This study proposes a standard method of diagnosis and repair to prevent and maintain the problem of durability deterioration caused by leakage cracks in apartment basement structures in Korea. Following the announcement of the previous maintenance plan section, this is the second part of the study, focusing on inspection of methods for diagnosing and repairing leakage cracks in apartment basement structures. In this thesis, the matters required for the procedures, types, times and equipment of the inspection plan and the inspection methods, records, and decisions required for the actual inspection are described.

The third part after the announcement of the existing maintenance plan, The environmental characteristics and leakage condition of underground structures, the causes of deterioration of underground concrete structures, and countermeasures and leakage equipment were described.

At this point of time that it is required to improve educational environment and the function of educational facilities as well as interests on educational facility business is increasing, it is actual situation that unsystematic maintenance of educational facility is not being able to cope with the change caused by introducing the 7^th curriculum. Also, in spite of enormous career in maintenance work, the function is not properly performed because of unsystematic management. In case of educational facility manager, he parallels performing general administrative work and facilities maintenance work not as a maintenance expert but as a member of administration office. So there are difficulties in performing maintenance work, and systematic maintenance work cannot be expected because of lacking maintenance manual. Therefore, in this research, I would like to investigate and analyze the status of educational facilities and to elicit the point of issue as a basic research to save maintenance expenses and to make pleasant educational environment.

국내에서 전기적 자극방식 삼킴 보조 치료기는 높은 보급률과 사용빈도를 가진 전문 의료기기임에도 불구하고 기기에 대한 관리체계가 전무하여 유지 보수의 측면에 있어서도 매우 큰 취약성을 노출해 왔다. 이에 본 연구는 전기적 자극방식 삼킴 보조 치료기의 장비관리 및 안전진단 매뉴얼 개발에 목적을 두고 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 국제전기기술위원회(International Electrotechnical Commission, IEC)등의 기관에서 공시한 표준화된 프로그램 수집과 문헌고찰을 통해 매뉴얼 개발의 근거를 마련하고, 프로토콜을 개발하여 제시하였다. 완성된 알고리즘과 프로토콜, 지표 등의 자료를 전문가 및 현장 실무자의 자문을 통하여 수정 및 보완하고 유지보수 워크시트(Maintenance Worksheet)의 5지표 18항목, 삼킴 보조 전자 의료기기 장비관리/안전진단 절차 매뉴얼(Equipment Procedure Manual)에서 4개 지표 32항목으로 구성된 점검 매뉴얼을 최종적으로 완성하였다. 완성된 지표는 장비의 고장률을 줄이고 의료기록 문서화의 체계성 제고에 도움을 줄 것이며, 의료서비스의 효율성, 적절성을 유지하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.

The study focused on the evaluation of maintenance management strategies used in public hospital buildings in Lagos state. It also assessed the labour composition for maintenance operations. In achieving these objectives, opinions of maintenance officers of ten (10) different hospitals in different local government areas of the state were sampled through well structured questionnaires. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. From the analysis, the study revealed that majority of those public hospitals do not have specific budget for maintenance programmes, maintenance policies, maintenance log book and maintenance manual to guide the operatives. About 98% of them do not understand the type of maintenance strategy being used for their maintenance operations. 78% of the maintenance work are only executed when there is a breakdown or in response to user's request. For labour composition, the cleaning of interior and exterior of the building, inspection of building elements, repairs and replacements of building elements are mainly carried out by in-house staff, while the repair and replacement of equipment is by outsourcing. The study also revealed that using in- house staff, reduces costs and provides a higher security while outsourcing provides more flexibility in staffing reduces equipment expenditures and provide better access to special skills. The study recommended proactive measures to provide necessary training and support for maintenance staff and users of these facilities and a means of securing sufficient funds for maintenance programmes.

본 논문에서는 재난재해 또는 보안의 이유로 외부와의 통신이 어려운 상황에서도 운용할 수 있도록 외부 데이터 통신 없이 장비와 스마트폰 간의 무선통신만으로 장비 인식과 매뉴얼 데이터 전송을 수행할 수 있는 온라인 매뉴얼 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 매뉴얼 데이터가 내장된 매뉴얼 관리 모듈을 대상 장비에 내장한 후 스마트폰에서 수행되는 매뉴얼 앱은 관리 모듈에 부착된 QR 코드 스캔 또는 NFC 접촉으로 장비를 인식하고, 장비가 인식되면 블루투스 통신을 통해 관리 모듈에 내장된 매뉴얼 데이터를 수신하여 웹 템플릿을 이용하여 화면에 표시한다. 구현된 시스템을 실제 산업용 발전기에 설치하여 정전 발생 시 기존의 3단계 처리 과정을 2단계로 줄일 수 있음을 보였다.

본 연구는 실제 산업현장에서 활용 가능한 'NCS를 활용한 사업 내 자격 신설 정비 매뉴얼'을 개발하여, 기업특수 숙련기술에 대한 육성 평가를 담당하는 사업 내 자격 운영을 체계화 시킬 수 있는 기준 마련이 필요하고 사업체별 특수 직무를 다루고 있는 사업 내 자격이 기업의 숙련요구를 정확히 반영함과 동시에 각 사업 내 자격의 기준과 절차를 표준화할 수 있는 매뉴얼 개발을 통한 신뢰성 및 객관성 제고하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 일본의 사업 내 자격을 운영하고 있는 기업 및 협회 등을 방문하여 해외사례분석을 하여 구체적인 현행제도 및 사례분석을 통한 개선방향과 사업 내 자격을 인정받고 현재 검정을 시행하고 있는 기관 실무자들을 대상으로 온라인 및 1:1 면접조사를 통하여 설문을 실시했으며, 사업 내 자격의 체계 및 내용에 대한 현황분석을 통하여 NCS와 사업 내 자격의 체계 분석 및 자격 신설 정비 모형을 도출하여 NCS를 활용한 사업 내 자격 신설 정비 표준매뉴얼을 개발하여 이 표준매뉴얼의 사용 촉진을 위하여 현행제도 및 사례분석을 통한 개선방향 제시하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 NCS 기반 사업 내 자격 신설 매뉴얼과 NCS 기반 사업 내 자격 정비 매뉴얼을 제시하였다.

Noise harriet Is used for noise reduction method of traffic noise. The length and the total cost of that are increased In this national area. But. a maintenance management of noise barrier is not systematic. and the guideline of that is not prepared for maintenance manual. The situations of existed installation and management of noise barriers Installed at 3.619 positions were investigated by questionnarie and direct field survey. And comparisons with foreign management guideline of noise harrier were carried out. The results show that the improvement methods of maintenance management system such as practical checklist and required Items for management of noise barrier were suggested.

This study considers the proper repair techniques by examining the most representative repair cases of the Korean arch bridges and proposes the constructional manual which can apply similar occasions. The cases are Seonamsa Seungseongyo and Songgwangsa Geukrockgyo where this researcher had taken part in the repair works. This Study proposes the maintenance construction manual about the performance degradation drew by performance degradation of the both Korean arch bridges in the maintenance process. First, arch bridge maintenance should be carried out in the dry season, when water is impermeable in the bottom surface of the bridge. Moreover, risk factors of the maintenance should be excluded to secure the water vally flow, the bypass and the temporary bridge. Second, prior to repair, it has to precede (1)3D shooting (2)formal examination (3)structure safety test (4)geological and lithic surveys (5)arch curvature establishment and makeshift frame settlement before transformation (6)relationship expert comments. Third, if the baduk and the foundation stones are inevitable to replace due to performance degradation on the foundation, it should use the high quality stones and secure greater stress by extending the standard range. The foundation on irregular rock needs to be flattened and underside on the replaced materials require Grengyijil to deliver the equal loads. Fourth, In the process of dismantling the stones of the arched bridge, it could make heavy weathering degree and not reuse the materials. Charge should converge the expert advices to choose the reuseable, the conservate and the alternative materials, and increase the reutilization of the raw materials by preservation and reinforcement treatments. Fifth, the side wall should be repaired by the rubble work technique which is not able to pile compost satiety, so it must use long depth of masonary stones for reinforcement. It is considered to reinforce the stone wall in shore as much as possible and protect the abutment and the side wall on the upstream for the arch bridge maintenance works.

Orthopaedic manual therapy(OMT) includes knowledge in arthokinematic, biological, behavioral, biomechanical, patholology, anatomy, and clinical science. it allows proper approach to patient evaluation and program development and relieves joint and soft tissue lesions. The OMT has sports injurys, traumatic, developmental, and neuromusculoskeletal disorders of acute and chronic states, and prevention of dysfunction as well as the development, improvement, restoration, or maintenance of joint and muscular mobility, stability, relaxation, strenth, endurance, balance, and functional skills. The purpose of this article has to define and clarify the change and development of basic concepts of orthopaedic manual therapy. OMT is ancient in origin. The book of ' Manipulation Past and Present ' contains pictures recording various types of joint mobilization by Hippocrates. Recently, there are many kinds of manual therapeutic maneuvers to assess and relieve joint and soft tissue lesions developed by James Cyriax, John McM Mennell, Brian R Mullign, Robin McKenzie, Freddy Kaltenborn, Geoffrey Maitland, and Ola Grimsby.
