In dangerous Industry fields (eg. construction, shipbuilding, the mining industry, and so on) many employees have lost their life due to risky environment, so that costs of social and Industry have been increased. To solve this problem, we Implement u-helmet using temperature, humidity, illumination sensors and monitoring GUI system.

In this paper, we proposed a personal identification method using binay image encryption technique and decryption system in JTC structure. Logo which represents the group symbol was encrypted with personal fingerprint and JTC structure decrypts this logo. The logo can not decrypted by other unused fingerprint even if the encrypted image was lost or stolen. So this method can give more safe personal identification.

Examples of GPR survey results at a variety of archaeological sites are presented. Several new analyses which include static corrections for the tilt of the GPR antenna are shown for imaging of burial mounds with significant topography. Example archaeological site plans developed from GPR remote sensing of Roman and Japanese sites are given. The first completely automated GPR survey, using only Global Positioning Satellite navigation to create 3D data volumes, is employed for a site in Louisiana to detect lost graves of the Choctaw Indian Tribe.

In this paper, simulated annealing technique was used to estimate the rock joint characteristics, RMR(rock mass rating) values, to overcome the defects of ordinary kriging. Ordinary kriging reduced the variance of data, so lost the characteristics of distribution. Simulated annealing technique could reflect the distribution feature and the spatial correlation of the original data. Through the comparisons between three times simulations, the uncertainty of the simulation could be quantified, and sufficient results were obtained.

In this paper, we investigate the wireless TCP protocol for throughput improvement in wireless Broadband. If the burst error duration of a wireless link is significantly long, retransmissions of lost packets by Snoop TCP are fulfilled mainly not by the receipt of duplicate acknowledgement (DUPACKs) but by local timer expiration. With the proposed scheme, Snoop TCP recovers packet losses fast by shortening the interval of local retransmissions based on the channel status. From the simulation results, we can show that the proposed scheme can improve TCP throughput considerably.

The anodixed aluminium film by sulfuric acid - method has many pores, the inner, called barrier layers, is active. They have strong absorption of dye. on be other, the absorption of dye is lost by Sealing, the surface is not dyed. We make IMAGE FORMATION on the film by the chemical behavior. This study made sure whether ion absorption is not in the barrier layer by IRRS and ESCA, considerated the mechanism of inage formation.

biped robots are expected to robustly traverse terrain with various unknown surfaces. The robot will occasionally encounter the unexpected events in made-for human environments. The slipping is a very real and serious problem in the unexpected events. The robot system must respond to the unexpected slipping after it has occurred and before control is lost. This paper proposes a reflex control method for biped robots to recover from slipage. Computer simulations with the 6-DOF environment model which consists of nonlinear dampers, nonlinear springs, and linear springs, show that the proposed method is effective in preventing fall-down due to slippage.

The purpose of this article is to analyse the policy-making process concerning the selection of providers for IMT-2000, the global roaming communication services in Korea by adopting the new institutional approach. It is supposed to contribute to understanding the characteristic of the policy process in the field of information and communication. We can see the durability of institution through the process that the government lost its policy credibility by using the intervention instrument rather than letting go in the market place.

Image inpainting is the process of reconstructing lost or deteriorated parts of images using information from surrounding areas. We propose a computationally efficient and fast phase-field method which uses automatic switching parameter, adaptive time step, and automatic stopping of calculation. The algorithm is based on an energy functional. We demonstrate the performance of our new method and compare it with a previous method.
