강화학습기법을 이용한 TSP의 해법 (A Learning based Algorithm for Traveling Salesman Problem)

  • This paper deals with traveling salesman problem(TSP) with the stochastic travel time. Practically, the travel time between demand points changes according to day and time zone because of traffic interference and jam. Since the almost pervious studies focus on TSP with the deterministic travel time, it is difficult to apply those results to logistics problem directly. But many logistics problems are strongly related with stochastic situation such as stochastic travel time. We need to develop the efficient solution method for the TSP with stochastic travel time. From the previous researches, we know that Q-learning technique gives us to deal with stochastic environment and neural network also enables us to calculate the Q-value of Q-learning algorithm. In this paper, we suggest an algorithm for TSP with the stochastic travel time integrating Q-learning and neural network. And we evaluate the validity of the algorithm through computational experiments. From the simulation results, we conclude that a new route obtained from the suggested algorithm gives relatively more reliable travel time in the logistics situation with stochastic travel time.

간선과 지선간 절충을 통한 개선된 크로스도킹 모델 개발 (Development of the Enhanced Cross-Docking Model through Compromise between Line-haul and Shuttle Service)

  • Many logistics enterprises have made efforts to achieve low costly and high efficient logistics network. The cross-docking system can be a good solution for them. However, it requires tight schedule and all-night operation inevitably for realization of ideal cross-docking. These causes the difficulty of the attainment of daily delivery target and the leave of delivery service persons. In this paper, we develop the line-haul and shuttle service compromised cross-docking model in order to solve the problems practically. We apply the storage process with the cross-docking system and the direct cross-docking between line-haul and shuttle services. The simulation model validates the shorter delivery time by the developed model than the present model.

역물류 환경을 고려한 복수차고지 다용량 차량경로문제 (Dual-Depot Heterogeneous Vehicle Routing Problem Considering Reverse Logistics)

  • In this paper, we deal with the dual-depot heterogeneous vehicle routing problem with simultaneous delivery and pick up(DH-VRPSDP) in reverse logistics. The DH-VRPSDP is a problem of designing vehicle routes in a day of given vehicle to minimize the sum of fixed cost and variable cost over the planning horizon. Each customer can be visited only once according to the service combinations of that customer. Due to the complexity of the problem, we suggest a heuristic algorithm in which an initial solution is obtained by changing the customer and the vehicle simultaneously and then it is improved. A performance of the proposed algorithm was compared to both well-known results and new test problems.

Study on Charge Transfer Characteristics of Self-Assembled Viologen Monolayers

  • Viologen has been extensively investigated in the paper because their well-behaved electrochemistry has led to their use in a variety of theses, including the electron acceptor for the electric charge delivery mediation of the devices. It was formed monolayer in QCM by self-assembly method. We could know the adsorbed mass of viologen molecules from the frequency shift. We calculated that the adsorbed mass was about 196 [$ng/cm^2$]. We studied the electron transfer property of viologen by the cyclic voltammetry among the electrochemical process so we changed an anion like 0.1 M $NaClO_4$ and $Na_3PO_4$ electrolyte solution and investigated the interrelationship between scan rate and peak current when scan rates were increased twice.

자동화제조시스템에서 다수목표를 위한 물류관리 (Logistics for multiple objectives in automated manufacturing system)

  • In this paper a new heuristic algorithm has been developed and presented for logistics for multiple objectives in an automated manufacturing systems. We proposed Simallest Processing and Average setup time Ratio First(SPARF) algorithm for multiple criteria under sequence setup time. The heuristic algorithm is implemented on the various problem cases by number of jobs and machines. The proposed algorithm provided smaller than the previously documented heuristics. The results obtained show a superior solution by the new heuristic over previous heuristics on all problem sizes. we perform analyses of variance to fortify the above results of comparison with the previous algorithms to the four cases using Statistical Analysis System(SAS) package. The results show that the larger is the number of groups or cells, the bigger is the amount of improvement by the proposed algorithms. It suggests that the algorithms proposed is strongly influenced by the number of cells, groups and interaction of these factors.

  • 본 논문은 물류창고 내 컨베이어벨트에서 자동으로 화물의 크기와 무게를 분석하고 이를 인공지능을 기반으로 분류하는 기술에 관한 연구를 다루고 있다. 우리의 연구를 통해 넓은 물류창고에서 전체 분류 과정을 모니터링할 수 있으며, 웹사이트를 활용하여 원거리에서도 물류 분류 과정을 실시간으로 확인 가능하게 한다. 또한 문제 발생 시 기록을 남겨 관리자 간에 관리, 감독이 원활하도록 도와준다.

  • In recent years, business environment is faced with multi uncertainty that have not been suffered in the past. As supply chain is getting expanded and longer, the flow of information, material and production is also being complicated. It is well known that development service industry using application software has various uncertainty in random events such as supply and demand fluctuation of developer's capcity, project effective date after winning a contract, manpower cost (or revenue), subcontract cost (or purchase), and overrun due to developer's skill-level. This study intends to social contribution through attempts to optimize enterprise's goal by supply chain management platform to balance demand and supply and stochastic programming which is basically applied in order to solve uncertainty considering economical and operational risk at solution supplier. In Particular, this study emphasizes to determine allocation of internal and external manpower of developers using S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) as monthly resource input has constraint on resource's capability that shared in industry or task. This study is to verify how Stochastic Programming such as Markowitz's MV (Mean Variance) model or 2-Stage Recourse Model is flexible and efficient than Deterministic Programming in software enterprise field by experiment with process and data from service industry which is manufacturing software and performing projects. In addition, this study is also to analysis how profit and labor input plan according to scope of uncertainty is changed based on Pareto Optimal, then lastly it is to enumerate limitation of the study extracted drawback which can be happened in real business environment and to contribute direction in future research considering another applicable methodology.

항만개발.운영과 로지스틱스에 있어서 부두생산성 향상에 대한 종합적 접근법 : 개념적 관점 (Integrated Approaches to Berth Productivity Improvements in Port Development and Operation and Logistics : A Conceptual Perspective)

  • 선석/부두생산성 향상은 항만시스템에 밀접한 관계가 있고, 이러한 관계는 항만물류 수송 및 해운무역 전체의 영역에 까지 확대된다. 포괄적인 항만과 특정한 선석은 해상물동량을 육상측으로, 육상화물을 해상으로 환적하는 교량의 기능을 담당하고 있기 때문에 환적하는 교량의 기능을 담당하고 있기 때문에 항만개발 운영자 및 물류관련자는 화물이 원산지/선적지에서 항만/선석을 경유하여 최종목적지까지 수송되는 전체적 시스템과 관련하여 그 생산성 향상을 고려하여야 한다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구는 선석/부두생산성의 향상에 목적을 두고, 먼저 거시적 접근과 미시적 접근을 시도하였다. 그러나, 문헌조사에 따른 지금까지의 관련논문들은 미시적접근이 아니면 거시적접근으로 전체를 조명해 보기에는 한계가 있었다. 연구의 방법과 범위는 부두 생산성 향상을 위해서 직접/간접적으로 관련이 있는 항만개발기획과 운영 및 항만물류 수송에 연계된 미시.거시적 접근과 양자통합의 종합적 접근이다. 실제적으로, 항만은 그 자체의 활동만으로도 복잡하고 역동적이어서, 항만 기획단계에서부터 총체적 접근으로, 병목구간과 같은 애로의 문제점들을 효과적으로 해결함으로서, 궁극적으로는 국가경제에 이바지 할 수 있는 안목의 종합적 접근이 필요하다. 결론적으로, 그 최종목적달성의 근간이 될 부두 생산성에 대한 거시 또는 미시적 접근의 단편적인 안목을 탈피하여 양자를 통합한 전체적 관점에서 필요한 연구문제의 제기와 그 해결의 실마리를 제안 했다는 중요성은 지대하다고 하겠다. 본 연구의 한계는 개념적 접근으로 향후 이 논문을 바탕으로한 보강차원의 실증적 연구가 더 필요하다.

Make-or-buy Decision Model Using Fuzzy-AHP Method for School Foodservice System

  • Recently a multi-attribute structure analysis method is one of the evident areas of important points in the decision support system analysis. This research developed an internet/intranet-based solution builder for a three-step decision support system using fuzzy-AHP in the view of 1) brainstorming far the idea generation, 2) fuzzy-AHP (fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) as a multi-attribute structured analysis method and 3) aggregation logic model to integrate the results of individual analysis. We applied this decision support system to the make-or-buy decision problem for school foodservice system considering the multi-attributes in the decision making. A computer program is developed and demonstrated it internet/intranet-based decision problem. It was known that this solution builder provides decision makers a good tool for mate-of-buy group decision making.

순환형 공급체인 환경에서 시설 통합에 의한 물류원가 절감 및 재고관리시스템 모델구축에 관한 연구 (Study on Reducing Logistics Costs and Inventory Control System according to facilities integration in the Closed-Loop Supply Chain Environment)

  • 순방향물류와 역방향물류의 두 물류 체인을 통합해서 자원 순환형 공급체인 (CLSC: closed-loop supply chain) 을 구성하는 것은 기업의 비용절감을 위해서 반드시 필요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 순환형 공급체인의 환경에서 순방향물류의 도매점과 역방향물류의 처리센터의 재고를 통합하는 재고관리를 제안한다. JIT(Just-in-Time)배송이 고려된 새로운 CLSC 재고관리모델은, 회수센터에서 처리센터로 배송된 사용이 끝난 제품이 도매업자의 수요에 미치지 못할 때 제조사에게 필요한 제품을 재발주 할 것이지 사용이 끝난 제품의 회수를 기다릴 것이지를 선택함으로써 비용을 절감한다. 제안 모델의 유효성을 검증하기 위하여 최적화 기법중 하나인 유전자 알고리즘(Genetic Algorithm: GA)을 이용하였다. 파라미터가 해에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해서 세 가지 파라미터 조건에서 우선 순위형 GA (priority-based GA: priGA)와, 각 세대마다 파라미터가 조정되는 개량형 하이브리드 GA (modified Hybrid Genetic Algorithm: mhGA)를 사이즈가 다른 4가지 수치 예에 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 실시하였다.
