콘텐츠 개발 및 자료 관리시 콘텐츠 관리 시스템의 이용 방안 (Content Management System for Content Development and Data Management)

  • 인터넷 시대에 각 기업은 자사가 보유한 방대한 양의 콘텐츠를 효율적으로 관리하고 이를 토대로 더 나은 콘텐츠를 개발할 필요가 있다. 특히 최근 초고속 인터넷의 도입이 증가함에 따라 다양한 형태의 디지털 콘텐츠가 웹사이트를 통해 제공되고 있다. 이에 따라 이러한 활동을 지원해 줄 수 있는 콘텐츠 관리 시스템(CMS: Content Management System)의 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 연구에서 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 도입할 때 유의할 점으로 제안하는 것은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 적합한 설계과정을 구비한다. 둘째, 기술위주의 관리에서 가치위주의 관리를 지향한다. 셋째, 홍보 및 반응을 통한 피드백을 활성화한다. 결과적으로 CMS 도입시 콘텐츠 제공자와 사용자와의 장기적인 소통과 신뢰구축이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구를 통해 콘텐츠 관리를 필요로 하는 기업 및 기관에서 콘텐츠 관리 시스템에 대한 이해를 새롭게 하고, 시스템 도입시 유의할 점을 인식할 수 있기를 기대한다.

정부 및 공공기관에서의 빅데이터 활용에 대한 현황 및 실행방안 제안 (The Status and Suggestions for Big Data Adaptation in the Government and the Public Agency)

  • 데이터의 저장량이 이전 보다 더욱 증가하고 있는데, 이는 정부와 기업은 물론이고 일반 사용자의 적극적인 참여에 기인하고 있다. 이러한 빅데이터 시대에는 정부 및 공공기관의 역할이 중요하게 부각되는데, 이들은 공공의 목적을 이유로 일반 개인의 정보에도 접근하여 그것을 다룰 수 있기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 빅데이터에 대한 현황과 대응방안을 국가별로 조사하여 몇 가지 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 연구결과 먼저 빅데이터와 관련된 인력 및 기술의 확보가 우선되어야 한다는 점을 들 수 있었다. 또한 정부와 민간 사이의 적극적인 공유와 개발노력이 동반되어야 한다는 것도 알 수 있었다. 그리고 데이터의 적재와 분석방법이 계속 발전되는 만큼 장기적인 전략 수립을 마련해야 한다는 점도 확인하였다. 결론적으로 빅데이터의 정책적 활용을 위해서는 데이터 관리의 중요성을 재인식하고, 개인정보 보호에 주력하여야 하며, 현실적용 능력을 배가시켜야 한다는 것을 시사점으로 제안하고자 한다.

  • 사이트에 설치되어 운용 중인 능동위상배열레이다가 외부의 충격 또는 장기간 운용에 따른 성능열화가 의심될 경우, 위상배열안테나의 이상여부를 확인해야 한다. 하지만, 위상배열안테나를 측정하기 위해서는 무반향성 챔버에서 근접전계 시험이 수행되어야 하므로, 레이다 장치의 분해 및 운송을 위해 많은 시간과 비용이 투입되어야 하고 레이다 시스템의 운용 가용도가 나빠지게 된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 사이트에서 위상배열안테나의 이상여부를 확인할 수 있도록 이동성을 구비한 능동위상배열안테나 근접전계 스캐너를 제안하고, 무반향성 챔버에서 측정한 데이터와 비교하여 크기 ${\pm}0.5dB$와 위상 ${\pm}1.5^{\circ}$ 오차수준으로 측정유효성을 검증하였다.

  • Since Jan. 2004, the Ministry of Construction and Transportation has partly introduced estimation system of historical cost data in order to reflect result cost of construction market to cost estimation for public construction. It is expected that the purpose of the introduction would be evaluated considering the long-term development of domestic construction industry. In article 3, paragraph 4 of the planning criteria of estimated cost of financial regulation related to government contract rule, the profit estimated by historical cost data indicates sales profit and it is calculated by multiplying the sum of direct cost, indirect cost and general overhead by rate of profit. Finally, it is said that rate of profit cannot exceeds 10%. However, there are a lot of constructions for electronic equipment in the electronic construction and the proportion of government furnished material is very high, not like engineering works or constructions. Therefore, as the proportion of material cost over direct cost is relatively lower if current rate of exceeds (10%) is applied, there would be a wide difference of cost in the items of profit under the estimation system of historical cost data. This paper was conducted to examine estimation methods of the items of profit under the estimation system of historical cost data and suggest reasonable applications.

대청호 상류 유역의 비점오염원 유출특성 분석 및 L-THIA 모형 적용성 평가 (Analysis of the Characteristics of NPS Runoff and Application of L-THIA model at Upper Daecheong Reservoir)

  • Generation and transportation of runoff and pollutant loads within watershed generated eutrophication at Daecheong reservoir. To improve water quality at Daecheong reservoir, the best management practices should be developed and applied at upper watersheds for water quality improvement at downstream areas. In this study, two small watersheds of upper Daecheong reservoir were selected. The Long-Term Hydrologic Impact Assessment (L-THIA) model has been widely used for the estimation of the direct runoff worldwide. To apply the L-THIA ArcView GIS model was evaluated for direct runoff and water quality estimation at small watershed. And the Web-based Hydrograph Analysis Tool (WHAT) was used for direct runoff separating from total flow. As a result, the $R^2$ (Coefficient of determination) value and Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient value for direct runoff comparison at An-nae watershed were 0.81 and 0.71, respectively. And the $R^2$ value and Nash-Sutcliffe coefficient value at Wol-oe were 0.95 and 0.93. The $R^2$ value of BOD, TOC, T-N and T-P at An-nae watershed were BOD 0.94, TOC 0.81, T-N 0.94 and T-P 0.89. And the $R^2$ value of BOD, TOC, T-N and T-P at Wol-oe watershed were BOD 0.80, TOC 0.93, T-N 0.86 and T-P 0.65. The result that estimated pollutant loadings using the L-THIA ArcView GIS model reflected well the measured pollutant loadings except for T-P in Wol-oe watershed. With L-THIA ArcView GIS model, the direct runoff and non-point pollutant (NPS) loadings in the watershed could be analyzed through simple input data such as daily rainfall, land uses, and hydrologic soil group.

  • Water quantity and quality monitoring at Taipei Watershed Management Bureau (WRATB) is not only a daily business but also a long term job. WRATB is responsible for providing high quality drinking water to about four millions population in Taipei. The quality of drinking water provided by WRATB is among one of the best in Taiwan. The total area is 717 square kilometers. The water resource pollution is usually divided into two categories, point source pollution and nonpoint source pollution. Garbage disposal is the most important component of the point source pollution, especially those by tourist during holidays and weekends. Pesticide pollution, fertilizer pollution, and natural pollution are the major contributions for nonpoint source pollution. The objective of this paper is to implement remote sensing, geographic information systems, and global positioning systems to monitor water quantity and water quality at WRATB. There are 12 water quality monitoring stations and four water gauge stations at WRATB. The coordinates of the 16 stations were determined by GPS devices and created into the base maps. MapObjects and visual BASIC were implemented to create application modules for water quality and quantity monitoring. Water quality of the two major watersheds at WRATB was put on Internet for public review monthly. The GIS software, ArcIMS, can put location maps and attributes of all 16 stations on Internet for general public review and technical implementations at WRATB. Inquiry and statistic charts automatic manipulations for the past 18 years are also available. Garbage disposal by community and tourist were also managed by GIS and GPS. The storage, collection, and transportation of garbage were reviewed by ArcMap file format. All garbage cart and garbage can at WRATB can be displayed on the base maps. Garbage disposal by tourist during holidays and weekends can be managed by a PDA with a GPS device and a digital camera. Man power allocation for tourist garbage disposal management can be done in an integration of GIS and GPS. Monitoring of water quality and quantity at WRATB can be done on Internet and by a PDA.

약물 유발성폐부종 (Drug induced Pulmonary Edema)

  • Purpose: Drug-induced non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema has been reported on in a drug case series. For most of the agents that cause pulmonary edema, the pathogenic mechanisms that are responsible for the pulmonary edema remain unknown. We report here on the cases of suspected drug-induced pulmonary edema and we analyze the clinical characteristics. Methods: We reviewed the medical records of 1,345 patients who had drug adverse effects and drug poisoning from January 2005 to July 2010, and 480 of these patients were admitted to the EM Department. Among them, 17 patients developed abnormal chest radiological findings and they were analyzed for any clinical characteristics, the initial symptoms, securing the airway and the clinical results. Results: Seventeen patients out of 480 (3.54%) developed drug-induced abnormal chest radiographic pulmonary edema; they displayed initial symptoms that included mental change (41.2%), dyspnea (17.6%), vomiting (11.8%), etc, and some displayed no symptoms at all (11.8%). Only 3 patients out of the 11 who died or had severe pulmonary edema were able to obtain an advanced airway prior to their arrival to the EM Department. Clinical recovery was generally rapid and this was mostly completed within 6 hours. The mortality rate was 11.8% (2 of 17 patients), and the causative drugs were found to be propofol (35.3%, 6 of 17 patients), multiple drugs (41.2% or 7 out of 17) and one patient each with ephedrine, ethylene glycol, doxylamine and an unknown drug, respectively. Conclusion: Drug-induced pulmonary edema and deaths are not uncommon, and recovery is typically rapid with few long-term sequelae when drug administration is discontinued. Oxygen therapy and securing the airway must be performed during transportation for patients with pulmonary edema.

LEAP 모형을 이용한 도로교통부문의 온실가스 감축잠재량 분석 - 저탄소차협력금제도, 연비강화, 운전행태개선을 중심으로 - (Analysis of GHG Reduction Potential on Road Transportation Sector using the LEAP Model - Low Carbon Car Collaboration Fund, Fuel Efficiency, Improving Driving Behavior -)

  • This study the efficiency of greenhouse gas reduction of 'low carbon car collaboration fund' and its alternative 'control of average fuel efficiency and greenhouse gas', and 'improving driving behavior' were analyzed by using LEAP, long term energy analysis model. Total 4 scenarios were set, baseline scenario, without energy-saving activity, 'low carbon car collaboration fund' scenario, 'fuel efficiency improving scenario', and 'improving driving behavior' scenario. The contents of analysis were forecast of energy demand by scenario and application as well as reduction of greenhouse gas emission volume, and the period taken for analysis was every 1 year during 2015~2030. Baseline scenario, greenhouse gas emission volume in 2015 would be 7,935,697 M/T and 13,081,986 M/T in 2030, increased 64.8%. The analysis result was average annual increase rate of 3.4%. The expected average annual increase rate of other scenarios was, 'low carbon car collaboration fund' scenario 1.7%, 'fuel efficiency improving' scenario 3.0%. and 'improving driving behavior' scenario 3.4%. and these were each 1.7%, 0.3%. 0.3% reduce from baseline scenario. The largest reduction was 'low carbon car collaboration fund' scenario, and there after were 'fuel efficiency improving scenario', and 'improving driving behavior' scenario.

도심권 공항 터미널 환경 개선을 위한 빅 데이터 기반의 항공수요예측 (Big Data-Based Air Demand Prediction for the Improvement of Airport Terminal Environment in Urban Area)

  • 2018년 국토교통부의 통계에 따르면, 연평균 항공교통이용자만 국내선 5.07%, 국제선 8.84%가 증가하였다. 한류의 열풍으로 인해 지속적인 외국인 관광객의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 동시에 개인의 삶의 질을 중요시하는 새로운 생활 문화가 자리잡아가고 있으며 이와 더불어 저가 항공사의 출현으로 인해 내국인의 해외 관광 또한 증가하고 있다. 따라서 효율적이고 정확한 항공 수요예측을 진행하여 체계적인 공항 인프라를 조성하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 빅 데이터(big data)를 기반으로 하여 도심권 공항의 국내선 및 국제선 장기 수요예측을 진행하였다. 국내선의 경우 2028년 이후 인구 감소에 따라 공항이용객이 다소 감소할 것이며, 국제선은 GDP증가에 따라 지속적으로 증가할 전망이다. 따라서 미래의 항공수요에 대처하기 위해서는 국내 공항의 여객터미널 개선 및 확충이 절실하다.

Full-scale investigations into installation damage of nonwoven geotextiles

  • Due to the importance of soil reinforcement using geotextiles in geotechnical engineering, study and investigation into long-term performance, design life and survivability of geotextiles, especially due to installation damage are necessary and will affect their economy. During installation, spreading and compaction of backfill materials, geotextiles may encounter severe stresses which can be higher than they will experience in-service. This paper aims to investigate the installation damage of geotextiles, in order to obtain a good approach to the estimation of the material's strength reduction factor. A series of full-scale tests were conducted to simulate the installation process. The study includes four deliberately poorly-graded backfill materials, two kinds of subgrades with different CBR values, three nonwoven needle-punched geotextiles of classes 1, 2 and 3 (according to AASHTO M288-08) and two different relative densities for the backfill materials. Also, to determine how well or how poorly the geotextiles tolerated the imposed construction stresses, grab tensile tests and visual inspections were carried out on geotextile specimens (before and after installation). Visual inspections of the geotextiles revealed sedimentation of fine-grained particles in all specimens and local stretching of geotextiles by larger soil particles which exerted some damage. A regression model is proposed to reliably predict the installation damage reduction factor. The results, obtained by grab tensile tests and via the proposed models, indicated that the strength reduction factor due to installation damage was reduced as the median grain size and relative density of the backfill decreases, stress transferred to the geotextiles' level decreases and as the as-received grab tensile strength of geotextile and the subgrades' CBR value increase.
