를 위해 이 논문은 장기적인 프로그램 계획축과 단기적인 일정창으로 구성되는 2단계 계층관리모델을 제안한다. 프로그램 플랜을 위한 연동계획기법은 연속되는 프로젝트 요청의 불확실성에 대처하기 위해 제안되었다. 일정창 속에서 마스터-일정계획을 수립하기 위해 개발된 PCR 일정계획 알고리즘은 M/R 프로그램에서의 작업반내 기능인력의 배치계획을 제공한다. 스프레드쉬트 인터페이스를 활용하여 M/R 프로그램의 일정계획 시스템을 개발하였고, 연속된 3개의 일정창으로 설계된 시뮬레이션 실험을 통해 개발된 일정계획 알고리즘과 기존의 자원제약 일정계획 휴리스틱의 성능을 비교하였다.
