본 연구는 마케팅 관점에서 국립자연휴양림의 객실가격 전략을 개발하고자 실시하였다. 분석방법은 객실유형(숲속의집, 산림문화휴양관) 및 객실규모(4, 5, 6, 7 인실)에 따른 가격민감성(PSM) 분석을 적용하였으며, 6개 국립자연휴양림에서 236명의 객실 숙박이용객을 대상으로 현지설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 자연휴양림 객실규모에 있어서는 객실규모가 클수록 가격민감성이 높았으며, 객실유형별로는 숲속의 집이 산림문화휴양관 보다 가격민감성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 현재 성수기 객실가격은 6인실과 7인실 산림문화휴양관을 제외한 모든 객실에서 가격수용대 내에 포함되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 객실의 판매를 촉진시키기 위해서는 적정수준의 가격 인하를 검토하거나, 가격인하가 용이하지 않을 경우 고객이 지각할 수 있는 객실시설물 고급화 등 가격 이외의 다른 가치를 높이기 위한 전략이 필요할 것이다.

Various buildings constructed by environmentally friendly resources are being built in KOREA. Especially as the wood has distinctive ecological merits in comparison with reinforced concrete and brick, the buildings made by the wood are acknowledged with its superiority of ecological value. Enough field studies for their thermal environment, however, haven't been done. In this study, to investigate indoor environmental condition and occupants' response to it of Log Cabin in Gyeongsangnam-do Hamyang Country Jirisan Natural Recreation Forest, examination of indoor thermal environment and field subjective evaluation have been done in that fundamental information of thermal environment characteristics can be suggested. The results are following; 1) Thermal environment of the Log Cabins; Indoor and outdoor mean dry bulb temperature were $21.9^{\circ}C$ and $-3.1^{\circ}C$, and Indoor and outdoor average relative humidity were 25.8% and 52.1%. These results are below ASHRAE; dry bulb temp. $22.0^{\circ}C$, humidity 30%, and above domestic standards; dry bulb temp. $18{\sim}20.0^{\circ}C$, humidity $40{\sim}60%$. 2) Result of subjective evaluation; Thermal sensation and its comfort were evaluated as 'slightly uncomfortable' because of 'slightly warm'. And humid sensation and its comfort were evaluated as 'slightly uncomfortable' because of 'slightly warm'. 3) Result of vertical temperature and humidity; Vertical temperature difference from head to ankle was $0.54^{\circ}C$ which means most occupants may feel comfortable.

본 연구에서는 농촌관광 방문객에게 제공되는 편의시설을 유형화하고 어떤 특징을 가진 방문객이 어떤 편의시설을 선호하는지를 규명하기 위한 방법과 그 분석결과를 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 우선 2단계 군집분석법을 사용하여 농촌관광 편의시설을 유형화하였다. 그 다음으로 군집분석에 사용되는 변인이 범주형 변인이 있을 경우 전통적인 군집분석 방법을 적용할 수 없기 때문에 2단계 군집분석을 하였다. 본 연구는 2단계 군집분석법이 범주형 변인으로 측정된 농촌관광의 편의시설을 유형화하는 데 매우 유용하다는 것을 보여 주고 있다. 다중로짓 모형을 사용하여 특정 편의시설 유형을 선호할 확률에 영향을 미치는 농촌관광 방문자의 사회인구학적 특성과 여행특성을 규명하였다. 즉, 다중로짓 모형을 통해 참조항(일반농가형)으로 설정된 편의시설 유형에 비해 특정 편의시설을 선호할 확률에 영향을 미치는 소비자의 특성을 규명할 수 있다는 것이 본 연구의 특징이다.

On the website r/NYYankees, a sub-forum ("subreddit") of Reddit is devoted to the Major League Baseball team New York Yankees, with its predominantly male users showing their appreciation for baseball heroes by expressing erotic desires towards the players. When a player performs well, the subreddit is filled with admiration of desires to become the player's intimate lover-explicitly expressed by "male" fans. This paper explains the phenomenon of young male fans' desire for the now-lost model of traditional masculinity of domination and control, displayed in the context of baseball players' dominant performances. The discrepancy between a fan's non-homosexual real-world self and his homoerotic language on the subreddit is explained using the "performative fandom" theory, developed by Osborne and Coombs borrowing Butler's notion of performativity. This paper suggests how this desire for traditional masculinity serves as recognition to the collapse of masculinity in the modern American society.

With the increase in individual income and leisure time, those urban residents who want to stay in farmland on weekend are being increased. On the contrary, rural economic situation is getting worse due to the lack of labor and income. For this, as a win-win strategy between urban and rural life, a Kleingarten(below 'KG') has been attracted by local government such as Kyunggi prefecture in Korea. This article exam the situation of KG, a weekend farm where one can stay the night in a log cabin, from the perspective of Multi-habitation. For this purpose, this study surveyed four KG areas; two cases at Yangpyung and Yeonchoen in Korea, the rest are at Kasama and Yachiyo in Japan. The findings are as following. First, a standard regulation for the application and management of users in KG should be established as soon as possible. Second, the exchange between users in KG and local residents around KG should be activated in terms of well organized exchange program. Third, a sufficient budget by public sectors or an economic scheme where private sectors can participate in this program should be arranged. Lastly, a use of post occupancy should be well managed by user themselves in KG and well monitored by supervisor of KG simultaneously.
