As everything linking to the internet, people can subscribe to various services from a service provider to facilitate their lives through the Internet of Things (IoT). An obligatory thing for the service provider is that they should push the service data safely and timely to multiple IoT terminal devices regularly after the IoT devices accomplishing the service subscription. In order to control the service message received by the legal devices as while as keep the confidentiality of the data, the public key encryption algorithm is utilized. While the existing public encryption algorithms for push service are too complicated for IoT devices, and almost of the current subscription schemes based on push mode are relying on centralized organization which may suffer from centralized entity corruption or single point of failure. To address these issues, we design a secure subscription-push service scheme based on blockchain and edge computing in this article, which is decentralized with secure architecture for the subscription and push of service. Furthermore, inspired by broadcast encryption and multicast encryption, a new encryption algorithm is designed to manage the permissions of IoT devices together with smart contract, and to protect the confidentiality of push messages, which is suitable for IoT devices. The edge computing nodes, in the new system architecture, maintain the blockchain to ensure the impartiality and traceability of service subscriptions and push messages, meanwhile undertake some calculations for IoT devices with limited computing power. The legalities of subscription services are guaranteed by verifying subscription tags on the smart contract. Lastly, the analysis indicates that the scheme is reliable, and the proposed encryption algorithm is safe and efficient.

A new subway, line 9 linking Western and Eastern Seoul began its services for citizens between Gimpo airport and Gangnam area within 30 minutes by express transit service. Seoul Metro Line 9 Corporation plans to operate both local transit service which will stop at every station, and express transit service that will stop at several key stations including junctions. The passengers on line 9 will be able to transfer to lines 2, 3, 5, 8, Bundang and Incheon International Airport. The Line 9 is expected to disperse the demand for line 2, having the most number of subway users, and will provide passengers with less crowded travel. The new line will also help residents in southern Seoul outskirts and Gyeonggi provincial cities including Bundang vicinity, and Gangdong area commuters get better access to Gimpo and incheon Airports. The Corporation expects to transfer 560,000 passengers daily by the subway line 9. Seoul Development Institute conducted network reshuffle study for Seoul Metro system to sort out congestion problem due to its irrational line alignments and inconvenient transfer. Among several candidate plans of network reshuffling, the direct connection of line 9 with line 5 was chosen as a pilot study. The study found that direct connection of the 2 lines is essential for enhancing transit utility and reducing automobile commuters.

본 논문은 도서관 소장자료의 서지정보와 저작권이 있는 저작물, 사실정보, 인명정보의 디지털화와 관련한 저작권 문제를 검토하였다. 인터넷 상의 저작물 자체의 이용과 링크에 의한 저작물 이용과 관련한 문제점을 분석하였으며, 구축된 데이터베이스의 관내에서의 이용자 서비스와 관외의 이용자 요구에 응한 저작물 전송서비스와 관련된 법적 문제점도 조사하였다. 끝으로 현 상황 하에서 디지털도서관을 구현하기 위한 저작권 대책의 기본 방향을 제시하였다.

인터넷 사용자들이 정적인 정보 페이지 검색의 형태를 벗어나 인터넷상에서 프로그램을 실행하여 정보를 해석하고 볼 뿐만 아니라, 변경하고 새롭게 창조할 수 있는 동적인 정보를 제공하기 위해 가장 보편적인 3차원 데이터, 3D MAX-Studio의 텍스트 출력물인 ASE 포맷 파일을 파싱하여 렌더링 해주는 3D Viewer 프로그램 구현 하고, 이를 ActiveX 컴포넌트인 OCX로 만들어 웹 페이지 상에서 실행 가능하게 한다. 그리고 데이터의 효율적 관리와 사용자와의 상호작용을 위하여 ASE 모델들을 위한 데이터베이스를 구축하여 사용자 상호작용적인 3D View Web Service를 실현한다. 이를 통하여 인터넷을 통한 실시간적인 정보 교환이나, 네트워크상의 가상공간 내에서의 공통 업무 작업의 가능성을 내다 보았다.

At present, communication network for subway is making use of the train radio system for main network and normally established a base station every three subway station. It is talk over the telephone between a locomotive and the traffic control for careful train service. Besides, mobile telephone equipment is using for service improve and convenience to passengers such as 011, 016, 017, 019 and what not. However, the train radio system has been occurring a various problems when a state of emergency because it is able to compose only one communication route each base station zone. We could have improving like this problems through induce the TRS(Trunked Radio System), though because have been able to compose multilateral communication route in case of linking with LCX(Leaked Coaxial) cable which is established. Therefore, we could be able to a fitting meet the emergency as train firing etc.. and efficient use of limited frequency resources.

With the introduction of the Internet in the 21st century, the manufacturing-oriented industry, so called EMS(Electronic Manufacturing Service) specialized in manufacturing only, is rapidly expanding. From the beginning of the year 2000, the EMS industry in advanced countries around the world, whereas a strong Motivation System in which a manufacturing related staff plays a main role, has began providing the source of competitiveness. And this industry is regarded as a core of management linking productivity directly to management performance. Thus, all the manufacturing sectors including not only the electronic industry but also mechanical industry in the future are observed to be divided into two industries; a Maker strategy industry focused on marketing and development, and a EMS industry specialized in manufacturing. Therefore, we need to evaluate whether the industries should continue to support the Manufacturers Strategy or attempt to change into the EMS industry However, with no approved evaluation standard on hand as to an actual EMS industry, in this thesis, we develop the EM(EMS-Maker) Chart in order to analyze both the Manufacturer Strategy and the EMS industries.

Mungyeng line(Jupyung${\sim}$Mungyeng) was closed due to a rapid decrease in demand in 1995. However, as the rail transportation demand is expected to increase with the plan to develop a tourist resort and a traffic network in Mungyeng area, it is required to forecast future demand to meet the change of transportation environment in this region. This study predicts the rail transportation demand and analyzes financial benefit in operator's side in case of reopening this line, based on nation-wide traffic volume data from Korean Transportation Database(KTDB). The results of this research can be applied to not only establishing a train operation plan also improving customer service. Moreover, Korail will have an opportunity to develop new business by linking train service to tourist attractions around the Mungyeng area.

현재 우리나라의 재가간호서비스는 보건소의 맞춤형 방문건강관리사업과 의료기관 가정간호사업, 그리고 노인장기요양보험의 방문간호서비스의 독립성과 전문성을 인정하면서, 각 영역간의 연계를 통해 사업의 중복성을 최소화하는 연계방안이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 재가간호서비스의 연계방안을 도출하기 위해 전문가들의 의견을 바탕으로 합의를 이끌어내는 델파이 기법을 활용하였다. 그 결과 제도적 차원의 연계와 의료적 차원의 연계라는 두 영역 안의 총 24개 항목이 연계방안으로 도출되었다. 재가간호서비스의 연계방안으로 도출된 24개의 항목은 재가간호사업 체계의 개선과 제공되는 서비스 질의 향상, 대상자의 만족도 증대 효과를 가져 올 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 서비스의 중복을 최소화할 수 있는 방안을 모색함으로서 국가적 차원에서 복지 및 국민 건강관리의 효율성을 증대할 것으로 보인다. 이를 통해 궁극적으로 국민의료비의 절감과 더불어 재가간호서비스 증진에 기여할 것으로 여겨진다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate school food service satisfaction and menu preferences of high school students in Iksan, Cheonbuk area. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 692 high school students. Data was analyzed by SPSS 11.5 statistical software. Significant differences between genders were tested by the $X^2$ -test or t-test. The mean satisfaction score with school food service were 2.8 points out of 5 points. The satisfaction scores for menu (2.8 points) and food temperature (3.1 points) were low, but satisfaction with hygiene and facilities (2.7 points) and service (2.6 points) were lowest. The reason that high school students left food was 'the food taste is not good' (65.3%). The school food service areas needing improvement according to the subjects were food taste (39.3%), hygiene (24.3%). The mean score for menu preference was 3.7 points. The highest menu preference menu for the rice category was stirfried rice (bokeumbap), for the soup was meat soup, for the kimchi was Korean cabbage kimchi. Based on the results we made the following suggestions: To increase the satisfaction with school food service, changes in the school food service policies are needed at the government and school levels. Efforts should be made to improve the taste of school food. The school food service menu should be improved by taking into account the preferences of the users. There is also a need for the development of nutrition programs like nutrition consulting linking students and family, and nutrition camps that will encourage correct dietary habits.

The rapid development of internet information technology has increased interest in e-Trade these days, but it is not activated greatly up to now. In order to promote e-Trade, it is essential to construct cooperative process such as connecting systems among trade related parties. Building e-Trade platform which is based on the infrastructure of the past trade automatic system is key point of promoting e-Trade. To do this, a study on the basic concept and specific components of e-Trade platform is needed absolutely. At this point of view, after this paper has examined domestic and foreign studies on the fundamental technologies about electronic commerce, it drew several key technologies that could be applied to e-Trade considering the current IT trend. Then it evaluates these technologies according to Technology Reference Model(TRM) of the National Computerization Agency. This will help us to show the operation strategy as well as the concept of future e-Trade platform and its composition. On the basis of the theoretical background, this paper classified NCA's technology model into 6 fields, which are application. data, platform, communication, security and management. Considering the key technologies, e-Trade platform has to be mutually connected and accept international standards such as XML. In the aspect of business side, trade relative agencies' business process as well as trading company's process has to be considered. Therefore, e-Trade platform can be classified into 3 parts which are service, infrastructure and connection. Infrastructure part is compared of circulating and managing system of electronic document, interface and service framework. Connecting service (application service) and additional service (application service) consist of service part. Connecting part is a linking mutual parts and can be divided into B2B service and B20 service. The organization operating this e-trade platform must have few responsibilities and requirements. It needs to positively accept existing infrastructure of trade automatic system and improving the system to complete e-trade platform. It also have to continuously develop new services and possess ability to operate the system for providing proper services to demanders. As a result, private sector that can play a role as TTP(Third Trust Party) is adequate for operating the system. In this case, revising law is necessary to support the responsibility and requirement of private sector.
