임도 절토비탈면의 우점식물과 식물피복에 미치는 인자들의 영향 -­전라북도를 대상으로­- (Dominant Species and Factors Related with Plant Coverage in the Cutting Slopes of Forest Road -In Jeollabuk-do Region­-)

  • To investigate the dominant species and factors related with plant coverage by road structures and forest environment factors, forest roads elapsed from one year to twelve year after construction had been selected in six county(Gochang-gun, Muju-gun, Imsil-gun, Jangsu-gun, Jeongup-shi and Jinan-gun), and 20m segments were continuously set up in each road. The results obtained from this study are summarized as follows: The species diversity of Gochang, Muju, Imsil, Jangsu, Jeongup and Jinan were 1.304, 1.267, 1.308, 1.193, 1.289 and 1.018, respectively. In process of years, plant coverage was increased gradually and average of plant coverage was 15.3% in forest roads which elapsed three year, and was 86.5% in forest roads which elapsed nine year after construction. The dominant species in the cutting slope of surveyed area were covered with Arundinella hirta, Pinus rigida, Miscanthus sinensis var. purpurascens, Artemisia princeps var. orientalis, Pinus densiflora, Oplismenus undulatifolius, Rubus coreanus, Lysimachia clethroides, Lespedeza bicolor, and Alnus hirsuta of the 152 species. The high correlated factors between plant coverage and variables in cutting slopes appeared elapsed year, soil hardness, mean annual precipitation, vertical grade, inslope and arid humidity in surveyed area.

한국산 Claviceps의 조사(제1보) (Claviceps Species Collected in Korea(1))

  • 1. 1969년 수원을 중심으로 한 경기도지방의 맥각균을 조사하여 보고하는 것이다. 2. 목초인 Reed canary grass와 기타화본과잡초인 개밀, 털개밀, 산조풀, 가는산조풀, 김의털, 흰줄갈풀, 띠, 새, 억새, 물억새, 큰기름새, 참억새, 개억새, 솔새, 갈대 등 11속 16종의 기주에서 맥각균의 균핵을 채집하였다. 3. 개밀을 제외한 15종은 한국에서 새로 기록되는 맥각균의 기주이며 이미 보고된 호밀을 합하면 한국산 맥각균의 기주는 12속 17종이 된다. 4. 맥각의 균종은 이미 보고된 Claviceps purpurea $(F_r.)\;T_{ul}$에 새로 C. pucilla $C_{ES}$를 추가하여 2종이 된다. 5. 이번 조사에서 수직분포로는 449m인 광교산(수원)항에서 참억새의 맥각균을 채집하였다.

  • Phosphorus(P) cycle of Miscanthus sinensis, Sasa palmata and Artemicia princeps for perennial plants and Polygonwn thunbergii for annual plant were investigated in natural plant communities established in Andosol region. 1. Perennial plants contained about 50-80 % P of the maximum accumulated in whole plant in under ground parts as reserve P before wintering. On the other hand, annual plant returned the most part of P in plant tissues to soil and wintered with a small amount of P in only seed. 2. The storage percentage of K was low compared to P in both perennial and annual plants. And the return of K from litter to soil proceeded rapidly because of easy leaching of K. 3. Perennial plants stored a large amount of P in reserve organs before wintering and carry it over next generation, and P holded in an individual showed a yearly increase. Consequently, P was less susceptible to depressive factor for growth of perennial plants even in poor P circumstances like Andosol region, compared to annual plant.

낙동강 하구 사주섬의 식물상 (The Flora of Delta in the Nakdong River Estuary)

  • For providing basic data on estuary conservation and pattern of vegetation succession of sand bar, the flora of delta was investigated from March 2004 to August 2006 in the Nakdong River estuary of Korea. The flora in the eight surveyed areas was composed of total 159 taxa that belonged to 46 families, 123 genera, 133 species, 1 subspecies, 20 varieties, and 5 forms. Among them, naturalized plants and evergreen broad trees were 31 taxa and 5 taxa, respectively. The communities of main species at delta of estuary were composed of 16 species such as Rosa rugusa community, Scirpus triqueter community, Phragmites communis community, Carex kobomugi community, Digitaria ciliaris community. Especially, Rosa rugusa community which are important to establish the southern limit line of distribution as the northern factor was distributed through Jinwoodo. The succession of main vegetation community in the new delta (Doyodeung) was in order of Carex scabrifolia, Scirpus triqueter, Phragmites communis, Imperata cylindrica var. koenigii and Miscanthus sinensis var. purpurascens. Therefore, the succession order of the surveyed area seems to predict the pattern of the vegetation succession of another deltas in Nakdong River estuary.

자생수목의 종자를 이용한 절개지의 복원 -THE EAST VALLEY C.C 사례를 중심으로- (Restoration of the Cut-slopes by Native Plant Seeding -Application on the Rock Exposed Cut-slopes at East Valley Country Club-)

  • This study was conducted to develop environmental restoration methods for the ecological restoration of the rock exposed steep cut-slopes using native woody plants seeds by the hydro-seeding with artificial soil media. The main results are summarized as follows; 1. Quercus spp. seeded after seed treatment germinated over 80% and most of them grew well until one year. So, Quercus spp. can grow at the extremely dry rock exposed slopes revegetated by hydro-seeding with soil-fertilizer-seed mixed media. 2. The germinated seedlings grew well at the slopes oriented southeast. But in case of the survival ratio of the germinated seedlings, northwestward slopes was the best. 3. In case of the using pot seedlings of the Miscanthus sinensis var. purpurascens, it shows more beautiful scenery than the area using cool-season grasses. 4. As the results of the experiment, Albizzia julibrissin, Quercus spp. and Lespedeza crytobotrya can be useful at the restoration and revegatation of the cut-slopes. 5. At the results of the seed mixture experiment, cool-season grasses covered the ground quickly, but slowly germinated Quercus spp. and Lespedeza crytobotrya formed under story vegetation. Also, Albizzia julibrissin formed upper story vegetation will be replaced by Quercus spp. slowly.

산림표층토를 활용한 비탈면 생태복원녹화에 관한 연구(I) (Development of Revegetation Method Using Forest Topsoils for Ecological Restoration of the Slopes(I))

  • This research was conducted to develop spraying cultivation method using forest topsoils in order to restore the disturbed slopes. In November the researcher collected a depth of 5 cm of topsoils from a well developed forest, after the fallen leaves were cleared. The essential results of the research are as follows: In the case of using the forest topsoils, during the early stages of planting, time is necessary for the desired vegetation to reach a similar state to the vegetation being restored. The best possible effect is obtained through a method utilizing forest topsoil(30%)+loam silt soil(70%)+seeding with grasses and native plants including trees, shrubs, and herbs. Several plants such as Pinus densiftora, Potentilla fragarioides, Miscanthus sinensis, Erigeron canadensis seemed to be naturally emerged from the topsoils From this experiment, it was recommended that environment potential within topsoil should be comprehended. Also, topsoil deposit and gathering methods should be experimented properly.

도로비탈면의 환경인자를 고려한 식생구조분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Revegetation Structural Analysis for Environment Factor of Road Slope)

  • This study was carried out from January 1998 to December 1999 to report the revegetation of cutting-rock slopes and a design standard in the highway cut-slopes. The field data was collected from the 67 sites cutting-rock slopes of highways, local roads, and field test. As the result of analyze, cutting-rock slopes revegetation measures were 16 types. There were Vine planting(3 types), Hydroseeding measures with seed-fertilizer-soil materials(5 types), Vegetaion-base spraying measures(5 types), and Stability measures(3 types). The factors affecting the plant coverage rates of cutting-rock slopes were the slope gradient, the slope width and direction. The plant coverage rate decreases in the condition of steep slope and long slope width and length(height). In addition, the plant coverage rates of the westward and southward were lower than that of the northward and eastward. Most dominant species were Zoysia japonica, Lespedeza cyrtobotrya, Lespedeza cuneata, Rubus crataegifolius, Miscanthus sinensis, Arrundinella hirta, Themeda triandra, and Oenothera odorata. Exotic species were Eragrostis curvula(Weeping lovegrass), Dactylis glomerata Orchardgrass), Lolium perenne(Perennial ryegrass), and Festuca arundinacea(Tall fescue). It is recommended to adjust the proposed factor as environment, topsoil, classification of rock, field condition and characteristic related with revegetation measures on slopes for the presentation of revegetation standard.

지리산에서의 식생에 따른 세포성 점균의 출현과 분포 (Occurrence and Distribution of Cellular Slime Molds to the Vegetations in Mt. Chiri)

  • Fourteen dictyostelids(12 species of genus Dictyostelium. 2 species of genus Polysphonylium) oc-curred in Mt. Chiri Korea. Soils samples were collected from the nine sites. In the broadleaved-deciduous forests and conifers, common species of cellular slime molds are Dictyostelium mucoroides, and D. brefeldianum. Only two species are above 30 in importance value and above 50% in presence. Dominant species in the broadleaved-deciduous forests is D. mecoroides wheras in the conifer forests is D. brefeldianum which was not common until now in Korea, found in the low elevation either. In addition, Five cellular slime molds occured in the Miscanthus sinensis community: 4 species of genus Dictyostelium and 1 species of genus Polysphonylium. Dominant species is D. purpureum. Importance value is very high, 85. This Result is exceptively unusual. It dind't occur in the other sites. Correlation between the altitudes and the occurrence and distribution of dictyostelids was not accurate. Merely dominant species were different according to forest types and organic matter contents in soil. Cellular slime molds have different favorite forest types. And the growth and germination are dependent on the soil enviroryrnental conditions and soil quility. Key words:Dictyostelids, Mt. Chiri D. mecoroides, D. brefeldianum. D. purpureum. 조계산의 식물상에 관한 연구 (A study on the Flora of the Mt. Joghesan)

  • 1980년 7월부터 1981년 12월까지 20회에 걸쳐 전라남도 도립공원인 조계산의 식물상을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 조사지에서의 식물은 총 122과, 424속, 597종 107변종, 10품종이었으며, 식용식물이 204종, 약용식물이 199종 기타 유료섬유자원식물이 30종으로 나타났다. 상록활엽수는 차나무, 조릿대, 붉가시나무 등 22종이고 상록침엽수는 비자나무, 소나무, 금송, 편백나무 등 15종이었다. 식물군락은 참나무류와 서어나무, 조릿대 등 활엽수림으로 우점종은 조록싸리, 덜꿩나무, 물푸레나무, 가막살나무, 개옻나무, 느티나무 등이고 초본류는 참억새, 그령, 지리대사초, 새이삭여뀌, 갈퀴나물, 밀나물, 쑥부쟁이 등이 군락을 이루고 있었다. 조계산에서 선암사지구는 식생이 양호하였으나 타지역은 식물상이 많이 파괴되었으며 굴목치지구는 산화의 피해를 많이 받은 지역으로 산화에 비교적 강한 참나무류가 우점종이었다. 특징 수종은 털조장나무, 박쥐나무, 대팻집나무, 히어리, 노목인 자귀나무, 고로쇠나무, 차나무 군락, 노각나무, 흰말채나무 종이며, 초본으로는 관엽식물인 족제비고사리, 꼬리고사리, 거미고사리, 일엽초 등과 천마, 보춘화, 새이삭여뀌군락 등은 부호가 요망된다. 조계산의 소나무림은 1650~1963년 인력에 의해 대채되었던것이 복구되지 못하여 조계산을 중심으로 접치지구와 오두치지구의 700m이상 지역은 거의 무송림지역으로 되어 있었다.

${\cdot}$ 폐광지역 오염토양의 phytoremediation을 위한 식물자원 검색 (Evaluation of Heavy Metal Pollution and Plant Survey around Inactive and Abandoned Mining Areas for Phytoremedation of Heavy Metal Contaminated Soils)

  • 전국의 16개 휴 ${\cdot}$ 폐광 지역에서 토양중 중금속함량과 식생조사를 실시한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 조사 휴 ${\cdot}$ 폐광산 대부분의 경우 피복식물이 없는 나대지로 존재하고 있었고 유기물함량, CEC 등이 낮은 값을 가지고 있는 등 대체로 척박한 토양조건을 가지고 있었으며 특정 중금속으로 인한 오염의 정도가 토양환경보전법상의 우려기준과 대책기준을 초과하는 지점도 있었다. 식물종들의 분포를 조사한 결과 목본은 소나무, 아카시나무 등이, 초본은 쑥과 억새의 출현빈도가 높았다. 쑥은 지상부에 Zn과 Cd를 각각 1,191, 26.35mg/kg을 함유하였고, 패랭이꽃은 Cu를 405mg/kg 함유하여 체내 농도가 가장 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 체내 중금속함량, 건물생산량, 생육기간등을 고려할 때 쑥, 억새, 달맞이꽃등이 토양정화식물로서의 가치가 있다고 생각된다. 앞으로 쑥을 비롯한 내성이 있는 식물종에 대한 조사는 물론 생리적 특성, 토양조건, 기후조건 등에 대한 지속적 연구가 뒤따라야 할 것으로 생각된다.
