최근 급증하고 있는 요양병원 간호사와 간호조무사의 암성 통증관리에 대한 지식과 수행 정도를 평가하고자 본 연구는 실시되었다. 광주와 전라남도의 7곳의 요양병원에서 간호사 84명과 간호조무사 72명을 표출하여 자료를 수집하였다. SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, 독립 t-검정, one-way ANOVA, 피어슨 상관 계수, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 대상자의 지식은 30점 만점에 16.84점으로 나타났고, 수행의 평균평점은 4점 만점에 2.88점이었다. 대상자들의 지식은 교육 수준, 직업, 암성 통증관리지침 존재 여부 인식에 따라 차이가 있었다. 수행에서는 교육 수준, 직종, 병상 수, 암성 통증관리지침 존재 여부 인식, 암성통증 임상실무지침서 비치 여부에 따라 차이가 관찰되었다. 지식은 수행과 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 수행에 영향을 미치는 요인은 지식, 병상 수, 암성통증 임상실무지침서 비치 여부였다. 향후 요양병원 간호사와 간호조무사의 암성 통증관리에 대한 교육 프로그램을 실시할 때 이러한 변수들을 고려해야 할 것이다.

The situations of existed installation and management of noise barriers Installed at 3.619 positions were investigated by questionnarie and direct field survey. And comparisons with foreign management guideline of noise harrier were carried out. The results show that the improvement methods of maintenance management system such as practical checklist and required Items for management of noise barrier were suggested.

In this study, we propose the guideline with strategic model for new product development. To establish the guideline, 1) we classify several types of successful surveyed cases that achieved open innovation through applying crowdsourcing into new product development environment, 2) draw case maps using two or three axis with characteristics such as: step of product development process, crowdsourcing frequency, and product type of each case, 3) define the type of applying crowdsourcing into new product development environment based on case analysis results, and tabulate a crowdsourcing type based on the defined crowdsourcing type, 4) finally, suggest the guideline with multiple points of view which embrace type of crowd, community management, participation method, knowledge adoption method, and reward policy. Using the suggested guideline will help a company to design and establish open innovation in new business model related to product development area.

Objective: Dyslipidemia is recognized as a prominent risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases but it is manageable through therapeutic and lifestyle intervention. Interpreting the latest guidelines is essential for an application of recommendation from guidelines into clinical practice. Therefore, this study aimed to compare the most recent guidelines on dyslipidemia treatment recommendations in Korea and USA. Methods: This study analyzed and compared 2015 Korean guidelines for the management of dyslipidemia, 2013 American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association (ACC/AHA) guideline and 2016 supportive guidelines from ACC. Results: A comparison was made focused on the following: target patients based on cardiovascular risk assessment, target goal, and treatment strategies including statin and non-statin therapies. Four target patient groups by risk were suggested in 2015 Korean guideline and cardiovascular risk factors were also considered for initiation of lipid lowering therapy. Titrated statin regimen was recommended by Korean guideline to reach LDL cholesterol and non-HDL cholesterol target level. In 2013 ACC/AHA guideline, four statin benefit group was introduced considering ASCVD risk and high intensity statin or intermediate intensity statin use were recommended without dose titration. 2016 update was to support non-statin therapy based on updated evidence and new consideration of ezetimibe, PCSK9-inhibitor and bile acid sequestrant was brought up. Conclusion: Guidelines are continuously updating as new and important clinical data are constantly released along with the advent of newly approved drugs for lipid disorder. This article provides resources that facilitates uptake of these recommendations into clinical practice.

Background : 6.1% of red blood cells and whole blood issued to the operating room was not transfused to the patients and discarded in Seoul National University Hospital in 1994. Objectives : We planned to set up an effective management program of blood in the operating room and we investigated whether this program could reduce the disposal rate of blood. Methods : We made a guideline of blood management in the operating room through a workshop. The guideline was revised after a preliminary application. The revised guideline was applied for 5 months from May to September in 1996. The disposal rate was compared before and after the installation of the new program. Results : 5,336 units of blood were issued to the operating room for 5 months. Disposal rate of red blood cells and whole blood was markedly reduced from 6.2% in May to 2.1% in September(p<0.05). The average disposal rate was 3.7% during the five months. Conclusion : We were able to reduce the disposal of unused blood in the operating room through the development and the application of a new blood management program.

This technical report was developed to suggest the guideline to assess the safe use and handling metalworking fluids (MWFs) in machining operation. The basis of this method developed in this study was based on self assessment procedure recommended by Organization Resources Counselors (ORC) of the United States (US). In addition, various MWF management elements obtained from the review on various articles, reports and author's experience regarding MWF were newly added to the evaluation guideline. A total of four areas were finally selected in order to control exposure to MWF used in machining operations. They are all related to the presence and efficiency of the control measures, exposure assessment, management on tank and sump, and safe treatment of chips and metal fines generated during machining operations. Each area is consisted of several related elements. Several evaluation areas and elements used in this study could be revised, replaced, added and deleted according to the process environment, evaluation objectives and evaluator's (manager) criteria etc. This evaluation guide manual could be used for safe management of MWF in metalworking operation. In addition, industrial hygienists can use this evaluation method for auditing and evaluating the management status on MWF.

The purpose of this study was to develop guidelines for sustainability of back-to-farm community village in 4 aspects; social environment, maintenance and management, regional environment, and economic environment. These 4 aspects, which count for sustainability, based on the comprehensive comparative analysis about items that field survey and literature suggested. Conclusions of guideline are of the following. The guidelines on social environment are developed by 3 items; resident participation and activity, village leader, decision making in village and person in charge of operation. The guidelines on maintenance and management are developed by 5 items; village operation system, village regulation, transparency of management, village operation expenses, and management type. The guidelines on regional environment are developed by 2 items; support by central and local government, and area projects and connection to regional resources. The guideline on economic environment is not developed due to low demands of based production facilities and income increase facilities.

In 2021, a new chapter on the general management of glomerulonephritis (GN) was added to the Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO). It emphasizes the importance of early general management of GN for improving long-term kidney outcomes and prognosis. The chapter introduces the management of glomerular diseases in 18 subchapters. Here, kidney biopsy for the diagnosis and evaluation of kidney function and the management of complications, such as hypertension, infection, and thrombosis, are presented. Moreover, the adverse effects of glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive therapy, which are commonly used drugs for glomerular disease, are mentioned, and a guideline for drug selection is presented. Each subtheme focused on items reflecting the interpretation of the "practice points" of the expert working group are introduced. In this review of the general treatment for GN in the KDIGO guidelines, excluding pregnancy and reproductive health, we focused on and compared various references pertaining to pediatric GN management.
