This paper introduces a general overview of the 6000m class deep-sea ROV. Hemire and Henuvy. and then describes its motion control system. It is developed by Korea Ocean Research & Development Institute(KORDI) for 6 years since 2001. sponsored by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and, Fisheries (MOMAF). Hemire is remotely operated by a fiber optic telemetry. where 6 thrusters are controlled by operator in manual mode and by auto depth control and auto heading control in auto mode. In this paper. operational mechanism of manual and automatic mode with some convenient functions for operator is desc.ribed. Finally, results of sea trial conducted at the Philippine sea where a depth is 5.770m are shown.

This study was analyzed and assessed the environmental factors on small marine ranching sites around Gunsan Coast, West Sea of Korea. Standards of assessment are followed in the reports on the choice of marine ranching sites and regulation factors of proper site on marine artificial reefs of MOMAF. Max. current speed around Gunsan were ranged between 25.52 ~ 57.49cm/sec. These values were satisfied by comparing assessment factor such as current speed.. Factors of temperature, salinity, transparency and pH were evaluated as the proper extent. DO was not distributed as the proper extent due to different criterion. between the same assessment factor. COD, SS and nutrients were partly suited to the criteria. Especially, SS was almost higher than that of criterion. So, we are proposed to be reflected in environment characteristics of West Coast such as SS. Moreover, the extent of pollution load factors have to be specified clearly in the regulations of assessment criteria.

국내의 정보시스템 감리가 공공기관의 정보시스템에 개발감리 위주로 도입된 지 20 년 가까이 되었으나, 운영부문에 대한 감리는 일부만 시행되고 있다. 최근 국내에서는 정보시스템 운영감리의 중요성을 인식하여 운영감리지침 제정 등 운영감리를 위한 준비를 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공공기관의 정보시스템 운영감리 시 감리인의 기술적 특성과 관리적 특성이 운영품질에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 공공기관의 정보시스템 담당공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 분석하였다. 감리인의 기술적 특성이 감리인의 관리적 특성과 정보시스템의 운영품질에 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 감리인의 기술적 특성이 정보시스템의 운영품질에 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 감리인들의 행태적 능력과 전문성 등의 특성이 SI 프로젝트에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 43 개 중앙행정기관의 정보화담당 공무원 58 명을 대상으로 연구한 결과, 감리인들의 행태적 능력과 전문성이 개발프로세스지원, 프로젝트관리 그리고 프로젝트 지원영역에 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났고, 이중 행태적 능력이 개발프로세스지원, 프로젝트관리 그리고 프로젝트지원 영역에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 감리인들의 특성을 2 개 집단으로 구분하여 수행한 차이검증 결과 모든 영역에 대해 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 프로젝트 지원 부분에 대해서는 차이가 나타나지 않았다.

It is a world trend to construct large terminal and develop automated container terminal to attract Super Post-Panamax and provide service which is based on differentiation. In fact, there is insufficient research for automatization of terminal gate since the automatization of current constructed container terminal is only focused on increasing productivity and unmanned system through the automatization of quay, yard, etc. In this paper, we have investigated advantage/disadvantage of existing gate operation systems and compared each gate operation system in the aspect of raising terminal image and the productivity. For the specific study, we have used data from actual terminal gate operation and RFID model business sponsored by MOMAF (Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries). As a result, this paper carried out an efficient gate operation system and it has been expected that it will be performed as groundwork of automated gate operation system which is for design of container terminal and improvement of gate operation system.

The aim of this study is to examine opinions discussed on the structure of the PA between MOMAF, Pusan city and Inchon city by analysing and reviewing the reports and debates with the Promotion Committee. In addition, this paper is to find out the reasons why they have different views and opinions over the establishment of PA and to analyze how such conflicting opinions will influence on future operation in the PA. On the bases of the above research, this study suggests a more rational proposal to establish the PA not from the result of the negotiation between the interested parties, which have involved in the process of establishment of the PA, but from the viewpoint of principles.

지식정보화 시대에 국가의 분야별 정보화 사업이 확대됨에 따라 정보기술 자산 및 예산에 대한 효율적 관리의 필요성이 대두되고, 1999년 한국전산원에서 '정보기술아키텍처 수립 및 표준 적용에 관한 연구'를 발표하여 국내에서도 정보기술아키텍처의 중요성이 부각되기 시작하였다. 이후 공공부문에서 실제 적용하는 사례가 나타나고 있으며, 해양수산부도 선도적으로 사업 계획에 참여하여 시범적인 수립을 하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 정보기술아키텍처에 대한 기본적인 사안을 확인하고, 국내 공공기관에 도입 적용되고 있는 상황에서 해양수산부가 정보기술아키텍처 사업을 어떤 배경과 목적을 가지고 추진하고자 하는지 확인하고, 사업의 범위가 어떻게 되는지 검토해보며, 추진의 상세 내용으로 비전 및 원칙 수립, 환경 분석, 분야별 아키텍처 수립 방안, 참조 모텔 및 지원 도구, 이행을 위한 계획 수립, 마지막으로 해양수산부가 정보기술아키텍처를 어떻게 발전시켜 나아가려는지 확인하고, 정보기술아키텍처를 통해 얻고자 하는 기대 효과를 정리한다.

The superconducting electromagnetic propulsion system has been proposed as one of new alternative propulsion systems. Especially, the helical-type propulsion system has the greatest merit that is able to use the solenoid-type superconducting magnets with high magnetic fields. In this study, calculations of characteristics of the large scale helical-type thruster are carried out on the basis of our experimental results. As a couple of results of calculations, it is found that the thruster efficiency quickly increases with the length of electrode up to about 5 m and then goes up to about 0.9. The thruster efficiency peaks at a certain point ($^{\sim}0.6\;m$) and then falls as length of pitch increases.

최근 몇 년 사이 기업들의 IT자산 수량과 투자비용은 급격히 증가하였다. 매년 많은 예산을 IT에 투자하여 정보시스템을 구축하고 그에 따른 IT자산을 도입하였지만, IT투자가 비즈니스의 향상 및 개선에 많은 도움이 될 것이라는 기대와는 달리 IT서비스가 비즈니스를 지원하지 못하는 경우가 발생하고 있다. 최근 IT최대의 화두인 IT거버넌스 개념 역시 IT와 비즈니스의 GAP을 줄여서 IT 서비스가 경영목표와 전략을 지원하도록 IT운영을 하자는 것이다. 해양수산부는 정보자산관리시스템을 통하여 본부 및 여러 소속기관의 정보자산을 통합 관리하고, 투자에 앞서 비즈니스의 요구에 맞는 투자가 되도록 지원하고, 투자된 IT자산을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고 IT핵심 서비스들에서의 활용으로 그 가치를 더해 갈 것이다. 본 사례연구는 ITA를 서두르고 있는 정부 및 공공기관에 그의 기반이 될 정보자산관리체계 구축사례를 제사하고자 한다.

본 연구는 감리품질에 따른 감리성과와 프로젝트성과에의 영향으로 감리의뢰기관이 해당 감리기관에 재구매의도 또는 재계약의도에 대한 영향을 조사하였다. 연구결과, 설정된 연구모형을 중심으로 전반적인 분석을 수행하였으며, 경로분석 결과 모든 영향관계가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 감리품질이 프로젝트성과와 감리효과 및 만족도에 정의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 프로젝트성과와 감리 효과 및 만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 감리품질뿐만 아니라 감리품질에 영향을 미치는 감리서비스요인에 대해 판단할 필요가 있으며, 감리효과와 만족도가 높으면 재구매에 정의 영향을 미치고, 프로젝트 성과가 높으면 재구매에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
