군수지원시스템을 위한 에이전트 기반의 객체 지향 시뮬레이션 모델 아키텍처 설계 방법론 (A Methodology for Creating a Simulation Model for a Agent Based and Object-oriented Logistics Support System)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 복잡한 군수지원시스템의 모델링과 시뮬레이션을 위한 방법론을 제안하는 것이다. 제안하는 군수지원시스템 시뮬레이션 모델을 구성하는 요소들은 세 가지가 있다 : Logistics force agent(static model), Military supplies transport manager(function model), Military supplies state manager(dynamic model). Logistics force agent는 main function agent와function agent로 구성된다. Function agent가 다른 Logistics force agent에도 적용할 수 있도록 설계되었으며, 이는 에이전트의 높은 조합성과 재사용성을 가진다. Military supplies transport manager는 보급로에 대한 정보를 가지며 military supplies state manager로부터 받은 결정변수를 기반으로 보급로를 결정하고 군수품을 수송하는 역할을 하는 에이전트이다. Military supplies state manager는 군수품 보급을 요청받고 보급량, 우선순위 따위의 결정 변수를 military supplies transport manager에게 알려주는 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 군수 시뮬레이션 모델의 설계를 위해 Discrete Event Systems Specification(DEVS) formalism을 이용하였다.

비즈니스 규칙 기반의 3자 물류 운영 지원 (Support of Third Party Logistics Operation based on Business Rules)

  • The business process of global third party logistics company is defined as a network of logistics activities which involves the products that are manufactured in the developing countries, such as Vietnam, China and so on, and delivered to North or South American countries via intermediate stopover sites. The third party logistics company usually uses proprietary logistics information system to support the related logistics activities. However, each consignor sometimes may require different business process based on the customer type or characteristics of their products. Therefore, the third party logistics company need to modify their business process to reflect customer's requirements, resulting in the modification of logistic information systems and additional costs. Therefore, a flexible mechanism is required to efficiently support the various types of requirements by the owners of the products. In this paper, first, we figured out various business rules related to third party global logistics activities. Second, we grouped the identified business rules into business processes, objects, relations, dependency, policy, representations, execution, and resources and further into precondition, postcondition, and invariant based on checking point in time. Furthermore, the categorized rules are classified into inter-activity and intra-activity rules based on the execution range. Third, we proposed a rule syntax to describe the defined rules into scripts which are understood by user and information system together. When each activity is executed, the rule manager checks whether there are rules related with the activity execution. Finally, we developed a prototype rule management system to show the feasibility of our proposed methodology and to validate it with an example.

가상현실 기반의 종합군수지원 수행 방안 연구 (A Study on Development of Integrated Logistics Support with Virtual Reality)

  • 최근 무기 체계에 대한 성능 요구 사양이 강화됨에 따라 연구 개발 초기 단계에서부터 개발 기간 단축 및 비용 최소화와 함께 효율적인 연구 방안 모색이 요구되고 있다. 이의 일환으로 무기 체계 개발 단계에서 가상현실 기술을 활용하여 군수지원 분석과 설계 검증을 수행할 수 있다. 또한 실질적 협업 체계 구축의 일환으로 종합 군수지원(ILS, Integrated Logistics Support) 개발 분야에서는 군수 지원성 향상을 목적으로 한 가상현실 기술의 적용이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 무기 체계 전 수명주기 동안 가상현실 기술을 적용한 ILS 개발 및 적용 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 또한 현재 개발 중인 무기 체계에서 이를 수행하기 위해 개발한 가상현실 도구인 디지털 정비절차 검증장치(DMS, Digital Maintenance System)의 주요 기능 및 ILS 개발 단계별 적용 방안을 소개하고, DMS의 효율적인 ILS 적용을 위한 향후 발전 과제에 대해서도 제시하고자 한다.

다품목 시스템의 Hidden Failure를 고려한 계획정비 스케줄링에 관한 연구 : 검사비용을 중심으로 (A Study on the Scheduling of Planned Maintenance for Multicomponent System with Hidden Failures : Focusing on Inspection Cost)

  • 본 논문에서는 다수의 구성품으로 구성된 시스템에 대해 Hidden Failure를 고려하여 최적의 계획 정비 스케줄링 문제에 대해 연구하였다. 계획 정비 스케줄링의 목적은 장기 운용 유지비용 최소화이다. 시스템 측면에서는 다수의 구성품을 그룹화하여 검사함으로써 시스템이 정지함으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 비용을 최소화 할 수 있다. 또한 각 구성품 별로 적절한 검사 주기를 선정하여 고장을 조기에 확인함으로써 고장 발생으로 인한 비용을 최소화 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 계산의 복잡성을 줄이기 위해 기존 연구에서 사용한 "Base interval approach"를 적용하였으며 추가적으로 다수 구성품의 동시 검사를 통한 검사비용 절감 효과를 고려하였다. 검사비용은 소요되는 시설, 장비 및 인력 비용으로 구성된다고 가정하였으며 유사한 구성품을 동시에 검사함으로써 검사비용이 절감되는 경우에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 본 논문에서는 검사비용 절감 효과를 비교하기 위해 기존 연구에서 활용한 사례를 대상으로 분석을 실시하였고 이에 따른 비용 절감 효과를 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교하여 제시한다.

해운물류정보(海運物流情報)시스템의 활성화요인(活性化要因)이 물류성과(物流成果)에 미치는 영향(影響)에 관한 연구(硏究) (The Activation of Shipping Logistics Information System on Logistics Performance)

  • The information technology(IT) development of telecommunication, along with the information analyzation over the world, enables the firms to process their inner and outer operations through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system. And the concept of logistics has become more important to the enterprises in strategic sense because it had aggrandized itself to more comprehensive and integrative concept. Also the world shipping market is more competitive than any other market. In these environment, to maintain competitive power, shipping firms process operations by Logistics Information system(LIS), And then, reduce the working processes, working time and its costs. So the LIS has become more important in developing our national logistics system and industry. Therefore, this study purposes on empirically analyzing the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these, factors with logistic performances in the shipping industry. Considering environments of Shipping logistics information system, this study sets up the research model and hypothesis to examine the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these factors with logistic performances. We used the field data on the 163 numbers of firms(29 overseas shipping companies and 133 forwarding Agency) to get the empirical evidence. According to the study results, The shipping LIS activation factors which the sample firms recognized as important: were top managers support, well structured communication channel, strategic plans connection and inner information analyzation level. And IS organization & human resources, IS discipline & training, software development, IS organizational alignment, database management system, information standardization, competitive advantage, financial support and government support represent partially significant. Also, the current shipping LISs main problems are expensive system cost, standardization of working processs, institutions imperfection and systems interaction defect. So these problems must be improved to activate shipping LIS.

녹색물류 환경에서 자판기 공급사슬 운영을 위한 의사결정지원시스템의 개발 (A Decision Support System for the Operations of Vending Machine Supply Chains in a Green Logistics Environment)

  • Regarding the green environment, it is important to boost the spread of environmentally friendly vending machines and to operate the vehicles for their inventory replenishments while minimizing emissions of greenhouse gases. In general, the vending machine management company lacks capability to operate the supply chain effectively in an integrated way under the dynamic, complex, and stochastic environment. This paper presents a decision support system, termed DSSVM, for the operations of the general and smart vending machine supply chains with stock-out-based, one stage item substitution in a green logistics environment. The DSSVM supports the estimation of item demand and substitution probabilities, determination of operation parameters, supply chain analysis, what-if analysis, and $CO_2$ analysis for which various analytical models are employed.

  • This study has been performed to consider how to support to be effectively linked hiring of skilled human resources that were discharged through actually related education programs, as demand of they are recently being increased due to the expansion of the logistics market, and effort to train them is being propelled. That is associated with the Busan region, and field of logistics service is 3PL that is seriously considered the area of professional services at the last logistics market. Through the methodology of System dynamics, this study has been modeled about dynamic mechanism considered the growth of logistics marker and relation to employment, and has been estimated about ripple effect within logistics market of major policies related with them.

수리부속 적정 보급수준 개선에 관한 연구 (Improving the supply level of repair parts)

  • The national Logistics Information system has been rapidly developed on account of the dramatic improvements in the military's logistics support system and supply support system, making a transition from manual work system to computerized work system. Supply level, however, does not reflect these changes in the overall logistics environment and still retains the state it was in the 1970s. This research uses the accumulated data from the equipment maintenance information system developed in the year 2009 to analyze RWT(Requisition Wait Time) and CWT (Customer Wait Time). The analysis estimated the realistic transportation and ordering time and led to the conclusion that the differentiated ASL operation system that considers demand level should be adopted instead of the uniform ASL employment system.

e-Marketplaces를 통한 물류서비스 성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of the Logistics Service through e-Marketplaces)

  • Although logistics service quality is considered an essential strategy for success and survival in today's internet environment, there are still a lot of question: what variables determine the extent of logistics service effect, how difficultly do the determinants affecting logistics service effect and how accomplish the decision making in the implementation of inter-organization information system. The purpose of this study is to examine a model to utilize the application and effect of logistics service through e-marketplaces. The results of empirical analysis are mentioned as follows; First, among the interorganization information system factors, four variables(top management support in organization characters, competitive degree in environment characters, relative advantage and information efficiency in innovation characters) have been shown to be primary determinant of the effect of logistics service quality. Second, the type of independent variable used results in a significant difference in the effect of logistics service quality. Third, Korean firms have to pursue the corporate strategy focused on logistics service quality.

  • 본 연구는 RFID를 이용한 창고관리시스템(Warehouse Management System; WMS), 통합주문관리시스템(Customer Service & Support System; CSS), 국제물류시스템(Delivery Management System)을 성공적으로 구축한 CJ GLS주식회사의 사례를 통한 구축효과에 대한 연구이다. 이를 위해 먼저 산업자원부 등에서 정책적으로 육성되고 있는 RFID, 즉 차세대 유비쿼터스 네트워크 사회의 핵심기술로 기대되고 있는 RFID의 개요 및 특징, 활용분야, 기술 및 실용화 동향 등에 관해 국내 및 외국의 사례를 소개하였다. 다음으로 효율적인 통합물류시스템 구축을 위해 RFID를 이용한 CJ GLS의 시스템 도입배경 및 목표, 시스템 구축의 개요 및, 구축효과를 분석하고, 결론으로 RFID의 향후전망 및 SCM 발전 방향을 제시하였다.
