V-p characteristics and the discharge luminous characteristics in inhomogeneous $SF_6$ gas gap under the positive and negative lightning impulse voltages are presented. The test gap was composed of the plane-to-plane with a needle-shaped protrusion. The applied voltage and the predischarge current were measured by the electric field sensor and the shunt of 50 ${\Omega}$, respectively. The light emission signals were observed by a photomultiplier tube, and a high-speed camera. In a consequence, the dielectric strengths of $SF_6$ gas gap under positive lightning impulse voltages were independent of the gas pressure. In the presence of the positive polarity, the branches of discharge channel were created and the directions of the discharge paths were random. On the other hands, the discharge paths of the negative polarity were more thicker and brighter.

네온변압기는 전기 제품의 일종이며, 사용 시간의 경과와 더불어 환경 조건 등 여러 가지 요인으로 서서히 그 성능이 열화하고 마침내 수명에 이르는 성질을 가지고 있다. 최근에는 에너지 절약용, 자원 절약용 등 환경 보호 입장에서 고효율화가 도모되고 있고, 내구성 증가, 소음 저감, 환경에의 적합 등 여러 가지 요구가 높아지고 있으나 확립된 수명 평가 이론은 정립되고 있지 않는 실정이다. 따라서 여기에서는 변압기의 수명 등을 평가할 수 있는 가속시험 방법에 대해서 논하기로 한다.

This paper presents the experimental results on breakdown characteristics in $N_2$ gas under non-uniform electric fields caused by both the positive and negative lightning impulse voltages. $N_2$ gas have an advantage of eco-friendly and cost reduction, and safety aspects. In order to analyze the impulse pre-breakdown processes in $N_2$ gas, we carried out measurements and observations of the impulse breakdown voltages, pre-breakdown current and luminous signals. They were measured by a voltage divider, a shunt and a photo-multiplier tube, respectively. Additionally, the characteristics of discharge channels were observed by high speed cameras. The breakdown voltages in the positive polarity was lower than those in the negative polarity.

This paper presents an experimental study on the prebreakdown characteristics in $SF_6/N_2$ mixtures under non-uniform electric fields when subjected to the positive and negative lightning impulse voltages. $SF_6/N_2$ mixtures have a merit of an environmental aspect and cost reduction, and safty aspects. In order to analyze the prebreakdown processes in $SF_6/N_2$ mixtures stressed by impulse voltages, prebreakdown current and light were observed by a shunt with high sensitivity and a photo-multiplier tube, respectively. Additionally, characteristics of luminous events in flashovers were discussed.

본 실험은 구동 온도와 방전관의 길이에 따라 변화하는 ICP 광원의 전기 광학적 특성에 대해서 알아보았다. 광원의 전기 광학적 특성이 정상상태에 놓이는 구동 조건을 확인하기 위하여 시간에 따른 전력 소모와 광속의 변화를 측정하였다. 전력소모와 광속의 시간에 따른 변화를 측정한 결과를 통해서 볼 때 최초구동에서 70분이 경과한 이후부터 전력소모는 초기값에 대해 1.45[%], 광속은 0.36[%]의 안정성을 나타냈다. 항온챔버 내에서 온도를 5구간으로 나뉘어 변화하면서 구동 온도에 따른 ICP 광원의 광학적 특성을 알아보았다. 휘도는 온도의 상승과 비례적으로 증가하였으나 $46.7[^{\circ}C]$ 이상에서는 오히려 감소하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 파센법칙과 함께 보일-샤를의 법칙을 통해 0.02[Torr]의 압력이 변화함에 따라 더 높은 방전전압이 요구되지만 충분한 전압이 안정기에서 공급되지 못하기 때문이라 판단된다. 이와 더불어 방전관 길이에 따라 광원에 인가되는 전력과 전류을 측정하였다.

본 논문에서는 주위 가스 온도와 체류시간에 따른 아 역청탄 촤 입자의 연소 특성에 관한 기본적인 연구를 진행하였다. 실험용 장비로써 노 내 온도 범위가 $900^{\circ}C$에서 $1400^{\circ}C$까지 조절이 가능한 DTF(drop tube furnace)를 설치하였고, 온도가 보정된 two color pyrometer를 DTF의상부에 장착하여 촤가 산화할 때의 입자 온도를 측정할 수 있게 하였다. 촤 산화 시 반응한 총 질량을 구하기 위해 열중량 분석기를 사용하였으며, 회분 추적법을 통해분석하였다. 이를 통해대기압 조건에서 촤가산화 할때질량 및 면적 반응성, 반응속도 상수들을 결정하였다.

Background: This study aims to develop an integrated optical system that can simultaneously or selectively measure the signals obtained from radioluminescence (RL), thermoluminescence (TL), and optically stimulated luminescence (OSL), which are luminescence phenomena of materials stimulated by radioactivity, heat, and light, respectively. The luminescence mechanism of various materials could be investigated using the glow curves of the luminescence materials. Materials and Methods: RL/TL/OSL integrated measuring system was equipped with a X-ray tube (50 kV, $200{\mu}A$) as an ionizing radiation source to irradiate the sample. The sample substrate was used as a heating source and was also designed to optically stimulate the sample material using various light sources, such as high luminous blue light emitting diode (LED) or laser. The system measured the luminescence intensity versus the amount of irradiation/stimulation on the sample for the purpose of measuring RL, TL and OSL sequentially or by selectively combining them. Optical filters were combined to minimize the interference of the stimulation light in the OSL signal. A long-pass filter (420 nm) was used for 470 nm LED, an ultraviolet-pass filter (260-390 nm) was used for detecting the luminescence of the sample by PM tube. Results and Discussion: The reliability of the system was evaluated using the RL/OSL characteristics of $Al_2O_3:C$ and the RL/TL characteristics of LiF:Mg,Cu,Si, which were used as dosimetry materials. The RL/OSL characteristics of $Al_2O_3:C$ showed relatively linear dose-response characteristics. The glow curve of LiF:Mg,Cu,Si also showed typical RL/OSL characteristics. Conclusion: The reliability of the proposed system was verified by sequentially measuring the RL characteristics of radiation as well as the TL and OSL characteristics by concurrent thermal and optical stimulations. In this study, we developed an integrated measurement system that measures the glow curves of RL/TL/OSL using universal USB-DAQs and the control program.

본 논문에서는 휴대용 적외선 야시경의 소형 경량화 및 저전력을 위한 전자회로부를 설계하였다. 설계한 전자회로부는 전압자동변환부와 전원공급부로 구성한다. 전압자동변환부는 배터리, 스위치부, 승압부, 전압선택부 등으로 구성한다. 전원공급부는 고광원 감지회로, 배터리 전압감지회로, 적외선 발광회로, 연결감지회로, 공급제어회로 등으로 구성한다. 설계한 전자회로부의 성능은 AN/PVS-14에 비하여 소모전력 및 상온 연속사용 시간에서 우수하였다.

This paper describes the experimental results of the pre-breakdown phenomena in $SF_6/CO_2$ mixtures under non-uniform electric fields caused by positive and negative lightning negative voltages. $SF_6/CO_2$ mixtures have an advantage of an environmental aspect and cost reduction, and safety aspects. In order to analyze the pre-breakdown processes in $SF_6/CO_2$ mixtures stressed by impulse voltages, pre-breakdown current and luminous signals were measured by a shunt and a photo-multiplier tube, respectively. Dielectric strengthes of $SF_6/CO_2$ mixtures were investigated. Additionally, characteristics of discharge channels were observed by high speed cameras and the physical properties were discussed. The pre-breakdown propagates with a stepwise process. The in to breakdown from the corona onset point in positive polarity was shorter than that in negative polarity. The time intervals of positive leaders are shorter than those of negative leaders, and the path of positive leader channel is zigzag.

형광램프를 오랜 기간 사용하게 되면 전자방출 도포막의 일부가 전극으로부터 떨어져 나와 음극 주위인 관 끝에 부착되어 흑화 현상을 일으킴으로써 광출력이 감소하고 광효율이 떨어져 교체가 필요하게 된다. 이러한 상태를 오래 방치한다면 램프 양단 전압의 상승으로 필라멘트가 과열되어 형광등 소켓에 열이 전도되면서 화재 발생까지 도달할 가능성이 크다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 형광램프 수명 말기에 나타나는 현상을 검측하고, 적정 교체시기를 판단하여 표시하는 표시장치가 구비된 형광등기구 개발 모델을 제시하고자 한다.
