최소 6.0m × 8.7m(52.2m2), 최대 6.3m × 9.3m(58.59m2)가 필요하다.
M&A(기업 인수.
In this paper, we consider the structure of ${\gamma}$-constacyclic codes of length $2p^s$ over the Galois ring $GR(p^a,m)$ for any unit ${\gamma}$ of the form ${\xi}_0+p{\xi}_1+p^2z$, where $z{\in}GR(p^a,m)$ and ${\xi}_0$, ${\xi}_1$ are nonzero elements of the set ${\mathcal{T}}(p,m)$. Here ${\mathcal{T}}(p,m)$ denotes a complete set of representatives of the cosets ${\frac{GR(p^a,m)}{pGR(p^a,m)}}={\mathbb{F}}p^m$ in $GR(p^a,m)$. When ${\gamma}$ is not a square, the rings ${\mathcal{R}}_p(a,m,{\gamma})=\frac{GR(p^a,m)[x]}{{\langle}x^2p^s-{\gamma}{\rangle}}$ is a chain ring with maximal ideal ${\langle}x^2-{\delta}{\rangle}$, where ${\delta}p^s={\xi}_0$, and the number of codewords of ${\gamma}$-constacyclic code are provided. Furthermore, the self-orthogonal and self-dual ${\gamma}$-constacyclic codes of length $2p^s$ over $GR(p^a,m)$ are also established. Finally, we determine the Rosenbloom-Tsfasman (RT) distances and weight distributions of all such codes.
Bacteria have evolved various types of resistance mechanism to toxic heavy metals, such as arsenic and antimony. An arsenical and antimonial resistant bacterium was isolated from a shallow creek draining a coal-mining area near Taebaek City, in Kangwon-Do, Korea. The isolated bacterium was identified and named as Pseudomonas sp. KM20 after biochemical and physiological studies were conducted. A plasmid was identified and its function was studied. Original cells harboring the plasmid were able to grow in the presence of 15 mM sodium arsenite, while the plasmid-cured (plasmidless) strain was sensitive to as little as 0.5 mM sodium arsenate. These results indicated that the plasmid of Pseudomonas sp. KM20 does indeed encode the arsenic resistance determinant. In growth experiments, prior exposure to 0.1 mM arsenate allowed immediate growth when they were challenged with 5 mM arsenate, 5 mM arsenite, or 0.1 mM antimonite. These results suggested that the arsenate, arsenite, and antimonite resistance determinants of Pseudomonas sp. KM20 plasmid were indeed inducible. When induced, plasmid-bearing resistance cells showed a decreased accumulation $of\;73^As$ and showed an enhanced efflux $of\;^73As$. These results suggested that plasmid encoded a transport system that extruded the toxic metalloids, resulting in the lowering of the intracellular concentration of toxic oxyanion. In a Southern blot study, hybridization with an E. coli R773 arsA-specific probe strongly suggested the absence of an arsA cistron in the plasmid-associated arsenical and antimonial resistance determinant of Pseudomonas sp. KM20.
It has long been thought that glucocorticoid receptor (GR) functions as a DNA-binding transcription factor in response to its ligand (a glucocorticoid) and thus regulates various cellular and physiological processes. It is also known that GR can bind not only to DNA but also to mRNA; this observation points to the possible role of GR in mRNA metabolism. Recent data revealed a molecular mechanism by which binding of GR to target mRNA elicits rapid mRNA degradation. GR binds to specific RNA sequences regardless of the presence of a ligand. In the presence of a ligand, however, the mRNA-associated GR can recruit PNRC2 and UPF1, both of which are specific factors involved in nonsense-mediated mRNA decay (NMD). PNRC2 then recruits the decapping complex, consequently promoting mRNA degradation. This mode of mRNA decay is termed "GR-mediated mRNA decay" (GMD). Further research demonstrated that GMD plays a critical role in chemotaxis of immune cells by targeting CCL2 mRNA. All these observations provide molecular insights into a previously unappreciated function of GR in posttranscriptional regulation of gene expression. [BMB Reports 2015; 48(7): 367-368]
Let R be a commutative ring with non-zero identity and let NN(R) = {I | I is a nonnil ideal of R}. Let M be an R-module and let ${\phi}-tor(M)=\{x{\in}M{\mid}Ix=0\text{ for some }I{\in}NN(R)\}$. If ${\phi}or(M)=M$, then M is called a ${\phi}$-torsion module. An R-module M is said to be ${\phi}$-flat, if $0{\rightarrow}{A{\otimes}_R}\;{M{\rightarrow}B{\otimes}_R}\;{M{\rightarrow}C{\otimes}_R}\;M{\rightarrow}0$ is an exact R-sequence, for any exact sequence of R-modules $0{\rightarrow}A{\rightarrow}B{\rightarrow}C{\rightarrow}0$, where C is ${\phi}$-torsion. In this paper, the concepts of NRD-submodules and NP-submodules are introduced, and the ${\phi}$-flat modules over a ${\phi}-Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ ring are investigated.
Let R be a commutative Noetherian ring, 𝔞 an ideal of R, M an arbitrary R-module and X a finite R-module. We prove a characterization for Hi𝔞(M) and Hi𝔞(X, M) to be 𝔞-weakly cofinite for all i, whenever one of the following cases holds: (a) ara(𝔞) ≤ 1, (b) dim R/𝔞 ≤ 1 or (c) dim R ≤ 2. We also prove that, if M is a weakly Laskerian R-module, then Hi𝔞(X, M) is 𝔞-weakly cofinite for all i, whenever dim X ≤ 2 or dim M ≤ 2 (resp. (R, m) a local ring and dim X ≤ 3 or dim M ≤ 3). Let d = dim M < ∞, we prove an equivalent condition for top local cohomology module Hd𝔞(M) to be weakly Artinian.
