For the purpose, study conducted a survey among all the employees at 56 local HFSC in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province. Of a total of questionnaires distributed, 319 were returned and analysed. The result of this study were as follows First, verbal violence experience by employees effected on CMX, CMX effected on job satisfaction, job satisfaction effected on turnover intention. Second, CMX and job satisfaction acceptance have statistically significant mediating effects between verbal violence experience and turnover intention. Third, as result of multi-group analysis, the structural relationship were no significant differences found in job position. In the latent means analysis, working for child-care service showed significantly higher latent mean values in verbal violence experience and CMX than general service. Based on the results, policy and practice implications of this study were discussed intervention with considerations given to the difference of the job position.

  • The purpose of this study is to derive more practical and concrete policy implications for the successful implementation of the Cultural City Designation Project, which is emerging as a main topic of cultural policy. To this end, the background and implementation system of the European Capitals of Culture(ECOC), which is the subject of benchmarking in various aspects, were examined. As a result, it was confirmed that there is a possibility that the Cultural City Designation Project can reveal its limitations in the background and process, and the improvement is as follows. First, rather than creating an ideal cultural city model to achieve its goals in a short period of time, efforts should be made to secure diversity and expand insufficient infrastructure in accordance with local autonomous decisions. Second, in order to secure the continuity of the business, it is necessary to secure and educate professional manpower for organizational operation in the form of independent or direct agency of each local government. Finally, careful policy consideration should be made at the national level to balance regional interests. Therefore, there is a need for an organized 'government-level organization' that can take on the role of the city selection process, support system, and ex post evaluation. In short, successful cultural city projects require critical acceptance and efforts to remedy fundamental problems rather than benchmarking unconditional overseas cases in terms of cultural policy.

  • The present study examines the the role of subjectively perceived factors of the attitude toward job-seeking activities in forming an intention to use a web. An integrative research model is presented and tested empirically. It includes the following two aspects of belief in Davis' TAM: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use. Specially, internet job-seeking efficacy, or the belief in one's capabilities to organize and execute courses of Internet actions required to achieve given goals, is a potentially important factor in efforts to gain more favorable attitude toward Internet uses. Survey data were collected to develop a reliable operational measure of Internet job-seeking efficacy and to examine its construct validity. An four-item Internet job-seeking efficacy scale developed for the present study was found to be reliable and internally consistent. Also, many previous studies have established that perceived usefulness is an important factor influencing user acceptance and usage behavior of information technologies. However, very little research has been conducted to understand how that perception forms and changes over time. The current work presents and tests the determinants of perceived usefulness. The present study found that higher internet job-seeking efficacy is an important concept which is significantly related to job-seeking activities by positively influencing intention and performance as well as usefulness on the Internet.

  • YGN 3 is the first nuclear power plant to use the Core Protection Calculator (CPC) as the core protection system and the Core Operating Limit Supervisory System (COLSS) as the core monitor-ing system in Korea. The CPC is designed to provide on-line calculations of Departure from Nucleate Boiling Ratio (DNBR) and Local Power Density (LPD) and to initiate reactor trip if the core conditions exceed the DNBR or LPD design limit. The COLSS is designed to assist the operator in implementing the Limiting Conditions for Operation (LCOs) in Technical Specifications for DNBR/Linear Heat Rate (LHR) margin, azimuthal tilt, and axial shape index and to provide alarm when the LCOs are reached. During YGN 3 initial startup testing, extensive CPC/COLSS related tests ore peformed to ver-ify the CPC/COLSS performance and to obtain optimum CPC/COLSS calibration constants at var, -ious core conditions. Most of test results met their specific acceptance criteria. In the case of missing the acceptance criteria, the test results ore analyzed, evaluated, and justified. Through the analysis and evaluation of each of the CPC/COLSS related test results, it can be concluded that the CPC/COLSS are successfully Implemented as designed at YGN 3.

Especially rural women leader's role has been increased not only in agricultural business but also in social activity of locality. • The surgical treatment of advanced carcinomas and some benign tumors having clinically malignant behaviors of the head and neck region often require extensive resection, necessitating large flaps for reconstruction. Since the original upper arm flap was described by Tagliacozzi in 1597, a variety of technique such as random pattern local flap, axial flap, distant flap, scalping flap, myocutaneous flap, free flap etc. have been proposed for reconstruction of head, face and neck defects. Reconstruction of the facial defects usually require the use of distant tissue. Traditionally, nasal reconstruction has been carried out with a variety of forehead flaps. In recent years, there has been more acceptance of immediate repairs following the removal of these tumors. As a result, patients are more willing to undergo these extensive resections to improve their chances of cure, with the reasonable expectation that an immediate reconstruction will provide an adequate cosmetic result. Authors experienced 13 cases of head and neck tumor during last three and half years that required wide excision and immediate reconstruction with various flaps, not with primary closure or simple skin graft. We present our experience with varied flaps for reconstruction after wide resection of head and neck tumors 3 cases of defect of dorsum of nose or medial canthus with island forehead flaps, lower eyelid defect with cheek flap, cheek defect with Limberg flap, orbital floor defect with Temporalis muscle flap, lateral neck defects with Pectoralis major myocutaneous flap or Latissimus dorsi myocutaneous free flap, subtotal nose defect with scalping flap, wide forehead defect with Dorsalis pedis free flap and 3 cases of mandibular defect or mandibular defect combined with lower lip defect were reconstructed with free vascularized iliac bone graft or free vascularized iliac bone graft concomitantly combined with free groin flap pedicled on deep circumflex iliac vessels We obtained satisfactory results coincided wi th goal of treatment of head and neck tumors, MAXIMAL CURE RATE with MINIMAL MORBIDITY, OPTIMAL FUNCTION, and an APPEARANCE as close to normal as possible.

  • Background: Successful implementation of pain management procedures and guidelines in an institution depends very much on the acceptance of many levels of healthcare providers. Aim: The main purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes regarding pain among nurses working in tertiary care in a local setting and the factors that may be associated with this. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional research study used a modified version of the Nurses' Knowledge and Attitudes Survey (NKAS) regarding pain. Basic demographic data were obtained for further correlation with the level of pain knowledge. Results: A total of 566 nurses, 34 male and 532 female, volunteered to participate in this study. The response rate (RR) was 76%, with an overall mean percentage score of $42.7{\pm}10.9$ (range: 5-92.5). The majority of participants were younger nurses below 40 years of age and more than 70% had worked for less than 10 years ($6.6{\pm}4.45$). Up to 92% had never had any formal education in pain management in general. The total mean score of correct answers was $58.6{\pm}9.58$, with oncology nursing staff scoring a higher percentage when compared with nurses from other general and critical care wards ($63.52{\pm}9.27$, p<0.045). Only 2.5% out of all participants obtained a score of 80% or greater. The majority of the oncology nurses achieved the expected competency level (p<0.03). Conclusions: The present findings give further support for the universal concern about poor knowledge and attitudes among nurses' related to the optimal management of pain. The results reflected that neither number of years working nor age influenced the level of knowledge or attitudes of the practising nurses. Oncology nursing staff consistently scored better than the rest of the cohort. This reflects that clinical experience helped to improve attitudes and knowledge concerning better pain management.
