비소세포성 폐암에서 근치적 방사선치료 성적과 예후인자 분석 (The Results of Definitive Radiation Therapy and The Analysis of Prognostic Factors for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer)

  • 목적 : 비소세포성 폐암 환자에서 근치적 방사선 치료 단독 또는 항암화학요법과 병용으로 치료했을 때, 환자의 임상적 양상, 실패 양상, 생존율, 생존에 영향을 미치는 인자 및 방사선치료와 연관된 부작용에 대하여 알아보기 위하여 본 연구를 시행하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 1982년 3월부터 1996년 4월까지 비소세포성 폐암으로 이화대학병원 치료방사선과에서 근치적 목적의 방사선치료를 시행받은 70명의 환자에 대한 치료 결과를 후향적으로 분석하였다. 환자의 병기는 1기 2례, 2기 6례, 3-A기 30례, 3-B기 29례, 4기가 3례였다. 방사선치료는 6MV X-선을 이용하여 일일선량 1.8y-2.0Gy씩 주 5회 조사하였고, 총방사선량은 50.4-72.0Gy(중앙값 59.4Gy)였다. 전체 환자 중 34례(47$\%$)에서 유도 또는 동시 화학요법이 시행되었고 대부분 etoposide와 cisplatin이 포함된 복합화학요법이었다. 관찰조사가 사망 또는 연구시점까지 가능했던 경우가 43례(61$\%$)였고 생존율은 Kapian-Meier 방법으로 분석하였다. 결과 : 전체 환자의 생존율은 1년 63$\%$, 2년 29$\%$, 3년 26$\%$였고, 중앙생존기간은 17개월이였으며, 무병생존율은 1년 23$\%$, 2년 16$\%$였다. 각 병기별 전체 1년 생존율은 1기 100$\%$, 2기 80$\%$, 3기 61$\%$, 4기 50$\%$였고, 3기 환자만의 생존율은 1년 61$\%$, 2년 23$\%$, 3년 20$\%$였고, 중앙생존기간은 15개월이었다. 방사선치료 후 완전관해가 11례(16$\%$), 부분관해가 35례(50$\%$)인 반면, 국소제어된 경우는 30례(43$\%$)로서, 이 중 24례(80$\%$)에서 치료실패에 대한 추적관찰이 가능하였으며, 추적된 24례에서 치료실패를 보인 14례(58$\%$)중 6례(43$\%$)는 국소재발, 6례(43$\%$)는 원격전이, 2례(14$\%$)는 국소재발과 원격전이가 동반된 경우로서 전체 환자 중 16례(23$\%$)에서 국소치유를 관찰할 수 있었다. 원격전이에 대한 추적관찰이 가능한 50례 중 23례(46$\%$)에서 원격전이를 보였다. 근치적 방사선 치료만 시행한 군의 1년 생존율은 59$\%$, 유도 또는 동시 화학요법이 복합된 군은 68$\%$로서 두 군간의 생존율 차이는 다변량분석에서 통계학적 의의가 있었고(p=0.0049), 3기 환자만의 경우 방사선치료 단독군의 1년 생존율은 51$\%$, 유도 또는 동시 화학요법 병행군은 68$\%$로서 통계학적으로 유의한 생존율 차이가 있었다(p=0.0015). 단변수 변량분석에서 전체환자는 병기(p=0.015) 및 국소제어유무(p=0.0001)가, 3기 환자군은 유도 또는 동시 화학요법 병행 유무(p=0.0488), 시기에 무관한 화학요법 시행 유무(P=0.001) 및 국소제어 유무(p=0.0001)가 통계적 유의성이 있었으며, 다변수 변량분석에서 전체 환자 또는 3기 환자만을 대상으로 할 때 병기(p=0.0001), 치료전 전신수행능력(p=0.001), 유도 또는 동시 화학요법 병행유무(p=0.0015), 총방사선량(p=0.0049), 국소제어 유무(P=0.0001)가 통계적 의의가 있었다. 방사선치료와 관련된 합병증은 식도염, 방사선폐렴, 혈액학적 부작용, 피부염이었으며, 2례의 치명적인 방사선폐렴이 관찰되었다. 결론 : 비소세포성 폐암 환자에서 고식적인 방사선 치료만으로는 만족할만한 생존율을 얻기 어려우므로 원격전이 제어에 필요한 적절한 복합화학요법의 추가가 필요하고, 국소제어율을 높이기 위해서는 수술을 병용하는 다원적 치료나 충분한 방사선량을 조사하기 위한 다분할조사방법의 활용 등 적극적인 치료가 필요하다.

텍스트마이닝 기법을 활용한 사용후핵연료 건식처리기술 관련 언론 동향 분석 (Analysis of media trends related to spent nuclear fuel treatment technology using text mining techniques)

  • 최근 4차 산업혁명, 코로나로 인한 뉴노멀 시대의 도래 등을 계기로 인공지능, 빅데이터 연구와 같은 언택트 관련 기술의 중요성이 더욱 급상하고 있다. 각 종 연구 분야에서는 이러한 연구 트렌드를 따라가기 위한 융합적 연구가 본격적으로 시행되고 있으나 원자력 분야의 경우 자연어 처리, 텍스트마이닝 분석 등 인공지능 및 빅데이터 관련 기술을 적용한 연구가 많이 수행되지 않았다. 이에 원자력 연구 분야에 데이터 사이언스 분석기술의 적용 가능성을 확인해보고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 원자로 연료로 사용된 뒤 배출되는 사용후핵연료 인식 동향 파악에 대한 연구는 원자력 산업 정책에 대한 방향을 결정하고 산업정책 변화를 사전에 대응할 수 있다는 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 사용후핵연료 처리기술은 크게 습식 재처리 방식과 건식 재처리 방식으로 나뉘는데, 이 중 환경 친화적이고 핵비확산성 및 경제성이 높은 건식재처리 기술인 '파이로프로세싱'과 그 연계 원자로 '소듐냉각고속로'의 연구개발에 대한 재평가가 현재 지속적으로 검토되고 있다. 따라서 위와 같은 이유로, 본 연구에서는 사용후핵연료 처리기술인 파이로프로세싱에 대한 언론 동향 분석을 진행하였다. 사용후핵연료 처리기술인 '파이로프로세싱' 키워드를 포함하는 네이버 웹 뉴스 기사 전문의 텍스트데이터를 수집하여 기간에 따라 인식변화를 분석하였다. 2016년 발생한 경주 지진, 2017년 새 정부의 에너지 전환정책 시행된 2010년대 중반 시기를 기준으로 전, 후의 동향 분석이 시행되었고, 빈도분석을 바탕으로 한 워드 클라우드 도출, TF-IDF(Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency) 도출, 연결정도 중심성 산출 등의 분석방법을 통해 텍스트데이터에 대한 세부적이고 다층적인 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 2010년대 이전에는 사용후핵연료 처리기술에 대한 사회 언론의 인식이 외교적이고 긍정적이었음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 시간이 흐름에 따라 '안전(safety)', '재검토(reexamination)', '대책(countermeasure)', '처분(disposal)', '해체(disassemble)' 등의 키워드 출현빈도가 급증하며 사용후핵연료 처리기술 연구에 대한 지속 여부가 사회적으로 진지하게 고려되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 정치 외교적 기술로 인식되던 사용후핵연료 처리기술이 국내 정책의 변화로 연구 지속 가능성이 모호해짐에 따라 언론 인식도 점차 변화했다는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 원자력 분야에서의 사회과학 연구의 지속은 필수불가결함을 알 수 있었고 이에 대한 중요성이 부각되었다. 또한, 현 정부의 원전 감축과 같은 에너지 정책의 영향으로, 사용후핵연료 처리기술 연구개발에 대한 재평가가 시행되는 이 시점에서 해당 분야의 주요 키워드 분석은 향후 연구 방향 설정에 기여할 수 있을 것이라는 측면에서 실무적 의의를 갖는다. 더 나아가 원자력 공학 분야에 사회과학 분야를 폭넓게 적용할 필요가 있으며, 국가 정책적 변화를 고려해야 원자력 산업이 지속 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

소비자의 부정적 브랜드 루머의 수용과 확산 (Consumer's Negative Brand Rumor Acceptance and Rumor Diffusion)

  • 루머는 신뢰할 만한 타당한 근거나 이유가 없음에도 불구하고 광범위하게 이야기되는 일상적인 대화나 의견으로서 오랜기간 소비자 개개인의 사적 영역의 문제였다. 그러나 대중의 사랑과 주목을 받는 기업이나 브랜드는 선천적으로 소비자의 관심으로부터 멀어질 수 없으며, 항상 루머의 주요한 소재가 되어 왔다. 그 결과 현대의 소비자 커뮤니케이션 환경에서 루머는 기업 경영활동에 중요한 위기 요인이 되고 있다. 기업과 브랜드들이 당면하는 소비자 루머들은 크게 기업과 관련된 음모성 루머와 상품과 직접적 관련이 있는 오염성 루머로 나누어지며 국내외에서 많은 위기 사례들이 발견되고 있다. 심지어 P&G, SK, 현대, 삼성처럼 잘 정비된 홍보 조직을 갖춘 굴지의 대기업들조차 이런 루머로부터 자유롭지 못하며, 기존의 대응방식 역시 적절하지 못했던 것이 사실이다. 부정적 루머가 주목받아야 하는 이유는 해당 기업의 매출 및 점유율 하락은 물론 주식 가격에도 부정적인 영향을 미치며 오랜기간 구축해온 소비자와의 관계마저 황폐화시킬 가능성이 있기 때문이다. 최근 인터넷, 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 확산과 더불어 브랜드와 관련된 루머의 중요성은 더욱 증대하고 있으나 루머 연구는 지금까지 기업이나 마케팅 연구자의 정당한 주목을 받지 못하였다. 이에 본 연구는 루머의 다각적인 측면을 고려하는 상황주의자적 연구 패러다임을 기반으로 지각된 유용성, 원천 신뢰성, 메시지 신뢰성, 걱정, 생동감과 같은 루머와 관련된 속성들이 루머 수용강도와 루머 구전의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 가상 브랜드와 루머가 제시되었으며, 실증조사를 통한 데이터 수집과 분석이 이루어졌다. 연구 결과에 따르면 원천 신뢰성, 메시지 신뢰성, 걱정, 생동감 같은 루머 특성 변수들은 루머 수용 강도에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 루머 수용강도는 루머 구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 지각된 중요성은 루머 수용강도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하며, 상품 관여도의 조절효과 역시 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 주요한 실무적, 학문적 시사점을 제공하고 있다. 첫째, 루머를 자연발생적인 사회 현상이 아니라 소비자의 주요 활동의 일부이며, 마케터의 관심과 대응 커뮤니케이션 전략이 필요한 브랜드 관련 현상임을 주장하였다. 둘째, 브랜드 루머의 심리적, 사회적인 다차원적 구성 요인과 확산되는 경로를 제시함으로서 루머에 대한 능동적인 관리 가능성을 제시하였다. 셋째, 온라인상의 루머 활동이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향을 제시함으로서 기업들의 적극적인 온라인 커뮤니케이션 활동과 평판 관리의 필요성을 주장하였다. 넷째, 소비자의 걱정과 같은 부정적 정서가 루머의 온상이 되고 있음을 규명함으로서 소비자의 의혹을 불식시키기 위하여 정확하고 진실된 정보를 제공해야 함을 주장하였다. 다섯째, 루머의 유용성이 확산에 미치는 영향 가설이 기각되었으며, 상품 관여도의 조절 효과 역시 기각되었다. 이는 루머를 접하는 소비자의 입장에서 볼 때, 루머 자체가 무의미하더라도 단순한 재미나 호기심만으로도 얼마든지 확산될 가능성을 암시하고 있다. 일부 기업들은 사실이 아니라는 이유만으로 루머를 무시하거나 간과하는 경우들이 있으나, 기업의 예상과 다르게 루머가 얼마든지 확산될 수 있는 가능성을 보여주며, 기업의 보다 세심한 대응 전략의 필요성을 요구하고 있다.

인적자원의 혁신성, 학습지향성, 이들의 상호작용이 혁신효과 및 사업성과에 미치는 영향 : 중소기업과 대기업의 비교연구 (The Impact of Human Resource Innovativeness, Learning Orientation, and Their Interaction on Innovation Effect and Business Performance : Comparison of Small and Medium-Sized vs. Large-Sized Companies)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인적자원의 혁신성과 학습지향성이 혁신효과 및 사업성과에 미치는 영향관계를 연구함에 있어 중소기업과 대기업의 차이를 알아보는 것이었다. 다양한 업종의 실무자 479명으로부터 수집한 설문자료를 t-검정, 회귀분석 등을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과에서 대기업은 중소기업에 비해 인적자원의 혁신성, 학습지향성, 혁신효과, 사업성과 면에서 더 높은 수준을 보였다. 혁신효과를 종속변인으로 한 회귀분석 결과에서 인적자원의 혁신성, 학습지향성, 인적자원의 혁신성-학습지향성의 상호 작용 변인이 혁신효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 기업규모의 조절효과도 확인되어 중소기업의 경우 대기업에 비해 인적자원의 혁신성이 혁신효과에 미치는 영향이 더 크고, 대기업의 경우 중소기업에 비해 학습지향성이 혁신효과에 미치는 영향이 더 크다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 사업성과를 종속변인으로 한 회귀 분석 결과에서는 학습지향성, 혁신효과, 인적자원의 혁신성-학습지향성의 상호작용 변인이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기업규모의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 기업을 위한 시사점이 제시되었는데, 중소기업과 대기업 모두 혁신효과와 사업성과를 끌어올리기 위해 인적자원의 혁신성과 학습 지향적 문화의 확산에 고루 투자함으로서 성공적인 혁신 상품과 서비스 개발을 이루고, 궁극적으로 사업성과의 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 1. 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 우리나라의 산림토양(山林土壤)의 형태학적(形態學的) 이학적(理學的) 화학적성질(化學的性質)이 임목생장(林木生長)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 조사(調査)하여 수종별(樹種別)로 토양조건(土壤條件)의 요구(要求) 경향(傾向)을 파악(把握)하므로서 적지적수(適地適樹) 및 비배관리(肥培管理)의 기초자료(基礎資料)를 얻고자 10여년간(余年間)에 걸쳐서 자료(資料)를 수집(蒐集)하여 수량화방법(數量化方法)의 이론(理論)을 적용(適用)하여 다변량해석(多變量解析)으로 분석(分析)한 것이다. 2. 공시수종(供試樹種)인 낙엽송(落葉松)과 잣나무는 온대중부(溫帶中部)에서 온대북부(溫帶北部) 지방(地方)에 이르기까지 조림적지(造林適地)가 광대(廣大)하게 분포(分布)되고 있고 한국(韓國)의 이대(二大) 조림수종(造林樹種)으로 되고 있으나, 적지특성(適地特性)이 밝혀지고 있지않아 조림시(造林時)에 혼동(混同)하여 조림(造林)하거나 동일지위급(同一地位級)으로 취급(取級)되어 왔으며 낙엽송(落葉松) 적지(適地)에는 잣나무를 조림(造林)하여도 비교적(比較的) 생장(生長)이 양호(良好)하나 반면(反面) 잣나무 적지(適地)에 냑엽송(落葉松)을 조림(造林)할 경우(境遇) 생장(生長)은 양호(良好)하다고는 할 수 없다. 이러한 차이(差異)에 대(對)하여 토양형태학적요인(土壤形態學的因子), 토양(土壤)의 이화학적인자(理化字的因子)가 임목생장(林木生長)에 어떻게 영향(影響)하는 것인가를 Computer를 이용(利用)하여 토양인자(土壤因子)를 추적(追敵)하여 보았다. 3. 조사(調査)된 임분(林分)은 인공조림지(人工造林地)의 성림지(成林地)로서 낙엽송(落葉松) 294plot 잣나무 259plot에서 우세목(優勢木)의 표준목(標準木)을 벌채(伐採)하여 수간석해(樹幹析解)에 의(依)하여 지위지수(地位指數)를 결정(決定)하고 당해임지(當該林地)에서 토양단면조사(土壤斷面調査)를 실시(實施)하고 층위별(層位別)로 토양시료(土壤試料)를 채취(採取)하여 토양(土壞)의 이화학적성질(理化學的性質)을 분석(分析)하여 수종별(樹種別)로 임지생산력(林地生産力) 구분표(區分表)를 만들어 토양(土壤)의 물리성(物理性) 화학성(化學性) 및 이화학성(理化學性)과 임목생장(林木生長) 관계(開係)를 구명(究明)하였다. 4. 토양(土壤)의 물리적(物理的) 요인(要因)과 임목생장(林木生長) 관계(開係)의 순위(順位)는 낙엽송(落葉松)에서는 퇴적양식(堆積樣式), 토심(土深), 토양수분(土壤水分), 표고(標高), 지형(地形) 토양형(土壤型) A층(層)의 두께, 견밀도(堅密度), 유기물함량(有機物含量), 토성(土性), 기암(基岩) 석력함량(石礫含量), 방위(方位), 경사(傾斜) 등(等)의 순위(順位)이며 잣나무는 토양형(土壤型), 견밀도(堅密度), 기암(基岩), 방위(方位) A층(層)의 두께 토양수분(土壞水分) 표고(標高) 지형(地形) 퇴직양식(堆積樣式) 토심(土深) 토성(土性) 석력함량(石礫含量) 경사등(傾斜等)의 순(順)이였다. 5. 토양(土壞)의 화학적요인(化學的要因)과 임목생장(林木生長) 관계(開係)의 순위(順位)는 낙엽송(落葉松)에서는 염기포화도(鹽基飽和度) 토양유기물(土壤有機物) 석회(石灰), C/N율(率) 유효인산(有效燐酸) pH 치환성가리(置換性加里) 전질소(全窒素) 고토(苦土) 양(陽)ion치환능력(置換能力) 염기총량(나토륨 등(等)의 순위(順位)이며 잣나무는 유효인산(有效燐酸) 염기총량(전질소(全窒素) 나토륨 C/N율(率) pH, 석회(石灰) 염기포화도(鹽基飽和度) 토양유기물(土壤有機物) 치환성가리(置換性加里) 양(陽)ion 치환능력(置換能力) 고토(苦土) 등(等)의 순(順)이였다. 6. 토양(土壤)의 이화학성(理化學性)과 임목생장(林木生長) 관계순위(關係順位)는 낙엽송(落葉松)에서는 토심(土深) 퇴적양식(堆積樣式) 토양수분(土壞水分) pH 지형(地形) 토양형(土壤型) 표고(標高) 전질소(全窒素) 견밀도(堅密度) 유효인산(有效燐酸) 토성(土性) A층(層)의 두께 염기총량(치환성가리(置換性加里) 염기포화도(鹽基飽和度) 등(等)의 순위(順位)이며 잣나무는 토양형(土壤型) 토양견밀도(土壤堅密度) 방위(方位) 유효인산(有效燐酸) A층(層)의 두께 치환성가리(置換性加里) 토양수분(土壞水分) 염기총량 표고(標高), 토심(土深) 염기포화도(鹽基飽和度) 지형(地形) 전질소(全窒素) C/N율(率) 최적양식(堆積樣式) 등(等)의 순위(順位)이였다. 7. 산림토양(山林土壤)의 물리적성질(物理的性質)과의 중상관관계(重相關關係)에서는 낙엽송(落葉松) 0.9272 잣나무 0.8996이며 토양(土壤)의 화학적성질(化學的性質)은 낙엽송(落葉松) 0.7474 잣나무 0.7365이였다. 이상(以上)과 같이 토양(土壤)의 물리적성질(物理的性質)과 임목생장관계(林木生長關係)는 토양(土壤)의 화학적성질(化學的性質) 보다는 상관성(相關性)이 높은 것으로 나타났으나 토양(土壤)의 화학적(化學的) 제인자(諸因子)에 처한 표시방법(表示方法)이 미흡(未洽)한 것이라고 사료(思料)되며 토양(土壤)의 화학적성질(化學的性質)이 물리적성질(物理的性質) 못지않게 중요(重要)한 것이라는 것을 입정하기에 이르렀다. 산림토양(山林土壞)의 형태학적(形態學的) 및 물리적(物理的) 중요인자(重要因子)와 토양(土壤) 화학적(化學的) 중요인자(重要因子)를 발췌(拔萃)한 산림토양(山林土壤)의 이화학적성질(理化學的性質)과 임목생장(林木生長)과의 중상관관계(重相關關係)는 낙엽송(落葉松) 0.9434이고 잣나무 0.9103으로서 가장높은 상관성(相關性)을 나타냈다. 8. 편상관계수(偏相關係數)에서 나타난 것과 같이 낙엽송(落葉松)은 잣나무보다 토심(土深)이 깊어야하며 퇴적양식(堆積樣式)에 있어서도 붕적토(崩積土) 포행토(匍行土)이어야하며 토양건습도(土壤乾混度)에서도 적윤지(適潤地) 내지(乃至) 습윤지(混潤地)를 요구(要求)하고 있으며 pH5.5~6.1을 요구(要求)하며 전질소(全窒素)(T-N) 토성(土性) 및 토양양료(土壞養料)도 낙엽송(落葉松)이 잣나무보다 훨씬 많은 토양조건(土壤條件)을 요구(要求)하고 있다. 즉(卽) 토심(土深) 퇴적양식(堆積樣式) 지형(地形)의 기복(起伏) 토양건습도(土壤乾混度) pH N 표고(標高) 토성등(土性等)이 낙엽송(落葉松)과 잣나무 적지(適地) 구분(區分)의 유효(有效)한 지표(指標)가 되며 토양형(土壤型) 토양견밀도(土壤堅密度)는 식재환경(植載環境)의 변이폭(變異幅)이 넓으므로 지표성(指標性)은 있으나 낮다고 할 수 있다. 적지판별(適地判]別)은 낙엽송(落葉松)은 토심(土深) 퇴적양식(堆積樣式) 지형(地形) 토양(土壤) 수분(水分) pH 토양형(土壤型) N 토성등(土性等)이 생장(生長)을 도모(圖謀)하는 지표인자(指標因子)인데 반(反)하여 잣나무는 토양형(土壤型) 토양견밀도(土壤堅密度) 유효인산(有效燐酸) 치환성가리(置換性加里) 등(等)이 생장(生長)을 도모(圖謀)하는 유효(有效)한 요인(要因)이였다. 토양양료(土壤養料)에 대(對)하여도 일반적(一般的)으로 잣나무 보다 낙엽송(落葉松)이 요구도(要求度)가 크게 나타나고 있으나 $K_2O$에 대(對)하여서만 잣나무가 낙엽송(落葉松)보다 많이 요구(要求)하고 있다. 9. 지금(只今)까지 임목생장(林木生長)에 크게 영향(影響)을 미치는 것은 산림(山林) 토양(土壤)의 물리적성질(物理的性質)이라고 하였으나 본(本) 연구결과(硏究結果) 토양(土壤)의 화학적성질(化學的性質)도 물리적성질(物理的性質) 못지 않게 매우 중요(重要)한 임목생장(林木生長) 요인(要因)이 된다는 것을 Computer를 이용(利用) 추적(追跳)하여 입정하였으며 아울러 도래(徒來) 낙엽송(落葉松)과 잣나무 적지(適地) 특성(特性)을 구명(究明)하였다.

의류 브랜드 커뮤니티의 이용욕구 충족과 커뮤니티 몰입의 관계: 의류 브랜드 이미지의 조절효과 (Relationship Between Usage Needs Satisfaction and Commitment to Apparel Brand Communities: Moderator Effect of Apparel Brand Image)

  • 본 연구는 의류 브랜드 온라인 커뮤니티의 이용욕구충족과 커뮤니티 몰입간의 관계 및 이들 관계에 대한 브랜드 이미지의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 9개 캐주얼 의류 브랜드 커뮤니티 회원 317명을 대상으로 온라인 서베이를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 의류 브랜드 커뮤니티에서의 이용욕구 충족은 커뮤니티에 대한 몰입과 유의한 관계가 있었다. 그리고 조절회귀분석 결과, 의류 브랜드 커뮤니티에서의 관계욕구 충족이 커뮤니티 몰입(감정적 몰입, 지속적 몰입, 규범적 몰입)에 영향을 미칠때 의류 브랜드 이미지 수준에 따른 조절효과가 작용함이 발견되었다. 또한 의류 브랜드 이미지의 조절효과는 의류 브랜드 커뮤니티에서의 거래욕구 충족과 커뮤니티에 대한 감정적 몰입의 관계에서도 나타났다. 특히 의류 브랜드 커뮤니티인 경우, 커뮤니티에서의 관계욕구 충족수준에 따른 커뮤니티 몰입의 정도는 브랜드 이미지가 낮을 때 보다 높을 때 더 크게 나타났다. 이것은 의류 브랜드 커뮤니티에서의 이용욕구 충족을 통해 회원들의 커뮤니티 몰입을 증대시키는 전략은 의류 브랜드 이미지 수준이 다른 의류 브랜드 유형에 따라 그 효과에 차이가 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 의류기업의 마케터들은 자사 브랜드의 이미지 수준을 평가하고, 이에 맞춰 커뮤니티 몰입을 증대시키는 전략을 모색할 필요가 있다. 브랜드 커뮤니티에 대한 몰입은 브랜드에 대한 구전이나 재구매 행동과 연결되므로, 명품 의류 브랜드들인 경우 온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티를 구축하고 회원들의 커뮤니티에 대한 몰입을 증대시킴으로써 브랜드 자산을 극대화시킬 수 있을 것이다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases.
