Recently, ESA (European Space Agency) has launched CryoSAT-2 for polar ice observations. CryoSAT-2 is equipped with a SIRAL (SAR/interferometric radar altimeter), which is a high spatial resolution radar altimeter. Conventional altimeters cannot measure a precise three-dimensional ground position because of the large footprint diameter, while SIRAL altimeter system accomplishes a precise three-dimensional ground positioning by means of interferometric synthetic aperture radar technique. In this study, we developed an efficient SIRAL SARIn mode processing technique to measure a precise three-dimensional ground position. We first simulated SIRAL SARIn RAW data for the ideal target by assuming the flat Earth and linear flight track, and second accessed the precision of three-dimensional geopositioning achieved by the proposed algorithm. The proposed algorithm consists of 1) azimuth processing that determines the squint angle from Doppler centroid, and 2) range processing that estimates the look angle from interferometric phase. In the ideal case, the precisions of look and squint angles achieved by the proposed algorithm were about -2.0 ${\mu}deg$ and 98.0 ${\mu}deg$, respectively, and the three-dimensional geopositioning accuracy was about 1.23 m, -0.02 m, and -0.30 m in X, Y and Z directions, respectively. This means that the SIRAL SARIn mode processing technique enables to measure the three-dimensional ground position with the precision of several meters.

We report the development frontiers that are dictating the speed of adoption of polymer organic light emitting diode (P-OLED) technology in market applications. Our presentation includes both the developments taking place in materials and the rapid advances in the manufacturing processes used for solution processable P OLEDs. On the manufacturing side, the latest progress in ink jet printing process is discussed. On the materials side, we look at both fluorescent and phosphorescent material performance including the CDT development roadmap.

This study focuses on a comparative study of 1960s'retro look mode in terms of the past and present in order to find out in detail how it in the past is readjusted after it was appeared in the present. For such a study, in the first place the contents of the dress and its ornament of a retro-look fashion was refined through some literature, and then, some works of the dress and its ornament of a retro-look fashion was refinded through some literature, and then, some works of eh dress and its ornament revived in 1960's mode were analysed, based on some fashion magazines at home and abroad like Bazaar, Fashion etc News in 1990s. After 1960s'retro-look mode which reappeared in 1990s was researched in terms of silhouette, detail, texture, color, and pattern, differences between those tow periods of 1960s and 1990s and their causes are summarized as follows: 1. In the aspect of silhouette, it appears that the silhouette in 1960s is that of somewhat stiff, charming image in which Body is excluded and the silhouette in 1990s is that of an soft, feminie image in which Body is emphasized. It was understood that the cause of such a delicate difference comes from the influences of the change in aesthetic senses or awareness, naturalism and neo-feminism. 2. In the aspect of detail, it appears that the detail in 1990s is of an attempt to express in diverse images, compared to that in 1960s, and new images are created new image in 1990s by means of presenting entirely ill-matched images. The major cause of that is because of Antistandard fashion. 3. In the aspect of textures, it appears that a great feature is that the texture in 1990s is of that introduced, being changed in natural and high-class looks, compared to that of 1960s. It was reviewed that the major cause of this is because of a result from the influence of naturalism and the technical growth in various fields which has brought the development of dress material. 4. In the aspect of color, it appears that the color in 1990s is of an image of primary color which is far more sensual and feminie than that of 1960s. It was studied that the major cause of ti comes from the influence of neo-feminism, etc. 5. In the aspect of pattern, it appears that the pattern in 1990s is of that of symbolism, transposition, and the ecletic feature of various modes which appear more deeply than that of 1960s. It was studied that the major cause of such changes is because of a trend of postmodernism which has brought the change of the spiritual structure different from that in the age of modernism. In conclusion, it was understood that the retro-look fashion is of an expression technic of dress and its ornament in that o dress in the pst is simply imitate, but new reconstitution is done by using the elements in the past. at the same time, ti was clarified that even though the elements in the past are revived as they were, dress and its ornament is governed by the social and cultural environments of he day, and with this proof it can be said that the fashion in each age is of a reflection of social phenomena of that age.

Endoscope image is the shape that a doctor sees inside of patient through endoscope. The characteristics of these images are much effected by the light source of endoscope, specially areas in short distance from a light have much light source and look clear, but areas in long distance from a light look dark relatively because of little light quantity. So we developed a new level adaptive image enhancer for the dark area in a endoscope image. The algorithm we made consists of three parts ; 1) Classification of histogram in segmented area 2) Smoothing and Adaptive Histogram Equalization 3) Adaptive Histogram Modification.

As an international company in the automotive industry for years, Sichuan Hyundai has encountered serious difficulties since its entering into China. With huge investment and great ambition to conquer the China commercial vehicle market, successive setbacks have put the company in jeopardy. Design thinking, emphasizing "user-driven innovation" can help to look for effective and possible solutions from a very strong and effective perspective. This thesis first provides a comprehensive look of the economic background of China in order to get a overall understanding of the market. Then the paper did an analysis of Sichuan Hyundai from the perspective of design thinking. By identifying the reliability bias of Sichuan Hyundai, key problems such as the product, advertisement and cultural communication were discussed. With a emphasis on the intuitive thinking, the paper provides some feasible solutions and also implications for the future development.

Artificial intelligence (AI) will have a huge impact on future education. We look at the role of AI in education and changes in schools. Personalized education is being attempted in limited services, and an interactive tutor service with speech recognition/dialog technology is being developed. In the future, we look forward to fully personalized education for individual students through AI teachers. Teachers are expected to make more effort to teach creative thinking, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. As the speed of development of AI technology accelerates, we expect that AI-based education will be deeply established around us in the near future. We first introduce the details of the personalization technology and then discuss the AI-based foreign language speaking education research conducted by ETRI.

Thanks to China's economic development, the food service industry and franchise industry have combined to serve a huge market, and alterations continue to take place, such as the changing tastes of Chinese people and the changing food culture. Global franchise companies centered in the US are rapidly making inroads into the market, and Chinese local companies are also making efforts to expand their influence. In particular, in this situation where trends are gradually changing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we look at the trends of franchise headquarters, franchisees, employment, and operating profits for the past 10 years using information published by the National Statistical Office of China. As we examine the information, possibilities push through. In addition, we will look at the cases of domestic companies that have entered China, the conditions and plans for their activities there, and what companies planning to enter China in the future need to prepare for.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to look for physical growth and developmental retardation of the disabled children in registered educational institutions. Method: The participants in this study were 103 children. The data was collected from January to September 2006. Body weight, height and head circumference were measured and the Denver II developmental screening tool was used to measure personal-social development. Results: For 40.8% of the children body weight was less than the average for Korean children of the same age, for 49.5% height was lower than average and for 44.7% head circumference was lower. For 84.5% of the children there was a delay in personal-social development, for 87.4% a delay in fine motor-adaptive development, for 80.6% a delay in speech development and for 81.6% a delay in gross motor development. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, it is necessary to develop an individual developmental programs for these children based on their growth and development status.

Purpose - The purpose of the paper is to examine development strategy that Shanghai port has practiced, and to take out some productive implications to be applied to other port. Research design, data and methodology - The research methods to be applied is first to look into some development progress in terms of trade volumes, and then to review development strategy that is classified with two different aspects, and finally to identify implications. Results - Following the change of economic environment that China has joined to WTO, the way of doing business in Chinese economy has transferred to market economy more closely. Trade volume is higher than before and it attracts to build national infrastructure including port. Development strategy has to be needed to take care of newly faced economic situations, within two aspects, hardware and software approach. Both construction and management are answer to competitive port of Shanghai. Conclusions - From the development strategy of Shanghai port, hardware and software aspects should be emphasized, and it is evident that both trade volume of shipping market and the willingness of port authority have to be getting along with each other in development strategy.
