프리캐스트 모듈 바닥의 동하중 재하시험 (An Application of Dynamic Loading Test of Precast Module Concrete Decks)

  • 이 논문에서는 프리캐스트 바닥판 위를 이동하는 차량하중에 의한 바닥판 접합거동 특성을 분석하였다. 하중 재하를 위하여 프레임을 제작하였고 각 측정 장치를 활용하여 거동을 파악하였다. 바닥판의 정적응답을 검토하여 이론값과 비교하였고 그 특성은 매우 합리적임을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 동적영향 평가를 위하여 가속도, 속도 및 변위를 측정하여 시험에서 이동하중의 특성을 분석하였다. 이동하중에 의한 동적응답을 위하여 바닥판 진동수를 측정한 결과 하중 범위 변화에 따라 진동 특성도 민감하게 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 연결부의 동적 응답은 연결방법에 따라 특성이 다르므로 설계에 주의를 기울여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

  • The low velocity impact characteristics of composite laminate curved beams are investigated to increase damage tolerance and reduce the deflection. Drop weight impact tests of the composite curved beam were performed with respect to pre-load, then the damage after impact was measured by macrography. Also, finite element analyses were performed using ABAQUS to investigate the stress state of composite curved beam with respect to pre-load and impact. From the investigation, it was found that pre-load of the composite curved beams had much influence on impact damage of the curved beam, which showed good agreement with the experiment results.

  • Feasibility of the small capacity fuel cell powered vehicle is carried out for system design with loading characteristics. The major design concepts which include battery, driving motor, and fuel cell module are analyzed and discussed for the future development. A load characteristics program is developed in order to calculate the traction power of fuel cell vehicle according to the driving courses specified. Further, the small capacity fuel cell vehicle is analyzed to determine the capacity of stack as a function of the velocity for an appropriate power required.

Fatigue wind load spectrum construction based on integration of turbulent wind model and measured data for long-span metal roof

  • Aiming at the problem that fatigue characteristics of metal roof rely on local physical tests and lacks the cyclic load sequence matching with regional climate, this paper proposed a method of constructing the fatigue load spectrum based on integration of wind load model, measured data of long-span metal roof and climate statistical data. According to the turbulence characteristics of wind, the wind load model is established from the aspects of turbulence intensity, power spectral density and wind pressure coefficient. Considering the influence of roof configuration on wind pressure distribution, the parameters are modified through fusing the measured data with least squares method to approximate the actual wind pressure load of the roof system. Furthermore, with regards to the wind climate characteristics of building location, Weibull model is adopted to analyze the regional meteorological data to obtain the probability density distribution of wind velocity used for calculating wind load, so as to establish the cyclic wind load sequence with the attributes of regional climate and building configuration. Finally, taking a workshop's metal roof as an example, the wind load spectrum is constructed according to this method, and the fatigue simulation and residual life prediction are implemented based on the experimental data. The forecasting result is lightly higher than the design standards, consistent with general principles of its conservative safety design scale, which shows that the presented method is validated for the fatigue characteristics study and health assessment of metal roof.

착지 시 외부 무게 부하에 따른 남성과 여성의 하지 관절 각속도, 모멘트, 에너지 흡수에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Added Mass between Male and Female on The Lower Extremity Joints Angular Velocity, Moment, Absorb Energy During Drop Landing)

  • This study aimed to analyze the effects of external load between male and female on angular velocity, moment, and absorbed energy of the lower-extremity joints during drop landing. The study subjects were 9 male($mass=70.82{\pm}4.64kg$, $height=1.71{\pm}0.04m$, $age=24.5{\pm}1.84years$), 9 female($mass=50.14{\pm}4.09kg$, $height=1.61{\pm}0.03m$, $age=23.6{\pm}2.62years$), without any serious musculoskeletal, coordination, balance, or joint/ligament problems for 1 year before the study. The angular velocity, flexion/extension and abduction/adduction moments, and absorbed energy of the lower-extremity joints were compared between the men and women during drop landing under 4 different conditions of external load(0%, 8%, 16%, and 24%) by using two-way repeated ANOVA(p < .05). The women landed with a greater peak angular velocity of the ankle joint, greater peak inversion moment, and lower peak hip-extension moment than the men did, under all 4 conditions. Additionally, the landing characteristics of the women were distinct from those of the men; the women showed a greater peak knee-adduction moment and greater absorbed energy of the knee joint. These differences indicate that anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) strain was greater in the women than in the men and therefore, women may be at a higher potential risk for noncontact injuries of the ACL with an increase in external load.

  • In order to get the drive reliability and low Power-consumption characteristics, most of small form factor HDD has und the load/unload mechanism instead of CSS type. Compared with CSS mechanism, the load/unload system has little opportunity of head/media contact during the disk spin-up and down. However, the load/unload mechanism needs the precise integration technology with slider, suspension, ramp and load/unload velocity, and all of these component s should be designed simultaneously, not an individually. In this paper, we focus the design of the suspension stiffness using the specified ABS design. We use the CML software to calculate the load/unload dynamic and use the RSM(Response surface method) to get the optimal condition of the suspension stiffness.

서점의 적재가연물의 연소특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on Combustion Characteristics of Live Fire Load in a Bookstore)

  • 건축물 적재가연물은 종류 및 양 등의 특성에 따라 화재지속시간과 화재규모 등에 크게 기여한다. 서점은 다른 건축용도보다 가연물이 다량 적재되어 있으므로 화재발생시 화재위험성이 클 가능성이 있다. 그러나 한편으로는 서점 내부의 서적은 연소하면 탄화층이 형성되고 적재가연물량에 비해 노출표면적이 작기 때문에 화재시 열분해가스의 생성이 작을 가능성도 있다. 이러한 가능성을 다양한 실험을 통해 파악하여 서점의 화재안전설계에 합리적으로 반영할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서점의 성능위주설계에 활용하기 위하여 적재가연물을 재현한 시험체를 가열로에 넣고 ISO834-1:1999 표준가열곡선에 따라 가열하는 일련의 실험을 실행하였다. 이 실험 결과를 바탕으로 서점의 적재가연물의 연소발열성상을 파악하고 성능위주설계에 필요한 연소속도 및 열방출률 등을 제시하였다.

DLC와 WC/C의 마찰특성 (Friction Characteristics of DLC and WC/C)

  • 본 연구에서는 수직 하중과 미끄럼 속도가 DLC (a-C:H)와 WC/C (a-C:H:W)의 마찰 특성에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 ball-on-disk 형태의 마찰 실험 장치를 이용하여 실험을 수행하였다. 연구 대상 고체 윤활막인 DLC와 WC/C는 AISI 52100 steel ball의 표면에 증착되었으며, 상대 마찰면의 재질은 침탄 경화된 SCM 415 Cr-Mo steel이다. 실험은 상대 습도가 20~40 %이고 온도가 $16{\sim}24^{\circ}C$인 대기 분위기에서 다양한 미끄럼 속도 (0.1, 0.78, 1.56, 3.13, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50, 100 mm/s) 및 수직 하중 (2.4, 4.8, 9.6 N) 조건에 대해 수행되었다. 실험 결과로 각각의 실험 조건에서의 DLC와 WC/C의 운동 마찰 계수를 얻었다. 실험 결과 DLC와 WC/C의 운동 마찰 계수는 미끄럼 속도가 증가할 수록 대체로 증가하였으며, 수직 하중에 관계없이 거의 일정한 값을 보였다. 그리고 동일한 실험 조건에서 DLC의 마찰 계수가 WC/C의 마찰 계수에 비해 대체로 낮은 값을 보였다.

  • This study conducts a laboratory measurement on a cylindrical electrostatic precipitator(ESP) with a 30mm-diameter cylinder. Several kinds of test aerosols are generated with an atomizer and a diffusion dryer. The effects of applied voltage, flow state, gas velocity, and gas temperature on the electrical characteristics of the precipitator and onset of corona are experimentally investigated. The corona onset voltage is decreased, as diameter of discharge electrode wire becomes small or temperature of the precipitator increases. As the fluid velocity or particle load in the precipitator increases, the corona current is decreased.

측벽 부하가 존재하는 공간에 설치된 라인 디퓨져의 ADPI 특성에 관한 연구 (ADPI Characteristics of Line Diffuser in a Room with Perimetric Heating Load)

  • It is difficult to apply a conventional selection guide for diffusers when the diffuser is installed in a perimeter zone, because the air diffusion performance index (ADPI) vs. throw/length (T/L) ratio curve listed in conventional guide does not consider the perimetric heating load through the walls. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of the perimetric heating load on the ADPI and propose a selection guide for a proper line diffuser when perimetric heating load exists. The velocity and temperature distributions and the ADPI values are obtained numerically with various heat load ratios and air flow rates. The velocity and temperature distributions and the ADPI values are analyzed by CFD in case of various heat load ratios and air flow rates. Also, ADPI was calculated by those results. The ADPI values by numerical results are compared with an existing experimental data to verify the method for the evaluation of ADPI proposed in a present study. In case of a line diffuser installed at the high side wall, the ADPI decreases according to the increases of the flow rate on every heat load ratio of the present study except 0.75. The ADPI vs. T/L ratio curves have been proposed for the heat load ratios of 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 to guarantee the comport thermal environment when diffusers are installed in perimeter zone.
