9-(4-$[^{18}F]Fluoro-3-hydroxymethylbutyl)$guanine $([^{18}F]FHBG)$의 합성과 헤르페스 단순 바이러스 티미딘 키나아제 이입 간암 세포주에서의 기초 연구 (Synthesis and Preliminary Evaluation of $9-(4-[^{18}F]Fluoro-3-hydroxymethylbutyl)$ Guanine $([^{18}F]FHBG)$ in HSV1-tk Gene Transduced Hepatoma Cell)

  • 목적 : 헤르페스 심플렉스 1형 바이러스 티미딘 키나제(Herpes simplex virus type 1 thymidine kinase. HSV1-tk) 유전자는 보고 유전자로서 필요한 조건뿐만 아니라 별도의 치료 유전자를 따로 이입할 필요가 없다는 장점을 가지고 있어 유전자 영상과 치료에서 가장 널리 사용되는 유전자이다. 본 연구에서는 간암세포주에서 HSV1-tk 보고 유전자 발현을 비침습적 PET 영상으로 평가하는데 있어서 $9-(4-[^{18}F]Fluoro-3-hydroxymethylbutyl)$guanine ($[^{18}F]FHBG$)의 유용성을 평가하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : $[^{18}F]FHBG$는 triester로부터 8단계를 거쳐 합성하였다. $[^{18}F]FHBG$는 전구체로 N2-monomethoxytrityl-9-[4-(tosyl)-3-monomethoxytritylmethylbutyl]guanine를 사용하고 kyptofix [2.2.2.]를 이용한 친핵성 반응으로 $120^{\circ}C$에서 20분 동안 반응한 후에 1 N HCl로 보호기를 제거함으로써 합성하였다. HSV1-tk 보고 유전자가 이입되어 있는 세포주인 MCA-tk와 이입되지 않은 MCA 세포주를 이용하여 in vitro 상에서의 $[^{18}F]FHBG$의 섭취 및 방출 실험을 실시하였으며 섭취량과 발현량의 상관성 평가를 위해 세포수 백분율에 따른 섭취실험을 실시하였다. In vivo 상에서의 평가를 위하여 피하 종양 형성 동물모델을 이용하여 microPET생체영상을 획득하였다. 결과: 합성된 $[^{18}F]FHBG$를 역상 HPLC를 사용하여, 머무름 시간 16-18분에서 분리하였다. 반감기를 고려한 방사화학적 수율은 20-25%, 방사화학적 순도는 95% 이상이었으며 비방사능은 55.0 $GBq/{\mu}\;mol$ 이상이었다. HSV1-tk 유전자가 이입된 MCA-tk 세포에서는 특이적인 $[^{18}F]FHBG$의 집적이 발생하였으며 대조군인 MCA에서는 거의 집적이 이루어지지 않았다. 또한, 방출 실험에서 방출 후 1시간 경과까지 86% 이상의 $[^{18}F]FHBG$가 세포내에 잔류하였다. MCA-tk 세포주의 비율이 증가함에 따라 $[^{18}F]FHBG$의 섭취량도 직선적 상관관계($R^2=0.995$)에 따라 증가하여 기질의 섭취량이 유전자 발현량을 잘 반영하고 있음이 확인되었다. MicroPET을 이용한 생체영상에서도 MCA와 MCA-tk 에서 확연한 집적의 차이를 보여주었다. 결론: 간암세포주에서 HSV1-tk 유전자의 발현 정도와 지속성 그리고 위치를 확인하기 위한 비침습적 PET 영상을 위한 기질로서 $[^{18}F]FHBG$는 매우 유용할 것으로 기대된다.

Support Vector Regression을 이용한 GARCH 모형의 추정과 투자전략의 성과분석 (Estimation of GARCH Models and Performance Analysis of Volatility Trading System using Support Vector Regression)

  • 주식시장의 주가 수익률에 나타나는 변동성은 투자 위험의 척도로서 재무관리의 이론적 모형에서뿐만 아니라 포트폴리오 최적화, 증권의 가격 평가 및 위험관리 등 투자 실무 영역에서도 매우 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 변동성은 주가 수익률이 평균을 중심으로 얼마나 큰 폭의 움직임을 보이는가를 판단하는 지표로서 보통 수익률의 표준편차로 측정한다. 관찰 가능한 표준편차는 과거의 주가 움직임에서 측정되는 역사적 변동성(historical volatility)이다. 역사적 변동성이 미래의 주가 수익률의 변동성을 예측하려면 변동성이 시간 불변적(time-invariant)이어야 한다. 그러나 대부분의 변동성 연구들은 변동성이 시간 가변적(time-variant)임을 보여주고 있다. 이에 따라 시간 가변적 변동성을 예측하기 위한 여러 계량 모형들이 제안되었다. Engle(1982)은 변동성의 시간 가변적 특성을 잘 반영하는 변동성 모형인 Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity(ARCH)를 제안하였으며, Bollerslev(1986) 등은 일반화된 ARCH(GARCH) 모형으로 발전시켰다. GARCH 모형의 실증 분석 연구들은 실제 증권 수익률에 나타나는 두터운 꼬리 분포 특성과 변동성의 군집현상(clustering)을 잘 설명하고 있다. 일반적으로 GARCH 모형의 모수는 가우스분포로부터 추출된 자료에서 최적의 성과를 보이는 로그우도함수에 대한 최우도추정법에 의하여 추정되고 있다. 그러나 1987년 소위 블랙먼데이 이후 주식 시장은 점점 더 복잡해지고 시장 변수들이 많은 잡음(noise)을 띠게 됨에 따라 변수의 분포에 대한 엄격한 가정을 요구하는 최우도추정법의 대안으로 인공지능모형에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 주식 시장의 주가 수익률에 나타나는 변동성의 예측 모형인 GARCH 모형의 모수추정방법으로 지능형 시스템인 Support Vector Regression 방법을 제안한다. SVR은 Vapnik에 의해 제안된 Support Vector Machines와 같은 원리를 회귀분석으로 확장한 모형으로서 Vapnik의 e-insensitive loss function을 이용하여 비선형 회귀식의 추정이 가능해졌다. SVM을 이용한 회귀식 SVR은 두터운 꼬리 분포를 보이는 주식시장의 변동성과 같은 관찰치에서도 우수한 추정 성능을 보인다. 2차 손실함수를 사용하는 기존의 최소자승법은 부최적해로서 추정 오차가 확대될 수 있다. Vapnik의 손실함수에서는 입실론 범위내의 예측 오차는 무시하고 큰 예측 오차만 손실로 처리하기 때문에 구조적 위험의 최소화를 추구하게 된다. 금융 시계열 자료를 분석한 많은 연구들은 SVR의 우수성을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 주가 변동성의 분석 대상으로서 KOSPI 200 주가지수를 사용한다. KOSPI 200 주가지수는 한국거래소에 상장된 우량주 중 거래가 활발하고 업종을 대표하는 200 종목으로 구성된 업종 대표주들의 포트폴리오이다. 분석 기간은 2010년부터 2015년까지의 6년 동안이며, 거래일의 일별 주가지수 종가 자료를 사용하였고 수익률 계산은 주가지수의 로그 차분값으로 정의하였다. KOSPI 200 주가지수의 일별 수익률 자료의 실증분석을 통해 기존의 Maximum Likelihood Estimation 방법과 본 논문이 제안하는 지능형 변동성 예측 모형의 예측성과를 비교하였다. 주가지수 수익률의 일별 자료 중 학습구간에서 대칭 GARCH 모형과 E-GARCH, GJR-GARCH와 같은 비대칭 GARCH 모형에 대하여 모수를 추정하고, 검증 구간 데이터에서 변동성 예측의 성과를 비교하였다. 전체 분석기간 1,487일 중 학습 기간은 1,187일, 검증 기간은 300일 이다. MLE 추정 방법의 실증분석 결과는 기존의 많은 연구들과 비슷한 결과를 보여주고 있다. 잔차의 분포는 정규분포보다는 Student t분포의 경우 더 우수한 모형 추정 성과를 보여주고 있어, 주가 수익률의 비정규성이 잘 반영되고 있다고 할 수 있다. MSE 기준으로, SVR 추정의 변동성 예측에서는 polynomial 커널함수를 제외하고 linear, radial 커널함수에서 MLE 보다 우수한 예측 성과를 보여주었다. DA 지표에서는 radial 커널함수를 사용한 SVR 기반의 지능형 GARCH 모형이 가장 우수한 변동성의 변화 방향에 대한 방향성 예측력을 보여주었다. 추정된 지능형 변동성 모형을 이용하여 예측된 주식 시장의 변동성 정보가 경제적 의미를 갖는지를 검토하기 위하여 지능형 변동성 거래 전략을 도출하였다. 지능형 변동성 거래 전략 IVTS의 진입규칙은 내일의 변동성이 증가할 것으로 예측되면 변동성을 매수하고 반대로 변동성의 감소가 예상되면 변동성을 매도하는 전략이다. 만약 변동성의 변화 방향이 전일과 동일하다면 기존의 변동성 매수/매도 포지션을 유지한다. 전체적으로 SVR 기반의 GARCH 모형의 투자 성과가 MLE 기반의 GARCH 모형의 투자 성과보다 높게 나타나고 있다. E-GARCH, GJR-GARCH 모형의 경우는 MLE 기반의 GARCH 모형을 이용한 IVTS 전략은 손실이 나지만 SVR 기반의 GARCH 모형을 이용한 IVTS 전략은 수익으로 나타나고 있다. SVR 커널함수에서는 선형 커널함수가 더 좋은 투자 성과를 보여주고 있다. 선형 커널함수의 경우 투자 수익률이 +526.4%를 기록하고 있다. SVR 기반의 GARCH 모형을 이용하는 IVTS 전략의 경우 승률도 51.88%부터 59.7% 사이로 높게 나타나고 있다. 옵션을 이용하는 변동성 매도전략은 방향성 거래전략과 달리 하락할 것으로 예측된 변동성의 예측 방향이 틀려 변동성이 소폭 상승하거나 변동성이 하락하지 않고 제자리에 있더라도 옵션의 시간가치 요인 때문에 전체적으로 수익이 실현될 수도 있다. 정확한 변동성의 예측은 자산의 가격 결정뿐만 아니라 실제 투자에서도 높은 수익률을 얻을 수 있기 때문에 다양한 형태의 인공신경망을 활용하여 더 나은 예측성과를 보이는 변동성 예측 모형을 개발한다면 주식시장의 투자자들에게 좋은 투자 정보를 제공하게 될 것이다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. Comparisons between the valves were made on the transvalvular pressure drop, regurgitation volume and maximum valve opening area. The polymer valve showed smaller regurgitation volume and transvalvular pressure drop compared to the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. The main unit includes a 12.1" TFT color LCD, a main CPU board, and peripherals such as a module controller, Ethernet LAN card, video card, rotate/push button controller, etc. The main unit can connect at maximum three module cases each of which can accommodate up to 7 parameter modules. They include the modules for electrocardiograph, respiration, invasive blood pressure, noninvasive blood pressure, temperature, and SpO2 with Plethysmograph.

전자빔 공정에서 실험계획법을 이용한 살균제 Benomyl의 제거특성 및 독성평가 (Decomposition Characteristics of Fungicides(Benomyl) using a Design of Experiment(DOE) in an E-beam Process and Acute Toxicity Assessment)

  • 본 연구는 전자빔 공정에서 실험계획법(design of experiment: DOE) 중 일반요인배치법(general factorial design)을 이용하여 2개 인자(X$_1$: benomyl concentration(mg/L), X$_2$: E-beam irradiation(Gy))를 토대로 요인(X$_1$: benomyl concentration) 1에서 3개 수준(3 level: 0.5, 1 및 1.5 mg/L)와 요인(X$_2$: E-beam irradiation) 2에서 6개 수준(6 level: 100, 800, 600, 400, 200 및 100 Gy)으로 구성된 3블록(block) 실험조합에 따라 Benomyl의 분해(Y$_1$: the % of decomposition), 무기화(Y$_2$: the % of materialization) 및 독성평가(acute toxicity assessment)를 수행하였다. 우선 HPCL 분석에 의한 Benomyl에 분해특성은 처리조합(treatment combination) 3 블록(block)의 17 및 18번을 제외한 모든 실험조건에서 100% 분해되었고 등분산(equal variance) 조건에서 일원분산분석(one-way ANOVA)결과 수준 간 유의한 차이가 없었다(p > 0.05). 전자빔 조사에 의한 Benomyl에 무기화(materialization) 특성은 각 3개의 처리조합에서 평균 46%, 36.7% 및 22%의 제거효율을 나타났고 각 조합에서 처리수준 간 예측식은 block 1(Y$_1$ = 0.024X$_1$ + 34.1(R$^2$ = 0.929)), block 2(Y$_2$ = 0.026X$_2$ + 23.1(R$^2$ = 0.976)) 및 block 3(Y$_3$ = 0.034X$_3$ + 6.2(R$^2$ = 0.98)) 등의 1차 선형 회귀식을 만족하였다. 또한 Benomyl에 무기화(materialization)에 대한 Anderson-Darling 검정을 이용한 정규성(normality)을 만족하였다(p > 0.05). 또한 무기화에 대한 반응에 대한 선형 및 비선형을 포함한 다중회귀분석(multi regression analysis)을 도출한 결과 다음과 같은 예측식 Y = 39.96 - 9.36X$_1$ + 0.03X$_2$ - 10.67X$_1{^2}$ - 0.001X$_2{^2}$ + 0.011X$_1$X$_2$(R$^2$ = 96.3%, Adjusted R$^2$ = 94.8%)을 도출하였다. 2가지 반응변수(X$_1$: benomyl concentration(mg/L), X$_2$: E-beam irradiation(Gy))에 의한 2차 반응표면 모형식 추정으로부터 정준분석을 통해 최적조건을 도출한 결과 Benomyl 초기농도(X$_1$) 0.55 mg/L, 전자빔 조사량 950 Gy에서 TOC 제거율 57.3%으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 V. fischeri를 이용한 MicrotoxTM modified 81.9% test을 이용하여 전자빔에 의한 Benomyl에 대한 급성 독성을 평가한 결과 전자빔 조사전 block 1의 0.5 mg/L에서 10.25%, block 2의 1 mg/L에서 20.14% 및 block 3의 1.5 mg/L에서 26.2%의 생물학적 방해(inhibition)작용이 발생하였으나 전자빔 조사 후 모든 조건에서 생물학적 방해영향을 나타나지 않았다.

Tomotherapy MVCT와 Linac CBCT의 Imaging dose 비교평가 (Compare to Evaluate the Imaging dose of MVCT and CBCT)

  • 목 적 : 토모테라피(Tomotherapy)와 선형가속기(Linac)를 이용한 세기조절방사선치료(IMRT) 시 환자의 정확한 위치잡이를 위해 매일 시행되는 MVCT와 CBCT의 imaging dose를 비교 평가해보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 인체 모형 팬텀(Anderson rando Phantom, USA)을 Head, Thorax, pelvis의 3부위로 분류하여 촬영 부위의 중심에 $0.5{\times}0.5cm2$. 크기로 자른 GafChromic EBT3 film을 팬텀의 표면의 상, 하, 좌, 우와 팬텀의 표면에서 2cm깊이의 상, 하, 좌, 우, 중심에 위치시킨 뒤 토모테라피(Hi Art)와 Novalis Tx의 OBI를 이용하여 surface dose와 inner dose를 각각 3회씩 반복 측정한다. 측정 된 film은 RIP version6.0을 이용하여 값을 산출한 뒤 일원분산분석법을 이용하여 선량의 평균값을 산출한다. 결 과 : 인체모형팬텀을 이용하여 MVCT와 CBCT를 시행한 결과 MVCT inner dose의 측정값은 head에서 $15.43cGy{\pm}6.05$, thorax에서 $16.62cGy{\pm}3.08$, pelvis에서 $16.81cGy{\pm}5.24$로 나타났으며, CBCT inner dose는 head에서 $13.28{\pm}3.68$, thorax에서 $13.66{\pm}4.04$, pelvis에서 $15.52{\pm}3.52$의 값을 나타냈다. Surface dose의 측정 값은 MVCT 시행 시 head에서 $11.64{\pm}4.05$, thorax에서 $12.16{\pm}4.38$, pelvis에서 $12.05{\pm}2.71$로 나타났으며, CBCT의 경우 head에서 $14.59{\pm}3.51$, thorax에서 $15.82{\pm}2.89$, pelvis에서 $17.48{\pm}2.80$을 나타내었다. 결 론 : Inner dose의 경우 kV energy를 사용하는 CBCT보다 MV energy를 사용하는 MVCT에서 head에서 1.16배, thorax에서 1.22배, pelvis에 서 1.08배 높게 나타났으며, Surface dose의 경우 MVCT보다는 CBCT의 head에서 1.25배, thorax에서 1.30배, pelvis에서 1.45배 높게 측정되었다. Imaging dose는 치료 선량에 비해 작은 양이지만 daily로 시행되는 만큼 정상조직에 일정부분 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각된다. 하지만 IMRT치료를 위해서는 영상유도를 통한 IGRT가 반드시 병행되어 치료계획과 실제치료간 오차를 최소화하여야 한다. 따라서 환자가 받는 imaging dose를 최소화하기 위해서는 치료계획 시 Imaging dose를 고려하여 치료계획을 수립하거나 MVCT 촬영 시 Scan 범위를 최소화하여 시행해야 될 것으로 사료된다.

가임기 여성의 유방암 토모치료 시 난소선량 평가비교 (Evaluation of Ovary Dose for woman of Childbearing age Woman with Breast cancer in tomotherapy)

  • 목 적 : 최근 시행되고 있는 가임기 여성의 유방암 토모치료 시 치료영역 외에서 발생되는 산란 및 누설에 의한 난소산란선량을 측정하여 평가하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 인체모형팬텀(Aldorson Rando phantom, USA)을 대상으로 전산화단층영상 2.5 mm 획득 후, Tomotherapy Planning station(Tomotherapy, Inc, USA)을 이용하여 좌측 유방암 환자의 토모테라피 치료계획(Tomotherapy Helical & Tomotherapy Direct)을 수립하였다. 난소의 산량 선량 측정을 위한 측정 지점은 치료계획면적의 30 cm 아래 떨어진 골반의 좌우 위치로 직경 1.5 mm, 길이가 12mm인 저에너지용 보상필터가 들어있는 종류의 유리선량계 (GD-352M, ASAHI TECHNO GLASS CO, Japan)를 이용하여 각 5회씩 측정하여 평균하였으며, 선형지수-선량반응모델을 이용한 장기등가선량(organ equivalent dose: OED)으로 평가하였다. 결 과 : 토모 Helical 및 토모 Direct의 두 가지 방식으로 측정된 난소의 산란선량은 좌측 난소부위가 각각 평균 $64.94{\pm}0.84mGy$, $37.64{\pm}1.20mGy$이고, 우측 난소부위가 평균 $64.38{\pm}1.85mGy$, $32.96{\pm}1.11mGy$로 나타났다. 이는 토모치료 시 비교적 모니터 단위(MU)가 크고 조사 시간이 긴 토모Helical 방식이 토모Direct에 비하여 측정된 산란선량의 양이 보다 약 1.8배 높은 경향을 보였다. 결 론 : 가임기 여성의 유방암 토모테라피 시 발생하는 좌우측 난소의 산량선량은 ICRP 권고 선량이하로, 불임 및 2차 암 발생에 대한 우려 수준은 현저히 낮지만 향후 유방암 발생 연령층이 낮아지고, 토모테라피와 같이 고정밀 영상유도장치를 이용한 방사선치료가 발달할수록, 가임기 여성 환자의 난소산란선량에 대한 임상적 추적조사가 더욱 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Landsat TM 영상과 현장조사를 이용한 잣나무림 재적 추정 (Stand Volume Estimation of Pinus Koraiensis Using Landsat TM and Forest Inventory)

  • 본 연구는 강원대학교 학술림을 대상으로 조사한 42개 표본점의 재적정보와 Landsat TM 영상으로 추출한 Remote Sensing(RS)정보를 이용하여 잣나무임분의 재적을 추정하는 것을 목표로 한다. 실험 대상 학술림 잣나무림의 ha당 평균재적은 $307.7m^3/ha$, 표준편차는 $168.4m^3/ha$이며 산출된 잣나무림 재적을 등급화하였다. TM 영상에 3 by 3 majority filtering을 수행하기 전과 후에 각각 11개의 지수를 추출하였으며, 지수별 평균 화소 값을 이용하여 선형 회귀식 도출에 필요한 독립변수를 선정하였다. 11개의 지수는 6개의 DN(밴드값, 열감지밴드인 Band6을 제외), NDVI(정규식생지수), Band Ratio(BR1:Band4/Band3, BR2:Band5/Band4, BR3:Band7/Band4), Tasseled Cap-Greeness(TC G) 1개로 구성하였다. 그 결과, 필터링 전과 후 모두 NDVI와 TC G가 회귀식에 가장 적합한 지수로 선정되었으며, $R^2$는 필터링 전과 후가 각각 0.736, 0.753로 모두 높았다. 또한, 정확도 비교를 위하여 오차검증을 실시한 결과, RMSE는 필터링 전과 후가 각각 약 $69.1m^3/ha$, 약 $67.5m^3/ha$으로 필터링 후가 낮았으며, bias는 각각 약 $-12.8m^3/ha$, 약 $9.7m^3/ha$으로 필터링 후의 편차가 적어 필터링을 실시한 회귀식이 적합한 모형으로 선정되었다. 필터링 후의 회귀식을 적용하여 추정한 임반별 재적은 총 재적이 약 $160,947m^3$이며, 평균 재적은 약 $315m^3/ha$로 실제 잣나무림의 재적보다 약 1.2배 높게 추정되었다.

Landsat 위성영상을 이용한 킬리만자로 만년설 변화 분석 (Analysis on the Snow Cover Variations at Mt. Kilimanjaro Using Landsat Satellite Images)

  • 산업혁명 이후 대기 중 이산화탄소 농도는 증가하고 있으며 이는 기후변화로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기후변화에 의한 영향을 파악하기 위하여 원격탐사를 이용하여 만년설의 시계열 변화를 정량적으로 분석하고, 종설되는 시점을 통계적으로 예측하고자 한다. 연구지역은 아프리카 탄자니아의 킬리만자로 만년설이다. 1984년 6월부터 2011년 7월까지 전체 27년간 23장의 Landsat-5 TM 및 Landsat-7 ETM+ 자료를 사용하였다. 연구를 위하여 첫째, COST 대기보정 모델을 이용하여 각 영상들의 대기보정을 수행하였다. 둘째, NDSI(Normalized Difference Snow Index) 알고리즘을 이용하여 만년설 면적을 추출하였다. 셋째, SRTM DEM을 이용하여 만년설의 최저고도를 추출하였다. 마지막으로, 일차함수 형태의 추세선을 활용하여 종설 시점을 예측하였다. 분석은 23장 전부를 활용한 것과 건기에 촬영된 17장만을 활용한 것으로 나누어 분석하였다. 분석결과 면적은 27년 동안 약 $9.01km^2$에서 약 $2.54km^2$로 약 $6.47km^2$ 감소하였고, 이는 약 73% 면적의 감소를 의미한다. 최저고도는 27년 동안 약 4,603 m에서 4,893 m로 약 290 m 상승하였다. 추세선을 활용한 결과 면적은 매년 건기에 $0.342km^2$, 전체적으로 $0.421km^2$씩 감소하고 있으며, 최저고도는 매년 건기에 9.848 m, 전체적으로 11.251 m씩 상승하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 면적 감소량을 통해 종설 시점을 예측한 결과 95% 신뢰도에서 2020년에 완전히 사라질 것으로 분석되었다. 이 연구는 적설지역의 변화를 통하여 전 지구의 기후변화를 모니터링할 수 있다는 근거를 제시했으며, 향후 연구지역 또는 유사 지역의 만년설 현황을 파악하는데 참고 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

제주마에서 3번 및 9번 염색체상의 단일염기변이와 생체중과의 관련성 연구 (Association of SNP Markers on Chromosomes 3 and 9 with Body Weight in Jeju Horses)

  • 본 연구는 제주마 체중 형질과 말의 3번 및 9번 염색체 단일염기변이마커간의 관련성을 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구에 사용된 DNA 샘플은 제주특별자치도 축산진흥원에서 등록관리 중인 제주마 320두를 제공받았고, 생체중 자료는 한국마사회에서 시행한 경마에 출주한 제주마의 체중자료를 이용하였다. 기존에 말의 체형관련형질과의관련성이 보고된 바 있는 말의 3번 염색체상에 위치한 BIEC2-808466, BIEC2-808543, BIEC2-808967, BIEC2-809370 단일염기변이마커와 9번 염색체상에 위치한 BIEC2-1105370, BIEC2-1105372, BIEC2-1105377, BIEC2-1105505 and BIEC2-1105840 유전자형을 분석하였다. 관련성 분석을 위한 종속변수는 선형혼합모형을 이용해서 추정한 생체중 육종가를 이용하였다. 관련성 분석결과 6개의 마커(BIEC2-808543, BIEC2-808967, BIEC2-809370, BIEC2-1105370, BIEC2-1105372, and BIEC2-1105377)와 생체중 추정육종가간의 유의성이 인정되었다. 또한, BIEC2-808967과 BIEC2-1105377의 유전자형조합을 구성하여 생체중 추정육종가에 대한 효과를 분석한 결과, 두 마커의 유전자 조합은 생체중 변이에 유의한 효과가 있었다. 본 연구에서 유의성이 인정된 단일염기변이마커들은 제주마의 체중 개량을 위한 선발육종체계의 효율성을 높일 수 있는데 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료되지만, 이 들 마커효과의 좀더 정확한 추정을 위한 추가의 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
