Dielectric constant was measured near the consolute point of a binary mixture of water and Poly[bis(methoxyethoxyethoxy)phosphazene], MEEP. Dielectric constant changed incontinously at phase separation temperature plotted against the concentration to abtain coexistence curve. The critical temperatures and the critical concentration were $71^{\circ}C$, 5.5% as determined from the coexistence curve, respectivley. The critical exponent of dielectric constant, $\theta$, was 0.85. The dependence of dielectric constant on frequency is discussed in this report.

This study investigates the effect of the wave form of pulse energization and dust concentration on the collection characteristics of a moving electrode electrostatic precipitator (MEEP). Under the same specific corona power, the collection efficiency of the MEEP for the lower dust concentration ($2g/m^3$) becomes higher than that for the higher concentration ($10g/m^3$). Both the collection efficiency and specific corona power increase with increasing pulse period for the same value of applied voltage. The collection efficiency of MEEP is higher than that of the conventional fixed plate electrode electrostatic precipitator.

This study investigate the effect of collection plate velocity on the electrical and collection characteristics of a moving electrode electrostatic precipitator (MEEP). Though a high resistivity fly ash is attached at the collecting electrode, the MEEP has very stable characteristics of voltage and corona current. Collection efficiency, corona current, and overall collection efficiency are increased, as the magnitude of the collection plate velocity increases.

전기집진기는 산업 분진 및 폐가스 집진을 위해 널리 이용되며, 고전기 저항 분진에 의한 집진극 표면의 역전리가 전기집진기에서 가장 큰 문제이다. 이런 역전리 현상을 방지하기 위해 가스온도 제어, 가스조건, 하전 제어 등 다양한 방법이 시도되고 있다. 전기집진기에서 고 비저항 분진 및 역전리의 영향으로부터 높은 집진효율을 얻기 위한 방법 중 하나로 이동 전극형 방식(Moving Electrode Electrostatic precipitator, MEEP)과 고정전극형 (Fixed Electrode Electrostatic precipitatior, FEEP)에 펄스하전 방식으로 구성된 조합형 전기집진기가 개발되고 있다.(Toshiaki Misaka etc. 1996)(중략)

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of expected perspective on the role of genre and attitude toward utilizing genre in broadcast ad on the liking of broadcast ad genre as appeal types of creativity. The results show that there is a significant correlation between macro-environmental expected perspective(MEEP) on the role of genre and a negative attitude toward utilizing genre in broadcast ad. A significant correlation between micro-practical expected perspective(MPEP) and a positive attitude was also found. Consumers with an integrated-situational expected perspective(ISEP) show a more significant relationship with the dual attitude. Consumes with a MPEP have a stronger liking on comparative ad and sex appeal ad, and consumers with an ISEP show a median liking. Consumers with positive attitude have a stronger liking on comparative ad and sex appeal ad, and consumers with a dual attitude show a median liking that is between the positive attitude-based consumers' and negative attitude-based consumers'.
