3D 프린터의 챔버 내부온도 변화에 대한 연구 (The Basic Study of Internal Temperature Variation in a 3D Printer(FDM-type) Chamber)

  • FDM 3D printers have become widespread, and investment in the 3D printer industry is increasing. Therefore, many 3D printers are released and the functions of products are emphasized. However, to lower unit prices, open-type 3D printers are sold in kit form, and their performance is very low. If the 3D printer has many heat sources and is sealed, there is the possibility that the main accessories (the main board, power supply, and motor) will be damaged by trapped heat. At the same time, if the ambient temperature is low due to the properties of the material, the output quality deteriorates. In this study, we analyzed the temperature rise of the main accessories and the quality of the output by the heat bed when a chamber was added to an open-type 3D printer. We also compared the quality of the output due to the air flow with the temperature rise of the main accessories. Moreover, we found the optimal value. As a result of the quality analysis, it was finally confirmed that the case with the chamber at $95^{\circ}C$ was the best for the printing condition. In addition, in the absence of the chamber, the bending of the specimen was found to be large, and in the case of the chamber, the degree of bending was slightly decreased by 0.05 mm.

분리 동백단백의 기능적 특성 (A Study on the Functional Properties of Camellia(Camellia japonica L.) Seed Protein Isolate)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the functional properties such as nitrogen solubility, emulsifying property , foaming capapcity , water and oil absorption of Camellia (Camellia japonica .) seed protein isolate in condition of distilled water and 0.5M NaCl solution at pH 2.0∼10.0. Nitrogen solubility of Camellia protein isolate in distilled water showed the minimum value at pH 4.0 and increased at pH lower or higher than the isoelectric point(pH 4.0). It was 90.0 %at pH 10.0 Nitrogen solubility of 0.5M NaCl solution showed a similar pattern with that of distrille dwater but was higher than that of distilled water except pH 2.0 and pH 10.0. Emulsifying activity of Camellia seed protein islate showed the minimum value at pH 4.0, but was higher at ether value of pH. Emulsifying stability of protein isolate was stable by heat treatment for 30min, at 80℃ and increased in 0.5M NaCl solution more than that of distille dwater. Foaming capacity of Camellia seed protein isolate in distill3ed water showed the minimum value near the isoelectric point, While it changed little at other values of pH. Foaming stability slowly decreased as, but didn't make a significant difference as time was delayed . Oil absorption was 1.4ml per a sample of 1g and water absorption was 0.9ml per a sample of 1g. The former was higher than the latter . The content of total amino acid of Camellia protein isolate was 43.67% and the major total amino acid of Camellia protein isolate was 43.67% and the major total amino acid was in the order of glutamic acid , arginine, aspartic acid, and leucine.

위생캔으로 제조한 감주 음료의 품질 평가와 금속물질 함량에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Quality Evaluation and Metal Content of Sanitary Canned Kamju Beverage)

  • In order to improve the quality of Kamju(sikhae), Korean traditional sweat fermentated rice drink, Kamju made with laboratory fermenting from both covered barley malt and that added to commercial $\alpha-amylase$ and commercial sikhae can were investigated and analyzed ad follows 1. The amylase activities in L-malt(laboraory made malt), C-malt(commercial malt) were 25,065 units, 20,498 units at $60^{\circ}C$ and when heating at $60^{\circ}C$ for one hour their heat stability was getting lower and while at $70^{\circ}C$ after 2 hours both their heat stability was under 21%. 2. The external appearance, of all samples, in beating test, flipper, springer and leaker test were excellent and good valued. On the open test of sample can, head space was 7.9~9.0mm, net weight 247~250g, 432~435g, pH 4.96-5.76, Brix 13.2~14.0 and vacuum degree was 29~35cmHg. 3. The sucrose content of sample 1~5 was 8,57~10.01% highest ammount than sample 6(0.91%) 7(0.43%) and maltose content of sample 1~5 was 0.65~1.41% lower than 6 was 7.91% and 7 was 8,36%. The good traditional flavor texture and saccharides components content of glucose of sample 1~5 was 1.09~1.51, 6(3.86%), 7(3.97%), fructose content of sample 1~5 was 0.45~0.95%, 6(2.76%), 7(2.81%), maltotriose and raffinose of sample 1~5 were 0.04~0.291, 6(0.61%), 7(2.81%), and solid content of sample 1~5(3.1~3.8) was lower than 6(10.25%), 7(10.09%). 4. The result of sensory test as measured as lemone yellow of sample 6 and milky of sample 7, and weetness, flavor, color, traditional texture and sensory value for sample 1~5(3.1~3.8) was lower degree than that for 6(4.5), 7(4.0). 5. Among the heavy metals analyzed from sample cans, tin, iron and lead content for sample 1~5 were 31.95~36.71ppm, 5.84~6.39ppm and 0.075~0.09ppm while their content of sample 6.7, tin, 32.91ppm, 32.87ppm, iron 5.51ppm, 5.41ppm and lead, 0.074ppm, 0.079ppm.

의치상용 자가중합레진의 중합조건에 따른 파괴인성 (FRACTURE TOUGHNESS OF SELF-CURING DENTURE BASE RESINS WITH DIFFERENT POLYMERIZING CONDITIONS)

  • Purpose. The intent of this study was to evaluate the effects of curing conditions on self-curing denture base resins to find out proper condition in self-curing resin polymerization. Materials and methods, In this study, 3 commercial self-curing denture base resins are used Vertex SC, Tokuso Rebase and Jet Denture Repair Acrylic. After mixing the self curing resin, it was placed in a stainless steel mold(3$\times$6$\times$60mm). The mold containing the resin was placed under the following conditions: in air at 23$^{\circ}C$; or in water at 23$^{\circ}C$; or in water at 23$^{\circ}C$ under pressure(20psi); or in water at 37$^{\circ}C$ under pressure(20psi) or in water at 50$^{\circ}C$ under pressure(20psi) , or in water at 65$^{\circ}C$ under pressure(20psi), respectively. Also heat-curing denture base resin is polymerized according to manufactures' instructions as control. Fracture toughness was measured by a single edge notched beam(SENB) method. Notch about 3mm deep was carved at the center of the long axis of the specimen using a dental diamond disk driven by a dental micro engine. The flexural test was carried out at a crosshead speed 0.5mm/min and fracture surface were observed under measuring microscope. Results and conclusion . The results obtained were summarized as follows : 1. The fracture toughness value of self-curing denture base resins were relatively lower than that of heat-curing denture base resin. 2. In Vertex SC and Jet Denture Repair Acrylic, higher fracture toughness value was observed in the curing environment with pressure but in Tokuso Rebase, low fracture toughness value was observed but there was no statistical difference. 3. Higher fracture toughness value was observed in the curing environment with water than air but there was no statistical difference. 4. Raising the temperature in water showed the increase of fracture toughness.

열처리된 탄소나노튜브 상대전극의 전기화학적 특성 연구 (Electrochemical properties of heat-treated multi-walled carbon nanotubes)

  • 본 연구에서는 염료감응 태양전지의 상대전극으로써 다중벽 탄소나노튜브를 사용하여 전기화학적 특성에 미치는 열처리 효과에 대해 연구하였다. 다중벽 탄소나노튜브는 실리콘 기판위에 철 촉매를 사용하여 열화학 기상증착법으로 합성하였다. 직경이 다른 다중벽 탄소나노튜브를 각각 성장하여 두 개의 샘플을 준비하였고 질소 분위기의 RTA(rapid thermal annealing) system에서 $900^{\circ}C$ 온도로 1분간 열처리 하였다. 다중벽 탄소나노튜브의 구조적, 전기적, 전기화학적 특성은 FE-SEM, Raman spectroscopy, 2-point probe station, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)을 이용하여 측정하였다. 라만 스펙트럼 분석에서 열처리 한 다중벽 탄소나노튜브의 I(D)/I(G) ratio는 상당히 감소한 것을 확인하였으며, 다중벽 탄소나 노튜브 표면과 전해질과의 산화 환원 반응 특성에서는 열처리 전보다 열처리 후의 전해질과의 산화 환원 반응 특성이 향상된 것을 알 수 있었다. 표면에서의 반응 저항 또한 열처리 후의 다중벽 탄소나노튜브가 더 낮은 값을 나타내었다. 그 결과, 열처리 후의 다중벽 탄소나노튜브를 상대전극으로 사용하였을 때의 전기화학적 특성이 더 좋은 것을 확인하였다.

도시 지역에서 토지 피복에 따른 열 변이 특성 (Characteristics of Thermal Variations with the Different Land Covers in an Urban Area)

  • 본 연구는 수원시 도심에 위치한 도시공원인 효원공원을 대상으로 여름철 대기온도 저감효과를 확인하고, 공원을 구성하는 서로 다른 피복유형별 특성을 파악하기 위하여 열 환경을 실측하고 분석하였다. 도시공원의 여름철 대기온도저감효과는 도심주거지 (매탄동) 대비 평균 4.4-4.5%로 통계적으로 유의하였고 (p< 0.001), 수원시의 외곽주거지 (상광교동) 보다는 약 0.8% 낮은 수준이었다. 도시공원 내 피복유형 (보도 블럭, 잔디 식재지, 소나무-잔디 식재지, 수목 차광지 및 혼합림 조경지)에 따른 열환경은 자연소재의 유형일수록 일평균기온, 일최고기온, 여름일수가 낮은 경향을 보였다. 그러나, 일최저기온 및 열대야일수는 피복유형에 따른 상관관계가 뚜렷하게 나타나지 않았다. 오후시간대 (13:00-15:00)에 혼합림 조경지, 수목 차광지, 소나무-잔디 식재지의 불쾌지수 (DI), 습구흑구온도 (WBGT) 및 열지수 (HI)의 평균값이 보도 블록과 잔디 식재지보다 낮아서 자연소재의 피복 유형의 열쾌적성이 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 각 지수에 대한 등급은 모든 피복 유형에서 '가장 높음' 또는 '주의' 단계로 동일하였다. 한편 오전 (06:00-08:00)에는 토지 피복유형별 열쾌적성에 차이가 없었다. 결론적으로 도시에서 열 환경을 개선하기 위하여는 초지, 숲 및 개방 지역의 토지 피복 유형을 증가하여야 한다.

제주시 공영 주차장 내 여름철 인간 열환경 분석 및 저감 방안 제안 (Analysis of The Human Thermal Environment in Jeju's Public Parking Lots in Summer and Suggestion for Its Modification)

  • 본 연구는 구성 요소가 다른 제주시 주차장 6곳에서 실측한 미기후 자료와 포장 알베도·수목 요소를 달리한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 여름철 인간 열환경을 분석하고 저감 방안을 제안하는 데 목적을 둔다. 실측한 경우, 알베도로 인한 결과는 유의성이 없었으나 양지와 음지의 차이는 유의성을 보였다. 양지는 PET가 '매우 더움' 단계였으나, 음지는 2단계 낮은 '따뜻함' 단계로 나타났고, UTCI 역시 양지가 '매우 강한 열 스트레스' 단계인 반면 음지는 1단계 낮은 '강한 열 스트레스' 단계를 보이며, 태양 복사에너지의 유입을 줄이는 교목의 역할을 확인할 수 있었다. 시뮬레이션 결과도 실측된 알베도 값을 사용했기 때문에 실측 결과와 유사하게 시나리오 간 차이는 크지 않았다. 수목의 경우, 수관폭이 넓고, 엽면적지수가 높으며, 식재 간격이 좁은 시나리오가 인간 열환경을 저감하는 데 효과적이었고, 수고에 따른 차이는 각 시나리오별 상이한 결과를 보였다. 가장 낮은 PET 값을 보인 시나리오는 H9W9L3D8(수고 9m, 수관폭 9m, 엽면적지수 3.0, 식재 간격 8m)로, 현재 조성된 시나리오와 비교했을 때 PET 0.7단계 하락한 것으로 나타났다. 이로써 조경 요소 중 바닥 포장보다는 교목이 여름철 인간 열환경에 주는 영향이 크다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다.

수목(樹木)의 수분특성(水分特性)에 관(關)한 생리(生理)·생태학적(生態學的) 해석(解析)(VII) - Heat pulse법(法)에 의한 낙엽송임분(林分)의 수액류속(樹液流速) 계측(計測) - (Ecophysiological Interpretations on the Water Relations Parameters of Trees(VII) - Measurement of Water Flow by the Heat Pulse Method in a Larix leptolepis Stand -)

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 heat pulse법(法)을 이용하여 낙엽송 임분(林分)의 증산량(蒸散量)을 알기 위한 기초 연구로써, 일사량(日射量), 온도(溫度), 습도(濕度) 등의 변화에 따른 heat pulse 속도(速度)의 일변화와 계절변화, 방위별 heat pulse 속도(速度)의 차이, 변재부(邊材部)에 있어서 깊이별 heat pulse 속도(速度)의 차이, 우세목(優勢木), 준우세목(準優勢木), 열세목(劣勢木)의 heat pulse 속도(速度)의 차이, 엽(葉)의 수분(水分)포텐셜과 heat pulse 속도(速度)와의 관계, 줄기에 있어 수분상승의 방향, heat pulse법(法)으로 추산한 임분(林分)의 증산량(蒸散量)등에 대하여 측정 고찰하였다. 얻어진 결과를 요약하연 다음과 같다. 1 낙엽송의 heat pulse 속도(速度)(V)와 수액유속(樹液流速)(SFR)과의 관계는 SFR=1.37V($r=0.96^{**}$)의 식으로 나타냈다. 2. 우세목(優勢木), 준우세목(準優勢木), 열세목(劣勢木)의 heat pulse 속도(速度)를 비교하면, 수액유속(樹液流速)은 우세목(優勢木)이 가장 높고, 준우세목(準優勢木), 열세목(劣勢木) 순위였다. Heat pulse 속도(速度)는 일사량(日射量), 온도(溫度), 대기포차(大氣飽差) 등의 크기에 따라 심한 변화(變化)를 나타냈다. 3. 입목(立木) 개체간(個體間)의 heat pulse 속도(速度)의 차이는 이른 아침과 밤에는 거의 없으나, 일사량(日射量)이 높은 12시부터 16시 사이에는 약간의 차이를 나타냈다. 4. Heat pulse 속도(速度)와 수분(水分)포텐셜은 거의 비슷한 일변화 경향을 나타냈다. 5. Heat pulse 속도(速度)의 계절변화는 8월에 가장 높았고, 10월이 가장 낮았다. 그리고 6, 7, 9월의 heat pulse 속도(速度)는 거의 비슷한 값을 나타냈다. 6. 줄기에 있어 방위별 heat pulse 속도(速度)는 동측이 가장 높았고, 서측과 북측은 비슷한 속도를 나타냈으며, 남측의 속도가 가장 낮았다. 7. 변재부(邊材部)에 있어서 깊이별 heat pulse 속도(速度)의 차이는 수피(樹皮)로부터 2cm 깊이에서 가장 높고, 다음이 1cm 깊이, 그리고 3cm 깊이에서 가장 낮았다. 8. 줄기에 있어 수분이동방향(水分移動方向)은 5본 모두 오른쪽 나선상승(螺旋上昇)(spiral ascent turning right)을 나타내고 있었다. 특히 지상의 3m까지는 매우 느린 회선(回旋)을 나타내다가 그 이상의 수고(樹高)에서는 매우 빠른 회선(回旋)으로 상승됨을 알 수 있었다. 9. 수액유량(樹液流量)(SF)은 SF=1.37AV 식(式)으로 나타났고, 이 식으로 구한 수액유량(樹液流量)은 우세목(優勢木)이 준우세목(準優勢木)과 열세목(劣勢木)보다 현저히 높았다. 10. 1ha의 임분(林分)에 대한 1일의 증산량(蒸散量)의 구성비율(構成比率)은 낮이 83%, 밤이 17%였고, 증산량(蒸散量)은 약 30.8ton/ha/day이었다. 11. 1ha의 월별(月別) 증산량(蒸散量)은 8월이 1,194ton/ha/month로 가장 많았고, 5월이 386ton/ha/month로 가장 낮았다. 또 1ha의 연간(年間) 증산량(蒸散量)은 3,983ton/ha/yr이었다.

C 중유의 황 함유량에 따른 CO2 배출 특성 (CO2 Emission Characteristics of Bunker C Fuel Oil by Sulfur Contents)

  • Bunker C fuel oil is a high-viscosity oil obtained from petroleum distillation as a residue. The sulfur content of bunker C fuel oil is limited to 4.0% or even lower to protect the environment. Because bunker C fuel oil is burned in a furnace or boiler for the generation of heat or used in an engine for the generation of power, carbon dioxide is emitted as a result of combustion. The objective of this study is to investigate $CO_2$ emission characteristics of bunker C fuel oil by sulfur contents. Calorific values and carbon contents of the fuels were measured using the oxygen bomb calorimeter method and the CHN elemental analysis method, respectively. Sulfur and hydrogen contents, which were used to calculate the net calorific value, were also measured and then net calorific values and $CO_2$ emission factors were determined. The results showed that hydrogen content increases and carbon content decreases by reducing sulfur contents for bunker C fuel oil with sulfur contents less than 1.0%. For sulfur contents between 1.0% and 4.0%, carbon content increases as sulfur content decreases but there is no evident variation in hydrogen content. Net calorific value increases by reducing sulfur contents. $CO_2$ emission factor, which is calculated by dividing carbon content by net calorific value, decreases as sulfur content decreases for bunker C fuel oil with sulfur contents less than 1.0% but it showed relatively constant values for sulfur contents between 1.0% and 4.0%.

산침지와 가열 살균이 떡볶이 떡의 형상 변화와 품질 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Acid Soaking and Thermal Sterilization on the Shape and Quality Characteristics of Tteokbokki Rice Cake)

  • Effects of acid soaking (AS) and thermal sterilization (TS) on the shape and quality characteristics of Tteokbokki rice cake (TRC) were investigated. The F-value of a sequential process (SP) of the combination of AS and TS was quantitatively determined with a reference microorganism of Bacillus cereus. F-values were evaluated according to the minimum and the maximum D-value of B. cereus and the reduction exponent (m=12). The heat penetration curves at cold point (CP) of TRC (400 g) were used to estimate the TS time at 121, 100, and $95^{\circ}C$. F-values of the SP were revised according to the adjusted m values after AS at different pH. The non-uniformity parameters (NUP) of TRC had no significant changes during AS but it dramatically increased after applying TS at a low pH by AS. The result of solubilized starch contents (SSC) demonstrated that the shape changes during SP are related to SSC. The texture characteristics and the whiteness were significantly influenced by a low pH condition (3.5) (p<0.05). Sensory analysis showed that a lower pH and a longer thermal processing time influenced negatively on the acceptability. This study showed that pH 4.0 and $95^{\circ}C$ was an optimum condition for the SP.
