인터넷 쇼핑몰의 물류서비스 품질요인이 고객만족과 구매 후 행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Logistics Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Post-purchasing Behaviors in the Internet Shopping Mall)

  • Recently the development of information technology and the emergence of electronic commerce have changed the model of purchase behavior in customers. This research aims to enhance the reliability of the result compared to the existing studies in internet shopping mall, and to find out the influence that logistics service quality elements has on customer satisfaction and that customers satisfaction has on the repurchase intention and word of mouth intention. To do so, prior researchs on the logistics service quality, customer satisfaction, repurchase intention and word of mouth intention was widely reviewed and the relationship between logistics service quality elements and customer satisfaction, and between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention and word of mouth intention were empirically tested. A total of 256 responses were received and analyzed from internet shopping mall. The analyses showed partial support for the affirmative effect of logistics service quality, customer satisfaction and post-purchasing behaviors in the internet shopping mall.

종합군수지원에서의 MOEs, MOPs, TPMs 적용방안에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Application of MOEs, MOPs, TPMs for the Integrated Logistics Support)

  • Although the weapon systems are becoming more diverse and complex, they are progressing in a short development period and a longer test and evaluation period. The more difficult the given environment is, the more efforts and performance of quantitative target values can be made by development agencies to carry out stable projects. However, these target values of the Integrated Logistics Support are not specified in the requirements and being set during the system development phase. In this paper, application of MOEs, MOPs and TPMs for ILS are presented and provided the basis for carrying out systematic Verification & Validation activities. As a result that MOEs of the ILS were chosen as Availability and MOPs as Mission Reliability, Logistics Reliability, Maintainability and Supportability and TPMs as MTBF, MTBCF, MTTR and so on. In particular, it is appropriate tailoring and apply the TPMs considering the cost, schedule, scope of work and characteristics of the project.

$217Plus^{TM}$ 시스템 모형의 민감도

  • In this study, we performed sensitivity study of the $217Plus^{TM}$ system model to various parameters. Specific attention was put to logistics model and its behavior has been examined in terms of non-component failure causes. We first briefly explained the $217Plus^{TM}$ methodology with system level failure rate evaluation. We then applied experimental designs with several failure causes as factors. We used an orthogonal array with three levels of each parameter. Our results indicate that cannot duplicate, induced, and wear-out causes have dominant effects on the system failures and design, parts, and system management have much less but a little strong effects. The results in this study not only figure out the behavior of the predicted failure rate as functions of failure causes but provide meaningful guidelines for practical applications.

무기체계 RAM 목표값 설정 관련 개선방안 고찰 (A Study on the Improvement of RAM Objective Considering Method for Weapon System)

  • Purpose: The RAM objective is a very important factor that has a great effect on the improvement of the operation ration during the operation maintenance and the reduction of the life cycle cost. It is used as a design criterion during the system development, and its sufficiency should be evaluated during its test evaluation. Method: This study analyzed the cases related to RAM objective setting and suggested the improvement measures. Result: The base data for RAM objective is OMS/MP, which needs to be drawn up under the supervision of the requirement military, and a high-accuracy operating availability should be set through ALDT calculation which reflects the military logistics support environment. In addition, data collection necessary for RAM objective and RAM analysis should be made by supplementing the input data of DELIIS. Conclusion: This study suggests improvement of RAM objective considering for the weapon system.

국제물류분야의 제3자 물류업체 선정을 위한 우선순위 요소 결정 (Deciding of the Priority Elements for Choosing Third-Party Logistics Provider in International Logistics)

  • The purpose of this work is to analyze the factors, criteria and importance that shippers in the international logistics industry take into account in choosing third-party logistics, and thereby to propose the directions of the areas and functions that third-party logistics will need to enhance on the basis of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology. To do that, this work collected and analyzed materials about changing environments of logistic industry and previous studies, and especially conducted a questionnaire survey on the factors to choose third-party logistics with the study subjects of shippers in the international logistics industry. To draw attribute factors, this work repeatedly chose and classified candidate factors through Delphi technique on the basis of the data of previous studies. The analysis results are presented as follows: regarding pairwise comparison between logistic cost and logistic service in relation of conflict, logistic service was recognized to be more important than logistic cost; regarding pairwise comparison between corporate capability and logistic cost, logistic cost was recognized to be more important; and regarding comprehensive evaluation, logistic service factors, including accuracy of order handling, service reliability, freight damage and compensation, a degree of fulfillment of promise, quality of transportation, and problem-solving ability, were found to be in high position.

  • Recently, it is recognized as a high-cost and inefficient logistics system that increases traffic congestion and environmental problems due to an increase in traffic volume due to the activation of the online market. In order to solve inefficient problems such as unavoidable traffic congestion and environmental problems caused by the increase in traffic volume, it is necessary to develop a freight transport system technology using the existing urban railway infrastructure and freight-only urban railway. The urban subway logistics system is a logistics system that requires a combination of various technologies to solve the nationwide demand for urban logistics and road traffic problems. This paper recognized the existing traffic congestion and environmental pollution of road traffic as problems, and supplemented the contact point requirements presented above by identifying the sub-systems constituting the target system and supplementary points for each part-level contact point. In this study, as a complex system operated for one purpose by grafting various technologies, a plan is required to secure the reliability and safety of operation from various viewpoints. The results of this study can contribute to the initial configuration and basic data to solve the interface bottleneck of the urban subway logistics system to be promoted in the future.

물류기업의 RFID 도입 요인과 물류성과의 관계 연구 (A Study on RFID Adoption and Logistics Performance in Logistics Company)

  • 물류분야에서 RFID 기술의 응용이 확산되면서 RFID 도입 요인과 물류성과와의 관계를 분석할 필요가 있다. 기존 여러 분야의 선행연구를 통하여 RFID 도입이나 채택에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고, 물류기업을 대상으로 이러한 요인이 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고, 그에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 관련 선행연구에서 물류기업이 RFID를 도입하는데 있어 CEO 지원, 기술 우위성, 거래 파트너, 상호 양립성 및 상대적 이익과 같은 요인이 물류성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. SCM, 물류 및 유통, 제조분야를 대상으로 한 선행연구를 기초로 연구모형 및 가설을 설정하고, 물류기업 종사자를 대상으로 RFID 도입 요인이 물류성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 구조방정식모형 분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, CEO 지원과 거래 파트너의 RFID 도입 요인은 물류성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 상호 양립성과 상대적 이익은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 기술 우위성은 물류성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으나 p=0.052라는 것을 고려할 때, 물류성과에 유의한 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것으로 사료되며, 유의수준 0.1에서는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

MVC 디자인 패턴을 활용한 Web GPS 기반의 물류차량 출하 관제 시스템 (A Web GPS based Logistics Vehicle Control Management System using MVC Design Patterns)

  • In this paper, we propose a web GPS based logistics vehicle control management system using MVC design patterns. The proposed system is designed by applying design patterns of object oriented modeling called mini-architecture to enhance reliability of software as well as promote stability of overall system design. In addition, we can get a position information by means of the GPS embedded in PDA and communicate between client and monitoring server using CDMA network so that the position of client can be identified directly by the map service. The system provides an moving object indexing technique which extends the existing TB-tree to manage and retrieve a transporting trajectory of logistics efficiently. Finally, with development of the logistics vehicle control service called WG-LOGICS system, we can verify the usefulness of our system which is able for monitoring a vehicle preparation, allocating registration, loading a burden, transfer path, and destination arrival in real world.

한국형전투기(KF-X)의 최적정비를 위한 PBL 적용방안에 관한 연구 (A study on the PBL Application Scheme for Optimal Maintenance of the KF-X Project)

  • This paper deals with the Performance Based Logistics(PBL) application scheme pertaining to optimal maintenance program for logistics of Korean Fighter Experimental(KF-X) Project. For enhancement of the performance based logistics system application to KF-X program the selection of appropriate standards fit to maximize cost-cutting, a set of performance metrics fit for the purpose of the contract, foreign technology dependence of core equipments and parts were considered. Thus, selecting appropriate standards fit for Korean logistics environment, domestic maintenance enterprise for stable rate of operation of KF-X, a systematic reliability task that is able to measure quantitative combat capability are suggested.

Naive Bayes-LSTM 기반 예지정비 플랫폼 적용을 통한 화물 상차 시스템의 운영 안전성 및 신뢰성 확보 연구 (On the Parcel Loading System of Naive Bayes-LSTM Model Based Predictive Maintenance Platform for Operational Safety and Reliability)

  • Recently, due to the expansion of the logistics industry, demand for logistics automation equipment is increasing. The modern logistics industry is a high-tech industry that combines various technologies. In general, as various technologies are grafted, the complexity of the system increases, and the occurrence rate of defects and failures also increases. As such, it is time for a predictive maintenance model specialized for logistics automation equipment. In this paper, in order to secure the operational safety and reliability of the parcel loading system, a predictive maintenance platform was implemented based on the Naive Bayes-LSTM(Long Short Term Memory) model. The predictive maintenance platform presented in this paper works by collecting data and receiving data based on a RabbitMQ, loading data in an InMemory method using a Redis, and managing snapshot DB in real time. Also, in this paper, as a verification of the Naive Bayes-LSTM predictive maintenance platform, the function of measuring the time for data collection/storage/processing and determining outliers/normal values was confirmed. The predictive maintenance platform can contribute to securing reliability and safety by identifying potential failures and defects that may occur in the operation of the parcel loading system in the future.
