  • 본 논문에서는 자바 모바일 플랫폼을 기반으로 하는 M-Commerce 보안 플랫폼을 검토하고, J2ME 기반 CLDC와 MIDP를 이용해서 M-Commerce 전자지불을 위한 휴대용 전자지갑 구현방안을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방안은 무선 인터넷 환경에서 신용카드 결제 방식으로 지불할 경우 관련 중요 정보를 안전하게 전송하고, 대금 결제를 할 수 있도록 한다. 그리고, 무선인터넷 응용프로토콜 WAP 방식의 보안을 고려한 WTLS 보안 메커니즘을 이용하고, J2ME 기술을 기반으로 하기 때문에 향후 IMT2000에서도 사용 가능하다.

  • M-commerce는 무선통신 네트웍과 단말기를 통해 이루어지는 금전적 가치가 있는 거래를 말한다. 무선 통신망 기술의 발달과 유선 인터넷에 익숙한 소비자의 증가, 이동전화, PDA, 무선랜 등의 보급 증가 등의 배경으로 m-commerce는 계속 확산될 전망이다. IDC에 따르면 1999년과 2000년 사이에 휴대폰 이용자수는 4억2천8백만 명에서 5억5천9백만 명으로 30.6% 증가했고 2004년까지 약 13억 명-전세계 인구 5명중 1명-이 휴대폰을 이용할 것으로 예상했다. 포레스터 리서치(Forrester Research)도 2003년까지 무선 단말기의 수가 10억을 넘어서 PC의 수를 능가할 것이고 m-commerce 거래액수도 2005년에 가서 2,000억 달러를 넘어설 것으로 전망하고 있다. Leaching of Trifluralin in the Commerce Clay Loam Soil (토양 중 Trifluralin의 용탈)

  • Trifluralin was selected to study the leaching potentials related to the pollution on Commerce silty clay loam soil near Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA. The batch equilibrium of trifluralin resulted in the Koc value of 875. When the soil columns(5.4 cm i.d. ${\times}$ 26 cm length) were leached with three pore volumes of water, the distributions of trifluralin in soil and leachate were 99.993% and 0.007% of the total recoveries, respectively. When applied at the rate of 1,683 g/ha in the field, the amount of trifluralin within the $0{\sim}10$ cm soil depth was 96.9% of that within the $0{\sim}60cm$ soil depth 31 days after application. The concentrations of trifluralin detected in 1- and 2m- depth wells during 62 days after application ranged from 0.04 ng/mL to 0.08 ng/mL, which were lower than 2.0 ng/mL of the U.S. EPA advisory levels for drinking water. Trifluralin was strongly adsorbed on soil and hardly reached ground water. The leaching properties of trifluralin in the fields were predicted and concurred with those in the columns.

  • m-commerce의 관점에서 기존의 e-commerce상의 상품정보를 이용하는 것이 매우 중요하지만, m-commerce와 e-commerce를 지원하는 장치 디바이스간의 차이는 많은 제약이 되고있다. 특히, 모바일 디바이스의 화면은 데스크탑 PC 화면 보다 작은 디스플레이 크기를 제공하기 때문에 기존 데스크탑상에서 표현되던 상품정보 페이지를 모바일 디바이스에서 그대로 표현하기에는 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 e-commerce상의 상품정보가 웹상의 새로운 문서기술 언어인 XML로 표현되어 있다고 가정하고, 이러한 XML 상품정보를 무선 인터넷 단말기인 PDA에서 효과적으로 디스플레이 할 수 있는 시스템을 개발한다. 시스템은Java 환경에서 J2ME에 기반하여 구현한다. 구현된 시스템에 Web상의 다양한 XML 상품정보를 적용한다.

Downregulation of Cdk1 and CyclinB1 Expression Contributes to Oridonin-induced Cell Cycle Arrest at G2/M Phase and Growth Inhibition in SGC-7901 Gastric Cancer Cells

  • Background: Oridonin isolated from Rabdosia rubescens, a plant used to treat cancer in Chinese folk medicine, is one of the most important antitumor active ingredients. Previous studies have shown that oridonin has antitumor activities in vivo and in vitro, but little is known about cell cycle effects of oridonin in gastric cancer. Materials and Methods: MTT assay was adopted to detect the proliferation inhibition of SGC-7901 cells, the cell cycle was assessed by flow cytometry and protein expression by Western blotting. Results: Oridonin could inhibit SGC-7901 cell proliferation, the $IC_{50}$ being $15.6{\mu}M$, and blocked SGC-7901 cell cycling in the $G_2/M$ phase. The agent also decreased the protein expression of cyclinB1 and CDK1. Conclusions: Oridonin may inhibit SGC-7901 growth and block the cells in the $G_2/M$ phase by decreasing Cdk1 and cyclinB1 proteins.

  • This paper propose not only MDIT(Mobile Digital Investment Trust) agent design for Trust Investment under Mobile E-commerce environment, but also the symmetric key algorithm 3BC(Bit, Byte and Block Cypher) and the public encryption algorithm F2mECC for solving the problems of memory capacity, CPU processing time, and security that mobile environment has. In Particular, the MDIT Security Agent is the banking security project that introduces the concept of investment trust in mobile e-commerce, This mobile security protocol creates a shared secrete key using F2mECC and then it's value is used for 3BC that is block encryption technique. The security and the processing speed of MDIT agent are enhanced using 3BC and F2mECC.

  • The analysis of trace cadmium in blood by using 10 folds diluted samples with 1% Triton X-100 and Fork platform tube at the ashing temperature of 500$^{\circ}C$ has been performed by GFAAS. In this study, good analytical results were obtained from peak area and peak height methods. The detection limits of SH and $D_2$ arc background correction are 0.02 ng/mL and 0.01 ng/mL, respectively. Relative standard deviation is within 5% at the level of 1.0 ng/mL.

  • The growth of mobile commerce (m-commerce) has been accelerated around the world. Why do e-retailers have to put a great deal of effort for the distribution of their mobile apps? The literature has paid little attention to the influence of the introduction of an e-commerce app on shopping behaviors of consumers. By analyzing the dataset of 2,342 users in Korea, this study aims to broaden our understanding of mobile shopping app usage across competing e-retailers and different channels. We found that a user's prior usage of a specific e-commerce mobile app increases her subsequent usage of its website through a mobile web browser. Thus, mobile apps do not cannibalize the mobile web channel, and there could be a complementary relationship. We also found that a user's usage of competitors' apps is positively associated with her subsequent usage of a specific e-commerce app. Because many consumers search products and compare prices across multiple e-retailers, having a mobile app helps an e-retailer be exposed to more potential consumers. This study is among the first to study the role of mobile apps in e-commerce by showing the dynamics of cross-channel and cross-vendor usage by a user.
