국내 복합리조트 숙박시설의 실내디자인특성 분석 - 콘도미니엄 객실을 중심으로 - (A Study on Characteristics of Lodging Facility Design in Domestic Resort Complexes - Focus on the Guestrooms of Condominium -)

  • According to the rapid changes in our society and lifestyles, the methods of spending leisure time are being diversified and the facilities for leisure activities are growing as multi-purposed complexes. Purpose of this study was to figure out the design changes of lodging facility interiors in resort complexes which had been influenced by socio-economic conditions after the year 2000, and to provide fundamental references for planning pleasant and differentiated resort accommodations. To accomplish this purpose, the recent tendency of making complex resort facilities was examined and the changes in the properties of lodging facility design since the year 2000 was analyzed. The result shows that the surface areas of guestroom units have been enlarged, and the composition of floor plans has been diversified into various types. Also the number of bathrooms and built-in furniture units has been increased. For the design properties, concepts and themes for guestroom design has been diversified by applying unique color schemes and design elements. The characteristics of lodging facility design in domestic resort complex have been developed to reflect social trends and customer needs. Nevertheless, to deal with changing culture of leisure life, continuous study on resort facilities and various types of lodging facility is required.

개발주체별 자연휴양림 시설물의 차이 (Differences in Facilities of Natural Recreation Forests Developed by Public and Private Bodies)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the difference in facilities of natural recreation forests developed by public and private body to answer the research that what is the difference in development of natural recreation forest between public and private developer\ulcorner After reviewing the literatures, developer's decision-making and motivation of investment, and the planning process of natural recreation forest, we had constructed th conceptual framework and have found the hypothesis of this research. Using data on development status of natural recreation forests and questionnaire surveying of 625 visitors from 9 among 72 natural recreation forests in Korea, We analyzed the data through the comparison of quantity of facilities per 1000 visitors and logistic regression method for quality of facilities. We have found that 1) the six facilities have been turned out to be statistically significant in determining the difference of public and private recreation forests. i.e., infrastructure including roads, maintenance and information and lodging and evacuation, indoor education, outdoor education, and shopping, 2) public recreation forests are well equipped such basic facility as roads, maintenance and information, lodging and evacuation while private recreation forests are well equipped such facility as indoor education, outdoor education, and shopping, and 3) the importance of such facility as roads, maintenance and information, lodging and evacuation, outdoor education, and shopping have been turned out to have 1.99, 2.26, 1.99, 3.01 and 2.24 times more important than that of indoor education, respectively. We can conclude that public recreation forest seems to be equipped with the facilities for sound recreational opportunities for general public, and private recreation forest turned out to have more facilities for pursuit of profits, installed basic facilities for user convenience and service, and special facilities for attracting user and raising revenue. Using the results of this research, we can make a guideline for a market positioning, and standards and provisions of natural recreation forests. We suggest that the relationship between user-satisfaction and recreation facility is needed to be examined in the future research.

오피스텔의 생활형 숙박업 용도변경 활성화를 위한 제도적 개선방안 연구 (Legal Institutional Improvement Measures for Revitalization of Change in Building use Officetel to Lifestyle Lodging Industry)

  • 본 연구는 오피스텔의 생활형 숙박업으로의 용도전환을 활성화하기 위해서 어떠한 제도적 개선방안이 필요한지 연구하였다. 연구방법으로는 첫째, 오피스텔의 생활형 숙박업 용도 전환 저해요소를 정립하였다. 둘째, AHP방식을 이용하여 향후 오피스텔을 생활형 숙박업으로 용도 전환하는 것을 활성화할 목적에서 제도적 혹은 운영적 측면에서 개선이 시급한 중요도를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 오피스텔의 생활형숙박업 용도변경 저해요인으로 4개 항목 13개의 세부지표가 도출되었다. AHP 결과, '기존 분양계약자 100% 동의 요건'이 1위, '용도지역지구 중 상업/준주거지역' 2위, '전문 위탁운영업체 부족' 3위, '상대정화구역' 4위, '복잡한 인허가 절차로 용도변경 지연' 5위, '위탁운영사 운영 리스크' 6위, '시설물 관리 부담' 7위, '관련 제도 홍보부족' 8위, '건축법 내 생활형 숙박시설 개념 미비' 9위, '주차장, 하수도, 소방시설 등 기본 건축 요건' 10위, '환기시설 설치' 11위, '객실별 욕실 또는 샤워실 설치' 12위, '취사시설 설치' 13위로 나타났다.

농어촌민박의 안전관리 기준 및 안전지표에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Safety Management Standards and Safety Indicators Private Lodging in Farming and Fishing Villages in Rural Area)

  • 농어촌 민박 이용객의 증가와 정부의 관련 정책에 대한 다양한 지원이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 농어촌 민박의 숙박 서비스에 대한 안전기준이나 안전지표가 부족하여 2018년 12월 강릉 펜션 일산화탄소 누출사고, 2020년 1월 동해 펜션 가스폭발사고 등 대형사고가 발생하고 있으며 국민의 안전을 위협하고 있다. 숙박업소와 달리 농어촌 민박의 경우 소화기와 화재경보기 등의 일정 요건을 갖추면 영업이 가능하도록 되어있다. 농림축산식품부는 농어촌 민박 제도개선 대책으로 농어촌정비법 개정을 통해 가스와 전기안전 전문가가 안전점검을 하고 그 확인서를 제출하는 제도를 도입하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 농어촌 민박의 숙박시설에 대한 안전기준과 안전지표를 제시하여 농어촌 민박과 관련한 지방자치단체와 정부의 운영관리와 점검에 필요한 기준을 제시하는 데 있다. 숙박시설의 안전관리는 국민의 가장 기본적인 안전과 직결된다. 따라서 농어촌 민박에 대한 적절한 안전기준을 제시하고 신고필증을 배부할 필요가 있으며 지속적인 수시점검과 안전교육 및 소방, 질식사고 등에 대한 사전예방을 위한 대책을 세울 필요가 있다. 본 연구를 통해 농어촌 민박의 안전관리 실태에 대한 조사와 분석 결과를 바탕으로 안전관리 기준 및 안전지표, 수시점검 방법, 사고예방 교육을 제공하고 제도화 할 필요성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 농어촌 민박의 숙박이용 국민에 대한 안전확보를 위해 반드시 안전관리 기준과 교육을 제도화하는 것이 시급한 것으로 보인다.

전통 한옥 숙박시설의 활성화 방안: 전주 한옥마을을 중심으로 (Conservation and Revitalization Strategies of Traditional Korean Lodges:Focused on the Jeonju Hanok Village)

  • As one of the conservation strategies, the city of Jeonju established regulations to conserve and revitalize the Hanok village as an attractive tour site. Some of old traditional houses were renovated into traditional inns. A couple of traditional houses were additionally built for lodging houses. The need for urban rehabilitation and adaptive re-use has been growing in Jeonju province. The purpose of this study was to examine how the traditional houses were converted into lodging places balancing the conflict issues such as preserving the unique characteristics of Hanok and updating functional requirement of modern lodging in terms of sustainable reuse and development. For this study, site visits and intensive interview with the owners of the seven traditional lodges were conducted. There was lack of guidelines and strategies renovation or rehabilitation of Hanok as lodging facility for sustainable use and revitalization of city. For the seven traditional Hanok inns, layout of rooms characterized as separate and disconnected, while traditional houses were open, flexible and connected regarding room arrangement. In addition, for sustainable development, the living environment of the community should be secured and align with developing strategies of the area.

유스호스텔의 숙박공간 구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Planning of Living Space Composition in Youth Hostel)

  • The Youth Hostel in Korea, differently from that of other countries, has been introduced in order to attract School Excursion Group, and was developed as one of Youth Training Facilities. Youth Hostel as Youth Training Facility can be utilized as a healthy experiential space for youth education, as a stage for an international interchange, as a field for the lifelong education of various classes, and is also the Lodging Accommodation which is now highly appearing of the demand as a safe and educational lodging place to both individuals and family-unit tourists. The Purpose of this Research is aimed to provide the necessary fundamental materials to the planned forthcoming future Youth Hostel, after grasping of such present status as well as its structure and composition of space and spacial characteristic. Since Youth Hostel in Korea is managing on the center of the basis for youths and other groups, in order to compute the proper heads, it is required the scale-level which can accommodate all students in One-Unit Grade of a school at minimum. Accordingly, it seems that must be equipped with accommodating capacity of more than 300~400 persons. As because of recent quality-improvement in the portion of Youth Hostel Lodging, it is under planning with containing of the Sanitary Space at inside of lodging room, and Self-Cooking Space as well. In compliance with such various particulars, it looks that the lodging area should be at least more than $3.5m^2$ per a person.

자연휴양림(自然休養林) 매력물(魅力物)의 기대불일치(期待不一致)가 이용만족도(利用滿足度)에 미치는 영향(影響) - 자연휴양림의 휴양자원과 시설을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Expectancy-Disconfirmation of Attraction Affecting Visitor's Satisfaction in Natural Recreation Forests - Focused on Recreational Resources and Facilities -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 자연휴양림 매력물의 기대불일치가 이용만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 자연휴양림의 자원과 시설, 기대불일치, 이용만족도에 관한 이론적 고찰을 통해 자연휴양림의 매력물을 도출하고 개념적 틀을 설정하였다. 본 연구의 자료는 2004년 여름철에 3개의 자연휴양림 이용자 415명을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 수집되었다. 분석결과, 1) 각 매력물 중 이용자 흥미자원의 기대도와 성취도 수준이 가장 높았다. 2) 자연휴양림 매력물에 대한 기대도와 성취도간에는 1% 유의 수준에서 통계적 차이가 있었다. 3) 기대불일치가 가장 심한 매력물은 안전시설이었으며, 기대불일치가 적은 매력물은 생물적 자원(식물)으로 나타났다 4) 이용만족도는 매력물의 기대불일치가 클수록 낮아지는 것으로 평가되었다. 5) 다변량 분석결과, 물리적 자원, 사회문화적 자원, 숙박시설, 기반시설, 안전시설, 위생시설, 교육시설의 기대불일치가 1% 유의수준에서 이용만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수로 규명되었으며, 매력물 중 이용만족도의 값의 변화에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 기반시설의 기대불일치인 것으로 평가되었다.

동해시 민박업실태에 관한 연구 (A study on the homestay in Donghae City)

  • This study focuses on analyzing the present conditions of homestay in Donghae, which helps to increase the fishing and agrarian villages' income and offer a low-priced lodging facility to tourists. Furthmore it tries to find the related problems and to suggest the solutions. For this purpose, homestsy businesses in Donghae city was surveyed by the questionnaire. Frequency analysis and Cross table analysis of the collected 97 questionnaries were conducted by the SPSS, and the related problems were found as follows. After homestay business turned to the liberal business, professional homestay businessmen appeared and conflicts between farmer and professional businessman came out. And there's a limitation on providing subsidiary facilities and services for the local businesses because of their financial difficulty and on-off season. Therefore to develop “fishing and agrarian villages' homestay businesses” well-defined standards of homestay is required. Then to provide subsidiary facility, services and special programs activation of homestay association is necessary. Finally, to attract tourists, local government's tourist attraction policy is needed.

일본 클라인가르텐 사례분석을 통한 국내 가족농원 발전 방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Korean Kleingarten Model in Terms of Japanese Kleingarten)

  • This paper performed a basic study for the development of so called a Korean style community garden, a Kleingarten in Japan, according to the increase of demand for green tourism For this, theoretical research and interviews with site surveys for Kleingarten in Japan were carried out and some strategic conclusions were drawn. The results show that, from the perspective of hardware, facilities and size should be setup according to the condition in Korea and long-tenn demands for green tourism Adequate size of lodging facility, a cottage, should accompany the garden. More attention should be paid for the management of Kleingarten. In addition, from the perspective of software, Administration should make an effort to obtain the understanding and cooperation from the local residents. It turns out that a Kleingarten takes an important role when urban residents move into rural areas or carry out a multi-habitation. Barrier-free design for cottages is also needed.
