Recently, most tech-based products are of multiple generations, since new-generation products are replacing the older ones as technologies continue to improve. Although, this means that research is needed to examine as much about the role of post-adoption behavior as the missing link between the adoptions of successive generation as first adoption of innovation, there is a dearth of literature explicitly examining consumers' post-adoption behavior, especially in the context of subscription-based service. For the subscription-based services, in spite of the important role of consumer satisfaction, research on the post-adoption behavior can not carefully examine the direct impact of consumer satisfaction on their decision to upgrade by considering usage instead of satisfaction as the missing link between buyers' first adoption and their next-generation adoption. This study identified two types of attribute satisfaction such as basic attribute and core attribute using both literature review and FGI (Focus Group Interview), and tries to investigate how two types of attribute satisfaction has influence on customers' intention to upgrade to the next-generation services. and a moderating role of customer loyalty between attribute satisfaction and intention. The empirical results show that core-attribute satisfaction has a negative influence on customers' intention to upgrade, due to the moderating role of customer loyalty, but it can raise their intention to upgrade next-generation services. However, basic-attribute satisfaction, on the other hand, appears to positively influence both customer loyalty and the intention to upgrade. We also find that the consumer attribute satisfaction is influenced by consumer innovativeness, her perception of service and the usage of each features' type in different ways. Finally, academic and practical implication is made, limitation is clarified and a direction for further studies is suggested.

The purpose of the study was to compare two different MBTI personality types by evaluating the influence of perceived risk on brand and store loyalty and purchase intention. 340 questionnaires were used for the analysis. For statistical analysis, SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were performed, and frequency tests, reliability analyses and Structural Equation Modeling were used. The results of SEM analysis, confirmed that one question of brand loyalty and one question of store loyalty were inappropriate for this study. Thus, these two questions were removed and the research model was modified. To determine the goodness of fit of the research model, convergent validity was tested. Most items fell into the goodness of fit, and the average coefficient was fulfilled. According to the results of a path coefficient analysis for the Judging type, perceived risk has a significant influence on brand loyalty and brand loyalty also affected store loyalty. Furthermore, brand loyalty and store loyalty have a significant effect on purchase intentions, but perceived risk did not affect brand loyalty for the Perceiving type. Brand loyalty influences store loyalty and purchase intentions, but store loyalty did not influence purchase intentions. As a result of this study, it is concluded that considering consumers' personality types is critical to developing strategies that enhance brand loyalty.
Purpose: This study investigates the complex dynamics of consumer behavior in Vietnamese banking omnichannel environments, focusing on the roles of service consistency, service transparency, flow, perceived privacy risk, and loyalty intention. Research design, data and methodology: Using a sample of 422 Vietnamese bank customers, data analysis revealed significant relationships among the variables under investigation. Results: Firstly, service consistency was found to positively influence flow experiences and negatively impact perceived privacy risk, highlighting the importance of uniform service quality across channels in enhancing consumer engagement while mitigating privacy concerns. Similarly, service transparency was positively associated with flow experiences and negatively associated with perceived privacy risk, underscoring the importance of transparent information dissemination in fostering immersive consumer experiences while alleviating privacy apprehensions. Furthermore, both flow experiences and perceived privacy risk significantly influenced loyalty intentions, indicating the pivotal roles of engaging experiences and data security in driving consumer loyalty. Additionally, mediated relationships were observed, demonstrating the interplay between service consistency, service transparency, flow, perceived privacy risk, and loyalty intention in shaping consumer behavior in omnichannel contexts. Conclusions: These findings provide valuable insights for retailers and marketers seeking to optimize consumer experiences and cultivate loyalty in omnichannel environments by prioritizing consistency, transparency, and data privacy protection.
Purpose - Brand equity has emerged as an indispensable marketing tool for firms engaging their business in developing nations. This study proposes that the country of origin image and advertising will affect the Korean brand equity formation, which leads to repurchase intention of Korean brands. In the study, attitude factors are applied in brand equity theory to predict repurchase intention of Korean brands. Cognitive brand equity, such as brand awareness, brand association, brand image and attitudinal brand equity, such as perceived quality and brand loyalty are considered with regards to their attitude towards the Korean brand. Design/methodology - A total of 178 Myanmar consumers out of 200 participants who have used Korean brands answered the survey and data were analyzed through SmartPLS 3.3.2 version. PLS-SEM is considered a more suitable analysis to pin down and evaluate the cause-effect relationship among all of the constructs with relatively complex models. Findings - Our results substantiate that the country of origin image positively affects brand awareness, brand associations, and brand image and advertising awareness positively affects brand awareness. Brand awareness gives positive effect only on brand association, which sustains a positive effect on brand image and brand loyalty. Brand image only has a positive effect on perceived quality, which again affects repurchase intention and brand loyalty. Brand loyalty also shows a positive effect on repurchase intention. Originality/value - Brand equity dimensions were viewed as cognitive and attitudinal outcomes of brand equity which affects repurchase intention. The drivers of brand equity were considered from the perspective of country of origin image that firms cannot control or mange, and advertising awareness which firms can control and manage. The findings also explored the relationships between cognitive and attitudinal brand equity.

Research design, data, and methodology - For data collection, total of 174 valid copies of questionnaire were obtained for analysis. And simple regression, multiple regression and hierarchical moderated regression analysis was conducted for hypothesis verification and implication Results - It was found that functional, social and emotional value perceived by consumers had a positive impact on brand loyalty and repurchase intention. And it was found that consumers who were in a relatively lower age group were positive, in the relation between emotional value and repurchase intention only. Conclusions - It was suggested that consumers accept discount store PB products positively overall. Therefore, discount stores must not only need to develop their strengths in various parts of PB product beyond consumer's positive perception but also make efforts to raise the social awareness of the use of PB products. The paper aims to investigate the factors of brand equity affecting the purchase intention of car buyers in Ho Chi Minh City. The authors use qualitative method and quantitative research to study the matters, specifically using scales and data collected for Cronbach alpha reliability testing, analysizing the discovery factor of EFA, CFA and verifying the regression models through AMOS software with SEM linear modeling. The study proposes four factors: (1) brand awareness, (2) self-expression value, (3) perceived quality, (4) brand psychology impacting on the brand loyalty and intention to buy cars of customers. The results show that all four factors are statistically significant for positive brand loyalty and purchase willing. The results showed that brand loyalty positively affects consumers' intention to buy cars. Among the factors included in the study, the brand psychology is a new factor which developed by experts in the context of Vietnam. This is the first study in Vietnam to quantify clearly the element of "crowd psychology" affecting the interests and habits of Vietnamese consumers. This explains why Vietnamese consumers prefer brands that are familiar in the market and some new cars with nice models and colors suitable for Vietnamese psychology.
