Considerations on Standardization in Smart Hospitals

  • Smart hospitals involve the use of recent ICT (information and communications technology) technologies to improve healthcare access, efficiency, and effectiveness. Standardization in smart hospital technologies is crucial for interoperability, scalability, policy formulation, quality control, and maintenance. This study reviewed relevant international standards for smart hospitals and the organizations that develop them. Specific attention was paid to robotics in smart hospitals and the potential for standardization in this area. The study used online resources and existing standards to analyze technologies, standards, and practices in smart hospitals. Key technologies of smart hospitals were identified. Relevant standards from ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) were mapped to each core technology. Korea's leadership in smart hospital technology were highlighted. Approaches for standardizing smart hospitals were proposed. Finally, potential new international standard items for robotics in smart hospitals were identified and categorized by function: sampling, remote operation, delivery, disinfection, and movement tracking/contact tracing. Standardization in smart hospital technologies is crucial for ensuring interoperability, scalability, ethical use of artificial intelligence, and quality control. Implementing international standards in smart hospitals is expected to benefit individuals, healthcare institutions, nations, and industry by improving healthcare access, quality, and competitiveness.

  • Knowledge management system building knowledge acquisition, knowledge share, and knowledge maintenance for the member of corporation is expanded throughout whole industry to cope with rapid business environment. Electronic document basing knowledge management system can copy, print, and transfer knowledge to another party, so it is being regarded as a essential infrastructure to share knowledge. However, considering most of information leakage is sprung up by insider of organization, it is considered to provide countermeasure to protect illegal use from information leakage. The purpose of this paper is to establish digital information security system through design of document and manage digital information assets safely through electronic document security system protecting illegal leakage of digital information assets.

  • Recently as return farmers has been increased rapidly, the introduction of a system of rental housing is being considerated in order to induce regional fixation. It was examined organizational management, business scope of rural type rental housing, management role, through the analysis about the management realities of the business of similar form Rural-Fishing New Town project. Jangseonggun and Hwasungun have maneged rental housing 280ho in Rural-Fishing New Town project. It is large village among Rural Rental Housing. And these counties have organized the complex on a large scale among the rental housing. Local governments have managed and operated directly, also these governments have two different methods for the co-management, and the way of making payment. Rental housing management services are divided into rental management, housing management, tenant management. Rental management services such as residents of recruitment, tenants and retreat, rent collection and the storage, management and leasing promotion of the cantilever, surveys of residents. Housing management services such as check of various facilities, maintenance and maintenance work, security and cleaning and daily facility management. Tenant management is life management in connection with housing welfare. In the rural type of rental housing, there are few cases to operate a management office. It is often supplied by rental housing to buy a house or vacant land within the existing village. In this case, by utilizing community facilities within the existing village instead of establishment of extra facilities,It doesn't need to make payment for maintenance fee. In the smaller complex than No. 20, it is self-managed by the tenants in order to reduce the administrative costs and specify the necessary municipal manager. Organization form can be maneged directly from local governments and part of for the management of the building can be employed a mixed management system to delegate management to private organizations such as non-profit organizations or neighborhood association. Tenant management helps people who move in a rental house live on stable circumstance in there area by connection with the program of life support.

Come fly with ME: The Impact of 3PLs within the aircraft Manufacturing, Repair and Overhaul Industry in the United Arab Emirates

  • Purpose - This research explores the impacts of third-party logistics (3PLs) within the aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) industry in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to explore the role of collaborative relationships for improving outsourcing. Globalization and time based competition have changed business environments and challenged the conventional management strategies that are related to core competencies and operational models. Organizations are forced to devise innovative practices in which logistics outsourcing to 3PLs offers significant advantages. Research design, data, and methodology - This case study was conducted within a leading global aircraft MRO organization whose reach spans across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. The methods used face to face semi-structured interviews, validated through further focus group discussions. Results - These findings highlight the effectiveness of collaborative relationships on their role to improve outsourcing and also demonstrated that MROs gain several advantages from 3PL arrangements. However, any gaps in outsourcing management elevates potential risks to organizations as well, which could result in reputational, operational and financial losses. Conclusions - Although generalizability is not possible due to the case study approach, generality suggests that in order to reduce reputational, operational and financial risks, enhanced collaboration with 3PLs is recommended to optimize outsourcing arrangements.

  • IT governance in order to achieve the strategic goals of the organization, leadership, organizational structure, and the process is defined. In order to achieve IT governance, organizational structure, leadership for spindle formation, maintenance, and standardized processes to specific and an effective ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) management model is needed. In this study, the K Authority Management Model of IT Governance ITIL - based research on service delivery and customer satisfaction through the effective information for ITSM (Information Technology Service Management, IT Service Management) building measures, information for business planning and performance management PMS (Project Management System, project Management System), survey on ICT service levels established through the process of planning and construction management models such as ITIL future research on the public portion of the proceeds from the ITIL management model can be utilized as a guideline when establishing a theoretical presents a base.

  • 운영연속성관리계획 수립을 위한 프로세스는 비즈니스 위험 평가, 취약성 분석, 업무영향분석, 업무복구전략수립, 상세계획수립, 계획실행, 테스트 및 유지관리(모니터링 포함)의 반복적인 사이클을 구성할 수 있다. 관리체계는 조직에 발생하는 재난 관리 체계를 개발, 수행, 개선, 유지와 업무 연속성 확보 체계를 위한 책임 의무사항 제공과 함께 재난예방, 재난대비, 재난대응, 재난복구를 위한 재난관리체계를 평가할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 글로벌 환경변화에 대응하고 사회 안전 시스템의 구축과 운영의 극대화를 위하여 운영연속성관리, 위기관리체제 구축 및 위기관리통합체제 구축에 대하여 전반적으로 기술하고 조직 내에서 운영연속성관리를 이해하고 발전시켜 실행하기 위한 기틀을 제공하고자 운영연속성관리 관점에서의 위기관리통합시스템 구축 방법을 제안하였다.

  • 교통관리업무에서는 교통관리지원 장비뿐만 아니라 교통관리자 개인의 판단, 지식의 역량 등 인적요소에 의하여 교통성과의 차이가 난다. 따라서 특정조직에서 교통관리 소속원의 자기평가는 교통관리조직의 성과진단 혹은 상태진단을 하는 간접도구로 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문은 국내 다양한 교통관리집단과 일본특정교통관리집단의 자기평가를 통하여 국내 특정 도시간선도로관리기관의 교통관리 상태를 평가하여 적정성을 검토하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 그 결과로서 국내 간선도로관리집단의 조직이 성과, 활동, 미래지향성, 고객 지향성 등에서 다른 집단 보다 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 그 집단에 대하여 근무지별로 상세 평가를 하였다. 근무지별로는 본부, 지역본부, 현장, 정보센타, 연구원으로 구분하였다. 근무자들은 소속된 근무지의 교통관리 특성에 맞게 다양한 교통관리 요소의 개선 필요성을 제시하였다.

양식어업 어장관리선에 승선하는 어선원의 안전사고 위험요인 분석 (Analysis of risk factors for safety accidents for fisher onboard aquaculture fisheries management vessel)

  • This study aimed to quantitatively analyze the risk using data from 329 safety accidents that occurred in aquaculture fisheries management vessels over the recent five years (2018-2022). For quantitative risk analysis, the Bayesian network proposed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) was used to analyze the risk level according to the fishing process and cause of safety accidents. Among the work processes, the fishing process was analyzed to have the highest risk, being 12.5 times that of the navigation, 2.7 times that of the maintenance, and 8.8 times that of the loading and unloading. Among the causes of accidents, the hull and working environment showed the highest risk, being 1.7 times that of fishing gear and equipment, 4.7 times that of machinery and equipment, and 9.4 times that of external environment. By quantitatively analyzing the safety accident risks for 64 combinations of these four work processes and four accident causes, this study provided fundamental data to reduce safety accidents occurring in aquaculture fisheries management vessels.

정부청사의 효율적 방호·보안관리를 위한 법령체계 정비방안에 대한 소고 (A Study on Streamlining the Legal Framework for the Efficient Management of Protection and Security of the Government Complexes)

  • 행정안전부장관의 '정부청사 보안관리'라는 권한행사는 조직법(정부조직법)만으로는 불충분하며, 이를 규율하기 위해서는 구체적인 내용과 한계를 설정하는 작용법(개별법)을 제정할 필요가 있다. 정부청사의 방호·보안 관련규정을 포함하고 있는 현행 「정부청사관리규정」(대통령령)은 법률상의 근거가 없는 법규명령으로 현 헌법체계와 부합되지 아니하며 그 법규성에 의문이 제기된다. 동 규정은 청사의 수급 및 관리, 청사의 취득 및 처분, 청사의 시설관리 등에 한정하여 규율하는 경우에는 공물관리법의 성격을 가진다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 동 규정은 '청사의 출입제한 및 통제' 등 시설보안 및 질서유지와 같은 행정청의 고권적 행위를 포함하고 있어 공물경찰법의 성격도 아울러 가지고 있다. 이에 대한 입법개선 방안으로 청사의 수급·배정 등을 규율하고 있는 「정부청사관리규정」은 그대로 유지하되, 청사의 출입관리 등 행정주체의 고권적 행위를 규정하고 있는 방호·보안관리와 관련된 조문은 법률로 상향 조정할 필요가 있다. 또한 정부청사 방호직무 수행자인 방호관(일반직공무원)의 법률상 권한 부재로 현장 방호직무 수행 간 대응력 확보에 한계가 있어 근거법 명시를 통한 방호인력의 직무권한 확보가 요청된다. 정부청사 방호·보안 관련 법률의 주요내용은 출입자의 행위제한, 방호인력의 직무권한 및 의무, 무기의 사용, 방호인력에 대한 교육·훈련, 벌칙 등과 같이 국민의 권리제한과 의무부담과 관계되는 법률유보사항은 개별법에 반드시 포함될 필요가 있다.

고령자창업을 통한 고령인적자원의 효율적 관리방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on efficient application of elderly human resource through the aged for start business)

  • The purpose of this paper is to propose alternatives to help for the aged to implement start business as a method to recreate the aged population for their second life. There are three considerations that supports start business for the elderly. The first is to reinforce educational support system for the aged. Through the lifelong education, the aged require easy start business' information. This is not only goverment's job, a local autonomous entity is to support in the form of organic organization. The second is the maintenance of financial support system. Besides start business education, various financial support system must serve for the aged to challenge their start business enthusiastically. The last consideration is formation of start business network that joins the aged efficiently. Based on these aspects, the application for increasing elderly human resource is to consider both employment program of the aged and also start business program for them.
