성공적인 지역발전 모델을 창출하기 위해서는 지역의 공간적 특색을 살릴 수 있는 전략산업 육성이 필요 하다. 지역산업 발전의 선택과 집중사이에서 선정된 전략산업이 지역경제를 이끄는 원동력이 될 것이며 지역경제 활성화에 파급효과를 줄 것은 분명하기 때문이다. 이를 위해 단순히 정책적 과제로만 끝나는 것이 아니라 지속적인 실행에 옮길 수 있도록 지자체의 많은 관심과 역할이 중요하며 장기적으로 지역산업과 관련된 주체의 지속적인 발전이 가능한지를 평가해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 지역산업을 육성하는 정책적 사업의 적정성을 고려하기 위해서 다양한 평가지표가 고려되어야 할 것임에 착안하여 국내외 지역발전 성공사례를 중심으로 지표를 구축하였다. 다음으로 전문가를 대상으로 컨조인트 분석을 실시하여 지표의 가중치를 도출하고, 지속가능한 지역산업이 갖춰야 할 합리적 평가체계 방안을 제시하였다. 그 결과 '지역발전' 부문에서 '지역경제', '인력양성', '지역마케팅' 부문의 속성으로 구분하여 총 9개의 지표를 도출하였고, '산업발전'부문의 '인프라 구축', '기술개발', '기업지원'의 9개 지표를 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통한 시사점을 살펴보면, 첫째, 향후 지역산업 육성정책의 평가 시 다양하고, 구체적인 평가체제를 기본으로 부족 부분을 보완해 나가야 할 것이다. 둘째, 지자체는 전략적으로 산업간 융복합이 가능하고, 광역지역 간 연계가 용이한 전략 산업을 우선적으로 고려해야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 지역산업을 위한 인재와 기업에 대한 원활한 기반마련 및 지원이 이루어 져야 한다.

This study aims to present the basic criterions about the planning of local residential area in the middle or small city with an analysis of several samples in Paris, where is currently realizing many various housing projects and residential area development, especially theirs development methods, form and composition of theses samples and residential areas. At this object, this study was preceded with 3 main contents. Firstly, it has examined the development method, procedure and development samples, which is the precedence step for the organization of dwelling zone. Secondly, after presenting the criterions analysis of residential area's samples as drew the concept related with the presented residential area planning in corresponded cases, it has analyzed about the practical planning factors applied at each samples. Lastly, regarding precedent studies, it has examined the relation between planning factors and theory factors. The residential development in Paris, which was examined by this study, has been achieved through reasonable procedure from the superior concepts to detail planning and concept design for the project and the analysis result like this is expected to use as the basic criterions for the development and planning orientation of local residential area in Korea.

Social capital is the basis for enabling regional development, and although it is the result of regional development that produces greater productivity through the combination of human and material capital, there is a lack of discussions in connection with rural development. This study saw that the local capacity building project affects the social capital of the local residents and such social network is realized through the rural area development project based on the participation of the residents. As a result of the analysis, the regional capacity building project has a positive influence on the social capital of the region and the willingness to participate in the project, and bridge-type social capital has shown a mediating effect on education and consulting fields. Only when local social capital, especially bridge-type social capital, is cultivated through the regional capacity building project can the project be transformed into one suitable for local conditions through active participation of residents.

Need suitable development project and support, political care in the village for reasonable development of farm village area.. In these process, first of all, important thing is local resident's participation. Because Forwarded businesses had occupied bulk without absolute participation of local resident who the biggest problem that appear in government-initiated farm village policy past is real subject of Ready front business and recipient. First departure of these rural development policy plan sees that it is local resident's participation will. In this study, present role of access method and expert to inculcate inhabitants participation relationship of relevant area as early study for development project establishment that can coincide in special quality of relevant farm village area, role of a concern interested. Investigation area did the Chung chong-bukdo Chung-ju city Ang-seong village to the dimension.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the influence of local residents' nature environment attitudes for National Park development impact perceptions and to examine application possibility of nature environment attitude for resolution information of National Park management conflicts. Thirty items of residents' perceptions and opinions were designed from previous tourism impact studies. The new environmental paradigm(NEP) was used to measure local residents' nature environment attitudes. In April, 2003, 239 questionnaires were obtained from interview survey in local residents' villages near Gyearyongsan National Park. Generally, most of the local residents perceived low economic effects and negative environment impacts for National Park development. Nature environment attitudes levels were significant differences with socioeconomic variables of local residents, specially high in age, education level and influenced their perceptions toward National Park development impacts. The results were suggested that the nature environment attitudes could be provided a useful reverential framework in resolution of National Park management conflicts.

Although the philosophy of sustainable community development does not give the cure-all solutions for the major problems faced in the communities, it is theoretically and practically recognized as a newly emerging paradigm toward community development theoretically and practically. However, more specific tasks and issues of sustainable community development remain unchallenged and descriptive statements. The main objective of this study was to find out the extensive community development practices through the review of current works in the area of sustainable community development indicator, local agenda 21 and the relative issues. The recommendations of this study were the following; 1) The sustainable community development indicators available in the community level should be selected. Also, how to integrate the objective condition and subjective perception in community development practices, and how to weigh the indicator item should be solved in order to compare and measure the implementation of community development works. 2) In relation to local agenda 21, how to secure the implementation mechanism is more important than the developing the local agenda 21. 3) The policies aimed to raise the resident's awareness, formation of community field, create community social capitals, and define strategies to the selective community development programs should be considered to make the philosophy of sustainable community development active in the field level.

Interests in tourism and leisure have increased with the quality of life in Korea. The government takes the lead in development of tourism for balanced development between regions and local governments use development of tourism as a means for vitalization of local economy. The sustainable and eco-friendly development plan is required for the tourism development, because it needs effective use of limited natural resources and consideration of environmental capacity in the region. This study analyzed the trend of tourism development during nine years, and problems with respect to planning and environment aspects on the basis of four examples which follow recent development trend. We suggest improvement plan that 1) establishment of consistency and systematics of tourism development, 2) enforcement of setting up regional tourism development plan, 3) comprehensive and systematic plan establishment in consideration of private sector, 4) reasonable adjustment and environmental management for development project of approval organization, 5) removal of duplicate regulations for development project. Application of the improvement plan while setting up tourism plan could contribute to vitalization of local economy, and environmental preservation and management.

1960년대의 포스트모더니즘에서 출발한 지역사 연구는 국가사 중심의 역사를 지양하고 다양성의 주체인 지역에 주목하였다. 지역화가 사회의 주요한 현상으로 등장하면서 지역사 연구가 활기를 띠고 있으며 이를 문화콘텐츠로 활용하려는 움직임도 활발하다. 이러한 지역사를 콘텐츠화 하는 사업에 비해 지역사 학습이 필요한 학생들을 대상으로 하는 교육콘텐츠 개발은 미흡한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 역사학습의 기본 도구인 기록물(사료)를 활용한 지역사 교육콘텐츠 개발 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 문헌연구, 해외사례분석, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 등을 통하여 기록물을 활용한 지역사 교육콘텐츠 개발 방안을 제시하였다. 문헌 연구에서는 지역사, 지역사 학습, 교육콘텐츠에 대한 연구를 검토하고 정리하였다. 해외사례분석에서는 지역사 교육콘텐츠를 활발하게 서비스하고 있는 미국, 영국, 호주의 주립기록보존소들의 지역사 교육콘텐츠를 분석하여 그 특징을 도출하였다. 이들 이론적 배경을 토대로 부산 지역의 중학교 역사 교사를 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 부산 지역사 교육콘텐츠 개발에 반영되어야 할 14개의 범주와 35개의 하위범주를 추출하였다. 이론적 토대와 사례분석, 면담을 통하여 지역사 교육콘텐츠의 개발 원칙과 절차를 제안하고 이 절차에 따라 부산의 지역사 교육콘텐츠 개발 방안을 제시하였다.

This paper aims to elaborate the role and availability of the community enterprise as a form of methodology in local regeneration, dealing with urban social problems generated in the process of urban development. In a situation of the increasing skepticism in the capitalism, the instability in public welfare system and disintegration of community, social economy has come to the fore as an alternative. The community enterprise, especially, has shown the potential to form a virtuous cycle in local regeneration system; residents recognize local problems by themselves; discover and utilize the local resources and assets in the process of solving the problems as an entrepreneurial form; and consequently create social and economic capital which can be reinvested in the local community. Given these aspects, Korean government has implemented supporting policies for the promotion of community enterprises, and new government's "Urban Regeneration New Deal Project" are putting more importance on the role of social and community enterprises as a propulsion unit. In this regard, this paper first explores the concept and features of community enterprise in economic and social aspects, whereby it analyzes the capacity of community enterprises as principal agencies or implements in local development. Then, the development status and institutional supports for community enterprises in the UK is revealed, and investigates case studies which are playing a revolutionary role in urban regeneration or local economic revitalization. Based on this analysis, it draws the main factors for the sustainable and autogenous community enterprise as follows: flexibility in legal forms, community owned assets, diverse fund streams and invigorating social investment market, active partnership between public and private sectors, ardent enterprisers and intermediate support organizations.

This study is intended to suggest an ideal direction of the information systems policy for the local small business firms. In an effort to accomplish this objective, this paper tried to identify the current states of the information systems and measure the level of the information systems of local small business firms based on the maturity stage and the development level. The study then explored the evidence how the maturity stage and the development level affect the business performance of the local small business firms. The research found out that the organizational factor such as the support of CEO and the financial factor such as IS investment took major roles to improve the business performance. Based on the research findings of this study, the paper suggested the desirable solution of the information system policy to deal with the problems the local small business firms need to overcome.
