Purpose: Pyoderma gangrenosum is a rare inflammatory, reactive dermatosis marked by painful cutaneous ulcer. The causes of pyoderma gangrenosum remain unclear. Gastrointestinal, hematological, rheumatological, and immmune disorders may be associated with pyoderma gangrenosum. The appearance of this disease may range from mild skin ulcers to life-threatening conditions. Generalized multiple ulcerative pyoderma gangrenosum is very rare. Here we report our experience with a case of multiple ulcerative pyoderma gangrenosum accompanied by ulcerative colitis. Methods: A 67-year-old man had cutaneous ulcers at multiple sites including the scalp, face, chest, abdomen, hands, and buttocks. He also developed gastrointestinal symptoms such as intermittent dyspepsia and bloody excrement. Debridement and irritation aggravated the disease progress. We gave a diagnosis of pyoderma gangrenosum with ulcerative colitis based on the clinical appearance and biopsy. The patient was treated with systemic intravenous steroid therapies and careful wound cares. Ulcers of the scalp and buttocks were treated with split thickness skin grafts. Results: Most of the multiple cutaneous ulcers were treated by systemic intravenous steroid therapies and wound cares. The rest of the ulcers were treated with skin grafts. Systemic intravenous steroid therapy was used to treat the ulcerative colitis. Conclusion: Generalized multiple ulcerative pyoderma gangrenosum is very rare. Without making an accurate diagnosis, hasty surgical treatments could aggravate the progression of the disease. Additionally, care should be taken to systemically treat underlying disease as well as administrating local treatments for the skin lesions. Intravenous systemic steroid therapy and skin grafts are useful treatments for generalized pyoderma gangrenosum.

Objectives: Isolated mandibular fractures contribute to approximately 45% of maxillofacial traumas. Improper management of mandibular fractures can cause myriad potential complications and can lead to serious functional and aesthetic sequelae. The objective of the study is to design a stepwise approach for managing isolated mandibular fractures using open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) with regional anesthesia on outpatient basis. Materials and Methods: Patients with isolated mandibular fractures presenting to the department of maxillofacial surgery were selected for ORIF under regional anesthesia based on occlusion, age, socioeconomic status, general condition, habits, and allied medical ailments. Standard preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative protocols were followed. All patients were followed up for a minimum of 4 weeks up to a maximum of 1 year. Results: Of 23 patients who received regional anesthesia, all but one had good postoperative functional occlusion. One patient was hypersensitive and had difficulty tolerating the procedure. Two patients developed an extraoral draining sinus, one of whom was managed with local curettage, while the other required hardware removal. One patient, who was a chronic alcoholic, returned 1 week after treatment with deranged fracture segments after he fell while intoxicated. Conclusion: With proper case selection following a stepwise protocol, the majority of mandibular fractures requiring ORIF can be managed with regional anesthesia and yield minimal to no complications.
By distributing computing tasks among devices at the edge of networks, edge computing uses virtualization, distributed computing and parallel computing technologies to enable users dynamically obtain computing power, storage space and other services as needed. Applying edge computing architectures to Internet of Vehicles can effectively alleviate the contradiction among the large amount of computing, low delayed vehicle applications, and the limited and uneven resource distribution of vehicles. In this paper, a predictive offloading strategy based on the MEC load state is proposed, which not only considers reducing the delay of calculation results by the RSU multi-hop backhaul, but also reduces the queuing time of tasks at MEC servers. Firstly, the delay factor and the energy consumption factor are introduced according to the characteristics of tasks, and the cost of local execution and offloading to MEC servers for execution are defined. Then, from the perspective of vehicles, the delay preference factor and the energy consumption preference factor are introduced to define the cost of executing a computing task for another computing task. Furthermore, a mathematical optimization model for minimizing the power overhead is constructed with the constraints of time delay and power consumption. Additionally, the simulated annealing algorithm is utilized to solve the optimization model. The simulation results show that this strategy can effectively reduce the system power consumption by shortening the task execution delay. Finally, we can choose whether to offload computing tasks to MEC server for execution according to the size of two costs. This strategy not only meets the requirements of time delay and energy consumption, but also ensures the lowest cost.

According to the 「Child Welfare Act, Article 16(1)」, when the age of a child reaches 18, he or she is discharged from prison. However, in order to prepare an effective support posture from the central government and local governments, a clear fact-finding survey on children who have completed protection is necessary. Therefore, in this study, the most basic questionnaire on housing, health, education, employment, and social relations of children living in Cheonan City after completion of protection is required. An investigation was conducted. As a result, the housing and social relationship of children living in Cheonan city were good compared to children living in Cheonan city compared to children who completed protection nationwide. Therefore, it was found that it is urgent to establish a close cooperation system with related organizations in this regard.
Objective: Inosine monophosphate (IMP) is a key factor that imparts of meat flavor. Differences in the IMP content in the muscles were evaluated to improve chicken meat quality. Methods: For this study, the IMP content was detected by high performance liquid chromatography. The gene expression profiles of Jingyuan chickens with different feeding patterns and different sexes were analyzed by RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq). Results: Breast muscle IMP content in free-range chickens was extremely significantly higher than that of caged chickens (p<0.01). Breast muscle IMP content in hens was also higher than that of cocks, but the difference was not significant. Correlation analysis showed that the breast muscle IMP content in caged hens and cocks was negatively correlated with the shear force, and the breast muscle IMP content in free-range hens was significantly negatively correlated with the shear force (p<0.05). The two key genes associated with IMP synthesis in chickens with different feeding patterns were glutamate-ammonia ligase (GLUL) and phosphodiesterase 10A (PDE10A). Bioinformatics analysis revealed that the GLUL and PDE10A genes are involved in glutamine biosynthesis and purine salvage pathways respectively. In addition, GLUL expression was positively correlated with the IMP content in caged and free-range chickens, and PDE10A expression was significantly positively correlated with the IMP content in caged and free-range chickens (p<0.05). Conclusion: These findings will facilitate the comprehension of the deposition of IMP in the muscles and thereby aid the process of selection and breeding of good quality local chickens.

The 2018 Seoul Zero Pay is a policy actively promoted by the government as an economic stimulus package for small business owners and the self-employed who are experiencing economic depression due to COVID-19. However, the controversy over the effectiveness of Zero Pay continues even after two years have passed since the implementation of the policy. Zero Pay is a joint QR code mobile payment service introduced by the government, Seoul city, financial companies, and private simple payment providers to reduce the burden of card merchant fees for small business owners and self-employed people who are experiencing economic difficulties due to the economic downturn., it was attempted in the direction of economic revitalization for the return of alleyways[1]. Therefore, this study intends to draw implications for improvement measures so that the ongoing zero-pay can be further activated and the economy can be settled normally. The analysis results of this study are as follows. First, it shows the effect of increasing the income of small business owners by inducing consumption in alleyways through the economic revitalization policy of Zero Pay. Second, the issuance and distribution of Zero Pay helps to revitalize the local economy and contribute to the establishment of a virtuous cycle system. Third, stable operation is being realized by the introduction of blockchain technology to the Zero Pay platform. In terms of academic significance, the direction of Zero Pay's policies and systems was able to identify changes in the use of Zero Pay through big data analysis. The implementation of the zero-pay policy is in its infancy, and there are limitations in factors for examining the consumer image perception of zero-pay as there are insufficient prior studies. Therefore, continuous follow-up research on Zero Pay should be conducted.
This study was conducted to find out the optimum fertilizer level for two job's tear varieties. Heuksuk and Ewon from local cultivars at 18 compositions of fertilizer levels. Plant height was longest. number of tillers and leaves were increased. stem diameter was thickest, 100 grains weight. stem and grain yield were heaviest at the compositions of fertilizer amounts with N-P$_2$O$\sub$5/-K$_2$O were 18-9-9$\^$kg/ (3-2-2) per 10a. Plant height. number of tillers and leaves. stem diameter, 100 grains weight and stem yield showed significant difference between grain yield and showed positive correlation. On October 29, 2022, a very large number of people gathered in Itaewondong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Korea for a Halloween festival, and as crowds pushed through narrow alleys, 159 deaths and 195 injuries occurred, making it the largest crushing incident in Korea. There have been a number of stampede deaths where crowds gathered at large-scale festivals, event venues, and stadiums, both at home and abroad. When the density increases, the physical contact between bodies becomes very strong, and crowd turbulence occurs when the force of the crowd is suddenly added from one body to another; thus, the force is amplified and causes the crowd to behave like a mass of fluid. When crowd turbulence occurs, people cannot control themselves and are pushed into he crowd. To prevent a stampede accident, investigation and management of areas expected to be crowded and congested must be systematically conducted, and related ministries and local governments are planning to establish a crowd management system to prepare safety management measures to prevent accidents involving multiple crowds. In this study, based on national data, a continuous digital topographic map is modeled in 3D to analyze the risk of crowding and present a plan for selecting high-risk walking routes. Areas with a high risk of crowding are selected in advance based on various data (numerical data, floating population, and regional data) in a realistic and feasible way, and the analysis is based on the visible results from 3D modeling of the risk area. The study demonstrates that it is possible to prepare measures to prevent cluster accidents that can reflect the characteristics of the region.
Ultrasonic impact treatment (UIT) is carried out on the Ni-based alloy stainless steel pipe gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) girth weld, the differences of microstructure, microhardness and shear strength distribution of the joint before and after ultrasonic shock are studied by microhardness test and shear punch test. The results show that after UIT, the plastic deformation layer is formed on the outside surface of the Ni-based alloy overlayer, single-phase austenite and γ type precipitates are formed in the overlayer, and a large number of columnar crystals are formed on the bottom side of the overlayer. The average microhardness of the overlayer increased from 221 H V to 254 H V by 14.9%, the shear strength increased from 696 MPa to 882 MPa with an increase of 26.7% and the transverse average residual stress decreased from 102.71 MPa (tensile stress) to -18.33 MPa (compressive stress), the longitudinal average residual stress decreased from 114.87 MPa (tensile stress) to -84.64 MPa (compressive stress). The fracture surface has been appeared obvious shear lip marks and a few dimples. The element migrates at the fusion boundary between the Ni-based alloy overlayer and the austenitic stainless steel joint, which is leaded to form a local martensite zone and appear hot cracks. The welded joint is cooled by FA solidification mode, which is forming a large number of late and skeleton ferrite phase with an average microhardness of 190 H V and no obvious change in shear strength. The base metal is all austenitic phase with an average microhardness of 206 H V and shear strength of 696 MPa.
Bring this analysis down to people-centered development perspective and looking through democratization in the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia, we find similarities and differences among them related with the intensity of conflicts between development and human rights in the process of democratization in line with global transformation. Civil society in the Philippines criticized the developmental path in the Philippines which failed to implement land reform and eradication of poverty under the transition from 'patrimonial oligarchy' to democracy. In Thailand the coalition of military and the royalists had consolidated its power since Sarit military regime, which later paved the way 'hybrid oligarchy' era. Most Thai civil society organizations has regarded their developmental experience rather as 'maldevelopment' which disregarded economic and social rights. It has been especially believed by Thai localists that the stimulation of local markets and the building of autonomic community society will form the alternative economy without going against the conservative banner of nation, religion and king. Thaksin as a populist successfully took advantage of Thai localist ethos in favour of taking the seat of power. He projected himself as a modernizer focused on economic growth and cleaner politics. However Thaksin's procedural legitimacy was overthrown by counterattacking from military-royalist alliance, pretexting that Thaksin caused internal conflicts and lacked morality. Soeharto's New Order regime which can be called 'administrative oligarchy' had an antipathy towards notions of economic and social rights as well as civil and political rights. In spite of the fact that the fall of Soeharto opened the political space for democratic civil society organizations which had long struggled with development aggression and human rights abuses, there have been continuously a strong political and military reaction against human rights activists, NGOs and ethnic minorities such as Aceh and Papua. Nevertheless, Indonesian democracy is more promising than Philippine's and Thai democracy in terms of comparatively less pre-modern legacies.
