Analysis of the case of the German school acceptance plan was to help complement the limitations of the nation's student accommodation plan will be judged. Therefore, the present study in order to determine what the content covered in the plan of the German student acceptance of Potsdam, Germany, which contains information from the Potsdam school development plan (Schulentwicklungsplan) were analyzed. A scheme suggested in this study was based on the analysis of survey to elementary school in Potsdam and actually surveyed data on educational environment, the result can be summed up as follows; Korea's plan to accommodate students and school development plan (Schulentwicklungsplan) is called, as shown in the case of this study in Potsdam(Germany) student acceptance of the educational environment plans, as well as accommodate students like us, school facility planning and school facilities dealing with the financial investment plan. In addition, the plan as a long-term plan that will ensure the predictability of long-term school facilities to finance investment plans. This study, there are limits to Potsdam, Germany, to analyze the characteristics of Germany's student accommodation plan to represent the characteristics of the students of other cities in Germany and an acceptance plan.

In this study, the goals and the short and long term plan to attain the goals were set up through the analysis of non-government environmental protection organizations actual conditions which were grasped through interview and questionnaire. The goals and the plan were modified and elaborated through 3 times environment experts conferences and a public hearing. The goals were as follows: a) Laying down the guidelines on the organizations. b) Establishing a view of environment. c) Paying a public attention to importance of environment. d) Activations the practice in environmental protection movement. e) Harmonizing the relations between the organizations themselves. government and the organizations, industries and the organizations. f) Establishing the government support system to the organizations in leagal. administrative and financial aspects. g) Enhancing the potentialities on research and development in environmental protection technology. In the short and long term plan, the specific activities to be driven up to the year 2000 were presented by stages.

Annual radiation dose limit to radiation worker was substantially lowered in Korea by the adoption of 1990 recommendations of the International Commission on Radiation Protection (ICRP 60) in its legislation. On the other hand, radiation management environment in nuclear power plants is getting more worse because of the accumulation of radiation sources inside the system and the frequent need for maintenance according as the operation years of nuclear power plants increase. Therefore, Korea Hydro & Nuclear power Co., Ltd. (KHNP) has established a long-term 10 years plan from 2001 to 2010 for the reduction of radiation dose to workers. The plan is aimed for the reduction of annual dose per unit averaged over 5 years from 0.9 man-Sv in 2001 to 0.75 man-Sv in 2010 by radiation source reduction, equipment/tool improvement or new equipment development for easy maintenance, and the improvement of administration and system.

This study has been performed with the purpose of making Rural Village Development Project Landscape Plan in which landscape characteristics in rural villages are reflected so that landscape in the medium to long term shall be established and managed. The issue that has been brought up is that procedures of Rural Landscape Plan and Rural Village Development Project Landscape Plan have been focused on facilities. The study carries out resources survey in agriculture, daily life and history and culture to make Rural Village Development Project Landscape Plan in O-chon district. Through landscape evaluation map participated by local residents, landscape management areas which they can form and manage have been established. The study also suggests Projects and guidelines appropriate to management areas. The study has a different signification from the existing Rural Village Development Project Landscape Plan which is fundamentally devoted to specific projects. The study shows Landscape Plan in the medium to long term and suggests guidelines available to be used by residents.

In the past annual recycling obligation rate calculation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) system, it was difficult to operate the system efficiently, because responsible producers passively participated in the scheme only bent on achieving annual obligation without long-term plan. Thus, a new scheme of long-term recycling obligation rate began to be established every five year from 2008 in order to give the basis for the notice of annual specific operation standard and recycling obligation, thereby helping responsible producers to make a preparation with a plan and giving expectation of active operation of the scheme. However, in the operation of long-term recycling target program, while the development of prediction models and the evaluation for existing items has been conducted in various ways, applications for a new target items and the evaluation are quite insufficient. Therefore, in this study, problems in implementing long-term recycling goal of new target items will be examined, and more objective and rational long-term recycling rate calculation and the operation standard will be proposed. Thus, the long-term recycling target will play a role as a pacemaker to steadily improve the recycling performance of target items, and responsible producers will be expected to increase the achievement with the realistic capacity.

Reviewing the capacity and timing of Southwest sea offshore wind farms, additional farms developing, and potential farms, we devised the long-term plan of domestic offshore wind farms development. In order to rank many wind farms, we determined evaluation indicators and weights of priority. We applied economic and preliminary factors such as wind grade, depth of water, distance from substations, farms scale, MOU signed, and feasibility studies. After deciding the ranking of wind farms by the scores, we planed domestic long-term scenarios of offshore wind farms development to meet national energy policy objectives.

본 연구는 도서관 장기발전계획에 대한 점검과 평가를 통하여 도서관에서 전략적 계획수립이 갖는 의미를 재인식하고, 나아가 B대학교 학술정보관의 수립사례에 대한 집중적인 탐구와 분석을 통하여 타산지석의 교훈을 얻고자 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 SMART 평가기법을 도입하여 B대학교 학술정보관 장기발전계획에 명시된 비전, 사명, 핵심전략, 실행계획에 대하여 각각의 구체성, 측정가능성, 달성가능성, 적실성, 시간계획성을 측정, 평가하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, B대학교 학술정보관의 비전은 Be the Smart Library, 사명은 Initiative User, Intelligent Environment, Informative Content, 핵심전략은 이용자정보소양 강화. $24{\times}7$서비스 실현, 주제별조직 활성화. 5A(Any time, where, service, device, network) 실현, Broadbanding LPR(Library Public Relations), Intelligent 건물구축, E-자원 확충, 정보자원수집과 관리의 경제성 확보, U-library 구현이다. 둘째, SMART 평가결과, B대학교 학술정보관의 비전은 3.80, 사명은 3.97 핵심전략은 3.74, 실행계획은 3.64이다. 셋째, B대학교 학술정보관 장기발전계획의 구체성은 4.06, 측정가능성은 3.72, 달성가능성은 3.68, 적실성은 3.90, 시간계획성은 3.58이다. 넷째, B대학교 학술정보관의 장기발전계획을 종합평가한 결과, 발전계획 구성 요소에서는 사명이 가장 우수한 반면, 실행계획에는 문제가 있다. 다섯째, SMART 평가 요소에서는 구체성이 가장 우수한 반면, 시간계획성에는 문제가 있어 보완이 필요하다.

This paper presents development of the long and mid term power expansion planing for distributed generation. This planing model reflect WADE Economic Model's advantage that special quality of DG(Decentralized Generation) and WASP Model's advantage that special quality of CG(Centralized Generation) each other. Through these synergy, we develop better the Plan of Long and Mid Term Distributed Generation then existent model.

A common approach to estimate long-term electric expansion plan used WASP package in Korea. But, this has a little problem for making input DG(Distributed Generation) data computer. This paper develops new program that take complementary measures for DG. Also, it is verified that this package can evaluate availability from the case studies. When this program cooperate with WASP, calculate good results creating long-term electric expansion plan.
