This experimental study was carried out to evaluate the effect of Yipahnsan on angiogenic inhibition mechanism. This study investigates the effects of Yipahnsan on angiogenic inhibition mechanism evaluate cell adhesive inhibition effect, DNA fragmantaion analysis, nuclear condensation assay, FACScan analysis, angiogenic lumen formation assay, immunocytochemistry analysis, RT-PCR for mRNA expression, western blot analysis, confocal analysis for $Ca^{2+}influx$. The results were summarized as follows : 1. The cell adhesive inhibition ability was strongly increased from $5{\mu}g/ml$ on ECV304 cell line and ECVPAR cell line. 2. YY water extract caused $G_0/G_1$ arrest peak to existed on the ECV304 cell line. 3. YY water extract caused inhibition of proliferation and inducement of apoptosis on the collagen coated plate in ECV304 cell line. 4. YY water extract inhibited the lumen formation on the matrigel coated plate in ECV304 cell line. 5. YY water extract inhibited the expressions of LFA-1 and ELAM-1 on ECV304 cell line and ECVPAR cell line. 6. YY water extract inhibited the expressions of MMP-9 and uPA on ECV304 cell line and ECVPAR cell line. 7. YY water extract inhibited the expression of integrin ${\alpha}_v{\beta}_3$ on ECV304 cell line and ECVPAR cell line. 8. YY water extract decreased the change of $Ca^{2+}$ in intracellular on ECV304 cell line and ECVPAR cell line. According to the results, Yipahnsan showed to be a key antagonist of integrin ${\alpha}_v{\beta}_3$, and to be induction of apoptosis by p53 through flow cytometry. This report also demonstrated that expressions of MMP-9 and uPA were blocked under the angiogenesis model. Thus, we suggested that Yipahnsan blocks angiogenesis by inducing apoptosis in ECV304 and ECVPAR cell lines, and another oriental herbal medicine that treats qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type also has angiogenic inhibition effects.
Manganese ore deposits of the Samhan Changgun Properties are located at the valley of west-lope-side of Changgun-bong (1132m) occupied over the Myon border between Sochon-myon and Jaesan-myon Pongwha-gun, Kyongsang-Pukdo. Geology of the more property and it's vicinity consists of Wonnan formation and Yulri formation of pre-Cambrain and Changgun limestone formation, Mica-schist formation, quartizite formation and Jaesan formation (containing coal bearing zone the unknown age. And granites and dykes were intruded into the above formation later. 1. Management deposits is embedded the formation of Janggun limestone especially Contact zone in the contact zone to of Chunyang Granite limestone enclosed by Granite, and Maginal zone of fault line in the limestone. Therefore, Chunyang Granite is Closely related to ore deposit. Pegmatite which is near by ore deposit was intruded before mineralization and it seems to be a channelway of ore solution. The most important ore deposits of property grouped into south deposit, east deposit, east-Gachon deposit, South-Gachon deposit, Durimgok deposit and West deposit, out-crops at several place. Besides these deposits there also are several prospects on outcrop scathered. Hydrothermal alteration take place strongly in the well rock and it's sequence are Characterized as following; 1) Dolomitization 2) Carbonization 3) Mamgamotozation 4) Pyritization 5) Silicification 6) Oxidation 2. The grade of manganese dioxide is up to Mn 45% in Maximum, but generally, averaging Mn 30~35% of high grade ore and averaging Mn 30~32% of manganese carbonates are mined in his property.
We observed 38 Planck Cold Clumps (PCCs) in the $850{\mu}m$ dust continuum emission using the JCMT/SCUBA-2, and detected the emission in 15 clumps containing dense cores. In this poster we present the preliminary results. The PCCs are cold, dense, and thus, they are considered as objects in the early evolutionary stages of star formation. The sources in our sample were selected based on the Purple Mountain Observatory (PMO) 13CO (1-0) integrated intensity maps. In order to examine whether these cores detected in $850{\mu}m$ continuum have potential to be prestellar cores, we compare each core mass estimated from the $850{\mu}m$ continuum with the Virial mass and Bonnor-Ebert (BE) mass calculated from the 13CO (1-0) or C18O (1-0) spectra. By comparing the two column densities from the dust continuum and the 13CO (1-0) or C18O (1-0) line, we also derive the CO depletion factor, which could be an indicator of core evolution. The moment maps of the 13CO (1-0) line are used to study the physical properties (e.g. kinematics, turbulence) of PCCs. We investigate difference between the sources with and without detectable $850{\mu}m$ emission to study the formation conditions of dense cores.
We analyzed both HCN J=1-0 and HNC J=1-0 line profiles to study the inflow motions in different evolutionary stages of massive star formation; infrared dark clouds (IRDCs), high-mass protostellar object (HMPOs), and ultra-compact HII regions (UCHIIs). The infall asymmetry in HCN spectra seems to be prevalent throughout all the three evolutionary phases, with IRDCs showing the largest excess in blue profile. In the case of HNC spectra, the prevalence of blue sources does not appear, excepting for IRDCs. We suggest that this line is not appropriate to trace infall motion in evolved stages of massive star formation because of an astrochemical effect. This result spotlights the importance of considering chemistry in dynamical study in star-forming regions. The fact that the IRDCs show the highest blue excess in both infall tracers indicates that the most active infall occurs in the early phase of star formation, i.e., the IRDC phase rather than in the later phases. However, the UCHIIs is likely still accreting matters. We also found that the absorption dips of the HNC spectra in all blue sources are red--shifted relative to their central velocities. These red-shifted absorption dips may indicate the observational signature of overall collapse although observations with better resolutions are needed to examine this feature more in detail.
To understand the connection between active galactic nuclei (AGNs) and star formation, we investigated the relation between AGN bolometric and far-infrared (FIR) luminosities, using type-2 AGNs. By matching type-2 AGNs at z < 0.3 selected from the SDSS based on the emission-line diagnostics, against the AKARI/FIS All-Sky Survey Catalogue and the COSMOS PEP (PACS Evolutionary Probe) Survey Catalogue, we obtained a sample of 729 type-2 AGNs detected in the AKARI survey ($90{\mu}m$) and 17 ones detected in the PEP survey ($100{\mu}m$). For AGN bolometric luminosities, we adopted an estimate based on the [OIII] and [OI] line luminosities. We confirmed that there is a correlation between the AGN bolometric and FIR luminosities with a large scatter, which is consistent with previous studies. However, we claim that this correlation suffers from various artificial effects, e.g., FIR detection limits, survey volumes, and so on. We will discuss the limitations of studying the connection between AGN and star formation using currently available facilities.
Robots have been used in many fields due to its performance improvement and variety of its functionality, to the extent which robots can replace human tasks. Individual feature and better performance of robots are expected and required to be created. As their performances and functions have increased, systems have gotten more complicated. Multi mobile robots can perform complex tasks with simple robot system and algorithm. But multi mobile robots face much more complex driving problem than singular driving. To solve the problem, in this study, driving algorithm based on the energy method is applied to the individual robot in a group. This makes a cluster be in a formation automatically and suggests a cluster the automatic driving method so that they stably arrive at the target. The energy method mentioned above is applying attractive force and repulsive force to a special target, other robots or obstacles. This creates the potential energy, and the robot is controlled to drive in the direction of decreasing energy, which basically satisfies lyapunov function. Through this method, a cluster robot is able to create a formation and stably arrives at its target.
The approaching deep water wave heights and directions affect the wave energy which is carried to the coast. By studing the relations between the longshore wave energy theory and the evolution of coastline, writer can arrive following conclusion. The longshore lottoral drifting affects to a great deal the formation of the coast, and by investigating on the eastern coastal geomophorogy of korea, the theory was proued as a true and made it possible to an approaching to the subdivided classification of eastern coast of lorea. That is to asy that angle taken by the level between the wave crest line of prevailing wave(NE) and the coastline was measured as less than 15#, and in the area neighboring the river which served as source of Sand parrticles, there are grand scale formation of sand beach expectable, in the other hand the formation of sand beach in case of $35^{\circ}{\leq}{\alpha }o{\leq}55^{\circ}$ which represents the vivid phenomena of longshore littoral drifting was proved not influencial but rather transformed into a rocky coast. Depending on the above facts the writer classified general shape of the coast affected by the vivid wave action into the following three, (1) The equilibrium beach. (2) Erosinal beach. (3) Geomophorogical beach, and made the sandy and rocky coast are subdivided as S-A.B.C. and R-DEF.

The usable output of glassware formation production line depends, among other factors, on the weight and shape of a lump of hot molten glass called a gob. In this paper, an automated image processing system for monitoring gob weight and shape on a production line is proposed. Present techniques often rely on manual weighing of gobs on a sample basis by manually controlling the gob feeder. The proposed automated image monitoring system checks the weight and shape of every free-falling gob before it reaches the mould. In this system, the estimated weight of the gob is sufficiently close to its actual weight.
Tiny camera module using in modern cellular phone requires precise assembly processes. Higher camera resolution and more functions such as zoom lens make the number of camera parts bigger. As market grows rapidly, automatic assembly process is required. However, diverse product line and short life cycle make it difficult. To attack this, a flexible and expandable lens assembly system is proposed. For the fast manufacturing line formation, modular concept is adopted. Also each module is designed to have intelligence to save system formation time. The assembly system is built up on the standard flat-form which provides vibration free base, air and electric supply, controllers, etc. Futhermore, the assembly cell has the capability of handling tiny, thin, or transparent parts which are very difficult to align with vision.
In the fabrication of ceramic chip couples for high frequency application such as the mobile communication equipment the formation of electrode lines and Ag diffusion were investigated with heat treatment conditions for removing organic binders. The deformation and densification of the electrode line greatly depended on the binder burnout process due to the overlapped temperature zone near 400$^{\circ}C$ of the binder dissociation and the solid phase sintering of the silver electrode. Ag ions were diffused into the glass ceramic substrate. The Ag diffusion was led by the glassy phase containing Pb ions rather than by the crystalline phase containing Ca ions. The fact suggests that the Ag diffusion could be controlled by managing the composition of the glass ceramic substrate.
