랜덤 선로상의 광 국재현상에 관한 해석(2) : 시뮬레이션 (Theoretical analysis of the lightwave localization phenomenon on the random transmission line (part 2) : simulation)

  • 전파정수가 불규칙하게 존재하는 선로를 설정하고, 선로 상의 파동함수의 해가 국재성을 나타내는 원인과 그 조건에 대하여 확률함수를 이용하여 해석하였다. 랜덤한 매질로는 특성 임피던스가 불규칙하게 변동하는 전송선로를 설정하고, 이 선로 상에서의 전압파나 전류파의 국재현상에 대하여 살펴보았다. 수치해석을 실시한 결과, 랜덤 선로 중에 국재하는 해가 존재하는 것이 확인되었으며, 전류원을 삽입하여 선로를 강제 여진시킨 경우에도 선로 상에 전압파가 국재하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 선로 전체에 손실을 설정한 경우에 대한 해석 결과에서는 국재가 존재하는 위치의 파가 가장 큰 영향을 받는다는 사실에서, 광의 국재는 파동이 반사를 반복하는 것에 의해 나타난다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

자유공간 기법을 적응한 마이크로파 대역 전파흡수재의 유전 특성 분석 (A Free-Space Method for Measurement and Analysis of Dielectric Characteristics of Electromagnetic Absorbing Materials at Microwave Frequencies)

  • For measurements and analysis of dielectric characteristics of planar slabs of microwave absorbing materials, I have applied a free-space method in the frequency range of 8~14 GHz. The measurement system for free-space method consists of transmit and receive antennas, mode transitions, precision coaxal cables, the network analyzer, and a computer Special Spot-focused horn lens antenna was used to eliminate diffraction effects. Diffraction effects at the edges of the sample are minimized by satisfying the condition for minimum transverse dimension of the plate and the beamwidth of the antennas at the focus. The time-domain gating feature of the network analyzer and the thru, reflect, and line(TRL) calibration technique were used to eliminate the effects of undesirable multiple reflections. The complex coefficients of reflection and transmission, $S_{11}$ and $S_{21}$, of planar samples were measured for standard materials such as Teflon, Rexolite$\textregistered$ 2200. The results were compared with existing measurement method. And I applied a free-space method for measurement to measure dielectric constants of some electromagnetic absorbing materials. Dielectric properties for the same samples were also measured with a 7mm coxial transmission line method for purposes of comparison with the free-space method.

시간영역에서 순시 유효/무효전력을 이용한 마이크로그리드의 단독운전 판단 (Islanding Detection for a Micro-Grid based on the Instantaneous Active and Reactive Powers in the Time Domain)

  • Correct and fast detection of a micro-grid (MG) islanding is essential to the MG since operation, control and protection of the MG depend on an operating mode i.e., an interconnected mode or an islanding mode. When islanding occurs, the frequency of the point of common coupling (PCC) is not the nominal frequency during the transient state owing to the frequency rise or drop of generators in the MG. Thus, the active and reactive power calculated by the frequency domain based method such as Fourier Transform might contain some errors. This paper proposes an islanding detection algorithm for the MG based on the instantaneous active and reactive powers delivered to the dedicated line in the time domain. During the islanding mode, the instantaneous active and reactive powers delivered to the dedicated line are constants, which depend on the voltage of the PCC and the impedance of the dedicated line. In this paper, the instantaneous active and reactive powers are calculated in the time domain and used to detect islanding. The performance of the proposed algorithm is verified under various scenarios including islanding conditions, fault conditions and load variation using the PSCAD/EMTDC simulator. The results indicate that the algorithm successfully detects islanding for the MG.

  • In this paper a probe for the' measurement of dielectric properties of dielectric sheet materials is designed and implemented as a coaxial air line type. Using the broadband impedance method with this measurement probe the dielectric constant and loss tangent of the glass-epoxy and teflon are determined in the frequency range of 0.1 - l.O[GHz] with the temperature variation from $25[^{\circ}C]$ up to $65[^{\circ}C]$. A measured relative dielectric constant of the glass-epoxy is 4.42 and a loss tangents is 0.019 relatively, and the relative dielectric constants of teflon is 2.17 and a loss tangents is 0.002 relatively

  • We were evaluated from organic insulator of low dielectric constants, This organic insulator material is not only conservate TFT chanel but also used to insulator material to data line and pixel ITO electrod. This organic insulator material is possessed high platness and we can coat by Spin-On-Glass type. And we can make high aperature device because minimized black matrix width from coupling cap to data line and pixel ITO electrod, This evaluation with acryl over coat and PFCB(perflorecyclobutine) and we got good results.

  • By using the neural networks(NN) as system identifier, the on-line self tuning method for fuzzy controller(FC) is proposed. In theis method, the learning of NN is carried out during control operation of FC and the cinsequent parameters of FC is tuned on-line automatically by means of system output errors backpropagated through NN. The Sugeno fuzzy model with constants as consequent parameters is selected for simplifying computation. In procedures of parameter tuning, the gradient descent method is used and the gradient vectors for adjusting the weight of NN are transferred as controller output errors. To evaluate the performance, the proposed method is applied to the inverted pendulum system.

직류전차선로의 뇌과전압 해설 및 피뢰기와 가공지선 차폐효과 검토 (Analysis of Lightning Overvoltage and Shielding Effect of Arrester and Overhead Grounding Wire on DC Railroad)

  • This paper presents the influence of the lightning overvoltage and the shielding effect of lightning arresters and overhead grounding wires on the DC railroad systems. Modeling of railroad system is established in ATPDraw to perform the simulation and the line constants of railroad were calculated using ATP_LCC. When a direct lightning strikes to the DC railroad, the result of simulation reveals that the shielding effect of arresters is reduced at messenger, trolly-wire, and the shielding effects of overhead grounding wire is over 90% than the case which does not include it. Therefore it is evaluated that overhead grounding wires should be installed in the DC railroad line.

  • This paper describes a concrete method for computing characteristic impedances and effective dielectric constants of the microstrip coupled lines without and with a dielectric overlay. The frequency-independent spectral domain method is used for the analysis of these lines. This method is a powerful, accurate, and numerically efficient approach for planar transmission line structure. For designing the optimal directional coupler, the velocities of even and odd mode must be equal but velocities of these two modes are different in the conventional coupled line which is inhomogeneous. The results show that these two velocities can be almost same according to variations of structural and material parameters in terms of the overlay(superstrate).

재료물성 측정을 위한 직선집속 PVDF 초음파 트랜스듀서의 새로운 설계 및 응용 (New Design and Application of PVDF Ultrasonic Transducer for Measurement of Material Properties)

  • 임의의 등방성재료에 대한 종파, 횡파 및 누설표면파의 음속을 알면 해석적으로 그 재료의 탄성정수와 밀도를 산출할 수 있다. 종래, 그 음속들은 각각 다른 진동모드를 갖는 세 개의 초음파 트랜스듀서에 의해 측정되어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 하나의 트랜스듀서에 의해 그 세 가지 파의 개략적인 음속을 동시에 측정하기위한 전극분할형 PVDF 직선집속 초음파 트랜스듀서를 새로이 제안하고, 설계, 제작하였다. 그리고 그것에 의한 각 파의 음속측정 방법을 확립한 후, 용융석영 등 몇몇 등방성재료에 적용하였다. 또한, 측정된 각 파의 음속을 이용하여 탄성 강성정수 및 밀도를 산출하고, 각 값들의 오차를 검토하였는데, 얻어진 값들은 문헌치와 비교적 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다.

선전류에 의해 발생되는 자장의 해석을 위한 유한요소법과 해석해의 결합 기법 (Analysis of Magnetic Fields Induced by Line Currents using Coupling of FEM and Analytical Solution)

  • The line current problem(2-dimensional space : point source) is not easy to analyze the magnetic field using the standard finite element method(FEM), such as overhead trolley line or transmission line. To supplement such a defect this paper is proposed the coupling scheme of analytical solution and FEM. In analysis of the magnetic field using the standard FEM. If the current region is a relatively small compared to the whole region. Therefore the current region must be finely divided using a large number of elements. And the large number of elements increase the number of unknown variables and the use of computer memories. In this paper, an analytical solution is suggested to supplement this weak points. When source is line current and the part of interest is far from line current, the analytical solution can be coupling with FEM at the boundary. Analytical solution can be described by the multiplication of two functions. One is power function of radius, the other is a trigonometric function of angle in the cylindrical coordinate system. There are integral constants of two types which can be established by fourier series expansion. Also fourier series is represented as the factor to apply the continuity of the magnetic vector potential and magnetic field intensity with tangential component at the boundary. To verify the proposed algorithm, we chose simplified model existing magnetic material in FE region. The results are compared with standard FE solution. And it is good agreed by increasing harmonic order.
