In this paper, recently, it is described to the piezoelectric transformer technology develops, because it was have to favorable characteristics such as electromagnetic-noise free, compact size, higher efficiency, and superior power density, flux linkage, noiseless, etc. its resonance frequency was used to output waveform of a sine wave. A rotor speed identification method of induction motor based on the theory of flux model reference adaptive system(FMRAS). The estimator execute the rotor speed identification so that the vector control of the induction motor may be achieved. The improved auxiliary variable of the model are introduced to perform accurate rotor speed estimation. The control system is composed of the PI controller for speed control and the current controller using space voltage vector PWM techniuqe and DC-DC converter. High speed calculation and processing for vector control is carried out by digital signal one chip microprocessor. Validity of the proposed control method is verified through simulation and experimental results.

Recently, new GIS applications such as gee portal and spatial data infrastructure are emerging. These are related to web computing techniques or methodologies based on web 2.0 paradigm, open API of portal, open source GIS, and international GIS standards which are independently on developing. The product of these applications can be realized in the linkage of those components. In this study, a case implementation concerning linkage with Google maps API and open source middleware named Deegree is carried out, and the results are discussed for open source uses in geo portal. Open source middleware supports various levels and types of OGC standards, so that it enables web publishing in the several web standard formats and data exchanges and interoperable uses between external database servers. Also the (unction extensions and the multi tier-based architecture within geo portal for specific purpose are possible.

Although social economy organizations have achieved quantitative growth in various types and fields, they have been mainly promoted by the government, and there is still room for qualitative improvement, such as institutional reorganization, support systems and support methods, compared to advanced countries. In this study, the problems of social economy organizations, the current status and actual analysis of social economy organizations, the policy delivery system, obstacles to the development of social economy organizations, and problems of activation, etc. were reviewed through previous studies. Through this, policy directions and tasks for revitalization of future social economy organizations were presented. As a result, the policy direction for revitalization of social economy organizations requires private and local government initiatives, expansion of fields, customized support for the creation of a growth ecosystem, and various linkage cooperation. Organizational capacity development and education, reinforcement of various linkage cooperation systems, creation of an investment ecosystem, and joint market development are necessary.

Purpose : to survey about satisfaction of nurses of NANDA nursing diagnosis and NIC nursing interventions and system's usefulness of information system forusing 10 medical diagnosis. Method : nurses learned about this system and used this system for 4 or 8 weeks. After that survey about satisfaction and usefulness of this system. Result : The good points of the nursing diagnosis systems are a rapid selection, accuracy, convenience of the using system. The good points of the nursing intervention system are same as the nursing diagnosis system. About the good points of the general system are easiness, improvement of nursing knowledge, convenience, etc. However, further studies for pilot operations of the system are mandatory. Conclusion : We expect this system can be used in many hospitals efficiently in the future after pilot operations are completed in some hospitals. After verifying the usefulness of the system through pilot operations, the further analysis on the relationship between medical diagnosis and NANDA nursing diagnosis is also necessary for the generalization.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how the 'tradition' has been identified and used concretely on the protection system of cultural property. Firstly, this paper investigated the historical process and aspects that the 'cultural property' and the 'tradition' combined, each had different meaning at the beginning. And it investigated the linkage of them which effect to the protection system and to each other on the system operated. Then, it pointed out a rift within the discourse of tradition to which the system have held on, and the problems as its result. This paper applied the viewpoint of anti-essentialism that the tradition is presented with hegemonic act to raise the inevitable continuity with the past, instead of the common notion that the tradition is 'everything that is handed down from the past.' Because the cultural property is the product of the state system, to pursne the linkage of it and the tradition is identical to examine how the tradition have been officially defined in the national hegemony. Since the 1920s the tradition has defined as a fixed, essential, pure reality in the changing process of the protection system of cultural property. This essentialist viewpoint about the tradition have been continued as the institutional premise regardless of many critics, raised by studies focusing on the culture and cultural property. But we see now a rift on the discourse of tradition as the intellectual discourse has been supported to the system, that is caused by the fast-changing global economic environment and a rat race around the registration of intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO.

Reports on the Korean culture's gaining popularity among foreign audiences have filled the Korean news media for more than a decade by now. On the other hand, some observers have begun to argue that the hyper-commercialism has brought the Korean cultural industries to a crisis. By examining a brief history of U.S. commercial media system's global spread, this paper makes an effort to understand the Korean media industry within an international and historical framework. Secondly, it analyzes the processes of Korean media industry losing its competitiveness following the Korean Wave success. Based on the research findings, this paper warns against the potentially detrimental effects of commercial media system.

A data base system for a minicomputer, designed on the basis of the concept of Relational model, is proposed in this thesis. It is a module of reentrant programs, which can serve multi-users concurrently and interactivelv. Relational calculus is chosen as a data sublanguage. The inverted-list file structure is used for the physical storage structuse with the technique of seperating data and their relationships, while data model records, which contain the information of the logical data organization and linkage to a physical structure, con struct the data model. The retrieval is performed mainly with these.

This paper presents expansible driver manager that is easy to upgrade each surveillance device linkage in synthetic circumstantial judgement system. Unlike conventional surveillance systems that use fixed surveillance device and provide finite sensing data, a proposed system extends devices that not only existing but also newly develop, additional. This driver manager collects datas of standardized type from a driver of new device that developed based on common interface through configuration. And then, that transmits datas gathered to synthetic circumstantial judgement part according defined tags.

A series of soil bin experiments was carried out on land to evaluate the soil physical properties whether they are pertinent to soil-wheel system and to investigate if true model theory u applicable to powered rigid wheel-soil system. Four different sized wheels having diameter of 45, 60, 75 and 90 em were wed for the experiment. The following conclusion was derived from the study. (1) True model theory can be sufficiently utilized to study the wheel traction and linkage on lands. (2) For both dry and wet sands, Cone Index(CI) and soil shear parameters (c, ${\phi}$) with bulk density (${\gamma}$) were found to be good measures of soil physical properties which are pertinent to predict the performance of the powered rigid wheel-soil system.

As many systems depend on electronics, concern for fault tolerance is growing rapidly. For example, a car with its steering controlled by electronics and no mechanical linkage from steering wheel to front tires(steer-by-wire) should be fault tolerant because a failure can come without any warning and its effect is devastating. In order to make system fault tolerant, there has been a body of research mainly from aerospace field. This paper presents the structure of predictive smoothing voter that can filter out most erroneous values and noise. In addition, several numerical simulation results are given where the predictive smoothing voter outperforms well-known average and median voters.
