본 연구는 인천신항 배후물류단지의 개발이 지역경제에 미치는 파급효과를 지역산업연관표를 이용하여 산출해보고, 향후 배후물류단지 활성화를 위해 집중적으로 유치해야 할 업종선택에 대한 정책적 시사점을 도출하여 보았다. 연구결과 인천신항 배후물류단지 개발사업은 2005년 지역산업연관표 기준으로 연간 2조 5,789억원의 생산유발효과와 1조 7,831억원의 부가가치 유발효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또 고용효과가 연간 3만 8,268명에 달해 전국단위 산업연관표를 이용할 때에 비해 높은 수치를 보여, 최근 경기침체로 어려움을 겪고 있는 인천항 주변의 고용안정에 긍정적 효과를 줄 것으로 기대된다. 업종별로는 항만물류업이 다른 관련산업들에 비해 지역경제 파급효과가 커, 향후 인천신항 배후물류단지에 이 업종에 속한 기업들을 집중적으로 유치해야 함을 보여주었다. 현재 인천신항 배후물류단지는 부두공사와 항로준설, 배후도로망 등 기반시설을 확충하는 정부와 항만공사의 건설사업이 끝나는 2015년 이후 본격적으로 건설공사 착수가 예정되어 있다. 인천신항을 비롯한 인천항내 항만시설이 물류기능을 보다 강화하여 지역경제와 국제물류에 기여하기 위해서는 개발시기를 앞당기고 적정한 시설규모를 갖도록 정부의 재정지원과 민자유치를 활성화하는 노력이 요구된다.

modern logistics are required to carry out functions such as timely adjustment and swift adaptation to changing patterns, and this leads to the emphasis on forming logistics parks. Logistics parks make profits using the efficiency of time and space. Such logistics parks play an important role in a corporation creating operating profits as well as acting as a method of alternative investment for individuals. Logistics parks no longer simply store materials, but have become a place that plays an important role in various areas of corporate and individual activities, and thus the analysis of the selection of the location of logistics parks and the related characteristics is extremely important. There are many existing studies on the selection of locations of logistics parks but work on the factors related to location selection by industry seem lacking. As such, in the course of this study we have used preceeding studies to draft a questionnaire on which selection factors affect the selection of logistics park location in different industries and conducted empirical analysis of the questionnaire results to uncover the factors that affect the selection of the locations of logistics parks in different industries.

본 연구의 목적은 매년 증가하고 있는 수입 식품의 안전한 관리를 위한 방안으로서 식품의 수입, 보관, 배송의 전 과정을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 신선물류클러스터 구축 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 신선물류클러스터를 인천송도경제자유구역에 구축함으로써 기대되는 경제적 효과를 분석하고 향후 신선물류클러스터 구축을 위한 관련 주체의 역할과 함께 정책적인 지원방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구에서는 신선물류시스템을 정의하고 분석하여 보다 구체적인 신선물류클러스터의 구축방안을 제시하였으며, 또한 신선물류클러스터 구축의 경제적 효과를 부가가치와 물류비 절감효과로 분석하였다. 이와 같은 신선물류클러스터를 인천송도경제자유구역에 구축하기 위한 방안으로 국내 관련 법률을 검토하고 일관성 있는 정책 방향을 제시하였다. 그러나 본 논문은 신선물류라는 조금은 생소한 분야의 연구로서 선행연구의 검토, 관련데이터 수집 등에 있어 다소 부족한 부분이 있다. 하지만 향후 본 연구를 토대로 다양한 신선물류와 신선물류클러스터에 대한 연구가 수행되기를 희망한다.

본 연구는 다각적으로 이루어지고 있는 물류산업의 공간적 연구를 종합적으로 정리하여 이를 체계화 하고자 함이다. 물류산업은 물류기능별 독립적 최적화, 전문화된 물류서비스를 제공하는 자재관리와 물적유통, 로지스틱스, 정보통신 기술과 경영이 포함된 공급사슬관리 단계로 발전하면서 복잡한 공간조직을 형성한다. 물류산업의 복잡한 공간조직은 지리공간과 가상공간, 분업과 통합, 매개화와 탈매개화로 체계화된다. 또한 이들 세 가지의 영역이 공간상에서 혼재하는 역동적 특성을 보인다. 이 역동적 특성은 정보통신 기술과 경제활동의 공간 간의 상호작용과 밀접한 관계가 있다.4

Imported and exported agricultural products are facing a very difficult time due to the rising distribution costs spurred by the increasing labor and oil prices. High empty transfer rates, which take place on a return route after the regular transportation of imported and exported agricultural products, are especially a major cause of the rising distribution costs. In an effort to overcome those limitations, this study set out to examine the transportation stages connecting harbor warehouses, processing plants, and central distribution centers on the circulation route of such imported grains as wheat, barley, corn, and soybean and the transportation route from the warehouses devoted to exported agricultural products to harbors for such exported agricultural products as apple, pear, and persimmon in order to develop a model on the creation of a compound logistics complex for processing plants and transshipment of imported and exported agricultural products. The study also promoted the logistic rationalization of imported and exported agricultural products by creating a compound logistics complex that would combine processing plants for imported agricultural products and transshipment functions for exported agricultural products.

Generally the life-cycle cost of complex systems composed of several sub systems or equipments such as train, aircraft weapon systems is spent much more during operation and maintenance phase than development phase. The maintenance cost for maintaining the availability and extending the life span of systems comprise a large proportion of systems operation cost. The cycle of preventive maintenance affects operation and maintenance cost a lot. In this study we introduce a way minimizing life-cycle cost of systems by calculating more reliable preventive maintenance period than the results of previous study using systems reliability data considered the reliability and failure effect ratio of sub-systems or components. We can solve the preventive maintenance period problem known as NP-Hard as quick as possible by using modified genetic algorithm than using other models introduced in previous study.

This paper's object is to study the Advanced Foreign's Third Party Logistics Trend & View at Global Logistics Times. So, I analysed the Advanced Foreign U.S. & EU and the results are as follows: First, a growth in the number of outsourcing relationships has contributed to the development of more flexible organizations, based on core competencies and mutually beneficial longer-term relationships. So, the development of logistics relationships has brought mixed results. Across many industries, logistics outsourcing is a rapidly expanding source of cost savings, competitive advantage, and customer service improvements. Thus, it appears that Third Party Logistics(TPL) concepts could be useful in meeting the goals of the 1ogistics function. Second, the field of logistics and supply chain management is becoming strategically important. At the same time, it is becoming increasingly complex because of the rapid advances in management methods, e-commerce, technology, and enabling information systems. However, Third Party Logistics provider, many a times, lack broad set of skills, integrating technologies, strategies and global reach. So, Fourth Party Logistics(4PL) is the next significant evolution in supply chain outsourcing. 4PL delivers a comprehensive supply chain solution, and delivers value through the ability to impact the entire supply chain. The 4PL industry is likely to grow as more companies use e-commerce at Global Logistics Times.

In recent years, the logistics industry has greatly driven the world's economic development. Due to the frequent occurrence of logistics information leakage and forgery, it is necessary to find a solution that can accurately trace the logistics information and ensure the security and authenticity of the logistics information. The birth of blockchain technology has enabled the logistics industry to realize the development from quantitative change to qualitative change. The distributed storage idea, decentralization characteristics, immutable nature, complex encryption algorithm, and other technical characteristics of the blockchain technology make it have a wide range of application prospects in the logistics industry. The purpose of this paper is to apply blockchain technology to the whole chain of logistics information traceability, to indirectly store the corresponding data generated by the logistics circulation link on the blockchain, and to combine the researched consensus algorithm and searchable encryption algorithm to form A set of logistics information traceability system to achieve efficient and accurate traceability of logistics information.

In this study, the author introduces a supply-chain management (SCM) solution that connects suppliers, manufacturers, customers, and other companies within a transactional relationship to enable efficient inventory management and timely product supply, which ultimately maximizes corporate profits. This proposed solution exploits Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), which provide solutions to complex management issues generated by the broader market. The goal of the current study was to develop an advanced and intelligent smart SCM solution that complies with logistics standards, to enhance the visibility, safety, and efficiency of a supply chain made up of manufacturers and suppliers. This smart SCM solution aims at maximizing corporate profits through efficient inventory management and timely supply of products, and solves the complex management problems caused by operating within a wide range of markets.

The purpose of this study is to consider the problem on pursuit of logistics strategy by our international shipping company in international shipping business under the said circumstance due to the open international shipping market and to suggest the logistics strategy for the consideration of the logistics competition under new international shipping circumstances. The results of empirical analysis are mentioned as follows; First, it shall be considered to maintain the size of company bigger than a certain capability so that it may obtain the superior competition of logistics. Second, as there are the plus correlations between the competition of logistics and the logistic support, it is necessary to pursuit the upgrade service with using EDI system and making up the complex shipping and integrated logistics system in general. Third, with the rationalization of finance policy and the profitable management of shipping company the ratio of net worth can be raised and it can be achieved to make the sound financial structure as reducing the excessive debt ratio. Fourth, it can be effort continuously to perform the investment for the infrastructure of logistics support & the institutional supplement so that it may achieve to increase the efficiency of logistic support at pier and to reduce the cost of logistic support.
