방진체결장치에 작용하는 수직하중 평가를 통한 성능시험하중 평가 (Evaluation of the Performance Test Load through the Estimation of Vertical Loads on Vibration-Proof Fastening Systems)

  • 본 연구에서는 도시철도에 사용되는 방진체결장치가 현장에서 부담하는 하중의 체계적 평가를 통하여 방진체결장치의 성능시험하중에 대한 기준이 정립되었다. 방진체결장치가 가질 수 있는 동적 강성 범위를 알아보기 위하여 국내에서 공급 가능한 3가지 유형의 방진체결장치들에 대하여 동적 시험을 수행하였다. 이들 방진체결장치에 작용하는 하중을 평가하기 위하여 동적 강성을 변화하면서 차량-궤도 상호작용해석을 수행하였다. 해석의 중요 입력요소인 궤도틀림은 측정자료를 토대로 도출된 궤도틀림 PSD(Power Spectral Density) 회귀 함수로 고려하였다. 도시철도의 다양한 운영환경을 고려하여 방진체결장치에 작용하는 하중을 평가한 후, 평가된 하중을 토대로 방진체결장치의 성능시험하중에 대한 기준을 제시하였다.

  • Load models are very important for improving the accuracy of stability analysis and load flow studies. Various loads are connected to a power bus and their characteristics of power consumption change with voltage and frequency. Thus, the effect of voltage/frequency changes must be considered in load modeling. In this work, artificial neural networks-ANNs- were used to construct the component load models for more accurate modeling. A typical residential load was selected and subjected to a test under variable voltage/frequency conditions. Acquired data were used to construct component models by ANNs. The aggregation process of separately determined load models is also presented in the paper. Furthermore, this paper proposes a method to transform a single load model constructed by the aggregation method into a mathematical load model that can be used in traditional power system analysis software.

A load-bearing structural element with energy dissipation capability under harmonic excitation

  • This paper focuses on the design, fabrication, testing and analysis of a novel load-bearing element with energy dissipation capability. A single element comprises two von-Mises trusses (VMTs), which are sandwiched between two plates and connected to dashpots that stroke as the VMTs cycle between stable equilibrium states. The elements can be assembled in-plane to form a large plate-like structure or stacked with different properties in each layer for improved load-adaptability. Also introduced in the elements are pre-loaded springs (PLSs) that provide high initial stiffness and allow the element to carry a static load even when the VMTs cannot under harmonic disturbance input. Simulations of the system behavior using the Simscape environment show good overall correlation with test data. Good energy dissipation capability is observed over a frequency range from 0.1 Hz to 2 Hz. The test and simulation results show that a two layer prototype, having one soft VMT layer and one stiff VMT layer, can provide good energy dissipation over a decade of variation in harmonic load amplitude, while retaining the ability to carry static load due to the PLSs. The paper discusses how system design parameter changes affect the static load capability and the hysteresis behavior.

내화패널이 부착된 프리캐스트 PSC 풍도슬래브의 정적/동적하중에 관한 실험연구 (Experimental Studies on PSC Airpit-Slab with Fire Resistance Panel under Static and Dynamic Loads)

  • 본 연구에서는 장대터널이나 지하차도 등에 시공되는 횡류식 환기시스템을 구성하는 내화패널이 부착된 프리캐스트 풍도슬래브의 구조성능을 평가하기 위해서 실물모형 구조실험을 수행하였다. 또한, 내화패널의 휨강도와 Pull-off test를 통하여 내화패널과 슬래브의 부착성능 등의 기초성능을 우선적으로 확인하였다. 실물모형시험은 내화패널과 프리캐스트 PSC 슬래브의 정적 휨성능과 차량의 통행 시 발생하는 표면압력 이상의 하중에 대한 동적피로부착성능을 평가하였다. 동적피로하중 시험에서 내화패널과 PSC 슬래브 사이의 탈락이나 손상은 발생하지 않았으며, 정적재하시험에서도 매우 안정적인 거동을 보였으며, 하부에 부착된 내화패널의 탈락은 발생하지 않았다. 따라서 시공 중이나 시공 후 외부하중에 의해 내화패널의 탈락은 발생하지 않을 것으로 판단된다.

  • Suspension system of vehicle have enough endurance during its life time to protect passenger. Spring is one of major part of vehicle. Thus, a fatigue strength evaluation for leaf spring based on road load response was carried out. At first, strain of leaf spring is measured on the city condition and proving ground condition. And next, the damage analysis of road load response data was carried out. And fatigue test of leaf spring were also carried out. Based on -N life relation, fatigue life of leaf spring was evaluated at belgian mode, city mode and drawing test specification. After that, it is compared the design life of leaf spring and evaluated fatigue life by belgian mode, city mode and drawing test specification. From the above, the maximum load-fatigue life relation of leaf spring was defined by test. and new test target of belgian mode and city mode was proposed to accept design specification of leaf spring. It is expect that proposed test target can verify leaf spring fatigue endurance at specific road condition.

  • In the paper, we summarize the result of the experimental research for the overload criteria of domestic distribution transformers considering the electric consumption patterns of customers. For the basic characteristic data of distribution transformer overload, the actual experiments are accomplished. The field data of loads are surveyed from sample transformers for analyzing the consumption pattern of customer load. The load data acquisition devices are equipped, and the algorithm of load pattern classification is applied. In addition to this efforts, various load pattern data. in past are gathered. Then the representative load pattern of each customer type in domestic is extracted. The final results of overload criterions are presented as tabular form through the results of experiments and survey are combined. The field test of the experiment results is peformed using the special manufactured transformers, which can measure both the load and top-oil temperature of transformer. Through this, we verify that the results of field test are similar to the laboratory one and the Proposed overload criteria can be effectively applied to the real system.

  • This paper propose a variable parameter estimations of five-phase squirrel-cage induction motor(IM) for speed control system. In order to high performance control of AC motor using a field oriented control(FOC) and direct torque control(DTC) algorithm, there are required precise motor parameters for slip calculation, flux observer, controller gain, rotor position, speed estimation, and so on. We are suggest a analyzed estimation results of the motor parameters that developing five-phase squirrel-cage IM have a stator of concentrated winding for experimental of variable input power frequency. There are results of stator winding test, no-load test, locked-rotor test, variable actual load test, and estimated parameters of equivalent circuits using manufactured experimental apparatus by IEEE Standard Test Procedure for Polyphase Induction Motors and Generators 112-2004.

컨테이너 크레인의 안정성에 대한 풍동실험과 유한요소해석의 비교 (Comparison of finite element analysis with wind tunnel test on stability of a container crane)

  • This study is conducted to provide the proper analysis method to evaluate the stability of a container crane under wind load. Two analysis method, namely structure analysis and fluid-structure interaction, are adopted to evaluate the stability of a container crane in this investigation. To evaluate the effect of wind load on the stability of the crane, 50-ton class container crane widely used in container terminals is adopted for analysis model and 19-values are considered for wind direction as design parameter. We conduct structure analysis and fluid-structure interaction for a container crane with respect to the wind direction using ANSYS and CFX. Then we compare the uplift forces yielded from two analysis with it yielded from wind tunnel test. The results are as follows: 1) A correlation coefficient between structure analysis and wind tunnel test is lower than 0.65(as $0.29{\sim}0.57$), but between fluid-structure interaction and wind tunnel test is higher than 0.65(as $0.78{\sim}0.86$). 2) There is low correlation between structure analysis and wind tunnel test but very high correlation between fluid-structure interaction and wind tunnel test.

  • In this paper. we analyze electrical characteristics of photovoltaic module according to mechanical load test. Using the equipment for giving load on the surface of module, dark current-voltage is measured. By varying load from 0kg to 206kg, slight different I-V curve is detected. From this, reduced shunt resistance is roughly calculated and micro crack is assumed to be happened. system Through this experiment, periodic external force on PV module might give an negative effect. The detailed analysis is described in the following paper.
