유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 기반 지하주차장 조명제어시스템 (A Lighting Control System of Underground Parking Lot Based on Ubiquitous Sensor Networks)

  • 최근 지구 온난화가 가속화됨에 따라 고도화된 IT를 활용하여 환경을 보전하고자 RFID/USN을 활용한 Green IT에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지하주차장과 같은 공동시설에서 불필요하게 낭비되는 전기에너지를 줄이고자 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 기반 지하주차장 조명제어시스템을 구현하였다. 지하주차장 조명제어시스템은 차량의 진출입을 감지하기 위한 교차로노드와 조명등을 제어하기 위한 조명노드로 구성된다. 지하주차장과 같은 특수한 환경에 적합한 계층적 클러스터 기반 라우팅 프로토콜, 계층적 주소할당 기법, 확률적 필터링 기법을 개발하여 적용하였다. 지하주차장 조명제어시스템을 구현하여 전기에너지 절감율을 실험한 결과 약 61.7% 절감됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Energy efficiency and indoor air quality have become main issue to develop healthy and sustainable building in these days. As an effort to reduce the energy consumption in multi-residential building, many attempts as like passive design strategies and renewable energy as well as active control method are tried. However, underground parking lot in multi-residential building seldom adopt the sustainable strategies and only mechanical system is installed as usual. Moreover, the mechanical system installed in underground parking lot is rarely operated due to the electric demand for operation after completion. In this study, as an energy efficient measure, natural ventilation system using stack effect as a driving force for underground parking lot will be proposed and the performance of the suggested system will be analyzed by simulation method.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the most reasonable design in the superstructure of an underground parking lot which needs to be considered with the economic efficiency being influenced on the subdivision price, construction duration, workability and the maintenance of crack and leakage status of apartment house. In this research, we've evaluated the fitness for the superstructure of an underground parking lot by examination of construction constraint, which was based on the calculated data of structural design and quantity survey. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. The system of the absent structure of beam is proper structure for economic efficiency, construction duration and workability, but it is disadvantageous at the side of maintenance efficiency because of the many part of large slab. In the opposite direction, the establishing structure of beam has the advantages of structural stability except economic efficiency, construction duration and workability 2. It's required a proper selection for the views being contrary to each other which the owners considers good quality, on the other hand, the contractors consider construction duration and workability. 3. In making a selection for the superstructure of an underground parking lot, we have concluded that it is the most important to choose the proper structure for the demanded performance by contrasting with two system. (2Bay or 3Bay)

차량 영상을 이용한 웹기반 주차관리 시스템 (Web-based Parking Lot Management System by Vehicle Movement)

  • 경제적 발달이 이루어지고 사회가 복잡해지면서 교통 시스템의 문제가 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 이로 인하여 운전자들의 경제적 시간적 손실이 증가하고 있는데 웹기반의 주차관리 시스템을 활용하여 이 문제를 해결하고자 하였다. 주차장은 교통시스템의 중요한 자원이기 때문에, 이들이 효율적으로 관리될 때에 교통시스템의 일부 문제를 해결할 수 있는 수단이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 주차장에 설치된 카메라를 이용하여 이동하는 객체들을 추적한 후, 이동객체의 기하정보를 이용하여 이동하는 차량을 파악하는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 이들 정보를 실시간으로 서버에서 처리하여 주차장의 총 주차 공간수, 주차된 차량의 수와 같은 주차장 통계정보를 저장하도록 하였다. 주차정보를 필요로 하는 클라이언트는 모바일 장치를 통하여 서버에 접속하여 원하는 주차장의 주차 가용성 여부를 파악할 수 있고 주차장을 선택하는 결정을 내릴 수 있다. 다수의 주차장들에 제안 시스템이 설치될 경우 운전자들과 사회적으로 커다란 경제적인 이익을 가져올 것으로 기대된다.

일 대학병원 주차장 유료화에 따른 주차장 이용실태 조사 (A Survey of a Present Utilization of the Parking Lot with the Introduction of a Charging System)

  • Background : As parking problem caused by increasing owner-driver and patients concentrating to a general hospital is becoming one of the dissatisfactions in medical care. It is time that a general hospital should solve the parking problem in a desirable way. The purpose of this survey is to let the clients understand the basic motivation of the pay parking and develop the better parking system. Methods : Clients of a tertiary care hospital in Chon-ju were surveyed by means of a questionnaire. All in all, 193 subjects answered the questionnaire. Results : In relation to previous experiences, 39.6% of the subjects experienced inconvenience with confused parking lot and the shortage of parking space. Under the current parking system, the subjects who felt the available parking space was enough were more than those who didn't 62.7% of the subjects answered that they could find the parking lot easily. 33.2% of the subjects mentioned that it was not easy to drive in the parking area ; The reasons were pointed out the shortage of space, disordered parking, and insufficient guide. 12.8% of the subjects satisfied with the current administering system of parking lot. The outpatients were more affirmative than the admitted patients about the charging system. As for the parking fee, 64% of the subjects answered that it is expensive, and 89.5% of the subjects thought imposing of parking fee is irrational. Conclusion : To say as a whole, the basic purpose of the charging system are more or less accepted. However, the management details like parking facilities and payment method are dissatisfactory, so it is necessary to improve the management system. It is also noted that the inpatients showed more negative attitude than the outpatients with the charging system. To secure a more convenient parking, the parking system should be considered in relation to the information service, kind guidance, improve facilities, personnel cooperation, fix outpatient scheduling system, etc.

정수비율 조달정책하에서의 이단계 배치 생산체계 (A Two-Stage Batch Production System with Integer Ratio Lot Requirements Lot-Sizing Policy)

  • This paper deals with a production-inventory model for two-stage batch production system. We propose a lot-sizing scheme which combines the integer multiple lot requirements (IMLR) policy and the integer split lot requirements (ISLR) policy. An iterative search procedure for optimal decision variables is presented and numerical examples are solved to illustrate the validity of the model. The results show that the proposed scheme outperforms the existing policies.

  • In past, parking lot was placed on the ground and for the reason air quality was not in problem. But recently parking lot has been placed under the ground and the air quality becomes problem. So in this study, the ventilation performance on the underground parking lot was estimated by using CFD software and alternative system was suggested. Three case studies are handled in this study. 1st case is just an underground parking lot. 2nd case is about an underground parking lot where has 4 fan rooms on each floor and 3rd case is about an underground parking lot where has 4 fan rooms and 30 guidance fans on each floor.

수정된 2단계 스킾-로트 샘플링 검사계획 (Modified Two-Level Skip-Lot Sampling Plans)

  • Skip-lot sampling plans for lot-by-lot inspection are more desirable than the continuous sampling plans for units in modern mass production system under the condition of the submitted product is good. Perry(1973a, 1973b) extended the Dodge(1955)′s skip-lot sampling plans to single and two-level skip-lot sampling plans and Parker & Kessler (1981) modified Perry(1973a)′s plans so that a sample of size one is taken from every lot skipped during the skipping mode. In this paper, Perry(1973b)′s two-level skip-lot sampling plans are modified by applying Parker & Kessler′s plan, designated as MTSkSP1, MTSkSP2, MTSkSP3. Operating characteristic(OC) functions, average sample numbers(ASN) and average outgoing qualities(AOQ) for the proposed plans are derived using Markov chain properties and compared each other and Perry′s plans. The proposed plans not only reduce the ASN but also avoid the danger skipping lots entirely when the lots are produced during sudden "out-of-control".

장수명주택에 적합한 지하주차장 PC구조시스템의 경제성분석에 관한 연구 (Economic Evaluation of Underground Parking Lot PC Structural System that is Suitable for Long-Life Housing)

  • Precast Concrete (PC) construction method can be the one that is suitable for long-life housing due to its merit in respect of maintenance and durability based on crack-free from mass production with indirect construction cost-saving-effect due to shortening construction period comparing to the conventional construction method, but it has the problem that causes the raise of direction construction costs. So, this study analyzed its economic feasibility of PC method whose maintenance and durability are excellent for underground parking lot of apartment house for accomplishing cost-saving long-life housing by applying the various structural system. In evaluation of unit module structural system, two-way PC system requires 10 to 28% more costs for frame work than RC rigid frames, and, one-way PC system 98~112%. Although it varies depending on the method, the costs are similar to RC rigid frame structure, provided a proper method is adopted. Also, Model 11, which was most economical in the evaluation, was applied to an real parking lot and about 2 to 6% of construction costs was reduced than RC rigid frames. This seems to be because, although PC system has a higher production cost, introduction of P.S (prestress) reduces member depth and, therefore, height, as well as the number of members per unit module.
