  • HMIP, an extending version of MIP, makes the signaling traffic low, thereby reducing the packet losses and delay. However, it still has the same problem in MIPv6 in the case of macro mobility, though it can reduce the out-signaling in the case of a micro mobility, a regional mobility with the MAP protocol. To overcome this problem, this paper proposes a handover which exploits an address insurance with selective buffering for the HMIP macro handover. This scheme can decrease the lost packets and the delay time and provide better performance for high QoS traffic and real-time multimedia transmission. The simulation result shows that the proposed scheme makes the transmission delay time and the lost packets smaller than the existing schemes.

  • $\ulcorner$Aheuichaulyo御醫撮要$\lrcorner$ was known to be published by Choi Jong-jun崔宗峻 in Korea高麗 Dynasty(A.D.1226), however its original copy is not available at the present. It was thought that Korean folk medicine and the remedies were recorded in this book, and these were recorded in $\ulcorner$Euibangyoochui醫方類聚$\lrcorner$ published in Chosun 朝鮮 dynasty(1445). $\ulcorner$Euibangyoochui$\lrcorner$ is called a treasure-house of the knowledge of traditional oriental medicine which contains over 50,000 prescriptions and enormous amount of medical information. The restoration of $\ulcorner$Aheuichaulyo$\lrcorner$was possible during the process of establishment of data base work of $\ulcorner$Euibangyoochui$\lrcorner$. $\ulcorner$Aheuichaulyo$\lrcorner$ was restored as 131 chapters mainly from the related contents of $\ulcorner$Euibangyoochui$\lrcorner$ and partially from the contents of $\ulcorner$Hyangyakjipsungbang鄕藥集成方$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$Boonmoononyukyihaebang分門瘟易解方$\lrcorner$ for the supplement.

  • In this paper, we propose a method for applying random linear network coding in satellite communication to improve reliability. In the proposed protocol, network-coded redundancy (NC-R) packets are transmitted in the PEP (Performance Enhancement Proxy). Therefore, if data packets is lost by wireless channel error, they can be recovered by NC-R packets. We also develop the TCP performance model of the proposed protocol and evaluate the performance of the proposed protocol. In the simulation results, It is shown that the proposed protocol can improve the TCP throughput as compared with that of the conventional TCP because the NC-R packets is sent by the sender-side PEP and the receiver-side PEP use these packets to recover the lost packets, resulting in reducing the packet loss in TCP.

  • EPS used in lost foam casting elastic modulus is extremely low. So it is necessary to derive machining conditions for effective cutting. Therefore this study were analyzed end-milling machining conditions to affecting the surface roughness of EPS foam. The machining conditions were set to depth, feed, and RPM at 3-level. And 18experimental conditions were derived using mixed orthogonal array. The most important condition for surface roughness is RPM. In addition, RPM machining condition range test that can realize surface roughness less than $10{\mu}m$ was performed. he range of RPM conditions is more than 15,000. However the range of RPM conditions is a condition that is difficult to use in actual field. In the future variance analysis and experiments are needed to derive the range of machining conditions available.

  • Projectile is said that objects thrown on the ground of the atmosphere. This objects exercises the parabolic motion because of the fact under the influence of gravity in the direction perpendicular and it does not include the horizontal force neglecting air resistance. In this paper, the experiment target is where subsidence occurred by that some of the road is lost to a certain depth using projectile motion. It says how far away and falling from the edge of the road when you have gone over the edge of depressed road that a car was driving at a constant speed.

  • Objective: This study aims to provide information needed to determine the wages paid for replacement labor for work lost following accidents in agricultural operations. Methods: Visits and interviews were conducted with 171 farmers who experienced a loss of at least one day of work due to an agricultural workplace accident. Results: It was found that only 35.1% of the study participants hired replacement labor, and more replacement labor was hired in greenhouse and fruit workplaces than in open field work. The mean number of days of hiring replacement labor was 14.6 days, and no significant differences were found between the national average wage and the surveyed value, while female workers were paid less than their male counterparts. Conclusions: The results from this study would be of help in determining a reasonable level of compensation for lost work.

  • Sensory substitution involves mapping the characteristics of one sensory modality to the stimuli of another sensory modality. In general, when a person is visually impaired or deaf, they do not actually lose their ability to see or hear completely; however, they only lose their ability to transmit sensory signals from the periphery to the brain. It has been experimentally proven that a person who has lost the ability to retrieve data from the retina can still visualize subjective images by using data transferred from other sensory modalities such as tactile or auditory modalities. This is because vision processing pathways are still intact in most cases. Therefore, sensory substitution uses human perception and the plasticity of the human brain to transmit sensory signals through pathways that have not been lost. In this study, we analyze the characteristics and problems of various devices used for sensory substitution and summarize the recent technological trends in these devices.

  • It is no accident that Marks & Spencer lost the Chinese market. This paper will analyze the reasons why Marks & Spencer failed to expand the Chinese market from five aspects: market environment, strategy, market positioning, marketing strategy and site selection. Discuss the enlightenment that the case brings to the enterprise in terms of culture, strategy, positioning and marketing. As a result, we found that strategies for culture, strategy, positioning, and marketing play an important role in creating corporate management strategies and competitive advantage. The results of this study are likely to be used as a very important guideline on a practical level.

  • Purpose: Exposure to indoor radon is associated with lung cancer. This study aimed to estimate the number of lung cancer deaths attributable to indoor radon exposure, its burden of disease, and the effects of radon mitigation in Korea in 2010. Materials and Methods: Lung cancer deaths due to indoor radon exposure were estimated using exposure-response relations reported in previous studies. Years of life lost (YLLs) were calculated to quantify disease burden in relation to premature deaths. Mitigation effects were examined under scenarios in which all homes with indoor radon concentrations above a specified level were remediated below the level. Results: The estimated number of lung cancer deaths attributable to indoor radon exposure ranged from 1946 to 3863, accounting for 12.5-24.7% of 15623 total lung cancer deaths in 2010. YLLs due to premature deaths were estimated at 43140-101855 years (90-212 years per 100000 population). If all homes with radon levels above $148Bq/m^3$ are effectively remediated, 502-732 lung cancer deaths and 10972-18479 YLLs could be prevented. Conclusion: These findings suggest that indoor radon exposure contributes considerably to lung cancer, and that reducing indoor radon concentration would be helpful for decreasing the disease burden from lung cancer deaths.

  • The purpose of this paper is to show the internal structure of the socalled sentential subject constructions in English. The constructions that we examine in this paper are such as It seems that John failed in the syntax exam vs. *That John failed in the syntax exam seems and It really stinks that the Giants lost the World Series vs. That the Giants lost the World Series really stinks. As seen above, the English verb seem does not tolerate the sentential subject. This is in sharp contrast to other English verbs such as suck, blow, bite, and stink, which do allow the sentential subject. There are several issues regarding these constructions. First, where is the sentential subject located? Second, is the sentential subject assigned structural Case? Third, is the sentential subject extraposed or does it remain in its base-generated complement position? Fourth, is the sentential subject a base-generated topic in the specifier position of CP, as Arlenga (2005) claims? In this paper, we argue that sentential subjects are base-generated in the specifier of the verbal phrase in case of stink-type verbs, while they are licensed as a complement to verbs like seem. We also argue that a sentential subject can be raised in the seem-type verbal constructions, if it were part of the complement small clause.
