  • 기존의 웹 컨텐츠를 휴대폰이나 poA등과 같은 개인용 단말기에 표현하기에는 단말기 성능상의 제약(낮은 CPU 성능, 작은 출력 화면, 입출력 방법의 단순함 등)이 따르게 되므로 컨텐츠 변환의 과정이 필요하게 된다. 트랜스코딩이감 기존의 웹 컨텐츠를 단말기의 환경에 따라 적합한 형태로 변환하는 것을 의미하며, HTML 문서의 레이아웃 정보를 이용하여 변환하는 연구가 다양하게 이루어져 왔다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 의견을 반영한 XML문서의 정확한 트랜스 코딩을 위하여 시맨틱 어노테이션 기법을 제안한다. XML 문서의 트랜스코딩에는 IPTC(International Press Telecommunications Council)에서 정한 NewsML을 기반으로 하였으며, 본 논문에서 제안하는 트랜스코딩 프레임워크는 크게 3단계로 나뉘어 진다. 어노테이션 생성 및 인식, 어노테이션의 구조 정보를 활용한 페이지 생성 및 페이지 앱 구성, 디바이스에 따른 페이지의 변환으로 구성된다. 향후 연구로는 어노테이션과 페이지 생성 기법을 통해 생성된 XML 문서를 CC/PP를 이용하여 poA나 휴대폰 등의 시스템에 적합하게 변환하는 기법 등이 요구된다.

A Novel Decoding Scheme for MIMO Signals Using Combined Depth- and Breadth-First Search and Tree Partitioning (깊이 우선과 너비 우선 탐색 기법의 결합과 트리 분할을 이용한 다중 입출력 신호를 위한 새로운 최우도 복호 기법)

  • In this paper, we propose a novel ML decoding scheme based on the combination of depth- and breadth-first search methods on a partitioned tree for multiple input multiple output systems. The proposed scheme first partitions the searching tree into several stages, each of which is then searched by a depth- or breadth-first search method, possibly exploiting the advantages of both the depth- and breadth-first search methods in an organized way. Numerical results indicate that, when the depth- and breadth-first search algorithms are adopted appropriately, the proposed scheme exhibits substantially lower computational complexity than conventional ML decoders while maintaining the ML bit error performance.

Favorable Conditions for Mycelial Growth of Phellinus linteus (목질진흙버섯(Phellinus linteus)의 적합한 균사생장)

  • The main objectives of the study were to investigate cultural characteristics of Phellinus linteus. The optimum culture media for mycelial growth of P. linteus were MYA (malt yeast agar) and SMS (soybean powder malt Sucrose). Similarly, optimum temperature and pH were $30^{\circ}C$ and 6.0, respectively. Malt extract (2%, v/v) and yeast extract (0.2%, v/v) were optimum carbon and nitrogen sources. Similarly, 0.1% $KH_2PO_4$ was optimum mineral salt. Highest mycelial growth was observed when C/N ratio was 10 : 1. Optimum inoculum amount for flask culture was $5{\sim}6$ mycelial discs (6 mm diameter) per 100 ml of liquid medium, Highest mycelial dry weight was obtained when cultured in 100 ml liquid medium in 300 ml shaking flask after 20 days of shaking culture, For mass liquid culture (8 l), flask culture was homogenized and used as an inoculum. Optimum culture period and aeration rate for 8l fermentation culture were 12 days and 2.0 vvm, respectively.

Studies on Conditions of the Gluconic Acid Production by a Mold isolated from the Soil of Seoul Area (Aspergillus SP. 균주에 의한 Gluconic Acid 생산조건에 관한 연구)

  • Fungi which were capable of producing gluconic acid were isolated from soil and tree leave samples, which had been collected in Seoul ana its vicinity. Among the 19 strains isolated, a strain named arbitrarily KUF-O4 was selected as a test strain chiefty because of its efficiency in gluconic acid production. The strain was identified as an Aspergillus sp. through its morphological properties. Optimum conditions for the gluconic acid production of KUF-O4 were investigated. The results obtained are as follows. 1. An incubation period of at least 30 hours was required for a good yield of gluconic acid. 2. A medium containing 10% glucose needed at least 3 % CaCo$_3$to maintain the optimum pH for the production of gluconic acid during fermentation. 3. As a carbon source, glucose was the most effective one among the carbon sources tested. 4. As a nitrogen source, an ammonium salt was more effective than any other form of nitrogen compounds. 5. As mineral source, a small amount of both KH$_2$PO$_4$and MgSO$_4$was found to be necessary to increase the efficiency of the gluconic acid production.

Electrodeposition of some Alpha-Emitting Nuclides and its Isotope Determination by Alpha Spectrometry (몇가지 알파입자 방출 핵종의 전해석출 및 알파 스펙트럼 측정에 의한 그의 동위원소 정량)

  • An apparatus was made for the electrodeposition of alpha emitting actinide nuclides, $^{207}Bi$ and $^{210}Po$. The electrodeposition was made on a polished stainless steel plate cathode. The anode was made of platinum wire and to stir the solution. With the ammonium chloride as electrolyte initial pH = 4, chloride concentration = 0.6M and solution volume = 15ml, a current of 1.5 ampere(current density = 0.59A/$cm^2$) was flowed for 100 minutes for the quantitative recovery of electrodeposition and on average recovery of 98.3% was obtained within ${\pm}$0.7% uncertainty. Alpha spectrometry of the electrodeposited sample showed alpha peaks from $^{210}Po, ^{234}U$ and $^{239}Pu$ having energy resolution (FWHM) of 18.3, 21.8 and 36.0 keV respectively. The electrodeposition and alpha spectrometry for a natural uranium sample of domestic origin gave $^{238}U : ^{234}U = 1 : 6.1{\times}10^{-5}$ and for a neutron-irradiated uranium sample did $^{238}U : ^{239}Pu : ^{241}Am = 100 : 0.0263 : 5.20{times}10^{-5}$. The result of $^{238}U$ determination in the irradiated sample by electrodeposition-alpha spectrometry was in accord within ${\pm}1.6%$ of relative error with the results of solid fluorimetry and mass spectrometry. For $^{239}Pu$ the result of electrodeposition-alpha spectrometry was in accord within ${\pm}$4.0% of relative error with the results of anion exchange separation and the thenoyltrifluoroacetone(TTA) extraction both followed by alpha spectrometries.

Optimizing Culture Conditions to Maximize the Production of Laccase from Pholiota highlandensis (Pholiota highlandensis 유래 laccase 생산을 위한 배양조건의 최적화)

  • The culture conditions needed to maximize the production of laccase from Pholiota highlandensis mycelia were investigated. Among the tested media for laccase production, Coriolus versicolor medium (CVM; 2% dextrose, 0.4% peptone, 0.6% yeast extract, 0.046% KH2PO4, 0.1% K2HPO4, 0.05% MgSO4·7H2O) showed the highest activity for the enzyme. Then, to optimize culture conditions for laccase activity, the influences of various carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, and inorganic salt sources in CVM were investigated. The optimum culture medium was 2% fructose, 0.4% peptone with 0.6% yeast extract, 0.05% NaH2PO4, and 0.05% MgSO4·7H2O as carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, and inorganic salt sources, respectively. Several aromatic compounds in the medium enhanced laccase activity to varying degrees. Guaiacol induced maximum laccase production, yielding 114.1 U/ml laccase activity after cultivation for 11 days at 25℃. The optimum pH and temperature for laccase production were 8.0 and 35℃, respectively. Native polyacrylamide-gel electrophoresis (PAGE) followed by laccase-activity staining with 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) as the substrate was performed to identify the presence of laccase under the optimum conditions studied. Zymogram analysis of the supernatant culture showed an enzymatic band with a molecular mass of about 90 kDa.

Production of Glutathione by Candida sp. Mutant (Candida sp. 변이주에 의한 Glutathione 생산)

  • For the overproduction of glutathione, Candida sp. mutant was isolated by the treatment with U.V. light. The highest glutathione production of Candida sp. mutant was obtained after shaking culture for 48 hours in the cullture medium containing glucose 1.5%(w/v), yeast extract 4.0% (w/v), KH2PO4 0.04%(w/v), biotin 5 ng/ml, and L-cysteine 0.04%(w/v). The optimal pH and temperature for the glutathione production were pH 6.0 and 25C, respectively.

Effect of Polyphosphates on the Growth of Penicillium griseofulvum and the Production of Patulin (Penicillium griseofulvum 성장과 Patulin 생성에 미치는 인산염의 효과)

  • To extend the shelf lives of rice and corn products, the effects of the polyphosphates[$Na(PO_3)n$, n=11] on the growth of Penicillium griseofulvum and patulin production were investigated. The growth was completely inhibited in the potatoes dextrose agar medium treated with 2% polyphosphate. Moisture content had a considerable influence on the production of patulin. At 30% moisture content, the amounts of patulin produced in rice and corn were $61.40 \mu g/ml$ and $40.74 \mu g/ml$, respectively, but the level of the toxin was significantly decreased to 93~95% by addition of 1% polyphosphates. No patulin was detected in both rice and corn medium added 2% polyphosphate when the incubation time prolonged. The result of scanning electron microscopy was supposed that the biocidal action of polyphosphate on fungi was related to the collapse of cell wall structure.

  • Biotin 요구성 glutamic acid 생산능을 가진 Br-evibacterium sp.의 isoleucine 영양요구성 변이주가 다량의 L-leucine을 생성함을 발견하였다. 본균주에 관한 탄소원, 질소원, 무기염, vitamin, amino acid 등의 영양물질과 온도, 공기주입량, pH등에 관한 실험으로 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 본균주는 탄소원, 질소원으로서 10% glucose와 4% $(NH_4)_2SO_4를$ 공합하여 $30^{\circ}C,$ 88시간 배양시킨 결과, 액중에 21 mg/ml의 L-leucine이 축적되었다. Fe$^{2+}$$Mn^{2+}$의 동시첨가는 L-leucine생성에 효과적이었으며 thiamine 역시 L-leucine 생성에 효과적이었다. 30ι jar fermentor 에서 폐당밀을 주원료로 한 실험결과, 폐당밀, $(NH_4)/SO_4,$ $KH_2PO_4,$ $MgSO_4ㆍ7H_2O로$ 구성된 액체배지에서 $30^{\circ}C,$ 36시간 배양시킨 것이, 27mg/ml의 L-leucine이 축적되었으며 이때의 대당수율은 16%이었다.

Production of Cellulase by Trichoderma reesei Rut C30 in Wheat Bran-containing Media

  • The effect of the addition of wheat bran to the growth medium on the production of cellulolytic enzymes of Trichoderma reesei Rut C30 was studied in batch culture using shake flasks. The activity of cellulase was enhanced by the addition of wheat bran to the cellulase production medium. $KH_2PO_4$-$K_2HPO_4$ buffer was used for pH control during cellulase production. As a result, high cellulase activities were obtained in shake flask culture; a CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose) activity of 125.78 U/ml was obtained from 2% Avicel- and 3% wheat bran-containing medium and an FP (filter paper) activity of 12.85U/ml was obtained from 1% Avicel- and 5% wheat bran-containing medium after 6 days of cultivation.
