교량의 목표 수명 동안 통행 안전성을 유지하기 위해서는 적정한 보수보강 예산의 확보와 확보된 예산의 합리적인 배분이 필요하다. 기존의 단순 교량 규모 기반 예산 배분 방식을 개선하여 다양한 영향인자를 고려한 합리적인 예산 배분 결정 체계를 제안하였다. 전체 교량을 하위 관리주체별로 일정한 관리 수준이 확보되도록 교량의 보수보강 예산을 적정하게 배분하기 위하여 과거 보수보강 이력에 기초한 조치율 모델과 단위 비용 모델을 개발하였다. 제안된 모델을 이용하여 관리주체별 적정 예산 배분 비율 결정 방법을 제안하고 사례 분석을 수행하였다. 교량의 보수보강 예산 배분의 영향 인자로 교량 규모뿐만 아니라 종별 현황과 현재 안전등급, 공용년수가 고려되어야 적정 예산 배분이 이루어지는 것으로 나타났다. 개발된 방법을 활용하여 관리 주체별 예산 소요를 명확하게 반영한 예산 분배를 시행함으로서 불필요한 예산 낭비를 방지하고 예산 배분의 합리적인 근거를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Domestic and foreign aviation industries showed steep growth along with rapid increase in aviation demand, but the industries got directly hit by COVID-19. Now, with the recovery of daily life, aviation demand is gradually increasing, too. However, the risk of aviation accidents also increases proportionally to the increasing demand for aviation. Although it is a point that safety management needs to be actively conducted to prevent safety accidents resulted from the growth of aviation industries, research on safety culture and organizations is not sufficiently done in terms of the depth and scope of it despite the importance of the discussion. Studies in various areas have reported that an organization's safety culture forms the group's safety atmosphere and then results in the workers' safety behavior. Accordingly, this study examined the effects of safety culture in an organization on the safety behavior of its members who are aircraft maintenance technicians. The results of this research can be summed up as follows: first, it has been found that the roles of the person in charge grounded on clear goals and guidelines for the organization's safety policy influence the technicians' attitudes. Second, the important factor in the technicians' safety observance is that the attitude to follow safety rules when performing aviation maintenance raises their awareness of safety, for instance, following standard operation procedures or wearing personal equipment for protection. Third, their attitudes have positive effects on safety participation, and consequently, their intention to comply with safety rules is shown as an active action to achieve the ultimate goal of safety behavior.

In recent years, the most common bridges are showed a decrease of duriability in quick times of 10~20 years after construction. Therefore, the project of maintenance and management is located a important subject more and more. The maintanence-management of bridges begin from inspection of bridge and this accupy more important part with repairing-reinforcing method. In a point of view liked this, the purpose of this paper is to propose the most rational and useful method for the maintance-management of bridges with comparing and examming inspection kind inspection frequency and judge standard etc. that manage the each organization of Korea and Japan. Also in the bases of this result, hereafter, it will propose the standard idea for the organization etc. of databank of the bridges.

RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) study has received far less rigorous analysis in the system performance and integration level, and RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) research has been studying to improve the maintenance efficiency in the operational steps based on collected data of real operational cases. This paper analyzes the basic concepts based on KS X ISO/IEC 15288 system life-cycle process in the whole system for the light rail transit construction, and the research suggests an approach to the management process of the applicable main tasks. The paper "Management Process Study to RAMS Application of Light Rail Transit System" introduces Airport Rail cases and guidelines by using RAMS which is the major role in the system engineering technical process of ISO/IEC 15288 (International Organization for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission 15288) to apply RAMS in domestic light rail transit efficiently, the aim of this study is to broaden of understanding RAMS.

This paper is to analyze and provide some managerial requirements for the successful implementation of total productive maintenance system. It tries to identify determining factors for success and reasons for the failures of TPM, based on the research of a survey and an empirical study through the years in Korea. The findings are such that many companies have not been engaged in planning and control the maintenance cost and their maintenance activities are not organized systematically. However, many indicators show that the number of finns which try to introduce and implement TPM is getting increased. The successful implementation of TPM depends largely on how top management perceives TPM and how the firm responds In the changes of organization and of the role of workers to adapt this new concept of work. It is required that TPM is perceived as a means to achieve the firm's business objectives. It is recommended that each company constructs and develops its own model and procedures to drive the effort for TPM implementation.

Due to the rapidly changing global business environment and global management environment, companies must actively act for competitiveness. By examining the development process of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), there is a chance to optimize the organization and find measures to improve the company competitiveness. It seems examining task process, and studying the influence of ERP introduction to management performance by considering whether the excessive maintenance cost or repetitive investment toward ERP is quiet significant. The companies which instituted ERP uses "business process model" provided by "Best Practice" compare own task to choose much efficient method. This allows simultaneous realization of ERP institution and Business Reengineering (BR).

경쟁에서 살아남기 위해서 기업들은 새로운 지식을 개발하고, 적용 및 전달하며 수많은 지식경영활동을 축적해 오고 있다. 그러므로 효과적인 지식경영을 도입 및 홀용을 위해서는 효율적인 지식경영시스템의 구축과 운영이 중요한 요인으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 지식경영에서 주요한 결과로 나타나는 조직의 학습지향성과 지식경영과의 관계를 확인 하는데 있다. 즉, 본 연구는 기업의 지식경영시스템이 기업구성원의 학습지향성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴 봄으로써 향후 기업의 지식경영의 방향설정에 기초가 되고자 연구하였다. 본 연구는 이론 및 선행 연구를 종합하고 가설과 연구모형을 개발하고 설문지조사를 통해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 지식경영시스템은 학습 성장의지에 유이한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 지식경영시스템은 내부개선의지에 통계적으로 유의한 관계에 있는 것으로 확인 되었다. 그러므로 지지경영시스템의 성공적인 운영과 관리를 위해서는 조직의 전략적이고 적합한 학습모형과 조직 구성원의 역할에 초점을 맞출 수 있는 시스템의 유지 관리가 중요한 변수로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 실무분야에서 뿐만 아니라 조직의 지식경영시스템의 연구에도 유의한 지침을 제공 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

With the growth and maturation of IT industry, the necessity of audit about development, maintenance and management of high-quality information system is gradually increasing. In addition, the necessity of inner auditing system, which could totally verify and evaluate the effectiveness of project according to the characteristics of organization conducting information-oriented business, also being proposed. Government offices including Korea Institute of Science and Technology(KISTI) collectively controlling nationwide science-technology related information have no guiding principle or organization within themselves even though performing information-oriented businesses are becoming more bigger and complicated. In this paper, we propose scheme for devising framework, which can audit construction and operation of knowledge information, check list and guideline. In addition, we present concrete ways for adapting these schemes to institutes which manage science-technology knowledge information. Audit framework consists of points of time in audit, audit domain and audit criterion. Points of time in audit are defined as three phases as followings: pre-audit, in-progress audit and post-audit. Audit domain includes 16 detail audit domains and especially we set 11 check items and 40 detail investigation items for database implementation business. We expect that management level of science-technology implementation business of organizations using this research result will increase and they could offer high-quality information service.

In Korea, the rental apartments for low-income bracket have greatly been built and are being built now. But their management system is quite unstable and the residents' participation in the management is excluded throughly from the beginning. As a result, there are increasing complaints about their low quality of management as well as a self-righteous managerial behavior by the housing company. Therefore, it is required to be managed by residents in the rental apartmenr and especially the organization of management, such as decision making-executing-audition body, should be operated by the residents. To achieve this purpose, the management law should be consolidated into one and the method o imposing the expenses of repairing and maintenance should be improved by The Ministry of Construction and Transportation.

The growth rate of international aviation is expected to be higher than that of most industries and the proportion of carbon emissions from the aviation industry will become very significant as the year 2050 approaches. Constraining the growth of this industry is not desirable because it is essential for human welfare as well as the development of related industries. However, reduction of carbon due to aviation is not easy because it is difficult to improve fuel efficiency in a significant way. The ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), which is the main organization responsible for handling this problem, developed a program named CORSIA (Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation). The present study analyzes various strategies for countries and airlines to comply with CORSIA using a fuel-efficient system. We conclude that countries should improve their airspace utilization systems, airport facilities, and air navigation systems. Additionally, based on the results of a flight data analysis, airlines should improve their operational efficiency in terms of operations control, flight operation, and maintenance management.
