The research is centered towards analyzing the usage status of YouTube platform and the nature of content supplied to YouTube by selecting Korean two Traffic Broadcastings Based on TBS(Traffic Broadcasting System) and TBN(Traffic Broadcasting Network). TBS operates 'Citizen's Broadcasting', which has 1.1 million subscribers among 13 YouTube channels, as its main channel. TBN has only 15,000 subscribers to its main 'TBN Tong', and YouTube channels in 12 local networks. TBS which has a dedicated YouTube manpower, is far ahead of TBN in terms of YouTube channel management and content composition. Both broadcasters are passive about creating new media content due to job stability. For the development of the YouTube platform for these two broadcasters, organizational changes within traffic broadcasting and changes in the perception of members are required, and live broadcasting and discovery of star creators are required. In the changing media environment two traffic broadcastings need a program distribution strategy that can be included in various media platforms.

This study considered regional differences in the university-industry collaboration of Korean universities and performed cluster analysis to identify the spatial range with high university-industry collaboration connectivity. By university establishment type, it was found that the university-industry collaboration capacity of the major national university was superior overall, especially in the technology transfer & commercialization sector and the infrastructure sector, compared to private universities and general national universities. The spatial pattern of university-industry collaboration capacity showed relatively clear differences by city and province. In terms of university-industry collaboration capacity by sector, it was confirmed that the regional gap was not large in the talent training sector and the infrastructure sector, but the regional gap was relatively large in the technology transfer & commercialization sector and the start-up sector. As a result of the cluster analysis to identify a spatial range with high connectivity in terms of similarity and spatial proximity of university-industry collaboration patterns, it is divided into 15 clusters. It is found that most of major national universities are included in one of 15 clusters where all sectors of university-industry collaboration are strong. Therefore, as a policy measure to achieve regional innovative growth through enhancing the effectiveness of university-industry collaboration, we propose the establishment of a hub & spoke network-type collaboration system in which a major national university acts as a hub and nearby local universities play a spoke role.

This study analyzed the child protection system in Germany from a preventive perspective and attempts to find the applicable implications to Korea. The research method was analyzed in terms of legal, policy and professionalism. The result is as follows. First, Child and Youth Support Act in Germany stipulated a preventive support system to restore the function of the family. Second, according to the Civil Act, it was stipulated that the family court could intervene early. Third, the federal Child Protection Act stipulated community cooperation for thd child protection system. Fourth, the Youth Agency as the general authority made it possible to provide preventive support and intervention at the same time. Firth, qualification standards were specified in the Child and Youth Support Act. Child protection specialists are granted to public officials who have worked for more than three years. The implications are as follows. First, the child protection system, which operates as a child abuse reporting system, should be expanded to a preventive support system. Second, it is necessary to expand monitoring by establishing an early warning system between networks in order to establish a support system for potentially at-risk children. Third, local governments should support children and parents flexibly and comprehensively for dysfunction caused by difficulties at home. Fourth, it is necessary to enact the Child Protection System Cooperation Act for a network cooperation system.
Purpose: The Ministry of Employment and Labor manages disasters based on the standard manual for risk management of large-scale human accidents in workplaces when large-scale disasters such as fires and collapses occur in workplaces. We are going to check the standard manual currently in operation and suggest improvement plans for the insufficient items. Method: Accordingly, the standard manual was checked together with internal and external experts in the disaster management manual and disaster management staff at headquarters and local government offices, and items to be improved were identified with priority. Result: In case of a collapse accident, it is necessary for the Ministry of Public Administration and Security to accurately present the selection criteria in order to eliminate the controversy over the selection of the disaster management department. In addition, it seems necessary to supplement the details of the disaster safety communication network operation and evacuation guidelines. Conclusion: In the future, in order to improve the disaster management system that meets the public's eye level, it is expected to prepare a standard manual for risk management of large-scale human accidents in workplaces that guarantees the lives and safety of workers through the collection of opinions from experts in the relevant field, disaster management personnel, and the general public.

Background: Antibiotic resistance is a significant public health concern around the globe. Antimicrobial peptides exhibit broad-spectrum and efficient antibacterial activity with an added advantage of low drug resistance. The higher water content and 3D network structure of the hydrogels are beneficial for maintaining antimicrobial peptide activity and help to prevent degradation. The antimicrobial peptide released from hydrogels also hasten the local wound healing by promoting epithelial tissue regeneration and granulation tissue formation. Objective: This study aimed at developing sodium alginate based hydrogel loaded with a novel antimicrobial peptide Chol-37(F34-R) and to investigate the characteristics in vitro and in vivo as an alternative antibacterial wound dressing to treat infectious wounds. Methods: Hydrogels were developed and optimized by varying the concentrations of crosslinkers and subjected to various characterization tests like cross-sectional morphology, swelling index, percent water contents, water retention ratio, drug release and antibacterial activity in vitro, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa infected wound mice model in vivo. Results: The results indicated that the hydrogel C proved superior in terms of cross-sectional morphology having uniformly sized interconnected pores, a good swelling index, with the capacity to retain a higher quantity of water. Furthermore, the optimized hydrogel has been found to exert a significant antimicrobial activity against bacteria and was also found to prevent bacterial infiltration into the wound site due to forming an impermeable barrier between the wound bed and external environment. The optimized hydrogel was found to significantly hasten skin regeneration in animal models when compared to other treatments in addition to strong inhibitory effect on the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines (interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α). Conclusions: Our results suggest that sodium alginate -based hydrogels loaded with Chol-37(F34-R) hold the potential to be used as an alternative to conventional antibiotics in treating infectious skin wounds.

This study is about the story of 'Saemi', existing in the Sacheon Alluvial fan area. Saemi is a local word for Dumbeong, which is the traditional water irrigation facilities in this area that could be formed according to the geographical characteristics of a Alluvial fan site. In the meantime, although Saemi has been an important source of water, related research has been mainly done from an ecological point of view. Accordingly, the researcher paid attention to the functional aspects of Saemi itself, grasped its location, distribution status, and usage including the construction method, and considered its intrinsic value through classification and characteristic analysis of Saemi. As a result of five field surveys from September 2021 to October 2022, 129 Saemies remained in the Sacheon alluvial fan area. According to the structure and shape, Saemi could be divided into basic type, complex type, and buried type. The basic type was subdivided into bucket-type and stairs-type along with the complex type, and the buried type was subdivided into all buried-type and some buried-type. Saemies were mainly distributed at the distal end of the Sacheon alluvial fan site, individual Saemies were built on farmland, and common Saemies were usually built along roadsides adjacent to villages. The reason why the Saemies are concentrated at the distal end is the geographical characteristics of the alluvial fan where the water underflows. Saemi was an important multifunctional water supply source equivalent to the main water source for people at the distal end of the pond who did not receive a stable supply of water from the reservoir. Saemi was at the center of the underground water irrigation network agricultural system in the Sacheon alluvial fan area according to the principles of 'bbaeim(drop out)' and 'gaepim(pooling)' It has provided a foundation for establishing itself as an appropriate technology in this area. Such Saemi contributed to the rural landscape and agricultural biodiversity through its own system and served as a public interest function. It is necessary to know, conserve, manage, and continuously utilize the value of this Saemi as an agricultural heritage.

Recently, the city railway in the Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA) has offered a low quality of service as a passage time, because it was operated slowly. So, the people who live in modern society are not satisfied about passage time, therefore, this study tried to make that the subway in the SMA becomes a more functional and effective wide-area-transportation-network through an express train introduction's method which examined cases from abroad and current system. and then presented how express train could be applied to current system. In a case study, We used the An-San Line and Su-In Line as a examples and developed a schedule which can minimize the delaying time of subway by using Branch & Bound Algorithm. The train operational plan was loaded to consider a railroad siding, Obtained site, and the dispatch interval(three to ten minutes) for the express and local lines and finally, We presented an alternative operational plan which made by those factors.
The purpose of this research is to develop transition process and programmes for gently converting people with disabilities to local communities, through their empowerments. The methods used in the research were literature research, case studies on related programs, and expert interviews. The following shows the results. Firstly, the transition process for people with developmental disorders is exceedingly limited, and the process does not consider special attention needed for people with developmental disorders. Secondly, the postsecondary education programs for people with developmental disorders are being started as transition processes, however these programs need more connection with secondary schools. Thirdly, the primary factors which must be contemplated for University programs(for people with developmental disorders, after secondary education) are self-cognition and self-understanding. According to these results, we can suggest transition processes and programs within Universities for people with developmental disorders. (In Korea) Firstly, the postsecondary transition for people with developmental disorders requires a consideration of their characteristics, and mainstreaming education is also needed for their self-cognition and self-understanding. Considering this, the transition process within Universities can be an alternative. Secondly, tertiary educations within Universities for people with developmental disorders need to consider the following factors: ① The programs in Universities need to set up a support network. ② The door to program should be open to all students with developmental disorders within the Universities. ③ Organization of human resources must be systematized and connected, so that specialists within the Universities can participate in the postsecondary education programs for people with developmental disorders. ④ Inclusive learning activities must be under-taken, allowing students without disabilities to participate in the programs for students with developmental disorders.

The 4th industrial revolution technology is developing people's lives more efficiently. GIS provided on the Internet services such as traffic information and time information makes people getting more quickly to destination. National geographic information service(NGIS) and each local government are making basic data to investigate SOC accessibility for analyzing optimal point. To construct the shortest distance, the accessibility from the starting point to the arrival point is analyzed. Applying road network map, the starting point and the ending point, the shortest distance, the optimal accessibility is calculated by using Dijkstra algorithm. The analysis information from multiple starting points to multiple destinations was required more than 3 steps of manual analysis to decide the position for the optimal point, within about 0.1% error. It took more time to process the many-to-many (M×N) calculation, requiring at least 32G memory specification of the computer. If an optimal proximity analysis service is provided at a desired location more versatile, it is possible to efficiently analyze locations that are vulnerable to business start-up and living facilities access, and facility selection for the public.
This study attempted to find a way to utilize idle spaces in rural areas as a way to respond to rural extinction. Based on the keywords "startup," "youth start-up," and "youth start-up+rural," start-up+rural," the study sought to identify the perception of idle facilities in rural areas through the keywords "Idle facilities" and "closed schools." The study presented basic data for policy direction and plan search by reviewing frequency analysis, major keyword analysis, network analysis, emotional analysis, and domestic and foreign cases. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that idle facilities and school closures are acting importantly as factors for regional regeneration. Second, in the case of youth startups in rural areas, it was found that not only education on agriculture but also problems for residence should be solved together. Third, in the case of young people, it was confirmed that it was necessary to establish digital utilization for agriculture by actively starting a business using digital. Finally, in order to attract young people and revitalize the region through best practices at home and abroad, policy measures that can serve as various platforms such as culture and education as well as startups should be presented in connection with local residents. These results are significant in that they presented implications for youth start-ups in rural areas by reviewing start-up recognition for the influx of young people as one of the alternatives for the use of idle facilities and regional regeneration, and if additional solutions are presented through field surveys, they can be used to set policy goals that fit the reality.
