ebXML 적용을 위한 항만물류산업 비즈니스 프로세스 설계 (Business Process Design to Apply ebXML Framework to the Port and Logistics Distribution Industry)

  • EDI(Electronic Data Interchange)는 빠른 정보 제공, 문서 작업 감소, 원활한 정보교환, 고객 서비스 향상 등의 장점을 지니고 있어 수년간 기업 활동을 지원하는 수단으로 널리 활용되어 왔다. 하지만 최근 인터넷을 통해 e-비즈니스 환경이 구현됨에 따라 EDI는 e-비즈니스를 수행하는 문서양식과 서식, 문서내용, 비즈니스 프로세스, 문서 처리방법 및 표현방법 등을 포함하는 정보활동의 총체적 개념인 ebXML(electronic business eXtensibleMarkup Language) 프레임워크(Framework)로 변화해 가고 있다. 이러한 ebXML 프레임워크를 산업에 적용하기 위해서는 비즈니스 프로세스(BP)나 핵심 컴포넌트(CC), 협력규약 프로필(CPP), 협력규약 합의(CPA)를 등록하는 등록저장소, 메세징 시스템 등이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 타 산업에 비해 상대적으로 EDI를 많이 사용하고 있는 항만물류산업을 대상으로 EDI 시스템의 현황 및 문제점과 업무 프로세스를 분석하였다. 업무 프로세스 분석을 통해 ebXML프레임워크의 핵심요소인 등록저장소에 등록될 비즈니스 프로세스를 UN/CEFACT 모델링 방법론(UN/CEFACT Modeling Methodology)을 사용하여 정의하고 모델링 하였다. 본 연구에서는 ebXML 프레임워크를 항만물류산업에 적용하기 위해 UN/CEFACT 모델링 방법론에 따라 협업(Business Collaborations), 트랜잭션(Business Transactions), 문서흐름(Business Document Flows), 구성법(Choreography), 패턴(Pattem) 등을 UML(Unified Modeling Lanfuage)로 표현하였으며, 본 연구결과를 통하여 ebXML 프레임워크를 타 산업에 적용할 수 있는 메타방안을 제시하고 있으며, 항만물류산업에 속한 개별기업에서 실제 시스템을 구현할 수 있는 비즈니스 프로세스 설계를 목적으로 하고 있다.

  • 코로나19 이후 비대면 소비 사회로의 전환이 일어나며 생활밀착형 라스트마일 물류 서비스인 택배 기반의 세분화된 도시 물류의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 소셜 네트워크 분석(SNA)을 활용하여 지역 및 상품 특성별로 수요의 관계성을 분석하고자 한다. 전자상거래에서 수요 파악에 활용되었던 장바구니 네트워크와 공동 구매 상품 네트워크를 확장한 분석 결과 택배 주문 건 수 데이터 속에서 상품 카테고리 패턴을 발견하고 지역별 차이를 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서 제시하는 SNA 기반 분석이 도시 물류의 재고 분산 배치나 상품(SKU) 선정 전략에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있음이 확인되었다.

  • This study intends to surveyrequirements for port and logistics supply chain management with RFID {Radio Frequency IDentification)technology. Port and logistics supply chain management has become a critical issue due to the necessity of efficiency, visibility, trace-ability, etc. Since the introduction of RFID technology, its performance, reliability, validity, and safety have been a concern in most industries. Particularly, in port and logistics supply chain management, RFID has the potential to track the movement of containers and to provide in-transit visibility toward customers. In thispaper we consider some critical issues related to port and logistics supply chain management, which previously adopted RFID technology. In order to successfully design and adopt RFID technology and utilize it as optimally as is possible in the port and logistics industry, it is necessary to understand the potential of shipping companies and their requirements in adopting RFID technology in port and logistics.

Routing optimization algorithm for logistics virtual monitoring based on VNF dynamic deployment

  • In the development of logistics system, the breakthrough of important technologies such as technology platform for logistics information management and control is the key content of the study. Based on Javascript and JQuery, the logistics system realizes real-time monitoring, collection of historical status data, statistical analysis and display, intelligent recommendation and other functions. In order to strengthen the cooperation of warehouse storage, enhance the utilization rate of resources, and achieve the purpose of real-time and visual supervision of transportation equipment and cargo tracking, this paper studies the VNF dynamic deployment and SFC routing problem in the network load change scenario based on the logistics system. The BIP model is used to model the VNF dynamic deployment and routing problem. The optimization objective is to minimize the total cost overhead generated by each SFCR. Furthermore, the application of the SFC mapping algorithm in the routing topology solving problem is proposed. Based on the concept of relative cost and the idea of topology transformation, the SFC-map algorithm can efficiently complete the dynamic deployment of VNF and the routing calculation of SFC by using multi-layer graph. In the simulation platform based on the logistics system, the proposed algorithm is compared with VNF-DRA algorithm and Provision Traffic algorithm in the network receiving rate, throughput, path end-to-end delay, deployment number, running time and utilization rate. According to the test results, it is verified that the test results of the optimization algorithm in this paper are obviously improved compared with the comparison method, and it has higher practical application and promotion value.

물류기업의 조직간 관계요인 및 기술요인이 물류성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Organizational Relations and Technology Factors on Logistics Performance of Logistics Firms)

  • 본 연구는 물류정보시스템을 구축하여 운영 중인 업체를 대상으로 물류기업의 조직 간 관계요인 및 기술요인이 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 물류성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 조직 간 관계요인의 정보공유, 상호신뢰, 상호이익은 모두 물류성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었고, 기술요인에서는 IT기반구조 및 기술의 신뢰요인은 물류성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었으나 시스템 운영능력은 물류성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 요인으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석결과에 따라 물류기업은 상호간의 정보공유나 상호 이익 및 신뢰를 위해 노력을 하여야 기업의 물류성과가 극대화될 수 있다는 점을 확인할 수 있었고, 기술적으로 기술에 대한 신뢰 역시 중요한 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • This paper deals with developing a remote & real-time Computer-Aided Logistics Support (CALS) Systems through Information Super-Highway. A prototype of CALS is designed and implemented considering the environment of Information Super Highway. The concept of CSCW based virtual enterprise is discussed in con-nection with the four different activities. development of remote & virtual equipment controller remote-monitoring & inspection real time tracking of logistics information and web-based bidding and delivery system. A real implemented system is demonstrated under the Infor-mation Super-Highway with the corresponding software and hardware configuration.

e-Lollapalooza: A Process-Driven e-Business Service Integration System fore-Logistics Services

  • There are two newly emerging research issues in the enterprise information systems literature. One is the scalability issue for rapidly increasing choreographic volumes between interrelated organizations. The other is the business intelligence issue for traceable and monitorable business processes and services interchanging e-Business data and applications across organizations. Based upon these emerging issues, through a functional extension of the ebXML technology we have developed a process-driven e- Business service integration (BSI) system, which is named ‘e-Lollapalooza’. It consists of three major components ? the Choreography Modeler coping with the processdriven collaboration issue, the Runtime & Monitoring Client for coping with the business intelligence issue and the EJB-based BSI Engine coping with the scalability issue. This paper particularly focuses on the e-Lollapalooza’s development aspects for supporting the ebXML-based choreography and orchestration among the engaged organizations in a process-driven multiparty collaboration for e-Logistics and e- Commerce services. Here, it is fully deployed in an EJB-based middleware computing environment for e-Logistics process automation and B2B choreography.

A Study on the Application of RFID to Container Terminals

  • The container terminals in Korea usually adopts both the bar code and the image recognition systems at the gate complex to capture necessary information on containers passing through the gate. With the rapid advancement of Information Technology(IT) these systems, however, seem to make the user not satisfied due to the inherent limitations such as the long process time taken, low rate of recognition etc., This paper, therefore, examines the adoption of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to container terminals, and tried to get some implication for the way to improve the productivity of the terminal. The results imply that some improvement in the gate and storage yard operation is feasible by the benefit of using the information of vehicles and containers collected in advance by RFID technology.

중국의 동북아 물류중심화 현황과 발전전략에 관한 연구 (A Study of China's Condition as the Logistics Hub of Northeast Asia and a Development Strategy)

  • Purpose - Korea has a better geographical location than other nations in the Northeast Asian region. This means that Korea has an opportunity to become the center of international physical distribution in Northeast Asia. Korea should take advantage of this opportunity by exploring appropriate strategies to achieve this goal, assuming government willingness, with a view to capitalizing on the geographical advantage of the Korean peninsula and constructing a comprehensive physical distribution network system. If we prepare for this scenario, Korea could become the center of international physical distribution in Northeast Asia. Research design, data, and methodology - This study has the purpose of determining how shipping companies form partnerships with third-party logistics providers, and the relevant implications. The survey methods used were personal interview and a questionnaire distributed through e-mail, fax, mail, and telephone. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, out of which 285 were returned. Of the collected questionnaires, 10 were excluded because of insufficient content, leaving 275 to be used in the study as available valid samples. The data that was collected from these samples was analyzed using the data coating process and by employing a statistical package program. Results - Flexible policies, administration, and systems will be needed to create better business practices. In this dissertation, first and foremost, the results reveal that in order to become the center of Northeast Asian logistics, Korea must transition into a new paradigm based on the current economic and social systems that have stemmed from bureaucracy, inflexibility, chauvinism, and egalitarianism. Flexible policies, administration, and systems will be required to create better business practices. Domestic logistics corporations need to occupy a strategic logistics hub, create a logistics network, and activate value-added logistics business strategies by ensuring significant manpower and by building a logistics information system to strengthen their competitive edge, creating an improved system. Conclusions - In this dissertation, first and foremost, we point out that in order to become a center of North East Logistics, Korea should change to a new paradigm from the old one based on current economic and social systems that have stemmed from bureaucracy, inflexibility, chauvinism, and egalitarianism. More reasonable business laws, systems, and policies based on market-driven flexibility and transparency should be created. Moreover, social norms and rules should be reasonably established, to accomplish political and social security. Korea has to cultivate a culture of tolerance for foreign companies. This involves a change of paradigm for the development of the capital city and satellite cities. It will take a powerful task force or organization to plan and execute the vision that aims to meet these needs, accomplish the necessary goals, use the appropriate system effectively, and make Korea a key country in the field of Northeast Asian logistics.

효율적인 차량 궤적 관리를 지원하는 물류관리시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of e-Logistics System supporting Efficient Moving Objects Trajectory Management)

  • 이 논문은 효율적인 차량 이동 궤적 관리를 지원하는 e-logistics 시스템을 제안한다. 최근의 무선통신의 발전은 물류 차량의 추적, 휴대폰 사용자 위치 서비스, 위치기반 상거래를 포함한 위치기반서비스들이 등장하게 하였다. 물류 시스템은 물류 센터에서 차량과 배송품의 위치를 계속적으로 파악해야 하므로 차량 추적을 필수적으로 수반하게 된다. 좀 더 나아가서, 계속적으로 이동하는 차량과 배송품의 위치 궤적을 저장하고 관리하는 것은 효율적인 물류 계획과 배송을 지원하기 위해 필수 불가결한 요소이다. 제안된 시스템은 실세계 모바일 환경에서 물류 배송 정보의 효과적인 관리뿐만 아니라, 기존의 공간 데이터베이스가 갖는 공간객체 관리 기능을 포함한다. 또한 효과적인 물류 이동 경로 관리 및 검색을 수행하기 위하여 기존의 TB 트리의 데이터 갱신 성능을 개선하고, 다중버전 기법을 도입한 색인을 사용하였다. 제안된 시스템은 소포관제와 유사한 차량 추적 시스템, 위치기반서비스 등과 같이 실시간 모바일 환경에서 연속적으로 위치를 변경하는 이동객체 관련 분야에 적용 가능하다.
