서울지하철 9호선 2단계 개통에 따른 급행열차 선택 및 혼잡도 변화분석 (Express Train Choice and Load Factor Analysis as Line Extension in Seoul Metro 9)

  • 본 연구에서는 교통카드자료를 기반으로 한 김경민 외[1]의 승객경로추적 방법을 이용하여 서울지하철 9호선 2단계 개통에 따른 급행열차 선택에 대한 변화를 분석하였다. 분석결과 2단계 개통 전과 비교하였을 때, 1단계 구간 기존 승객들의 급행열차 선택 비율은 변하지 않음을 확인하였다. 개통 전 후로 나누어 각각에 대한 다항로짓모형을 개발하였고 개통 전 후 모형의 전이성을 확인하였다. 하지만, 급행열차에 대한 선택이 높은 장거리 승객의 증가로 인해 2단계 개통 후 급행열차의 혼잡도가 약 6.7% 상승하였고 일반열차와의 혼잡도 차이는 증가하였다.

치수보조선을 이용한 도면의 주벽인식 (A Main Wall Recognition of Architectural Drawings using Dimension Extension Line)

  • 본 연구에서는 아파트의 설계도면을 처리의 대상으로 하고 있다. 이러한 아파트 도면은 굵고 평행한 두 개의 선으로 표현되는 주벽과 심볼(문, 창, 베란다. 타일 $\cdots$), 치수선(Dimension Line), 치수보조선, 여러 가지 수치를 나타내는 숫자(치수)와 문자 등으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 아파트 도면 내에서 아파트 건물의 골격을 이루는 주벽을 인식하는 방법을 제시하고 있다. 이를 위해서 가는 라인을 제거하고 굵은 라인만을 남기는 이진화 방법을 사용하여, 이러한 라인들을 벡터화하고, 주벽의 존재위치를 한정하였다. 이를 이용해 치수보조선을 구하고 찾은 피수보조선을 이용하여 주벽을 검출하고, 찾아진 주벽에 연결되는 다른 주벽으로 영역을 확장해 나가는 방법을 구현하였다. 마지막으로, 주벽사이에 있는 창문은 비록 주벽이 아닌 창문 심볼로 표현되어 있더라도 주벽으로 인식해야 하기 때문에, 찾아진 주벽을 이용해 이들 주벽사이에 존재하는 창문을 찾는다. 실험결과 인식률에서 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법이 96.5%의 인식율을 나타내어 Karl Tombre 연구팀의 방법 90.7%보다 5.8% 더 우수하게 나타났고, 오인식의 수도 작게 나타났다.

  • The following research focuses on the formation method of digital space by organistic line extension among various digital formation methods. The paper reflects on the meaning and concept of today's digitalism which enables the application of complex organistic system on space through advanced technology. It also explores the concept of a line in topology which differs in assumptive meaning from traditional Euclidian geometry. The findings of the research are that first, digital space is not optimized, but is a tentative formation in process. A digital space encompasses characteristics such as infinity, possibility, potential, asymmetry, and the force of virtuality such characteristics are expressed through a moving surface constantly changing with direction. Second, a digital space formed by line extension is inseparable and durable since no measurement or dimension is predetermined. Furthermore, its sense of direction and flexibility gives it a feeling of a living organism. Third, a Euclidian methodology called 'NURBS' is being developed to express such a dynamic digital space; this is reflected through three elements, control point, weights, and knots to effectively reflect the characteristics of virtuality. The opportunities of digital space are infinite, and the possibilities of formation methods likewise vast.

브랜드 신뢰와 사회적 CSR 동기귀인이 환경친화적 라인확장에 미치는 영향 (The effects of brand trust and attributions on the eco-friendly line extension)

  • Recently, some fashion retailers have initiated sustainable actions in the form of corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities to address consumers' social concerns. This study intends to combine the concept of CSR motivation attributions with brand extension literature in order to examine how consumers' trust of a parent brand affects their CSR motivation attributions and ultimately their attitudes towards parent-brand CSR activities and sustainable extension lines. A self-administered online survey was conducted using scenarios describing a fast fashion retailer introducing a sustainable line. Data from 303 female U.S. consumers, aged between 18 and 34 years, were used for the statistical analysis. Data analyses were conducted using SPSS 21.0 for descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and regression analysis. The results revealed that all hypotheses were supported. The findings show that consumers' trust of a parent brand has an indirect impact on positive attitudes towards the parent brand's CSR activities as well as the sustainable extension product line, mediating positive evaluations of the brand's social CSR motivations. In addition, this study suggests consumers' prior trust of the parent brand is a variable that affects consumers' evaluation of CSR motivation sincerity. Marketing suggestions and thoughts based on the findings of this study were provided.

Estimation of Stellate Ganglion Block Injection Point Using the Cricoid Cartilage as Landmark Through X-ray Review

  • Background: Stellate ganglion block is usually performed at the transverse process of C6, because the vertebral artery is located anterior to the transverse process of C7. The purpose of this study is to estimate the location of the transverse process of C6 using the cricoid cartilage in the performance of stellate ganglion block. Methods: We reviewed cervical lateral neutral-flexion-extension views of 48 patients who visited our pain clinic between January and June of 2010. We drew a horizontal line at the surface of the cricoid cartilage in the neutral and extension views of cervical lateral x-rays. We then measured the change in the shortest distance from this horizontal line to the lowest point of the transverse process of C6 between the neutral and extension views. Results: There was a statistically significant difference in the shortest distance from the horizontal line at the surface of the cricoid cartilage to the lowest point of transverse process of C6 between neutral position and neck extension position in both males and females, and between males and females in both neutral position and neck extension position. The cricoid cartilage level was 4.8 mm lower in males and 14.4 mm higher in females than the lowest point of transverse process of C6 in neck extension position. Conclusions: Practitioners should recognize that the cricoid cartilage has cephalad movement in neck extension. In this way, the cricoid cartilage can be still useful as a landmark for stellate ganglion block.

Geotechnical parameters from pressuremeter tests for MRT Blue Line extension in Bangkok

  • Construction of the extension project of the Bangkok MRT Blue Line underground railway was recently started in 2011. The construction of approximately 5 km long underground tunnel and 4 deep excavations of underground station are considered to be the most important geotechnical works. The pressuremeter was selected as a high-quality in situ testing of the soil to evaluate design parameters for the project. In addition, other field and laboratory tests such as vane shear and $CK_0U$ triaxial tests were included in the investigation programme. This paper aims to present the ground conditions encountered along the MRT Blue Line extension project as well as the site investigation and interpretation techniques with particular focus on the pressuremeter tests. The results are also compared with the pressuremeter investigation from the previous Bangkok MRT project.

점진적인 화소 확장에 의한 선분 추출 (Detecting Line Segment by Incremental Pixel Extension)

  • 본 논문에서는 점진적인 화소 확장을 이용하여 영상 내에 존재하는 선분을 찾아내는 선분 추출 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 선분 추출 방법에서는 기존의 선분 추출 방법인 허프 변환 기반 방법이나 선분의 그룹화 기반 방법과는 다른 접근법을 사용하였다. 영상이 입력되면 케니 테두리를 구하고, 테두리 화소 중 임의의 점을 선택하여 선분을 근사화 시킨 기본 직선을 만든 후, 선택된 점에서 임의의 반경 내에 있는 테두리 화소들을 선택한다. 직선과의 거리 오차와 기울기 각의 오차를 이용하여 선택된 화소에 가중치를 부여한다. 가중치 합 비교에 의해 선택된 화소들이 떨어져 있는지를 판별한 후, 가중치를 적용한 최소자승법에 의해 선 맞춤을 하여 선분을 구하게 된다. 제안된 알고리즘은 기존에 제안된 방법들과 결과를 비교하였으며, 계산 속도가 빠르면서 실제 존재하는 선분 추출이 가능하다는 것을 실험 결과를 통해 제시한다.

럭셔리 패션브랜드 확장시 지각된 적합성과 브랜드 가치전이 (Perceived Fit and Brand Value Transfer in Luxury Fashion Brand Extension)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of perceived fit and brand transfer on extension evaluation in luxury fashion brands. The instrument for this research was a self-administered questionnaire based on a previously developed scale. The variables addressed in this scale included perceived fit, brand value for both parent brand (clothing) and extension brand (home line), extension brand association, and purchase intention of the product in extension brands. The participants in this research comprised of 215 female consumers between the ages of 19 and 51 demographically distributed nationwide. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, paired t-test, factor analysis, and regression analysis via SPSS 12.0. Findings showed that brand value consisted of two factors: cognitive and hedonic value in luxury fashion brands. Parent brand value was significantly related to perceived fit with a positive effect on brand association and hedonic value in extension brands. With respect to brand transfer, cognitive value of the parent brand increased the extension brand's cognitive value, while hedonic value of the parent brand increased the extension brand's hedonic value. In addition, purchase intention of the product in the extension brands was determined by the perceived fit and hedonic value of extension brands. This study also discusses the managerial implications for marketers in developing effective luxury brand extensions into new product categories, which leads to a synergy effect in building brand equity in the luxury fashion market.

비정상침투에 의한 증축제체의 침투거동과 안정성 (The Seepage Behaviour and Stability of Extension Embankment by Unsteady State Seepage)

  • 본 연구에서는 증축하천제방의 침투거동과 안정성을 평가하기 위하여, 증축부의 투수계수와 홍수시 강우로 인한 수위상승속도를 3가지 경우로 변화시켜 가면서 평행흐름조건에서 침투모형실험과 유한요소해석을 통한 침윤선 변화와 홍수직후의 수위급상승시 제체사면의 안정성을 분석하여 제체침식에 대한 사면의 불안정성을 검토하였다. 침투모형실험은 평행흐름조건에서 서로 다른 증축재료의 투수계수 $k_1$, $k_2$, $k_3$와 홍수시 발생 가능한 수위상승속도 $v_1$, $v_2$, $v_3$를 각각 변화시키며 수행되었다. 증축체제의 침투거동은 증축부의 투수계수가 클수록 초기 침투거리가 길고, 제체하류사면에 유출점이 점차로 상승하며 시간에 따른 안전율이 감소하면서 국부적인 붕괴로 이어지는 불안정한 침투거동을 보여준다. 또한, 제체사면의 붕괴양상은 수위상승속도가 증가할수록 붕괴발생높이와 붕괴깊이가 증가함을 보여준다.

충북산 토종고추의 계통별 품질 분석 (Quality Characteristics of by Lines of Native Pepper Grown in Chungbuk Province)

  • This study examined the quality characteristics of 10 different lines of native peppers collected from organic farms in Chungbuk province. The study found a strong correlation between the redness (a*) and ASTA values, which both contribute to the perceived quality of peppers. The highest values were observed in the Iyugsa line. The content of capsaicinoid and beta-carotene also showed a positive correlation, with Chilsungcho having the highest statistically significant value. While the total polyphenol content did not correlate with the other indicators, Chilsungcho again had the highest levels. The Yuwolcho line exhibited the highest ABTS radical scavenging ability, while the Eumseongcho line showed the highest DPPH radical scavenging ability. Taking into account the overall bioactivity quality, Chilsungcho had the highest values in terms of total polyphenol, beta-carotene, capsaicinoid, and redness. It also had the second highest total flavonoid content, ABTS, and DPPH radical scavenging activity, all statistically significant. Therefore, Chilsungcho can be considered an excellent choice when considering physiological activity. Furthermore, this study provides valuable information about the unique characteristics of these 10 native pepper lines, which can assist in selecting the appropriate pepper for food manufacturing and serve as a helpful resource for future research.
