STUDY ON APPLICATION OF NEURO-COMPUTER TO NONLINEAR FACTORS FOR TRAVEL OF AGRICULTURAL CRAWLER VEHICLES

  • In this study, the NEURAL NETWORK (hereinafter referred to as NN) was applied to control of the nonlinear factors for turning movement of the crawler vehicle and experiment was carried out using a small model of crawler vehicle in order to inspect an application of NN. Furthermore, CHAOS NEURAL NETWORK (hereinafter referred to as CNN) was also applied to this control so as to compare with conventional NN. CNN is especially effective for plane in many variables with local minimum which conventional NN is apt to fall into, and it is relatively useful to nonlinear factors. Experiment of turning on the slope of crawler vehicle was performed in order to estimate an adaptability of nonlinear problems by NN and CNN. The inclination angles of the road surface which the vehicles travel on, were respectively 4deg, 8deg, 12deg. These field conditions were selected by the object for changing nonlinear magnitude in turning phenomenon of vehicle. Learning of NN and CNN was carried out by referring to positioning data obtained from measurement at every 15deg in turning. After learning, the sampling data at every 15deg were interpolated based on the constructed learning system of NN and CNN. Learning and simulation programs of NN and CNN were made by C language ("Association of research for algorithm of calculating machine (1992)"). As a result, conventional NN and CNN were available for interpolation of sampling data. Moreover, when nonlinear intensity is not so large under the field condition of small slope, interpolation performance of CNN was a little not so better than NN. However, when nonlinear intensity is large under the field condition of large slope, interpolation performance of CNN was relatively better than NN.

6-MV선형가속기를 이용한 입체방사선수술의 선량측정 및 3차원적 치료계획 (Dosimetry and Three Dimensional Planning for Stereotactic Radiosurgery with SIEMENS 6-MV LINAC)

  • 방사선수술을 시행하기 위해서는 종양의 위치결정, 흡수선량 계산, 그리고 치료를 위한 특수제작된 기구와 컴퓨터 프로그램이 요구된다. 본 연구의 목적은 선형가속기의 전반적인 기계적 정밀도를 확인하고 선형가속기를 이용한 방사선수술에 있어서의 선량계산 알고리즘을 개발하는 것이다. 치료기계의 정렬과 전반적인 치료체계의 성과에 대한 점검을 행하였고 백분율 심부선량, 중심축외 선량비, 그리고 출력인자와 같은 기본 계산자료를 측정하였다. 또한, 입체방사선수술을 위한 3차원적 치료계획 체계를 개발하였다. 선량분포를 계산하기 위하여 C-언어를 이용한 컴퓨터 프로그램을 작성하였고 하드웨어로는 IBM PS/2 (Intel 80386 SX, 24 MHz)를 사용하였다. 그 결과, 주 병원이 보유한 선형가속기의 겐트리와 테이블 회전에 따른 중심점에 대한 오차는 2 mm 이내로 방사선수술을 시행하기에 충분하였다. 팬톰실험에 따르면, 컴퓨터 단층촬영을 이용한 위치결정을 포함한 표적에의 빔의 일치도는 역시 2mm 이내였다. 끝으로, 본원에서 개발한 3차원적 치료계획의 정확도는 필름을 이용한 선량측정을 통하여 입증되었다.

FPGA를 이용한 유도 전동기의 디지털 전류 제어 시스템 구현 (Implementation of the Digital Current Control System for an Induction Motor Using FPGA)

  • 본 논문에서는 FPGA를 이용하여 산업용 구동장치로 널리 사용되고 있는 유도 전동기의 디지털 전류 제어시스템을 구현하였다. 이를 위해 VHDL을 이용하여 FPGA를 설계하였으며 이 FPGA는 PWM 발생부, PWM 보호부, 회전속도 검출부, 프로그램 폭주 방지부, 인터럽트 발생부, 디코더 로직부, 신호 지연 발생부 및 디지털 입·출력부로 각각 구성되어있다. 본 FPGA의 설계시 고속처리의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 클럭전용핀을 활용하였으며 또한 40 MHz에서도 동작할 수 있는 삼각파를 만들기 위해 업다운 카운터와 래치부를 병렬 처리함으로써 고속화하였다. 특히 삼각파와 각종 레지스터를 비교 연산할 때 많은 팬아웃 문제에 따른 게이트 지연(gate delay) 요소를 줄이기 위해 병렬 카운터를 두어 고속화를 실현하였다. 아울러 삼각파의 진폭과 주파수 및 PWM 파형의 데드 타임 등을 소프트웨어적으로 가변 하도록 하였다. 이와 같은 기능들을 FPGA로 구현하기 위하여 퀵로직(Quick Logic)사의 pASIC 2 SpDE와 Synplify-Lite 합성툴을 이용하여 로직을 합성하였다. 또한 Verilog HDL 환경에서 최악의 상황들(worst cases)에 대한 최종 시뮬레이션이 성공적으로 수행되었다. 아울러 구현된 FPGA를 84핀 PLCC 형태의 FPGA로 프로그래밍 한 후 3상 유도전동기의 디지털 전류 제어 시스템에 적용하였다. 이를 위해 DSP(TMS320C31-40 MHz)와 FPGA, A/D 변환기 및 전류 변환기(Hall CT) 등을 이용하여 3상 유도 전동기의 디지털 전류 제어 시스템을 구성하였으며, 디지털 전류 제어의 효용성을 실험을 통해 확인하였다.

투자자별 거래정보와 머신러닝을 활용한 투자전략의 성과 (Performance of Investment Strategy using Investor-specific Transaction Information and Machine Learning)

  • 주식시장에 참여하는 투자자들은 크게 외국인투자자, 기관투자자, 그리고 개인투자자로 구분된다. 외국인투자자 같은 전문투자자 집단은 개인투자자 집단과 비교하여 정보력과 자금력에서 우위를 보이고 있으며, 그 결과 시장 참여자들 사이에는 외국인투자자들이 좋은 투자 성과를 보이는 것으로 알려져 있다. 외국인 투자자들은 근래에는 인공지능을 이용한 투자를 많이 하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 투자자별 거래량 정보와 머신러닝을 결합하는 투자전략을 제안하고, 실제 주가와 투자자별 거래량 데이터를 이용하여 제안 모형의 포트폴리오 투자 성과를 분석하는 것이다. 일별 투자자별 매수 수량과 매도 수량 정보는 한국거래소에서 공개하고 있는 자료를 활용하였으며, 여기에 인공신경망을 결합하여 최적의 포트폴리오 전략을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 자기 조직화 지도 모형 인공신경망을 이용하여 투자자별 거래량 데이터를 그룹화하고 그룹화한 데이터를 변환하여 오류역전파 모형을 학습하였다. 학습 후 검증 데이터 예측결과로 매월 포트폴리오 구성을 하도록 개발하였다. 성과 분석을 위해 포트폴리오의 벤치마크를 지정하였고 시장 수익률 비교를 위해 KOSPI200, KOSPI 지수 수익률도 구하였다. 포트폴리오의 동일배분 수익률, 복리 수익률, 연평균 수익률, MDD, 표준편차, 샤프지수, 벤치마크로 지정한 시가총액 상위 10종목의 Buy and Hold 수익률 등을 사용하여 성과 분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과 포트폴리오가 벤치마크 대비 2배 수익률을 올렸으며 시장 수익률보다 좋은 성과를 보였다. MDD와 표준편차는 포트폴리오와 벤치마크가 비슷한 결과로 성과 대비 비교한다면 포트폴리오가 좋은 성과라고 할 수 있다. 샤프지수도 포트폴리오가 벤치마크와 시장 결과보다 좋은 성과를 내었다. 이를 통해 머신러닝과 투자자별 거래정보 분석을 활용한 포트폴리오 구성 프로그램 개발의 방향을 제시하였고 실제 주식 투자를 위한 프로그램 개발에 활용할 수 있음을 보였다.

제작방법에 따른 임시 수복용 레진의 마모저항성에 관한 연구 (In vitro evaluation of the wear resistance of provisional resin materials fabricated by different methods)

  • 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 적층 가공(additive manufacturing)법, 절삭 가공(subtractive manufacturing)법, 전통적인 방법에 따른 임시 수복용 레진의 마모 저항성을 조사하는 것이다. 재료 및 방법: 제작방법에 따라 4개의 군으로 나누었으며, 각 군은 전용의 임시 수복용 레진을 사용하였다: S3P군, Stereolithography apparatus (SLA) 3D 프린터 및 전용의 광경화성 수지로 제작한 군; D3P군, Digital Light Processing (DLP) 3D 프린터 및 전용의 광경화성 수지로 제작한 군; MIL군, Milling machine 및 밀링용 레진 블록으로 제작한 군; CON군, 전통적인 방법 및 자가중합형 레진으로 제작한 군. 한편, 3D 프린팅된 레진 시편을 제작함에 있어 적층 각도와 층 두께를 각각 $0^{\circ}$$100{\mu}m$로 설정하였다. 구강내 환경을 재현하기 위하여 열순환 처리와 수평, 수직운동이 가능한 2축 chewing simulator를 사용하였으며, 하부에는 한쪽면이 편평하게 제작된 임시 수복용 레진을, 상부에는 끝이 3 mm 직경을 가지는 원뿔형의 steatite를 고정하여 마모시험 진행하였다(5 kg, 30,000회, 0.8 Hz, $5^{\circ}C/55^{\circ}C$). 임시 수복용 레진의 마모량은 마모 전후의 Standard Triangulated Language (STL) 파일과 전용의 CAD software를 이용하여 부피를 계산하였고, 주사전자현미경으로 마모 양상을 비교하였다. 결과: S3P군, D3P군, MIL군의 마모량은 CON군보다 유의하게 작았으며 (P < .05), S3P군, D3P군, MIL군 사이에는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다 (P > .05). 주사전자현미경으로 마모면을 관찰한 결과, S3P군과 D3P군에서는 대합치의 운동 방향에 대해 수직적으로 갈라진 흔적이 발견되었다. MIL군에서는 전반적으로 균일한 마모면이 보인 반면, CON군에서는 대합치 운동 방향으로의 뚜렷한 마모 흔적과 다수의 기포가 관찰되었다. 결론: 본 연구의 한계 내에서, 3D 프린팅된 임시 수복용 레진은 치과용으로서 적절한 마모저항성을 보였다.

텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용한 인공지능 기술개발 동향 분석 연구: 깃허브 상의 오픈 소스 소프트웨어 프로젝트를 대상으로 (A Study on the Development Trend of Artificial Intelligence Using Text Mining Technique: Focused on Open Source Software Projects on Github)

  • 제4차 산업혁명을 이끄는 주요 원동력 중 하나인 인공지능 기술은 이미지와 음성 인식 등 여러 분야에서 사람과 유사하거나 더 뛰어난 능력을 보이며, 사회 전반에 미치게 될 다양한 영향력으로 인하여 높은 주목을 받고 있다. 특히, 인공지능 기술은 의료, 금융, 제조, 서비스, 교육 등 광범위한 분야에서 활용이 가능하기 때문에, 현재의 기술 동향을 파악하고 발전 방향을 분석하기 위한 노력들 또한 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 한편, 이러한 인공지능 기술의 급속한 발전 배경에는 학습, 추론, 인식 등의 복잡한 인공지능 알고리즘을 개발할 수 있는 주요 플랫폼들이 오픈 소스로 공개되면서, 이를 활용한 기술과 서비스들의 개발이 비약적으로 증가하고 있는 것이 주요 요인 중 하나로 확인된다. 또한, 주요 글로벌 기업들이 개발한 자연어 인식, 음성 인식, 이미지 인식 기능 등의 인공지능 소프트웨어들이 오픈 소스 소프트웨어(OSS: Open Sources Software)로 무료로 공개되면서 기술확산에 크게 기여하고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 온라인상에서 다수의 협업을 통하여 개발이 이루어지고 있는 인공지능과 관련된 주요 오픈 소스 소프트웨어 프로젝트들을 분석하여, 인공지능 기술 개발 현황에 대한 보다 실질적인 동향을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 깃허브(Github) 상에서 2000년부터 2018년 7월까지 생성된 인공지능과 관련된 주요 프로젝트들의 목록을 검색 및 수집하였으며, 수집 된 프로젝트들의 특징과 기술 분야를 의미하는 토픽 정보들을 대상으로 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 적용하여 주요 기술들의 개발 동향을 연도별로 상세하게 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 인공지능과 관련된 오픈 소스 소프트웨어들은 2016년을 기준으로 급격하게 증가하는 추세이며, 토픽들의 관계 분석을 통하여 주요 기술 동향이 '알고리즘', '프로그래밍 언어', '응용분야', '개발 도구'의 범주로 구분하는 것이 가능함을 확인하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로, 향후 다양한 분야에서의 활용을 위해 개발되고 있는 인공지능 관련 기술들을 보다 상세하게 구분하여 확인하는 것이 가능할 것이며, 효과적인 발전 방향 모색과 변화 추이 분석에 활용이 가능할 것이다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases.
