The achievement of the long-term relationship is commonly executed by a salesperson that is eventually very crucial to enhance the customer retention in the insurance industry. It indicates there is an urgency to improve the competence of salesperson and organization support to build and maintain bonds of long-lasting loyalty with the individual customers. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of planner's competency and organizational support on sales performance, and to verify empirically whether MDRT goal orientation mediating role between competency, organizational support and sales performance. The results of this research are as follows: firstly, product and customer competence, digital competence, network competence positively affect sales performance. Secondly, sales support positively affect sales performance. Thirdly, meditating effect of MDRT goal orientation were significant found between the planner's competency and sales performance. Moreover, in the relationship between sales support and sales performance, MDRT goal orientation have a fully mediated effect. This means customer management through excellent competency, organization support to insurance trend change, and competence development through MDRT goal orientation positively affect sales performance.

이동 분산 실시간 시스템(MDRTS:Mobile Distributed Real-time Systems)은 분산 네트워크 상에서 협력 동작하며 특정 시간 내에 요구하는 정보를 제공하는 이동 시스템이다. MDRTS는 시간, 이동성, 분산성 등을 표현하기 때문에 명세 복잡도가 높고, MDRTS의 성공적인 동작을 보장하기 위해 보다 정확하고 효율적인 시스템의 설계가 중요하다. 특히 시스템의 분산성과 이동성에 의해 발생하는 다양한 종류의 제약 사항을 표현한 수 있는 정형기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 MDRTS을 명세하기 위해 PATM(Probabilistic Abstract Timed Machine)[1]을 확장하여 정의한 DATM(Distributed Abstract Timed Machine)에 대해 기술한다. DATM은 PATM에서 표현하기 힘들었던 이동하는 기계의 분산 정보를 명세할 수 있도록 하였고, 시간, 거리, 확률, 보안에 대한 제약 사항을 명세할 수 있도륵 정의하였다. MDRTS가 가진 제약사항들은 영역을 정의하여 표현하였다. 영역의 종류에는 시간영역, 거리영역, 확률영역, 보안영역이 있다. 각 영역의 속성에 시간적인 제약을 표현할 수 있으며, 시간과 공간 논리를 사용하여 모델링하였다.

생명보험산업 중 MDRT이라는 조직은 보험설계사 중에서 뛰어난 실적을 올린 사람 중 클레임이나 사회적으로 문제점이 없는 사람들이 가입하는 모임으로 보험업계에 설계사들은 MDRT 조직의 회원을 목표로 갖고 있는 경우가 많다. 목표는 인간 행동원인을 설명하는 가장 기본적인 동기변인으로 알려져 있으며 성취와 직접적 관련이 있다. 목표에 대한 성취는 개인적 목표와 일치할 때만 행동을 활성화 시킨다. 관련 연구들은 목표와 관련된 많은 연구들은 장기적인 관점에서 미래목표를 설정하고 달성 정도를 점검을 통해서 미래목표가 현재와 미래 간의 관계를 설정하도록 도와준다고 하였다(Miller & Brickman, 2004). 이는 보험업계에서 MDRT의 의미가 크다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 보험산업 환경이 급격하게 변화하고 있는 과정에서 보험설계사에게 요구되는 역량은 개인의 노력만으로는 제한적일 수 있으며, 조직의 지원이 실질적인 성과에 영향력을 미칠 수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 보헙업에서 개인역량과 조직의 지원이 성과에 미치는 영향력을 분석하며, 더불어 목표지향성은 성과에 미치는 영향력을 조절할 것으로 판단된다.

이동 분산 실시간 시스템(MDRTS:Mobile Distributed Real-Time System)은 특정 시간 내에 분산 네트워크를 통한 정보 교환 및 요구된 동작을 실행한다. 그리고 경로, 시간 및 속력에 관한 제약사항에 따라 머신이 이동하는 시스템이다. 본 논문은 MDRTS에서 발생되는 머신의 이동을 분석하기 위해, PATM[1]에 위치 공간 개념을 추가하여 확장한 DATM(Distributed Abstract Timed Machine)을 정의한다. 머신의 이동과 이동을 제약하는 사항들, 경로, 시간 및 속력 등을 나타내는 표현법을 정의하며, 각 제약 사항에 따른 이동에 관한 규칙을 기술한다.
