GCM 시스템 구축 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Construction of GCM System)

  • GCM(Green Chain Management) is being spread by that companies which apply with eco-friendly concept in entire SCM(Supply Chain Management) perspective is being increased for resolving some recent environmental problems. There are reasons that numerous companies focus on GCM. At first various governments began to directly manage components and material contents about various noxious substances. Second, environment problem management in the entire logistics process from procurement of product materials to distribution of product became to be important according to introduction of certification system that evaluate the environmental impact throughout life-cycle of products. Purposes of this paper are 1) to analyze the GCM process whose important is more increasing in the recent logistics environment change, 2) to comprehend places and sources that generate environmental elements like energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions in elements of logistics function, and 3) to construct integrated GCM system for observing activity of logistics function throughout life-cycle of products.

  • As Gyoto Agreement, the Climate Change Agreement, has become effective, total weight restriction on waste has started in each country and environment issue becomes one of the most important global issues. Therefore, environmental logistics became important matter, and industries need to establish production system for environmental conscious products and services. In this paper, we compare and analyze environmental conscious logistics activity(ECLA) that affect Carbon Dioxide Discharge(CDD) and packaging waste caused by logistics activity in Korea and Japan. We also propose the optimal alternative to the problem by this comparison and analysis.

  • COVID-19로 인해 사람들은 외출과 모임 자제로 온라인 쇼핑, 온라인 여행, 화상회의 등 새로운 라이프 스타일을 구축하고 있다. 이러한 급격한 사회의 변화는 새로운 문제들을 야기시킴과 동시에 기존의 문제들을 심화시키고 있다. 특히 온라인 소비가 크게 증가함에 따라 생활물류산업에서는 교통체증, 대기오염, 배송기사의 과중한 업무 등이 심화되고 있으며 대면배송이 새로운 문제점으로 나타나고 있다. 4차 산업혁명의 등장으로 드론에 인공지능, 자율주행 등을 활용한 무인 배달이 기존 생활물류산업의 대체산업으로 떠오르고 있으나 드론의 비행에 따른 물류시설의 공간과 추가적인 물류부지 확보가 해결되어야 하는 새로운 문제점으로 나타난다. 따라서, 기존의 문제들과 새롭게 생겨난 문제들을 해소할 수 있는 드론을 위한 물류시설의 공간으로 기존 운수 사업인 지하철을 활용하여 물류 이동과 보관, 배송 등과 같은 부가적인 서비스를 연계하고자 한다.

우리나라 B2C 전자상거래 촉진요인이 온라인쇼핑과 해외직접구매에 미치는 영향 : 택배물류기업의 과제를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of the Facilitating Factors of B2C eCommerce on the Online Shopping and the Overseas Direct Purchase)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 B2C 전자상거래 촉진요인과 온라인쇼핑시장 및 해외직접구매와의 상관관계를 분석함으로써 물류기업들의 물류운영전략 수립에 시사점을 제공하는데 있다. 본 연구는 문헌연구를 통하여 B2C 전자상거래 촉진요인을 도출하고, 전자상거래 촉진요인과 국내 온라인쇼핑 및 해외직접구매와의 인과관계를 실증 분석함으로써 B2C 전자상거래 시대 우리나라 택배서비스기업들의 과제 및 성공적 물류운영전략을 제안하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 B2C 전자상거래 촉진요인들이 국내 온라인쇼핑거래액 및 해외직접수입 실적에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 두 가지 ARDL 모형을 설정하였다. 모형의 분석결과, 신용카드 이용건수, 가구당 처분가능소득, 환율, 실질GDP, 정보통신 부문 설비투자, 초고속인터넷가입자수, 인터넷 프로토콜 IPV4 보유수, 15세 이상 인구 등의 변수가 종속변수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 온라인 모바일 기술 및 국민들의 경제수준이 고양됨에 따라 B2C 전자상거래 기업 및 물류기업들은 최적의 택배 물류서비스 수행을 위한 고도의 전략적 접근이 필요한 시점이다.

항공물류 이해관계자들의 표준 인터페이스 방안 연구 (A Study on Interface Standard for Agencies of Air Logistics)

  • The air logistics process is complex and need many informations because various agencies participate in the logistics service and there are many stakeholders in air logistics. But it is hard to improve the infra of facilities because of an enormous expense, so it needs to simplify air logistics process for growing air freight. When documents are sent, it needs to change the form of documents in spite of same document due to different form by agencies. Also documents are changed even though different documents have same informations. Consequently, errors are increased because the names of the same data are different from each other and stakeholders reproduce the documents. In order to mitigate these problems, we selected documents and analyzed data of documents for the interface optimization in general air logistics process. Next, we unified the names of data and defined contents of data. Also we set the type of the defined data on DB type, and gave the code to the defined data. It made easy to exchange informations among the stakeholders to match documents corresponding with the defined data.

DEA를 활용한 해운.물류 기업의 경영성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Business Performance of Shipping and Logistics Companies using Data Environment Analysis)

  • 한국 해운 물류기업의 경영성과를 연구하기 위해 2012년 매출액이 높은 해운기업 10개, 물류기업10개를 대상으로 2005년부터 2012년까지 재무실적을 기준으로 기업별 성과를 알아보고 사업구조에 따라 4개 유형으로 구분하였다. DEA 활용한 성과측정을 위해 투입요소는 비유동자산과 인건비로, 산출요소는 매출액과 순이익으로 설정하고 CCR, BCC 효율성 분석과 재무실적을 기준으로 성장성과 수익성을 연구하였다. 분석 결과, 효율성과 성장성과수익성을 전체적으로 보면 물류기업의 경영성과가 해운기업보다 높게 나타났고 대기업계열 물류기업의 성과가 물류전문 기업보다 상대적으로 높았다. 정기선 해운기업과 부정기선 해운기업의 최근 성과는 해운시황의 악화 등에 의해 부진한 것으로 나타났다. 세부적으로 보면 대형 화주를 안정적으로 확보하고 장기간 계약구조를 유지하고 있는 기업의 효율성이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 성장성을 보면 다수의 기업에서 비유동자산과 인건비, 매출액이 꾸준하게 증가하고 있는 반면 수익성에서는 대기업계열, 물류전문기업의 수익은 흑자구조를 보이고 있지만, 해운기업의 경우 2008년까지는 물류기업보다 수익성이 높았지만 2009년 이후 많이 악화된 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on the Activation Plan of Busan Port (Focused on northeast feeder network service cost, From LA to China and Japan)

  • The purpose of this research is to suggest the activation plan of Busan port. In the past years, Busan port enjoyed the golden days because of the China's rapid economic growth. But China's continuous development of ports, the trend of increasing container ship size and increasing direct call to China are coming threats to Busan port. So Korea needs to revise the 'Northeast Logistics Hub' strategy because it is considered that Korea ports continuously will handle China's transshipment cargoes. But now China's transshipment cargo share has decreased by direct call to China ports. It means that China has a lot of its local cargoes, so many ship companies change liner service route to handle China cargoes except Bussan ports although Busan port is included in the main trunk route. In the future, Bussan port will not be able to compete again about throughput with China ports if Busan port's transshipment cargo share decreases. So we must find out and develop Busan port's strength which is the competitive edge. By good luck, Busan port has a few opportunities such as the developed feeder network service and geographical advantages. Busan port has many feeder network service like spider's web in any northeast countries so we can suggest that if Japanese shippers use Busan port to distribute their cargoes to Japanese local areas, its transport costs are cheaper than when they use Japan's main ports. In this paper analyzed side of cost when they use Bussan port like hub to distribute their cargo to their local areas. Because most companies tried to reduce the total cost about logistics. Finally, this paper suggests when northeast shippers(China, Japan) use Bussan port which is more economical than their local main ports.

  • Recently many firms operate a cross-docking center in addition to run a distribution center to reduce logistics costs and maintain or enhance logistics service. However, it is true that many firms just operate their cross-docking centers as they are without any change, in spite of that the location of the cross-docking center should be changed and operated when the location of distribution center is changed and moved. This study presents the method that re-selects the location of the cross-docking center when the existing distribution center is changed. Describing the operation environment to apply the cross-docking system and the selection criteria of the cross-docking center under the environment of changeable logistics network, we define the simulation model which can analyze and select the location of the cross-docking center applied to a logistics field. The simulation model presents experiential algorithm selecting the location with the data of the demand point such as volume, transportation costs, and delivery distance.

수소연료전지차의 도입이 무역에 미치는 효과 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Supply of Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles(FCEV) on Trade)

  • This study analyzes FCEV among measures to respond to climate change policies. In particular, it proposes alternatives to solve this problem in the trade industry, which relies on transportation sectors with high greenhouse gas emissions such as exports and imports of goods. Therefore, when FCEV is introduced in the transportation sector, changes in CO2 emissions, a greenhouse gas, and changes in logistics costs for changes in CO2 emissions are set through scenarios to evaluate the impact on product trade, such as imports and exports. As a result, the increase in logistics costs due to carbon dioxide emissions affected the import and export volume of goods, and when FCEV was introduced, the export volume would increase by up to 5.6%, and the import volume by up to 30%. In addition, CO2 emissions decreased to about 60% in 2050. Therefore, the introduction of FCEV in the transportation sector will greatly contribute to increasing sales in the trading industry and will be able to solve environmental problems such as greenhouse gas reduction.
