  • 본 논문의 목적은 우리 항만이 동북아 거점항만으로 변신하는데 필요한 항만공급사슬전략을 도출하여 거점항만으로의 발전전략의 적합성을 분석하였다. 경쟁항만의 발전 잠재력을 충분히 고려하고 우리 항만의 시설${\cdot}$서비스수준의 미흡성을 하루속히 보완하는 유연한 항만 공급능력의 확보, 항만리드타임(접안시간, 양하역시간 등)의 최소화와 뭍류서비스를 극대화${\cdot}$다양화할 수 있는 모듈방식의 항만운영의 다양화가 필요함을 검증하였다. 특히, 거점항만 개발전략에서 다양한 부가서비스의 제공과 실질적인 부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 방향으로 항만배후부지 개발이 매우 중요한 것으로 나타나고 있다.

군수 지원시스템 개발 방법에 관한 연구 (A study on the development of Logistic Support system)

  • Weapon system is defined as a combination of primary system and logistics support system which are evaluated by capability and operational availability respectively. Weapon system developer thought that primary system was weapon system and also only primary system was important. Recent comparison of total life cycle cost showed that logistics support system was proved to be more important than primary system. However, until now no systematic approach to logistics support system development have applied in the area of developing support system and much money was exhausted by wrong logistics support system. We need to construct a universal metric for effectiveness of logistics support system and to cut out whatever activities or support elements which do not contribute to the metrics. This study describes a new approach under the name function approach to logistics support system development and also classifies five factors of failure frequency, stock out of frequency, administrative delay time, active repair time and logistic delay time that have influence on operational availability of logistics support system.

철도물류 활성화를 위한 차세대 물류운송 시스템의 새로운 구동방식에 관한 연구 (Novel Driving Mechanism of the Next Generation Transportation Systems for Revival of Railroad Logistics)

  • Many advanced nations have been developing the next generation logistic systems to effectively deal with gradually increased logistic flows over the world. Particularly, dual mode trailer(DMT) systems are significantly focused as a new alternative transportation which basically provides integrating of the land and railroad services. This paper presents new driving mechanism for DMT systems using the hydraulic pressure cylinder systems. Such is mechanically composed of supporting and rotating parts independently, which are mostly important for whole system performance. We analyze feasible operational problem occurred in driving mechanism from the conventional DMT systems and compare our proposed deign specification with the Modalohr DMT system to demonstrate its reliability and practicability.

  • This paper presents an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) system and operation algorithms for logistic and factory facilities without magnet-lines installation. Unlike widely used AMR systems, we propose an EKF-based loosely coupled fusion of LiDAR measurements and visual markers. Our method first constructs occupancy grid and visual marker map in the mapping process and utilizes prebuilt maps for precise localization. Also, we developed a waypoint-based navigation pipeline for robust autonomous operation in unconstrained environments. The proposed system estimates the robot pose using by updating the state with the fusion of visual marker and LiDAR measurements. Finally, we tested the proposed method in indoor environments and existing factory facilities for evaluation. In experimental results, this paper represents the performance of our system compared to the well-known LiDAR-based localization and navigation system.

자연어 처리 기반 『상한론(傷寒論)』 변병진단체계(辨病診斷體系) 분류를 위한 기계학습 모델 선정 (Selecting Machine Learning Model Based on Natural Language Processing for Shanghanlun Diagnostic System Classification)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study is to explore the most suitable machine learning model algorithm for Shanghanlun diagnostic system classification using natural language processing (NLP). Methods : A total of 201 data items were collected from 『Shanghanlun』 and 『Clinical Shanghanlun』, 'Taeyangbyeong-gyeolhyung' and 'Eumyangyeokchahunobokbyeong' were excluded to prevent oversampling or undersampling. Data were pretreated using a twitter Korean tokenizer and trained by logistic regression, ridge regression, lasso regression, naive bayes classifier, decision tree, and random forest algorithms. The accuracy of the models were compared. Results : As a result of machine learning, ridge regression and naive Bayes classifier showed an accuracy of 0.843, logistic regression and random forest showed an accuracy of 0.804, and decision tree showed an accuracy of 0.745, while lasso regression showed an accuracy of 0.608. Conclusions : Ridge regression and naive Bayes classifier are suitable NLP machine learning models for the Shanghanlun diagnostic system classification.

E-logistics에 대한 국내 연구동향 및 체계분석 (A Structured Review on Research Trend in the E-logistics Research in Korean Journals)

  • 본 논문은 지난 15년간 이루어졌던 e-logistics 분야의 연구동향 및 체계에 관하여 살펴보고 향후 연구방향 제시를 연구목적으로 하였다. 통상정보연구, e-비즈니스연구, 전자무역연구, 인터넷전자상거래연구, 물류학회지의 학술지에서 e-logistics와 관련된 논문을 연구대상으로 하였으며, 연구방법으로는 내용 분석법(content analysis)을 사용하였다. 우선 연구의 구분을 통한 분석으로 e-logistics의 경영과 관련하여 연구가 활발히 이루어 졌다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 다른 학회지에 비해 "인터넷전자상거래연구"가 e-logistics와 관련하여 많은 연구가 진행되었다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구성격의 구분 결과, 실증 연구가 전체 연구 중 과반수 이상을 차지한다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 방법론은 설문지를 통한 자료분석과 설문분석이 다수 연구되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 연구가 이론적 접근이나 실증분석을 통한 연구가 대부분을 차지함으로써 정량적 분석이 주류를 이루고 정성적인 연구가 부족한 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 따라서 e-logistics에 관한 연구의 다양성을 위하여 연구 범위를 확장시키고 e-logistics의 중요성을 많은 연구자들에게 인식시킬 수 있는 연구가 많이 이루어 져야 할 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 최근에 국내기업의 물류비용절감을 위한 노력의 일환으로 추진되고 있는 적정 물류장비의 선정을 위한 시뮬레이션 모델의 개발이다. 본 연구에서는 제조공장에서 소비자들에게 공급되는 2단계 물류시스템에서 물류재고와 운송수단을 고려하여 최소 물류비용의 운송대안선정을 위한 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 2가지의 시뮬레이션모델의 전산프로그램을 개발하고 응용사례를 통하여 출력을 예시하였다.

  • 세계시장은 글로벌(Global)기업의 등장과 함께 국가 간 경계를 약화시켰으며, 제품의 설계, 마케팅 활동은 현지시장 위주, R&D 활동은 지식활동이 활발한 지역 단순 제품의 조립 제조는 저임금 지역으로 분산되고 있다. 이는 생산거점과 판매거점을 연결하는 네트워크(Network) 구성의 중요성이 대두되고 있다는 반증이다. 90년대 초부터는 다품종 소량생산, 고급화 및 소비자의 생산 프로세스 참여를 통한 수요창출 등 소비자 중심의 시장으로 다변화하고 있다. 이는 물류 체계에 있어 기술적 변화 요구에 적절히 대응하는 현상으로, 이를 증명하는 것이 e-비즈니스 등장과 이를 지원하는 부가가치 통신망(VAN: Value added Network) 전자문서교환(EDI : Electronic Data Interchange) 등이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 육상, 해상 항공물류 시스템에 관한 문헌 연구를 통하여 각 시스템에 대한 실용분석을 시도하였으며, 한편으로 국내 항공사의 모델을 기초하여 항공사 물류시스템의 향후 개선 및 발전 방향을 제시하였다.

  • A self-diagnostic monitoring system is a system that has the ability to measure various physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, or acceleration from sensors scattered over a mechanical system such as a power plant, in order to monitor its various states, and to make a decision about its health status. We have developed a self-diagnostic monitoring system for an air-operated valve system to be used in a nuclear power plant. In this study, we have tried to improve the self-diagnostic monitoring system to increase its reliability. We have implemented three different machine learning algorithms, i.e., logistic regression, an artificial neural network, and a support vector machine. After each algorithm performs the decision process independently, the decision-making module collects these individual decisions and makes a final decision using a majority vote scheme. With this, we performed some simulations and presented some of its results. The contribution of this study is that, by employing more robust and stable algorithms, each of the algorithms performs the recognition task more accurately. Moreover, by integrating these results and employing the majority vote scheme, we can make a definite decision, which makes the self-diagnostic monitoring system more reliable.

남북간 교역물자 관리시스템의 개선과제에 관한 연구 -개성공단을 중심으로- (A Study on Complementary Issues for the Improvement of Trade Goods Management Systems between South and North Korea)

  • The Kaes$\breve{o}$ng Industrial Park(KIP) is being developed in the region, as a collaborative economic development with South Korea. KIP construction started in June 2003, and in August 2003 North and South Korea ratified four tax and accountancy agreements to support investment. Pilot phase construction was completed in june 2004, and the KIP opened in December 2004. In the KIP's initial phase, 15 South Korean companies constructed manufacturing facilities. Three of the companies had started operations by march 2005. First phase plans envisaged participation by 250 South Korean companies from 2006, employing 100,000 people by 2007. Based on the 2009, 117 factories were employing approximately 41,000 north' workers and 1,000 south' staff. The industrial park is seen as a way for South Korean companies to employ cheap labour that is educated, skilled and speaks Korean which would make communication considerably easier. However the zone still faces a number of obstacles. In the view point of these obstacles, especially this study focused on the complementary issues for the improvement of trade goods management systems between South and North Korea. At the result of this study, it is suggested that, i) to establish portal system based on single window, ii) strengthen user-interface hands of logistic facilities, iii) stable foundations of trade and/or logistic management systems, iv) networking of IT infrastructure with South and North Korea, and so on.
