  • In this paper, four quadrant CBPS(Compact Bipolar Power Supply) which development and study using universal PWM controller. The CBPS has 24V DC-link voltage, +/-5A output current, 50kHz switching frequency and 30Hz full load bandwidth using FET device. Proposed system has two independent PWM controllers for each full-bridge switch leg drive and PI control loops for current regulations. It is shown experimental results that good step response of the current output.

  • The switched reluctance motor (SRM) drive system provides a good adjustable speed characteristics. But driving of SRM is nonlinear changed according to rotor position angle and phase current because of saturation in magnetic circuit, and it is difficult to drive the high efficiency. This paper proposes find point of high efficiency in variable load that are used to control switch-on/off angles and input voltage.

  • In this paper A switched mode AC/DC three phase boost converter with high power factor and sinusoidal input current waveform is analyzed and simulated. The proposed converter retain high power factor and sinusoidal input current waveform even under electric arc welder load. It is shown that experimental result and simulation waveform yield a sinusoidal input current waveform at high power factor.

  • This Paper presents a novel resonant switching Watkins-Johnson DC-DC converters. In the proposed converters, the basic steady-state analysis of the have been presented for the ZVS type Watkins-Johnson converter. From the results, it is shown that the output voltage of the converter is independant of load resistance, and is determined only by the switching frequency. Consequently, a design procedure is presented that minimizes voltage stress to the switch while maintaining ZVS for all loads.

  • This paper propose zero voltage and zero current switching buck converter using a single switch. This converter is electrically equivalent to two basic buck converter in a cascade. Proposed converter is switching at high frequency and operate in high efficiency at wide load range due to resonant switching.

  • This paper presents the large-signal transient analysis of a self-driven active-clamp forward converter, eliminating the extra drive circuit for the active clamp switch. The operation principle of the converter was presented and experiential results were used to verify the analyzed results. A 50-W prototype converter built and tested it. From the tested results, input transient response and load transient response of the converter were established.

The Roles of Information Load and Information Quality in Online Apparel Shopping (온라인 의류쇼핑에서 정보부하와 정보품질의 역할)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect for information load on perceived information quality and website quality, and the relationships among perceived information quality, website quality and behavioral intentions in online apparel shopping contexts. The information load theory provided the theoretical framework for this study. The research strategy employed an online experimentation using an apparel mock website. The total of 647 responses were used for data analyses. The model of the study was tested by MANOVA and SEM. The results of MANOVA revealed the effect of information load on perceived information quality and website quality. The medium level of information load was perceived as having more positive information quality and website quality as compared to the low or high level of information load. The findings of SEM revealed the positive effect of information quality on website quailty, the positive effect of website quality on WOM and willingness to pay more, and the negative effect of website quailty on willingness to switch. Online apparel retailers and website designers need to manage information quantity and quality by understanding the importance of information load.

  • With the advent of SDN, a next-generation network technology that separates the hardware and software areas of network equipment and defines the network using open source-based software, it solves the problems of complexity and scalability of the existing network system. It is now possible to configure a custom network according to the requirements. However, it has a structural disadvantage that a load on the network may occur due to a lot of control communication occurring between the controller and the switch, and many studies on network load distribution to effectively solve this have been preceded. In particular, in previous studies of load balancing techniques related to flow tables, many studies were conducted without consideration of flow entries, and as the number of flows increased, the packet processing speed decreased and the load was increased. To this end, we propose a new network load balancing technique that monitors flows in real time and applies dynamic flow management techniques to control the number of flows to an appropriate level while maintaining high packet processing speed.

  • In this paper, a design method of the phase shift ZVS-PWM converter is proposed to minimize the volume and increase the efficiency. The trade-offs of switching frequency, efficiency vs volume and ZVS range vs efficiency is also presented. The simulation of the designed converter is performed using the P-SPICE in which a phase-shift controller is proposed. For minimization of the converter volume, switching frequency is selected 100kHz, a simple drive circuit and single auxiliary supply are applied. In consideration of efficiency and load condition, ZVS range is decided from 50% to full load. A 28V, 1Kwatt prototype converter, of which the switch is MOSFET is made, verified the performance.

  • This paper presents the improvement and application effect in fault restoration program based on distribution automation system(DAS) of KEPCO. When a fault occurs, fault restoration program can detect fault section based on FI information of DAS, and calculate the best restoration solution by comparing the load capacity of outage area and the spare load capacity of connected distribution lines, and propose switch operating procedure for fault section isolation and outage restoration. Fault restoration program was applied to real field and it was verified that this program is applicable to diverse field cases. By using this fault restoration program to the field human error can be reduced and fault procedure can be more reliable, accurate, and fast.
