  • Five furanocoumarins including a new one were isolated from the root of Angelica dahurica by repeated silica gel column chromatography. Their chemical structures were determined to be isoimperatorin (1), oxypeucedanin hydrate-3"-butyl ether (2), imperatorin (3), knidilin (4), and oxypeucedanin hydrate (5). This represents the first study in which the compound 2 has been isolated and identified, The long-range coupling ($^{5}J$) in the $^1H$-NMR spectrum observed in the linear furanocoumarin skeleton was also investigated in detail.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze research trends in life-long education for people with disabilities by analyzing journal article related to special education and disabled welfare in Korea, present suggestions for future study in the field. For the purpose, the author selected 94 studies listed on 16 kinds of journal articles related to special education and disabled welfare, analyzed trend journals by year, trend research topics, research methods. The results through data analysis are as follows. First, the studies on life-long education with disabilities were increasing, expecially representing a sharp increase from 2014. Second, the research topic areas most referred were studies related life-long education curriculum and program, life-long learner and learner group. Third, most of the first authors came from universities in Metropolitan and Yeongnam area. The research study using a questionnaires was that the majority method. Based on this results, the implications for future studies on life-long education for people with disabilities were discussed.

  • Precast Concrete (PC) construction method can be the one that is suitable for long-life housing due to its merit in respect of maintenance and durability based on crack-free from mass production with indirect construction cost-saving-effect due to shortening construction period comparing to the conventional construction method, but it has the problem that causes the raise of direction construction costs. So, this study analyzed its economic feasibility of PC method whose maintenance and durability are excellent for underground parking lot of apartment house for accomplishing cost-saving long-life housing by applying the various structural system. In evaluation of unit module structural system, two-way PC system requires 10 to 28% more costs for frame work than RC rigid frames, and, one-way PC system 98~112%. Although it varies depending on the method, the costs are similar to RC rigid frame structure, provided a proper method is adopted. Also, Model 11, which was most economical in the evaluation, was applied to an real parking lot and about 2 to 6% of construction costs was reduced than RC rigid frames. This seems to be because, although PC system has a higher production cost, introduction of P.S (prestress) reduces member depth and, therefore, height, as well as the number of members per unit module.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the feasibility of movable partition wall components that are able to correspond changes of structure system and spatial configuration by the needs of residents for the activation of long-life housing. The key element of various movable partition wall components, a movable partition wall, was analyzed for problems through both as-is analysis and field installation in Korea and Japan, and then its feasibility was verified. The movable partition wall can break the uniformity of a fixed one, can integrate and separate limited space by changes in the demands of residents, can be easy to separate, and can be independent. The development of the movable partition wall is important for the realization of diverse residential space, ease of remodeling, environment adaptation, promotion of modularization, etc. It is comprised of surfacing materials, core materials, structural materials, and movable parts. The domestic movable partition wall was verified regarding the feasibility of an apartment house through on-site inspections and sound insulation tests by KOHP21, KICT. In conclusion, the construction of long-life housing that has sustainable values in the use of housing is nationally an important assignment, so as to secure good housing stock.

  • The influence of ginseng on the paste or gelatinization properties by amylograph and mixing properties by farinograph of wheat flour and on quality properties color cooking quality textural and sensory properties and reducing microbial population of LL(Long Life) noodles was studied. The contents of ginseng used were from 5% to 10% based on flour weight. The viscosity property of wheat flour with ginseng was increased the initial pasting temperature but the amylograph peak viscosity were decreased in vice versa. The farinograph absorption stability and breakdown were increased by ginseng. The whiteness of Ll nodles manufactured with ginseng was lower than that of control The shear extrusion force and hardness of LL noodles manufactured with ginseng were shown much higher value than those of control. At cooking quality examination of LL noodles manufactured with ginseng weight of cooked LL noodles was decreased but volum was appeared in ice versa,. Extraction amounts of LL noodles manufactured with ginseng during cooking were much smaller than those of control Total count of microorganism of Ll noodles manufactured with ginseng were decreased during storage at 3$0^{\circ}C$ Sensory properties of cooked LL noodles which was manufactured with ginseng showed quite acceptable. Based on the cooking and sensory evaluation test addition of 7.0% ginseng to wheat flour may be suitable for processing LL noodles.

  • This study analyzed middle-aged woman volunteers' evaluations on their volunteering and its implications for the adult life-long education. The subjects were 126 women aged from 35 to 59 who enrolled in the volunteer centers in Busan, Korea. They participated in the survey of the volunteer effects and the factors that made them continue to volunteer. Survey said, middle-aged women volunteers perceived that they got positive feedback from others and themselves and it made them keep doing on volunteering. Based on their volunteering experiences, they reported the personal effects such as positivism, caring, volunteering capacity, industry, maturity and the family member's effects such as positivism and participating in their volunteering. They also mentioned that they had positive and negative effects on family relationship such as family relation reinforcement and being indifferent to their own family. Based on the research findings, it was the emphasized that supports for volunteering of the middle-aged women that helps them to accomplish the developmental tasks in the middle age are necessary. A scheme of linkage between volunteering and the adult life-long education was also dealt with. Finally, the implications on the further studies in the field were discussed.

  • Various problems regarding the wet floor method such as its complicated process and waste of thermal storage have been raised, but the usage of dry floor recommended for long-life housing has declined due to lack of confidence on the performance of dry floor. The purpose of this study is to secure the credibility of dry floor. Under this purpose, this study considered precedent studies and established directions to secure the performance of long-life housing infill, and thus, 9 performance items (Impact sound, Smoothness, thermal comfort, sensation hardness while walking, falling safety, impact resistance, local compression load, local strength and strain at heating) were drawn. In addition, the experiment was carried out for 5 performances except for legal performance, some dry floor performances and whole spatial performance. As a result, an appropriate result from all performances except was obtained. The performance of dry floor was verified for each item from these results and it is expected to use such results as basic data on dry floor in the future.
