시간관리행동과 관련 변수: 취업주부를 대상으로 (Time Management Behavior and Variables Related)

  • This study investigated time management behavior of employed wives and variables related. The samples were composed of 396 wives living in Seoul and Kwangju city. The major finding are as follow: 1) The level of the time management of employed wives was slightly high. 2) The dominant factor in time management behavior was goal setting and planning$.$priori-ting 3) The time management behavior was low related to the time use. A negative relationship was found between time management behavior and psysiological time employed time psysical housework time and passive leisure time while a positive relationship was found managerial housework time and active leisure time 4) A employed wife with higher work status education and income level efficiently managed time Education and extend family type turned out facilitating factors the more employed time was found constraint factor in time management.

  • The Information System is now becoming a very important part of our livers. It encompasses technical and spactial characteristics that are much more different from the order information systems used up until now. Therefore, as various fields within the Information Center are researched, the proper usage of those fields must be well thought-out. This study presents the application of quality management systems in Library, Korea. The purpose of this study is to build a framework of improving the management system and planning and performing the service of high quality in Library. To achieve this goal, a theoretical approach was tried through the previous study and the performed with the subject of the 4 steps by Damming' quality management theory. This study may enable domestic organizations to draw up a concrete and practical plan in Library.

  • Six Sigma advocates rigorous application of quality management tool. Using Six Sigma program provides a mechanism for service organization to achieve organization's goal and customer satisfaction. A model on Six sigma in service organization was developed and applied for the service organization. Questionnaire was developed, and data was collected and analyzed for this study. Conclusively, 6 sigma leadership is the important drivers to process management and customer relationship management. Process management and customer relationship management are significantly related to the job performance and customer satisfaction.

Web 기반의 종합적 환경제어시스템의 개발 및 적용 (Web Based Comprehensive Environmental Control Engine)

  • This paper is aimed at the development of comprehensive environmental management system, which can be operated on the basis of world wide web. This study has been initiated as a topic of G7 project in 1988, and will be accomplished in 2001. Even thought there should be lots of works remaining to achieve this goal, preliminary products can be summarized as follows : 1) integrated environments information management system, 2) web based control engine, 3) surface water environment management system, 4) subsurface water environment management system, 5) sewer and waterworks management system. The core methodology of the engine is the generalized multidimensional finite element matrices to depict the terms in the analysis of various partial differential equations. Spatial information management system (ArcView) and Visual Basic were extensively employed to construct GUI oriented web based engine. Developed systems were consist with very intense computer codes due to the necessity of combinatory management of environmental problems. The web based engine could be served as a decision tool for the integrated management of environmental projects in Korea.

운동 성취목표 성향이 선수들의 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Athlete's Achievement Goal Orientation on Life Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 성취목표지향성과 삶의 만족도의 관계를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 고교, 대학, 실업팀 선수 450명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 각 검사지의 신뢰도와 타당도 확인과정을 거쳐 성별에 따른 분산분석, 상관분석, 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 성취동기의 4요인 중 숙달과 수행접근에서 남성이 더 높은 점수로 성별간 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 삶의 만족도 역시 남성이 더 높은 점수를 보이며 성별간 유의한 차이를 보였다. 마지막으로 운동 성취목표성향과 삶의 만족간의 중다회귀분석 결과 숙달접근이 정적으로, 숙달회피가 부적으로 운동선수의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치고 있다. 성별에 따른 성취목표성향과 삶의 만족도의 관계는 남녀 선수 모두 숙달접근은 삶의 만족에 정적으로 영향을 미치고 있다. 숙달회피 또한 남녀 모두 삶의 만족에 부적인 영향을 미치고 있다.

Process Performance Feedback and Quality Goal Setting as Sources of Process Restrictiveness and Behavior Guidance in Electronic Brainstorming

  • Purpose Through the provision of real time performance information about who is contributing and who is not in Electronic Brainstorming, prior studies evidenced a significant performance gain. However, it has been observed that the quantity-based performance feedback alone does not have enough restrictiveness to guide the performance behavior throughout the idea generation session. We included the notion of goal setting into the process performance feedback mechanism in an effort to regulate performance behavior and to better understand why individuals in Electronic Brainstorming are not obtaining enough stimulation benefits in the group interaction process. Design/methodology/approach We had developed real-time visual process performance feedback and modified to include goal setting. This mechanism visually displays individuals' performances two-dimensionally (quality for each idea vertically and quantity of ideas horizontally along with their goals). As individuals' contributions accumulate, the mechanism reveals performance histories by connecting the sequence of ideas in a time-series format, telling stories of individuals' performances. Then, we compared the performance outcome from this study with the outcomes from two prior studies (i.e., Jung et al., 2010 and Jung, 2014). Findings The results showed that the inclusion of goal setting into the process performance feedback solved the issue in the previous study. That was the lower than expected magnitude of performance enhancement of process performance feedback when compared to that of quantity-based feedback. It appears that goals as a motivational technique provide standards for systematic self-evaluation, serving as a cue to regulate performance behavior by strengthening the linkage between effort and performance. Thus, goals seem to set up a self-fulfilling prophecy, preconditioning better performance. However, the outcome still showed that its performance magnitude is unsatisfactory because the outcome of this study turned out to be close to the outcome of just quantity-based performance feedback in Jung et al.'s (2010) study.

시간 모니터링과 목표지향이 설득에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Time Monitoring and Goal Orientation on Persuasion)

  • 이 연구는 설득에 있어서 사람들이 시간을 어떻게 모니터링 하는 지 그리고 목표 지향과 설득적 메시지 유형이 어떻게 시간 모니터링과 설득 사이의 관계에서 조절 역할을 하는 지를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 실험을 통해 시간 지평 관점(제한 vs. 확장)과 목표 지향(접근 vs. 회피 vs. 통제), 그리고 메시지 유형(정서적 vs. 지식 관련)의 상호작용 효과가 검증되었다. 구체적으로, 제한된 THP를 갖는 참가자들은 회피 목표를 지향할 때 지식 관련 메시지에 더 설득된 반면, 접근 목표를 지향할 때는 정서적 메시지에 더 설득되는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 확장된 THP를 가진 참가자들은 목표 추구 유형과 상관없이 모두 지식 관련 메시지에 더 설득되었다. 이 같은 결과는 광고 등으로 대표되는 설득적 메시지의 효과에 있어 피험자의 연령과 그들이 갖고 있는 시간 지평 관점에 대한 고려 뿐 아니라 캠페인 등을 통해 유발할 수 있는 목표의 유형, 그리고 메시지의 구성이 상호유기적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여준다.

보험설계사의 역량과 조직지원이 영업성과에 미치는 영향: MDRT 목표지향성의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Insurance Planner's Competency and Organizational Support on Sales Performance: Focused on Mediating Effects of MDRT Goal Orientations)

  • 보험 산업에서 고객과의 장기 관계의 성과는 일반적으로 설계사의 고객 유지 및 신규 고객 확보 증가를 통해 수행된다. 이는 개인 고객과의 장기적 충성도의 유대를 구축하고 유지하기 위해서는 설계사의 역량과 조직지원의 개선이 시급함을 시사한다. 따라서 본 연구는 설계사의 역량과 조직지원이 영업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 또한 역량과 조직지원이 영업성과에 미치는 영향력에서 MDRT 목표지향성 매개역할을 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상품 및 고객역량, 디지털 역량, 네트워크 역량은 영업성과에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 영업지원은 영업성과에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 설계사의 역량과 영업성과 간에 MDRT 목표지향성은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 영업지원과 영업성과의 관계에서 MDRT 목표지향성은 완전매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 설계사의 우수한 역량을 통한 고객관리, 보험 트렌드 변화에 대응하는 조직지원, MDRT 목표지향성을 통한 역량개발이 영업 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다.

위험 지각에 따른 지식공유: 이타적인 행동인가, 속셈이 있는 행동인가? (Knowledge sharing under perceived risk: Altruistic or goal-oriented motives?)

  • This study examined the effect of perceived risk, an under-explored area in the knowledge sharing literature. We proposed that employee perceptions of risk relate positively with their knowledge sharing behaviors (donating and collecting), and examined the mediating role of impression management strategies in the hypothesized relationships. We also explored the moderating effect of leader-member exchange (LMX) in the relationship between perceived risk and impression management strategies. Valid and reliable self-report and supervisory evaluation measures were collected from a sample of 251 railroad employees in safety-sensitive positions. The results indicate that perceived risk was not significantly associated with knowledge sharing, but rather the risk perception impacts were indirect through impression management strategies such as exemplification and supplication. The study also found that LMX has no moderating effect on the perceived risk and impression management strategies. In discussing these results, we present significant insights in terms of subjective risk judgment as a potential mechanism which can encourage organizational politics.

하천 수질관리 시스템에서 최적화를 위한 유전알고리즘의 개발 (Development of a Genetic Algorithm for the optimization in River Water Quality Management System)

  • Finding the optimal solution in the river water quality management system is very hard with the non-linearity of the water quality model. Many suggested methods for that using the linear programming, non-linear programming and dynamic programming, are failed to give an optimal solution of sufficient accuracy and satisfaction. We studied a method to find a solution optimizing the river water quality management in the aspect of the efficiency and the cost of the waste water treatment facilities satisfying the water Quality goals. In the suggested method, we use the QUAL2E water quality model and the genetic algorithm. A brief result of the project to optimize the water quality management in the Youngsan river is presented.
